I have nothing, but praise for the Natural Sapphire Company in helping me find the perfect Engagement Ring for my Fiancé. I’d say they by far have the largest and most detailed selection of quality and reasonably priced natural gems to pick from amongst all the online Gem sources I tried.I loved that they provided an extensive amount of information on the quality and characteristics all their gems from the simple cut/clarity/color to the gems origin and whether or not it’s been treated- Not to mention the high res videos and 3D images of the gems.That depth of transparency in online gem sourcing, coupled with an expansive selection was something I found frustratingly hard to come across, but The Natural Sapphire Company allowed me to feel confident in making the right selection.Lauren was so professional and patient with all my questions and requests, going above and beyond in generating multiple 3D renderings of the final product when trying to decide on the gem and setting combination. I purchase a cushion cut natural sapphire for my wife as her something blue on our wedding day. It turned out beautifully and look spectacular on her. From my first contact with the Natural Sapphire Company, to having the most pleasant and informative meeting in their NYC office with Michael, the president of the Natural Sapphire Company, to working with Lauren and her designs with both our input and our questions, to receiving the engagement ring, every expectation of ours was met with pure joy. They dont just run a business, they run a family. Michael and his staff travel to their locations abroad, get to know each other on a personal level, and even joins them in unearthing their gems. It doesnt end there; its not just for optics. Michaels company donates money for schools and facilities in the communities of his workers and their families. I feel that the Natural Sapphire Company and its employees are both genuine and good people. Their stones are absolutely gorgeous, and their fully-customized settings are done completely in-house. I never felt like they were trying to upsell or pressure me into anything I didnt want, and I was actually happy to give them my money. I will forever be a returning customer.
I had such a great experience working with Katherine at the Natural Sapphire Company! My partner and I had a specific vision of what we were looking for in my engagement ring, and Katherine helped to make that become a reality. The website was easy to use, and Katherine created visual images of what the design would look like finished. It looks exactly as we were hoping in person! Definitely recommend.
Katherine was amazing at helping me find the perfect engagement ring. She promptly answered every question I had and assisted me throughout the buying process. Although we have been exchanging e-mails for months, she never pressured me to buy the ring until I was ready.The Natural Sapphire Company is also able to generate 3D models of the gem & band combination that you are planning to purchase. Katherine assisted me in getting this done and she sent me the 3D model right away. She even offered to send me the gem itself with a mockup model of the band so I could see how it looked like up close (with a deposit amounting to the gems value of course), but I didnt avail of that option.The ring itself is beautiful and my fiancée loves it so much! Documents pertaining to the authenticity, appraisal, care, and further information on the ring are also included on the package.
Absolutely stunning. Services are professional. Lauren, who helped and consulted for me, spared no efforts in making my ring look the best for my special day.No negative feeling on any details through the whole process.I hate to say this because I love supporting local businesses but you will not get anything close to this from a local shop. Local jeweler’s collection of both diamonds and stones are very limited. Not to mention the ridiculous markups

I worked with Lauren and had a surprisingly great experience. We first found The Natural Sapphire company online after searching for jewelers for my engagement ring. We began communicating with Lauren via email, and then I flew out to NYC and met her at their showroom. She is completely gracious, professional, prompt, honest, and thorough. The team is amicable and competent, and their office setting is nice. Lauren and The Natural Sapphire Company were consistent and helpful throughout the entire design process. The finished product was better than expected, and their packaging and follow-ups were top notch. I look forward to ordering more pieces.

Cannot recommend Lauren and the folks at NSC enough! They were a fantastic help in both keeping my mind at ease, and creating a beautiful custom ring for one of the biggest decisions of my life.They helped in providing options and input on various stones until we found the perfect one. When COVID turned the world upside down, their level of service did not waiver. A significant time after “The Question” was asked, we needed a re-sizing, and Lauren was immediately responsive and on top of helping out. They were even able to assist with providing updated valuations when needed for insurance.If you are considering a custom stone, I would not hesitate to recommend the team at NSC.
Love the Natural Sapphire company! My husband got my engagement and wedding band from them and they were phenomenal to work with. 11 years married and we had them do a custom ring for us to represent our family (six sapphires with intertwined diamonds to show connection and love). Our engagement ring shopping was in person at their NYC location and the custom ring was 100% online. Both were stunning!! I was nervous to do a custom ring 100% online but it is absolutely perfect!! Did a trip to NYC with my wife just to explore. I was able to plan a special appointment with Lauren and worked out some details. I took my wife to the NYC Natural Sapphire Company office and she had no clue where I was taking her. The office/showroom is very quaint and set the occasion perfectly. Little did my wife know that she was getting her own private showing of specific stones (upgrade for her wedding ring), and earrings. Topping it off with her favorite wine (thank you Lauren!). The experience and customer service is always the best with Natural Sapphire Company. I have purchased several items from here, I will continue to get fine jewelry here as it’s always good quality and superior service.

An excellent company with great customer service and quality products. The website, configurator tool and product rendering were really helpful for designing jewellery. And Nancy (the team member who worked with me) was lovely and very helpful. I designed a pair of sapphire and diamond earrings, picking the stones and the setting, and was able to look at render of them before I ordered. They made up the earrings and shipped them over to me in the UK much quicker than I expected. The earrings were a gift for my partner and she loves them! Great experience all round. I would definitely recommend and Ill be using them again!

I needed sapphire cuff links for my husband-to-be and came across The Natural Sapphire Companys website. I was hesitant at first, having never bought jewelry online. Im very happy I did. They are gorgeous and look exactly like the pictures! It came in a thick pouch and tucked inside a box. The folder contained all the information about the sapphires. We really enjoyed the photo rendering of the stone and setting to help us see the final product come together. I highly recommend getting the 3D wax model. The size we were originally going to order was too small but we would have never known that without my fiance trying on the wax model first. I recently worked with Sam at The Natural Sapphire Company to source my stone and design my custom wedding set with my fiance and we could NOT be happier with the process or how my rings turned out!!!I originally found a stone online and within 2-3 days it was shipped to me so that I could see it in person. Once I saw it in person I realized I needed to see other sapphires in order to pick my main stone so I made an appointment to see a few at their HQ in NYC. Sam went out of his way to select other similar stones on top of the 4 I had pre-selected to view which was super helpful. I never once felt pressured to purchase which is so important with such a special piece of jewelry. Pushy salesmanship has no place in engagement rings and I can happily say there was NONE here - I really felt totally comfortable working with Sam and my fiance agreed that the entire process was seamless. We picked our stone on 7/2, had a design finalized by 7/6 (overall I received about three different renderings as I worked with them to make the ring), and received my engagement ring and wedding band on 7/29, so all in all from start to finish the process took about a month.Both Sam and Katherine were available on chat multiple times throughout the process when I had questions about putting stones on hold, certifications, or shipping questions which I appreciated a lot.All in all, the work they did speaks for itself (my ring is absolutely beautiful and my fiance are obsessed haha). Ive also attached some images of the renderings I was given during the design process so you can see just how picture perfect everything turned out!!!

The stones were perfect, and the customer service just as superb.I ended up sending the stones back after I could not find a jeweler who could make what I wanted. I had two excellent experiences recently working with Katherine Hoyt. The necklace on the right was my first-ever sapphire purchase, and she was super patient via email walking me through options, customizing the design for me, and communicating throughout the process. When I received the necklace I was surprised how the stone changed color in natural light and briefly considered exchanging it. She was completely zero pressure about that, and even sent me natural-light in-hand videos of several other stones — which helped cement my original choice of a totally unique particolor stone!When I had an opportunity to visit NYC recently I was able to schedule an in-person appointment and met with Katherine in their lovely midtown office. She pulled a variety of stones based on my budget and what I was interested in, and my eye immediately set upon a beauty that never would have jumped out at me online — it doesn’t show up accurately on my phone camera but it’s a coppery-pink. Once again she was zero pressure about the fact that I happened to fall in love with the lowest price stone on the table, and helped me choose the perfect solitaire setting for it in minutes. I love that you can pick and design your own rings. I had read a review that they had a verification protocol to make sure you were who you said you were, but that was fine and very discretely done. Katherine Hoyt was lovely to work with and kept an eye on the whole process to make sure it was being designed, checked for quality at end and notified ready to ship and then checked to make sure we got it. They were trustworthy and reliable. The ring is beautiful! Thank you!
Picked out a necklace for my wife and ordered. The next day I was contacted by a representative of the company letting me know time frames and thanking me for doing business with them. She followed up twice over the time I waited and the necklace was done early and then sent according to my plans to surprise my wife. Excellent customer service! My husband I had a wonderful experience working with the Natural Sapphire Company. I wanted a padparadscha sapphire pendant for our anniversary. NSC had the best selection of pads out of all the online retailers by far. We worked with Lauren throughout the process and the service we received was excellent. I wanted a specific color of stone but otherwise was unsure about the setting I wanted. NSC was great about doing multiple mock-ups for us and Lauren was helpful and friendly in answering lots of questions and emails about specific stones and sapphire characteristics in general. Great experience with The Natural Sapphire Company! I learned a lot about sapphires as the website is so educational and teaches a person how a sapphire is evaluated and priced. I was able to select a beautiful sapphire for my budget and then could look at many settings for the stone. We decided to go with the Natural Sapphire Company for a custom design ring and sapphire as our second purchase from them. The website is very intuitive and makes it easy to find the right stone, and theyll work with you on sourcing one if none of the listed stones are exactly what youre looking for. Theyre very helpful during the in-person visit to view options and pick out a stone.Design customization process was very smooth, once we sent an idea of what we wanted and design elements, they had a 3D model and renderings ready very quickly, along with a 3D printed wax model. The team worked with us closely on several revision and change requests across multiple iterations, until we were happy with the final design. Once finalized, the actual product was ready in two weeks, and exceeded our expectations. Price was also more than reasonable.The ring came in a beautiful metal box, along with all the documentation/certificates and care guides. Would definitely repeat.

Lauren at the Natural Sapphire Company is truly my jeweler! I love being able to study the loose sapphires leisurely, mixing and matching different settings and Lauren and her team at the Natural Sapphire Company will put together a rendering so I can see what the finished product will look like, sometimes when I see the results I realize it isn’t quite what I thought it would look like, no problem I’ll adjust my stone or setting and they will send me another one! They have a huge selection of beautiful sapphires at every price point and so many settings to choose from. If you don’t want to design your jewelry they have many pre made items available. Another great feature regarding the renderings is that if you want to make some changes to the setting you chose they can accommodate most of them, for instance I like my stones set low because I use my hands a lot and wear my rings every day so they changed the crown to sit lower than pictured. Lauren is amazing, she communicates with you throughout the process, I can even phone her directly and speak with her! Treat yourself or a loved one and if you love sapphires you will really enjoy the fun and process of picking out your treasure. If your jewelry is a gift you will be impressed with the gorgeous documentation that comes with your jewelry and the box is high quality and makes a stunning gift.
Highly recommend shopping here for a stone. Lauren was kind enough to pull several sapphires on a list I sent her and send me videos and pictures of them all together since I’m not local. I got the most beautiful blue-green emerald-cut sapphire for the center stone of my engagement ring. The ring is being made right now so I don’t have a picture yet but I will post one when my boyfriend pops the question! We will definitely come back when we want to design more jewelry.

I cant tell you enough how happy am with my engagement ring from The Natural Sapphire Company. The detail in the ring is amazing, even the inside of the ring is pretty and the Sapphire OMG the colour and the quality is amazing. It is more beautiful than I could ever imagine. I picked the stone and the setting I wanted online and then Sam reached out and was there every step of the way to make it a wonderful experience. I requested a slight change to the band and Sam had the team make the changes and quickly sent us new drawings and just like that the it was perfect. This all took place in April of this year when we first talked about getting married but we did not make the purchase. Little did i know my partner went ahead without me knowing and bought the ring. Well 6 months latter he proposed and presented me with the ring i had picked out. What an amazing surprise.I cant say enough great things about The Natural Sapphire Company. I recently bought a beautiful violet sapphire engagement ring through The Natural Sapphire Companys website. The fact that they have videos of the actual sapphire that youll be buying, in my opinion, puts this company far above the other online retailers. The stock photos of gems on other sites kept leaving me uneasy and unsure, and I didnt want to have any doubts while making a purchase like this. It made me feel much more secure in purchasing something so important in an online setting.I worked with Lauren and received one of the best customer service experiences Ive had. My bank was giving me quite a bit of trouble with making such a large payment online, and her suggestion of trying a direct wire transfer was incredibly helpful and appreciated after all of the frustration. Her patience, promptness and care definitely showed and I couldnt have been more appreciative for that throughout this process.The only critique of the website is that I wish there was a way to broaden the searches to select multiple color categories to browse through at the same time. However, it was not a huge inconvenience and doesnt detract from my review and rating of them at ALL.I would recommend this company to anyone, and will definitely be coming back for my future jewelry needs!

We had such a great experience with the Natural Sapphire Company. At the beginning of the hunt for an engagement, all my fiance and I knew was it had to be a sapphire. While casually browsing their website, I was assisted through the chat by Nancy A. who helped explore their vast selection of gems and then narrow it down. She was patient, attentive to detail, and provided education to help me pick the perfect sapphire for me. She then made sure they would all be on site so we could see them in person at our appointment with Sam. The appointment was organized, we were able to view several settings and request customizations - all of which we later received renderings. The ring I ordered is spectacular; it’s everything I wanted. The sapphire is a beautiful, clean, shimmering stone. The platinum setting with the very white halo of diamonds is the perfect accompaniment. Sam Arnstein was an excellent communicator and the process ran smoothly. I was particularly impressed with their security protocols and their care with shipping. Great customer service was evident throughout the entire process. The ring was not for a wedding, but something I bought for myself.

We knew what we were looking for and this was the only place we could find. The only problem was that FedEx lost the package and it took many weeks before they recovered it and it arrived. Passionate, personal, professional….words that describe the experience I had with Sam at the natural sapphire company. I spent about a month working with Sam to design an engagement ring that was unique, within budget, and absolutely stunning! Sam was so patient with all the questions and back and forth about different settings and padparadscha sapphires. He even sent me CAD models so I could see what a completed ring would look like (this feature is amazing and highly appreciated) Once I decided on a stone and setting it was time to wait for completion. Sam was again great at keeping me updated on the construction process and at what stage the ring was in the process. And the best part of it was all being able to do this all online. I live in the Washington DC area so unfortunately wasn’t able to visit the showroom in NYC. About 3 weeks pass and Sam sent me the tracking number of my ring. It shows up two days later and wow! That’s all I can say. The unboxing experience is like no other. First thing you’ll notice is the custom metal box the ring is housed in, made it feel so special and felt like I spent way more than I did. Then all the accompanying paperwork that comes with your ring describing your sapphire. This sets them apart from any big box jeweler, they really make you feel important and not just another customer. The best part is my girlfriend said yes and now is my fiancé. The Natural Sapphire company had a 3-stone “Trinity” set (as some people call it) with a Montana blue sapphire in the middle of 2 diamonds- absolutely stunning. I requested the ring to be larger so it could accommodate a larger center stone, but making sure to keep the beautiful details of the ring that have been erased over the years. The ring’s gallery and bridge are made in platinum with beautiful VS2 diamonds, and the shank is in 18kt yellow gold. I visited the Natural Sapphire Company in NY, and I was really impressed with their unheated sapphires selection. Lauren was really accommodating and patient through the whole process. She was also helpful when I was trying to decide on the design for the mens ring. I loved it so much I ordered another one with an unheated ruby!A month later, she helped my wife and I source a pair of unheated royal blue sapphires that we set into earrings, and they are beautiful. The user interface made the whole experience really easy and took a lot of the stress out of making one of the most difficult decisions. Once I was ready for a consultation, Lauren was incredible. She provided 3D renderings using the stones and settings I specified and offered her expertise. On the day of my in person meeting, I had a little difficulty finding the showroom but had a great experience with Sam who was also super helpful. This was a ring for my 10 year anniversary, custom designed using a sapphire I selected from their website, and created to match my current wedding band. I researched sapphires, different websites, retail locations, and jewellery designers for years. What sets this company apart is the detail and quality of the stones, the wide array of setting choices, the service, and the documentation/presentation on the jewellery. I loved the process, the meticulous attention to detail by Lauren and the team, the many tweaks and adjustments to the design, and of course, the final product is amazing. Ive attached two pictures in different light to show the ring design.The CAD pictures were very helpful. I elected to have a wax model created (well worth it!), and the pictures were identical to the final ring. The ring has surpassed my expectations! Even down to they way that Lauren followed up, notified me of shipping and tracking, following up within an hour of receipt, is just incredible customer service. They have a beautiful and large collection of gemstones and bands. Every experience I had with the Natural Sapphire Company was so satisfying and enjoyable! I worked with Michael, and he had the perfect balance of giving options and information, while also giving me space to try things on at my own pace.I first went with my future SIL to look at engagement rings. Michael showed us a bunch of rings, but also some gems that werent in a band yet. He very patiently helped me envision one of the gems I liked with a halo in a pave band. He then worked with my future SIL and fiance over email to get the exact dimensions and details to perfection. My fiance said that Michael sent over multiple 3D renderings so they would know exactly what the ring would look like.We were so happy with the ring and experience, that we decided to email Michael about wedding bands as well. I showed him a style that I was interested in, as well as our budget. Michael responded within a couple hours with a great option. My main concern was that it would fit flush against my engagement band. We went in to look at it, and we had it resized and sent to us within the week!All that to say...I would highly recommend the Natural Sapphire Company--and ask for Michael!
Could not possibly be happier with my engagement ring experience than with Lauren and Natural Sapphire. I was in the midst of ring shopping when the pandemic started, which meant I had to pivot quickly and do most of my shopping online. While picking out something like an engagement is harrowing enough in-person, I was fully expecting shopping online to be a nightmare, particularly for sapphires which do not have anywhere near (generally speaking) the same level of documentation and info as diamonds. I had so many questions: how would I know the stone was legit? How would it actually look in the light vs. the photos? What if I didnt like it with the setting? What about post-purchase care if something goes wrong?From my first email to the ring showing up at my door, Lauren did an amazing job putting my mind to ease. Not only did the gems have way more documentation and third-party reports than other sites and stores, Lauren went above and beyond to mock up several different 3D versions of the ring with different stones, send me videos of the stones I was interested in, take videos of how each stone looked next to each other, and give her opinion of what would look best in the setting I picked out. Besides the ring itself Lauren was amazing to work with -attentive, followed up and made the experience easy. Lauren also provide a pretty comprehensive list of post-purchase amenities (free lifetime warranty, free first time resizing, lost pave in first year) which made me confident that if any issues happened Lauren & Natural Sapphire would have my back. Thankfully havent needed any of that as the ring is beautifully made and has been easy to take care of.Could not recommend Lauren and Natural Sapphire enough! The Natural Sapphire Company is amazing! I knew I never wanted a diamond engagement ring, and decided years ago I wanted a sapphire. My fiancé worked with Lauren to build my ring and oh my gosh is it incredible!!! I couldnt be happier, honestly. Sapphires do not get enough credit, and it can be difficult at times to find natural ones, but the natural sapphire company makes it very easy. I have a stunning ~2ish ct oval sapphire surrounded by diamonds set in 18kt yellow gold. My fiancé originally purchased the ring in June of 2020, and proposed in October 2020. He spent a long time working with Lauren deciding on my ring. I just had it officially resized through the natural sapphire company, and Lauren was great to work with. She was so kind in helping me get it back ASAP. I look forward to her help in deciding on a wedding band.

Thank you for offering quality rings for a great price and amazing service, a special thank you to Sam for helping me with all my questions and requests!Seriously, I was so happy finding this ring for my now, fiance! Her and I both spoke about it and diamonds are honestly just way to expensive, its like the roses on Valentines Day kind of effect. Once you put bridal, engagement, forever, in front of the word ring, diamonds sky rocket. Now if you love diamonds and that is your thing, you go for it! Nothing wrong with that at all, for what we wanted, it just didnt make sense. I checked several hundered sites and was not able to find ANYTHING in the price range we discussed that looked even remotely decent. Then I found this company and wow! I checked and very shortly after looking, I had already found exactly what I was looking for and for an amazing price! It still wasnt cheap, but the price I paid for the quality I received was WELL worth it! It is a beautiful stone set in a white gold band and looked exactly like what she wanted. Without hesitating, I bought it. When I received it, I was even more happy and excited! Shortly after purchasing, we went out (with her having absolutely no idea what was about to happen) we went out for the day with her mere inches from the ring the entire day until we got to the top of the ferris wheel... it was a beautiful scene and after calming her down from the tiny fear of being 200ft up, I asked. She could not answer me for a solid minute from crying and processing. When she did, she immedaitely said yes! It was amazing and both her and I were so happy. Now, a couple of weeks of her wearing it, she both refuses to take it off but also is so afraid to do things because she doesnt want to tarnish it. She LOVES this ring, she said it is so beautiful and she stares at it constantly. She is so happy with such a beautiful ring. Side note, I amazed her with the ring twice... I had a line from her second favorite movie, The Princess Bride, engraved in the ring with the inscription, As you wish and after she found that little secret, she cried happy tears again! My fiance recently had a custom padparadscha sapphire ring made and he could not say enough great things about his experience. COULDNT BE HAPPIER!* * * * *My partner and I got engaged during COVID lockdown in Melbourne, Australia so were faced with what we initially thought would be the daunting task of designing and purchasing an engagement ring online! We chose the Natural Sapphire Company based on reviews and have been so pleased with the experience and end product.-Lauren was our consultant and we found her to be not only lovely to deal with, but helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. I was hesitant to select a sapphire online from professional photos, so was really pleased when Lauren sent photos in different real life lights of the sapphires that I had narrowed down for selection. I was easily able to imagine what the sapphire would look like on my hand in the absence of being able to psychically see the sapphire.-Due to the time difference of us being in Australia and Lauren in the US, there were some delays in communication due to this. It wasnt an issue at all for my partner and I, but is something to be mindful if you are in a rush to get your ring!-The delivery was quick and the ring came in lovely packaging.-I am so happy with the end product and it truly was a lovely experience designing the ring with Lauren who gave great advice as I wanted a trilogy ring that sat flush with an eternity wedding band.-Lauren thank you so much - you truly were a joy to work with and I am SO HAPPY with my ring! Since several months, I pursued an idea which became stronger and stronger. I wanted to surprise my wife with a pendant of a blue stone. It would have to be the blue of a not too intense or dark sapphire which has a nice brilliance. I knew that my wife would prefer to have a single sapphire without any diamonds or other surrounding stones. It would have been an option to choose the most minimalistic design, by just presenting the stone in the simplest scaffold. On the other hand, I always feared a bit that especially stones with larger depth could easily turn. To prevent this and also to give to the pendant a bit more size, I thought it would be nice to have a light floral design of simplified petals surrounding a round or oval sapphire.It was not easy to find a reliable source of blue sapphires with a large choice to identify the perfect stone for my idea. I was initially not expecting to find anywhere an uncomplicated solution, to generate a pendant just at the same place where purchasing the stone. I assumed this would only work in 2 independent steps, to have a perfect stone and a customized design of good quality. However, with The Natural Sapphire Company I found exactly such a setting. The vast variety of exceptionally well-documented stones is really compelling. And it was especially thanks to Lauren Kelly-Nelson that I dared to realize this idea.Lauren did a great job in elaborating my raw idea and translating it with highest professionalism and sensitivity into a beautiful unique design. It was such a nice experience to exchange with her and feel from the first conversation on that “the project” was in good hands. I am really grateful also for her patience in tolerating my extra-wishes and allowing me time to consider back and forth some details of the design. Let me begin with myself. Finding this ring that Lauren has helped me find was challenging. It had to be perfect for me, even though I knew she would have been happy to have a ring.She wanted a blue sapphire that also had a green tint. Sounds easy right, just two colors blended in. But NOOOO. The gem is rare, most name brand like Kays, Jared, Zales, Robbin Brothers, and few more did not have the color. Most said it was rare and from like Asia, which is called Blue Sapphire Peacock with a green tint. Confusing right? The closest place that had it was Tiffany Co. but they asked for 25k. 25,000USD just for the gem. LIKE WHAT?! I even went to outlets stores, in which Kays and Zales were EXTREMELY pushy with me buying what they had rather than finding what I needed. They did not care want I needed but pushed me to get what was closed to it. Which the ones they showed were nothing close to what I really needed. (never go to outlet jewelry stores).A ring and wedding is usually a onetime thing for many people and I wanted to make sure she got the best.Lauren was there day to day. She had to go through many emails with me. I denied her over 10-20 times saying, no not that no I do not like it this is not it but she was there every step of the way. Her patience is harder than diamond and I must give it to her. I was annoyed, but she kept trying her best to find the best color and setting.Let me say this, she is not a salesperson, she is someone who realllllyyyyyyy wants you to get the BEST ring possible. She will not give up until you are really satisfied. She will check up on you as if she is your guardian or mom who wants to make sure everything went well. If this is not top-notch service for you, I am not sure to want to say.The day of the proposal came and my fiance did not even have words to describe her ring, she said it was perfect! That was the most satisfying moment along with a Yes!Along with that, the setting and over ring was amazing. Everything came within 2 weeks and Lauren did confirm if it did reach us. The package was great and the ring box was premium and felt as if you paid 10k! I am not personally sure how to use the blue liquid for cleaning but it did come with it as well.The service I got for someone who was clueless, I was appalled.Please check the pictures of the ring, you will not be disappointed.

2022-07-29Using the site was very easy and clear. All info about the gems (and any other item), with multiple pics, was on there. Before fully deciding on what to purchase, I contacted NSC to set up an appointment to view a few gems that I was interested in.I was helped by a Ms. Katherine Hoyt. Her customer service & professionalism was A+. To aide me in my decision making, Katherine was able to send me an image of what my ring would look like after production. Which sealed the deal for me. She was very helpful throughout the whole process. From the viewing and up until I received my final piece. Which is a custom sapphire engagement ring.I am very pleased with my purchase. It was beautiful on the computer screen and is much more beautiful in person. I also would like to thank the person or people that worked behind the scenes that put my ring together. They did a wonderful job!I will definitely be doing future business with Katherine and NSC.I highly recommend this company! Definitely worth every penny!

2022-02-27I worked with Nancy A. over the course of a few months to find a unique engagement ring. The pace was due to me but Nancy was never pushy or impatient. With each new idea or description, she provided suggestions that met my objectives. We worked entirely online with a couple phone calls.I picked the stone and band separately. The Natural Sapphire Company provided several images that ended up being spot on with the ring that was ultimately purchased.Because I’d read some negative reviews and was spending a lot of money, I expressed my hesitations and Nancy helpfully offered a third party verification. This really allayed my concerns. If you see those reviews online, be mindful of how many good experiences people have shared versus the vocal minority.I was also pleased that Nancy helped keep me within my budget and offered a process whereby I made two manageable payments. A third party appraiser took a look after I received the ring and said I definitely did not overpay.The package, once delivered, included certifications, cleaning solution, and a fabulously presented ring with box.Once I proposed, my fiancé was stunned with the quality of the blue sapphire (and the size :) and the accompanying diamonds/band. I have zero hesitation in returning to NSC for the wedding band and future jewelry. My gratitude to their team for making this experience smooth, easy, and comfortable.

The ring itself is exactly what I wanted. You can tell they were precise and careful in placing the stone in the setting. I ordered close to my wedding and they were still able to get it to me in time, without any fuss or problems, which I really appreciated. I have been so busy loving my new blue sapphire ring!This is my second time buying from The Natural Sapphire Company and Lauren helped me both times.They have so many beautiful options which made it difficult for me to make a choice. I was able to select a stone and a custom setting. Thank goodness for Lauren, she was so patient with me. She walked me through every step of the process; she provided additional pictures and videos to compare different sapphires, answered every question I had, and she was honest and very professional. The customer service is superb and the website has plenty of information which made a great on-line shopping experience. Once the ring was shipped, it arrived very fast and the of course the presentation was gorgeous!The completed ring is STUNNING!! 2022-03-08The ring turned out gorgeous and we both love it!! We worked with Michael throughout the process and he helped us to custom design the setting that we wanted, and met with us in person to select our sapphire. He graciously accommodated our schedule to meet with us, as we were traveling from another state. There were SO many breath taking stones that it was extremely difficult to choose! But we loved the unique qualities of our stone and it actually seems to change colors in different lights! I cant stop looking at it! The website is very easy to navigate, there are tons of options for different price points, and the design team is very talented! After discussing what we wanted, we received a CAD drawing and renderings to review, and were even able to get a wax model sent to us before finalizing the design. 2022-07-28Ordered my engagement ring for my fiancé from their site. It took about a month to cast and create the ring I chose and was clearly described beforehand. I reached out to see an exact date of when it would arrive and was responded to very quickly and professionally. They even let me choose when it would ship to ensure it would all remain a perfect surprise. The quality of the ring I purchase was phenomenal; easily one of the most beautiful things I have ever held. She loved it and I know it will last a very long time.Very happy I took the chance to order this versus the traditional jewelry store experience.I would recommend them to anyone.

Not finding anything, I turned to the internet and found The Natural Sapphire Company which blew me away with the professionalism and customer support. The results were beautiful and they were fast afordable and professional. The stone was exactly as described and comes with documentation and appraisal. 2022-08-03My fiancé and I started talking about getting married just weeks into our relationship - we knew that we had found the person we wanted to be with forever. So early on, he asked me what I wanted in a ring, because he wanted me to have something Id love and wear proudly forever. I told him I wasnt interested in a diamond (been there, done that, got the divorce papers to show for it) and that I was much more interested in a teal sapphire.Fast forward two years and he proposes with the most gorgeous, unique, bicolor sapphire Ive ever seen! He was originally looking at the more simple teal Montana sapphires and came across what he ended up getting for me and couldnt let it go. It was too unique and too special and he knew wed never see anything quite like it again! Katherine from the Natural Sapphire Company helped him secure it and made sure he was comfortable with the purchase, and with their terms in the off chance that it was too weird for me and I wouldnt love it. Well, I ABSOLUTELY do and Im so thrilled I have something thats as unique as our love and I get to wear it with pride forever.
