With the current car market shortage it has been increasingly difficult to find vehicles. I went into Babylon Honda and was greeted by Yrad Pierre. He was kind and polite and who you would wish to deal with when purchasing a vehicle. Unfortunately with the car shortage there werent any Civics on the lot. Pierre worked diligently to see if there were any to be any delivered in the near future. We worked out a price that was reasonable for me given the current car market. They ended up receiving a beautiful Civic Sport Hatchback the following day and he immediately called me. The purchase process was smooth and stress free which is hard to come-by at dealerships. I would highly recommend Babylon Honda and Pierre as a car salesman there!
My service advisor Vanessa was awesome. She worked with me in scheduling appointments that were workable for me. She also explained to me what up and coming repairs needed to be perform. The service was done in an exceptionally timely manner.
After a very lengthy day at 4 dealerships and being haggles back and forth at each one I finally same to Babylon Honda. I wish I had started here first thing in the morning!! They did not haggle me, they treated me like a human being and didn’t give me the run around! They got everything done in a timely manner and I got the price that I was looking for and the car that I love!!! I didn’t know buying a car would be so easy! I knew what I wanted and Rodney immediately introduced himself after I walked in the showroom. He was very friendly and helped me find the perfect car that had all of the features I was looking for. The financial director, Phil helped me to figure out the best payment plan to work with my budget and financial goals. Everyone was really easy to talk to, everything I was told was the same as I saw online, and they answered all of my questions. These guys managed to calm and reassure my dad, answer all of his questions, and even bring over the manager Ron when they sensed he was still wary. Overall, I had a great experience here and I feel comfortable and confident in my decisions and new car!!
I cannot stress enough for anyone to read these reviews NOT to deal with this dealership. The sales representative was alright but more-so the finance manager, who you have to wait hours to even see, is not only condescending, but will pressure you into buying an overpriced warranty for the vehicle. When attempting to pro-rate the warranty was told that all the paperwork was submitted to corporate. After months of not hearing anything back contacted corporate honda finance department to find out no such paperwork was submitted, but also that they had the cars ownership still under the original owner. When trying to contact the manager at the dealership I constantly got a secretary who was not only very rude, would only go so much as to say I gave him the message and hell call for weeks at a time. No one ever called back and when asked when the manager will be at the dealership to speak with, I am told His schedule varies youll just have to come in. Go to the dealership and low and behold the manager isnt there. I love my car but I WOULD NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
The service department is hit or miss so factor that into your decision. That goes for most dealerships, I know. When this one is miss, it is way off. Todays experience is the spare key. I never used the spare because its the spare, right? So when I need it, it is dead. Nothing! Bring it to dealership and you have to make a service appointment to have it reprogrammed. I make the service appointment for another day. That day comes and it escalates to having to pay 96 dollars for them to reprogram their key that never worked in the first place because the 3 year warranty is for some things but not all. The key is under warranty for just a year regardless of reason. So 96 dollars to reprogram a key that they gave me new that never worked. The service representative was robotic in her response to my challenge of paying for a new key.Yes, I changed the battery. I did all the troubleshooting I could find. Again, hit or miss service but this is a huge miss for a business that bills themselves as loyal to their customers. This is a simple fix to correct their wrong. I wrote this from their waiting room waiting, after making their requested service appointment. Ill pay the 96 dollars but I will be vocal to any person that asks for a recommendation on Babylon Honda. This is an unfortunate event with regard to your product and services

Beware of their financing scam!Avoid this place like the plague! Not only did they lie by telling me I had to buy a warranty to get a lower rate they charged me twice! My attorney is handling the case. I found out I could cancel the warranty and upon looking at the finance agreement the warranty was listed a second time after already being included in the original purchase price.When I called to rectify it they seemed to already have a response prepared. It was pretty obvious I wasnt the 1st customer they did this to. If you look at past reviews, there are a lot of complaints about being forced to buy a warranty.Thats not all! When I went to drive the car away the AC didnt work. I had to wait 2 weeks for them to get the part to fix it. They called me to pick it up and when I got there they said it was locked off-site at the service department. I had to wait 2 hours before they could find someone to unlock it.Stay away from this dealership.
This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I was in and out in 2 hours. Nick was efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town. I recommended anyone to go see nick and Jesus for the best experience.

I go to test drive by appointment.I spend 30 minutes their.One staff Peter come he take my old car details after not give test drive ,my old car key also he keep. He ask my lisense id .I give them ,after he going to put my Id inside photocopy mechine in reception office.then I told stop. That time their one manager shout me. Last I take back my id and key very difficult. After escape from their.They are very slow and greedy . They collect all personal data from people even not buy car . Very bad experience. We had a great experience at The New Babylon Honda when we purchased our new Honda Pilot. Our sales person Jesus Ramirez was so knowledgeable about all of the different models and helped us choose the one that would be best for our family. We got a Pilot and absolutely love it. All of the staff at New Babylon Honda were efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. The whole process was very easy and we were able to complete a lot of the paperwork on-line ahead of time so we did not have to spend a lot of time waiting at the dealership. Ok straight to the point go see SARAH point blank I specifically asked for a Spanish speaking loan officer that can help translate and do the number game. Listen Sarah ALREADY saw where I was coming from. Now my father is a math wiz and loves to haggle and negotiate so why not bring him. Sarah took my wife (the boss) gave her a run around on the car the in and outs even set up her phone. As she did that She already talked to Jose Wich let’s you know exactly how things are and how things can be. No bs straight to the point. I walked in there with a macho mentality to squeeze the most and I lefted warm hearted and a brand new 2021 Pilot ex-l with a whopping 5 miles 🤣🤣 took it out for a little longer test drive. I recently went into Babylon Honda on 07/30/21 to trade in my 2016 Nissan Altima. Charlie Gonzalez assisted me. Not only was Charlie very personable, but he was trustworthy as well. Charlie assisted me with my trade in that had negative equity and was able to get me affordable monthly payments alongside assistance with the finance manager. Additionally, Charlie was able to get me cheaper car insurance for the 2018 Honda Accord he sold me. He was so helpful. I’m a very satisfied customer and would definitely recommend if you’re interested in doing business. I left the dealership with peace of mind.

I have bought or leased Honda Civics from Babylon Honda for over twenty years. So it was natural for me to go there when I wanted a new Civic. I was greeted at the door by Yrad Pierre. Pierre was friendly and courteous. I sat down with him and he listened to my needs. He went over my options and I decided to lease my new car. Pierre took the time to show me all the functions, bells and whistles on my new Civic. I drove away a very happy customer in my beautiful car. I love it and would recommend going to Babylon Honda and to ask for Pierre. By the way, I always get my Honda’s serviced there. They have a great service team and I am always happy eigh my service.
Manager Ron was helpful and courteous. He gave us information regarding a vehicle purchase.I had initially spoke to someone over the phone I was directed to certain vehicles but when I came into the dealer I was only shown vehicles 10k over what we had spoke about.Had we been shown vehicles matching what we originally spoke about we would have purchased the car at this location.Information in regards to warranty seems to be a mystery for the staff. I was not able to get a clear answer.I would advise one to do their own research. Moreover it might be advised to avoid this location altogether.
Let me tell you this is the second time getting a vehicle from here!!! I can’t tell you enough that everyone was exceptionally nice!! I had my daughter go with me and they handed her snacks drinks coloring book crayons !!! They understood my situation and really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and I was in a safe vehicle!!! Hands down I would never go anywhere else. If anyone is going in to buy a car in this time of car shortage, you better double check or triple check before going in, because apparently no one knows what they are talking. Yesterday I called the dealership and double checked if the car i was looking for was available and they said yes and no one has a deposit on it as well. Believing them, today morning I went to the dealership after driving more than 50 miles, they told me that the car had a deposit for more than a month and somehow the person who informed me might have missed that information. I drove all the way there because of false information they gave me and they were sorry about that and that made all the trouble I had to go through go away. Just Perfect. Never going there ever again and not recommending anyone either

After visiting nearly 5 Honda dealerships on Long Island I finally landed at the New Babylon Honda. From the very first few minutes of walking in I was already having a better experience than all other locations. The staff their are all very attentive and friendly. JASON is AMAZING. He is undoubtedly the best Sales Associate I have ever worked with. He was professional, knowledgeable and very relatable in terms of me and my families needs. This is my fourth time leasing a vehicle and my second time with Honda. Jason and his team had an all hands on deck approach to help make the process smooth and easy. The negotiation process was fair, informative, and hands down the best deal offered to me in comparison to the other 5 dealership I visited previously. I never felt frustrated or like my time was being wasted playing number games. I really appreciated Jason’s patience, transparency and understanding throughout the process. I didn’t have to spend the entire day here thankfully. I came in one hour before closing, set the deal, and came back the next morning to pick up my vehicle. At 11am on the dot as promised, Jason called me to the next morning to provide me with all the details and updates on what was being worked on in order for my car to be ready at my designated appointment time. THE ABSOLUTE best experience and service I’ve ever had. I recommend this specific location to anyone! My car’s windshield is broken when I ask them for replacement cost they said got replaced by your insurance my fault I did not look carefully that windshield is damaged and loan department is worse experience ever and I send msg to even Honda no reply so far, they need to compensate me for windshield but cheap people did not compensate so far and asking me to write good review I mean want to buy a good review

We had the pleasure of getting a lease with Tim Francis at New Babylon Honda this past weekend. Without hesitation, we give the dealership and especially Tim a five star rating. The mangers introduced themselves and quickly introduced us to Tim when we arrived. He was professional, friendly and was able to get us a price that worked for our family. He did not make us feel pressured in any way. Tim explained all of the features for the ‘21 & ‘22 vehicles we were interested in. Though we had an issue (on our end) reaching an insurance agent Tim was extremely patient and waited beyond the dealership hours to ensure that we were able to take our new lease home that evening and not have to make a trip back. We would definitely return to lease another vehicle.
Id like to share my experience with @babylonhonda. On June-21st-2021, I purchased a new Honda CR-V, and I thought everything went smoothly with the paperwork. However, after a day, I noticed that extended vehicle service contracts, which cost $2,921 plus taxes, were added by Mr.Jose Abreu (Finance Manager), without consulting with me.After back and forth emails with the finance manager two weeks later, he gave an appointment to cancel the contracts (VSA & VSC).Finally, I thought everything was canceled, and I was happily driving back home. But I am a little skeptical about him. He mentioned in one contract, it goes by the VIN number and gets canceled. But again, in the cancellation form, he mentioned the wrong VIN number, and also, in another document, they mentioned the wrong bank name.I dont know whether he did it intentionally or by mistake. But it created a lot of unnecessary stress for me.I didnt understand one thing, how can a finance manager determine what my car needs. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.Finally, I regret buying the vehicle with the @babylonhonda.

Babylon Honda was one of the best car dealerships I’ve ever been too. Even though we where buying a car for my dad, I almost wanted to buy one for myself. They give you a great preview of the car’s and while my dad was test driving. They had some of the best car features I’ve ever seen and it drive amazingly and smoothly. With amazing service we where able to find the right car for my dad and I can’t wait to come back and buy my first car here!!!

Truly great experience. Buying or leasing a car is usually a nerve-wracking and somewhat stressful experience, but this time it was as painless and quick as you could imagine. We’ve worked with Jesus for a long time and leased many vehicles from him now. You don’t always expect to have a relationship with a car dealer, but he’s that kind of person. The comfort level is as high as it can be, which makes the experience as easy as it can be. We got our newest van a month or so ago, and had it all worked out over the phone in a matter of a day or two (the benefit of a salesperson who actually gets to know you!). All we had to do was go pick up the van. Tim got us checked out, a quick process that he was very helpful during, and off we went. Less than an hour.Babylon Honda, Jesus, and Tim are a winning team. My wife and I can’t recommend them enough!

I have just gotten my third car from Thaddeus at Babylon Honda!! He is awesome!! No BS with him. He is an honest and reliable person. I drove two hours because of a very good advertised price. They confirmed the car was still available three times, minutes before my drive. When I got there, the car was sold days ago, and they offered me a similar car for $5000 more, trying to use tricky language and condescending to me that I didnt understand how the industry worked. I also think they have their nicest employee answering phones but thats not who you get to deal with once you arrive. Its just the kind of place that gives dealerships a bad name.
For anyone looking to buy a car you should come to Babylon Honda and make your way to Pierre’s desk. He is professional and respectful to whatever needs or concerns you may have. Really a great guy made the whole experience not such a drag.
Purchased recently a used Honda Accord from New Babylon Honda. After not so good experience with different honda and non-honda dealers in Long Island, the experience we had with this dealership was excellent. Our salesman was Mr Pierre. He listened to all our requirements and showed extreme patience to show, explain, compare features and test drive 5 to 6 different model/year accords in the lot. Once we shortlisted, the price negotiations and on road price quotes were very transparent with the finance team. Even though we did back and forth on different vehicles, the on road price was clearly communicated back to us. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place and suggest ask for Pierre (checkout insta @askforpierre).
Ive never written a yelp review till today.....The service at this place was HORRIBLE !!!!!!!AGAIN .... I normally dont complain or fuss with businesses. Cause ultimately its on them to provide good service or not. I just choose to not return when I receive bad service.But today was something else.... The finance manager & sales person were TERRIBLE.1- I specifically asked the sales person to not run my credit with multiple bank.... they ran it with multiple banks...2- you should check the other dealerships before coming here was the finance managers response when I mentioned that I was shopping around...3 - They left me several times to take care of other customers that walked in after me. then proceeded to leave me waiting even when the business was slow ..4 - The most disappointing part was the finance manager being disrespectful and aggressive with a black family that were trying making a purchase.... it got so bad... other sales people had to hold him back from fighting the customer !!!! ......Im sure there is a family behind this. So I dont like to take food from someones business. but actions like this towards people who are willing to spend thousands in your business is unacceptable.Make sure you have your options ready and dont settle for less cause the car that you want is sitting right there.Ultimately I had to leave the deal. and check out the other dealership selling the same car. But in a different color
Guys never come here. They are yhe group of scammers .I came here to lease the car they offered me online. Once we finalize the deal the salesman Charlie asked me to pay the certain amount. I paid to him and they run my credit score.He told me to come tomorrow to pick up yhe car because the bank is not responding now.When i came next day the sold that car to another guy and ask me to wait for 30 days for brand new car.Then offer me for used car.They are scammers.Never come here .
Amazing customer service with Jules and Phil. They helped me get the car of my dreams within my budget. Great patience, understanding and worked well with me to understand what I wanted out of my car. Very smooth transaction. Well worth the visit.
They are fine when they are selling you a car , but their service department is terrible. They do not respond to phone calls and no one is ever there to assist you if you call . The waiting room is freezing and designed the way a city clinic would be , with silver and black hard chairs.

Went to the dealership to test drive a Honda Odyssey with my husband. The salesperson assumed that it would be for me (the wife) even after we corrected him 2x. After the test drive - we decided against the purchase. The salesperson was rude to my husband and I with various inappropriate remarks. He again made the assumption it would be my primary vehicle. When my husband stated it was for him ( maybe he couldn’t hear my voice the prior times) he suggested my husband check out the sports cars on the lot.We have purchased a total of 6 different Honda vehicles from this dealership in the past and have never been treated with such disrespect.We will never purchase from Babylon Honda again. We encourage others to do the same

People were great and the process was pretty painless. The only problem was with our car. It was a Honda certified pre-owned Odyssey and on the drive home it gave us a transmission fault light. Its going to be in the shop for a month and the customer service has been ok but the car problems were not what I expected from a Honda certified pre-owned vehicle. If they had driven the car on the interstate/highway they wouldve gotten the error light. Everything is covered under warranty but Im worried about the long term reliability of the car. Summary: Michael was the best salesman Ive bought a car from but the shop didnt look too closely when certifying this vehicle.Update: 4 months after purchasing this car we have a check engine light. The car only has 35,000 miles on it. Now the shop is saying my car isnt certified pre-owned and I might be liable to pay for repairs. The car was sold to us as certified pre-owned and now were finding out its not. Thats now a new catalitic converter and a new check engine light in 4 months of ownership.

Back in 2015 i purchased a brand new civic from this dealership. Everyone that worked there was so professional, helpful and kind.Last month went there and had sales person Sergio who was nice in the beginning but really didnt keep in contact with me i had to constantly call him and most of thr time he would not pick up phone or i would get his voice mail. Then i would write him emails also but most of the time he did not answer.Had me at dealership twice for over 4 hrs to basically not really have answers if my loan was going through and again would say he would lmk and again i had to constantly call there. From what i was told The first sales manager was Anthony then it went from Anthony to i think his name was Jose i never saw him the whole time i went there twice.So anyway from what i see once this dealership knew i wasnt approve for loan they just strung me along and never gave me a straight out answer that i wasnt approve and last day i was there sitting for hours Sergio said he would definitely lmk what was going on si yes this time he did email me saying it wasn’t looking good but after thar just left me hanging and faded off and never made any other contact with me. Very unprofessional on his part. I dont recommend this dealer to anyone. From what i see they basically blew me off like I wasn’t a customer to them and it was probably because they knew they weren’t gonna make a sale with me which is fine but don’t leave me hanging with not knowing exactly what happened. This went on with me back and fourth with them for like 2 weeks.If they would if kept me better in the loop of what was going on i would not of written this review but what top this off was when Sergio just blew me off and just stop making all contact with me. Never got a straight out answer saying you weren’t approve and sorry we couldnt help you out. I dont recommend going to this dealer to anyone.Just purchased a Nissan Rouge at bayshore Nissan May 20. What a difference everything went smooth. Very professional management team. Went home in one day with my suv. Highly recommend them. Let me go home with vehicle and go back with deposit next day. Went out of there way to accommodate me.

I had the most amazing, no pressure, buying experience for the first time in 28 years. The entire team at The New Babylon Honda dealership was extremely friendly and professional, but hats off to our sweetheart of a salesman Lenny, and the candid, unpretentious Used Car manager, Jesus, who both helped us make the best decision regarding which direction we should go (New or Used). They were both knowledgeable, but more importantly, genuinely empathetic to our situation. They each took the time to patiently listen to our circumstance and expectations, and found us a great match. Since we decided to go ‘New’, we spent most of our time with Lenny, who was so very courteous and personable, helpful, very frequent in answering questions and thoroughly explaining all information for anything we needed or misunderstood, patiently showing us an overwhelming number of functions that we weren’t familiar with. After a very stressful, worrisome week, we drove out of the dealership with a tremendous weight lifted off of our shoulders. That evening, after our kids excitedly rummaged through the “new ride”, my husband and I poured a glass of wine and toasted to two wonderful guys. Cheers to Lenny and Jesus!! Thank you so very much! Not having any expectations, I rolled into Babylon Honda and was greeted by a very outgoing man named Jesus...He asked what I was looking for and introduced me to my salesman, Lenny. Lenny is a dream come true! Shows me what I was looking for (a mommy van) and it was love at first sliding door! Lenny is what you want in a saleperson; no bs, obliging, patient and certainly not a fake, cheap business attire boiler room dude that you will usually get. Lenny and his managers did everything they could to get me into my 2022 Odyssey with the best pricing. Once again, no b.s. all of it upfront and center. This is my 1st Honda, but I think it definitely will not be my last as long as this crew is here making their customers day! Thank you, Babylon Honda! I plan on telling EVERYONE I know that is looking for a new vehicle!
Was going to look at a used infiniti q50. They had it priced at a fair to decent price. Come to find out they have all kinds of hidden fees. About $3000 of hidden fees on a $15000 car. Thats a 20% mark up just on fees not counting tax and title! And the fees are ridiculous like doc fees and prep fees. Your a car dealer, processing paper work and prepping cars is what you have to do to sell cars, and should be in the price not added on later. After those fees the car was not a good buy anymore rather more expensive than it was worth so I had to pass on that. Dont waste your time, dishonest dealers like this is what gives car dealers a bad name. Giving 2 stars because they did let me know the price wasnt the real price before I looked the car over or drove it. Some would wait til it was paperwork time to sneak in the fees so they did save me a little time by disclosing this early in the process.
Not fond of this place. they apparently didnt want to sell me an Avalon. reps will watch you walk around their dealership, when the original rep didnt show up for work when he was supposed to, and no one else stepped up to the plate to move along with the sale. never have I experienced something like this before. Obviously I left and I received no email or calls from the dealership. poor business
They got my young son who didnt have experience in cars sign papers in 20 minutes and then made him wait 4 hours because he wanted a warranty after he told them he was going to be late for work. No compassion, no communication. They are just quick to sell you a lemon 🍋. Bad business dont ever go here. And Im being very nice.

I was refered to this dealership by a friend. I was shopping for a ford on the same day. I wasnt happy with the numbers at ford. I called sales man SERGIO, from new babylon. He told me to come down, and check out what he has, he said “i got you”. When i got there he already had a honda pilot ready to test drive as he knew i was looking for an SUV. Im a picky customer. I test drove 3 cars and was still hesistant. Sergio was awesome. Had so much patience digging cars out for me to test drive. It was a great experience. Me and my wife finally decided to go for a sedan instead. 2021 honda accord. At first the numbers were still too high for us. But segio and his finance team made it happen. Very happy with my car and the outcome. Look foward to doing business with babylon honda again!!! 👍🏻 If you shopnthere , ask for SERGIO, wont dissapoint.

First i wanna thank Jesus Ramirez for all his help with everything A+ professional and def a asset over a Honda helped us in every way possible making sure we were comfortable and even making sure we had a drink if needed super polite funny we couldnt of felt more welcome then he put us with the best sales rep possible and ive been to many dealerships but Sergio Redondo was outstanding he went above and beyond any sales person ive ever dealt with super polite attentive smart and answered every thing we needed to know about numerous cars we had asked him about and we ended up leaving with a 2021 Passport he sat in the car and went over every little thing possible made sure the phone was synced to the car and made sure we left with any question we had no matter how dumb it may have sounded. Def go to this dealership and purchase something and make sure you see Mr. Ramirez and Mr.Redondo you will not regret it.

Do not shop at this dealership.I highly suggest you read the other negative reviews on this dealership as well. I have never had an issue when it came to CapitalOne Auto Nav now this dealership is the first when it came to their dealer advertised price. I went to the dealership when in the final stages the price of the car jumps up a whopping 3000 to 16k from 12,800 and jumping the interest rate from 2.65% which was given to me by my bank to 6% only for their finance manager to raise his voice at me when refusing to accept the terms while telling me he is the owner of the Toyota dealership in massapequa as well and I will not find a better deal. I had a credit score of 805 now its gonna drop for their credit check and me walking out without purchasing the car best thing I have done. I went to the Toyota dealership what do you know the finance manager from Honda named (Phil) like me if that is his real name does not own that dealership and was given a better offer and terms on a car. I asked around if the dealership owner is also named Phil only for me to meet the actual owner well I guess dishonesty is The New Babylon Honda standards. I highly recommend any other dealer this one takes the icing on the cake for thieves.

Great deal on a brand new Civic Sport Touring -Andrew sensed that I was a serious buyer and ready to sign or continue shopping dealerships. I had already visited and gotten quotes from quite a few.Andrew understood exactly what I wanted and where I needed to be to sign the papers. It took a bit of back and forth working with his sales manager, but he got me locked into a price both sides were happy with -within just half an hour!I was very grateful for the quick, no stress, no pressure negotiation to get to a great price. You dont come across that when car shopping very often.Finance was easy as well. Wayne shopped a few quotes to get me a very good interest rate. I needed a car after being hit and my car totaled and I was devastated never mind the fact that I could not go anywhere so I got in touch with Jesus at new Babylon Honda well Jesus went above and beyond to get me into a 2020 Honda accord sport he worked w me and is very professional everyone in the office was great I highly recommend anyone looking for a new car to go to new Babylon Honda people are put in your life for a reason and thank God I metJesus. I found a certified used car online, the price that was advertised online was okay so I went to test drive the car. The salesman was nice but it was just discouraging because it was a total bait and switch, the online price magically goes up $3000. I think being upfront and honest about the price would go a long way for these places if they want to remain in business, I ended up buying on Carvana, it was quick and painless but most importantly there were no hidden fees
One of the worst experiences I’ve had servicing my vehicle at Babylon Honda. I got charged $190 to change 2 fuses on my vehicle. Save yourself the frustration and go to a dealership that won’t rob you of your hard earned money!
The worst dealership I’ve had to deal with. Went with my girl to lease a new car, I know from personal experience that it takes a while when you’re getting a car so I was prepared for a few hours but 6.5 hours nah and my girl had already filled out the paperwork and spoke with the finance guy the day before but when we get there the car he quoted her for had been sold which still wasn’t a big deal. The salesman was cool really liked him it was the finance dept little rally watched dude walk around with the file for 2 hours. To put icing on the cake after all the paperwork was signed and keys given to her we had to wait 30 more minutes just to get plates. My suggestion avoid this place. I gave them 2 stars because of the salesman they deserve 0.

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT SHOP HERE!! They are a bunch of crooks and I am still waiting for my $500 deposit to be refunded. The showroom was filthy and it reflects the type of service you can expect to receive. Their salesman Mike tried the old bait and switch on on me and then when I asked for my deposit back he gave me some song and dance about how his accounting department was closed. Honda should be ashamed to have their name attached to this dealership and I will make it my business to let the world know exactly how TERRIBLE this place is.

I walked in there clueless on what car i wanted and she was more than patient with helping me choose the perfect car for me. I am such an indecisive person but Nicole laid down all the facts and is very informative about the cars. Will be coming back to NICOLE after my lease is done for sure. nicole gained a loyal customer and i will be recommending to family and friends

It is also worth mentioning that I have leased my last two cars, (Honda Civics), from Babylon and I have leased many cars in my life and I must say that they made it the most pleasant and stress-free, not to mention, honest experiences, I have ever had at a dealer.
DO NOT GO TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HERE! I went in for an inspection and the technician told me my serpentine belt was bad and wouldnt pass inspection. I asked if they ran the car through the computer and they said no (this meant they wouldnt give me a 10 day temporary inspection). I went to a local mechanic and he said the belt was perfectly fine and said the car had already been scanned a few days prior. These people are not only liars but the lowest scum of the earth as well!

After my mechanic gave me some bad news about my old car, I decided it was time to get something new, so I went to Babylon Honda to see what they had to offer. My fiancee had recommended this dealership to me, as she had previously gone through Phil N. for her lease. Phil was very personable and knowledgeable, he helped me find the vehicle that was right for me. He had a great answer for all of my questions and was able to get me a solid deal on the car of my dreams. I would recommend Babylon Honda and Phil to anyone!
Walked in after visiting two other Honda dealers and was greeted in a friendly manner. The salesman was very well informed and was honest enough to say he was not sure for a question about the car - I DID know the correct answer that the two other dealers got wrong. The prices for the lease made sense and I did NOT get the feeling that they were trying to pull as fast on one you! Plus, when the final paper work was signed there were no unexpected charges and no hard sell for add on services.
I purchased a crv back in 1997 and financed through Honda financing at babylon Honda. I just got a copy of my title from dmv on 8/21/2021 and it shows them as a lien holder when it was paid in full In 1998. Dmv cannot remove. Honda finance cannot remove bc of no records from 1997. I called Honda of babylon where it was purchased. No help what so ever. They told me to call finance back. Pos never removed this line. Babylon disregarded all together. I will never buy from there again, and when asked if I recommend them...thats a big fat NO. All I needed was a letter stating no finance records found. Stay away. They call themselves the new Honda of babylon, but obviously they lack intelligence and helpfulness. Good luck in your future. I see you going out of business in the near future.
I have gotten many cars and this was really the best experience Ive had. I was able to test drive several cars and there was no sign of impatience. There was no hard sell or pressure. I moved from an SUV to a regular car so it was a big decision for me to make. I never felt rushed. Anthony Serpico was my salesperson and he was outstanding. When I picked up the car all of the technology was explained and I was given time to pair my phone etc. If you are looking for a Honda you cant go wrong by going here.

All the negative reviews are true... I honestly thought it was a lie, and people were over reacting. I got multiple different prices. I even had the buy order in front of me. They attempt to nickel and dime you. Ethics are non existent. Pretty sad, go to another dealer, it’s not worth the struggle here . Huntington Honda is closed. Less than 0 stars would be optimal.

The service advisor Steven was outstanding!!! He did everything he could to make the situation better. Someone one of his integrity and professionalism should be the manger if not the GM. Besides him the place is a death trap!Brought the car in multiple times an I have to return multiple times to drive or ride with mechanic and the GM to show them the problem. But the problem is never fixed and to top it off.They damaged our vehicle than said “we will take care of it (detail your car)but we know your lying” says John McGuire the service manager. Even though they’re vehicle check in damage report shows no damage at check in but damage at check out. If you care about your safety and you family’s safety stay away!!!

I recently came to this service station for my newly purchased Honda Accord for oil change , wonderful experience , staff is so good , they treat you with respect and the best thing is all the charges like oil change , battery replacement all the maintenance related things they charge , information is completely displayed on pamphlets and they advertise too so there is nothing hidden charges , I have other car from Toyota I don’t see that at Toyota dealerships, I am big fan of Toyota and Honda. I will just request that when they inspect the car if they find few small things need some care like I have less coolant they can add the coolant, small little things makes a great difference in how someone treat their customer but overall excellent experience

2022-07-0510/10!! Beyond happy. Great 4th of July. Charlie and all the staff at Babylon Honda are the best of the best! Respectful as soon as i walked in the door. No fooling around, no time was wasted, straight to business. I was so happy to take home my civic Si. Charlie was our salesman and I have nothing but respect for him, super attentive throughout our time there, kept it real and was very nice. 2021-12-31Outstanding experience! Thaddeus and his team went into overdrive to find me a vehicle that met my needs in a time when theres a shortage of new vehicles. Their level of professionalism and patience was most appreciated as I was not given the same elsewhere. The entire team stayed well into midnight to close the deal and to have me happily drive off in my brand new 2022 H-RV. 😁 I will definitely recommend The New Babylon Honda everyone!

2022-04-24The staff at Babylon Honda was amazing from start to finish. Kelvin, Jose, and the sales managers worked diligently to get me into the car I wanted for a price I could afford. There were no pushy tactics and I felt they truly cared about me and my needs. Safe to say Babylon Honda is my new spot for all my car needs. 10 out of 10.

2022-04-22I bought my Passport at a different dealer (my brother was the salesman) so I was a bit worried about bringing it to a dealer other than the one I bought it from. I took a chance and I was very very pleased. From the beginning to the very end I was 💯 satisfied. Pleasant crew and they took care of my car as if it was their own. They even swapped out my license plate frames to say New Babylon Honda (nice move). I will definitely use them if any thing comes up and I need service. Let’s hope I don’t.

2022-04-28I originally came in looking for a car that I saw online but when I found out the car had already been purchased, Nick was very helpful in showing me other cars and helping me choose my Honda Accord. He thoroughly explained everything to me and went beyond to meet my needs. Nick and the staff were very friendly and it was an overall pleasing environment and I happily drove away in my new car!

2021-11-07I went to Babylon Honda yesterday looking for a new CR-V. After a couple of bad experiences at a different Honda dealership, I wasnt overly optimistic. I was greeted at the door by Pierre and immediately knew this experience was going to be different than the others. He was awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward. The negotiation process was quick and actually enjoyable - no tension and stress free! I highly recommend Babylon Honda and when you go you should ask to see Pierre! He understands the customer and is going to give you a fair deal if youre serious about buying a car! Great experience!

2022-04-27I bought 2019 civic 2 weeks ago. It had a dent, chips, scratches, and dirty-stained interior. Unfortunately, I didnt look the car over closely enough on the day I purchased it. It took over a week for them to respond to my many requests for help in getting the car looking better. Finally, they took the car for 8 hours and returned it to me in the same condition. I asked for touch up paint but never received it. They gave me new mats because the mats in the car were worn and dirty. I just spent $175 to have it detailed. Their customer service is the WORSE Ive ever experienced. You can wait forever for a call back. Honda City is where you should go to buy and service a Honda.Review Part 2:So the internet manager responded to my review online. I called her and she apologized for the condition the car was in at the time of purchase. She said she would call me back by the end of the day with possible restitution. Guess what? Still waiting for that call. Gee what a surprise.Buy a Honda but do not buy it from New Babylon Honda. I repeat, DO NOT BUY IT FROM NEW BABYLON HONDA!
