After buy online with this company I understand why this company score low star on review. Firstly, very unfriendly and not helpful service. During this difficult time I understand that sending a parcel to overseas need take much longer time. Check the tracking no. It show staying in US for a month. Sending email to ask the seller to see if everything is ok just to make sure. Got a reply once the item sent this is not under our control. But this come with the tracking no. They can enquire USPS for me. Okay, after almost two months, I eventually got the item, but my collectible items box look like is being exposure to the sun light for a long time. The color of the items box fade out. My other products from the same manufactur keeping in my home more than 10 yrs still look like brand new, I wonder how and where they keep their item.

This is a horrible website with extremely rude customer service that permanently bans individuals for no reason and never allows them to use the website ever again I very much prefer Aikens Airplanes, Flying Mule, or Diecast Airplane. Nothing is ever in stock which it claims and takes forever to ship items when they do eventually come in stock compared to the very fast shipping from those other diecast model web sites it sucks.

Motor was built just the way I wanted. Pricing is very reasonable. Pictures from start to finish were AWESOME. Definitely sending all my motors his way.

Had to cancel an order, tried to reorder item few days later emailed company about shipping options and was told, go find another vendor! Very rude customer service.

Have ordered from them in the past, but got tired of waiting for items to come into stock. i was told via email they werent available but lo and behold, i was able to order them from another company and had them in 6 days. I was quite disappointed.

I ordered from them a few years ago. Items turned up with broken tracks and accessories. Was not impressed for the price I paid.

Rude and completely unable to consider suggestions from customers. Avoid at all cost!. eBay is a much better source for items.
