I’ve used this car service a couple times and Everytime it’s the same car doesn’t wear a mask the window in the back right is broken their fast but it’s not worth it TRUST ME
Will never use them again. Beware very unreliable, use a different service. Terrible!!!! They don’t even deserve the one star rating.

This company is horrible... terrible customer service .. they say 5 minutes but show up in 20 does not return belongings if you leave it in the car wen you call them they hang up on you
Was latte on airport, They never showed up,when I called them they said they will come in 15 min. 15 Min passed they didn’t came we started to call second time they said again they will come In 15 mi. They never showed up . We where very late on our flight. If you want to be late for something this is the taxi you want but this taxi will never come on time
Came quickly when called and driver was very friendly.
I must say they came at the time I asked them to be here , driver was very nice, and they did not over charge.I will be calling them again.
The operator was really rude I was asking how much the cost would be from point A to point B and he responded with “ I’m too busy” I wanted the ride but because of his awful customer service I didn’t bother.
They get to you pretty fast, great service.
When put this gps south bring north.

2021-09-16I was shocked, in a great way, by how well taken care of I felt by my entire experience. When ordering my car I was told exactly how long my ride would take to get to me..and it was the truth and never more than 10minutes! That same day I was quoted an hour by others. When my ride was arriving, I received a courtesy call informing me of the make, model and color of the vehicle that was picking me up. I felt my safety and comfort were considered and taken care of. Who talks this long about a cab ?! It was just that nice of an experience every time I have called them.FYI! Cash Only. (YOU CAN ALWAYS ASK TO MAKE A STOP AT AN ATM IF THERES NO CASH ON HAND. SUPPORT LOCAL COMPANIES 💕)

2022-04-07After waiting one hour for Clove Lake, I contacted this company. Even though my spanish wasnt good. I was able to communicate with the driver and he got me home safe.The tip was worth it. Very nice friendly. Will use this company.

2019-04-19Very unprofessional. Used this car service 3 times in the past week and after the first ride I couldnt wait to call them again! Very fast, friendly, and even had a nice truck. The problem started on the second ride when I was asked to pay $3 more for the same exact trip I had taken the day before. Then the day after on my 3rd ride I was asked to pay $5 more again for a trip starting and ending at the same places. Even the driver was trying to sympathize with me saying its too much money for a short ride. Feel like it will end up costing me $20 a day to get to work if I keep calling this service.
