As one of the original tenants, we cant save enough about how much we enjoy living at The Nicole! The building staff are like family, the location is supreme and the amenities top-notch. We feel safe and happy always and would highly recommend!

The Nicole is a great place to live. The door men are friendly and professional. Management was always responsive and helpful with any issues. Maintenance was always quick to fix anything that came up. Will be hard to find a better run property in nyc.

I love living at the Nicole. The staff is wonderful, very helpful and very attentive. My move in process was extremely smooth. Olivia was awesome with showing me the apartment on face time as I was not able to be present physically, and then everyone at the front desk till date have been super hospitable.

I truly cant say enough about how much we loved living at The Nicole. From the great staff (Olivia, Andres, Leo, Anthony) to the fantastic location on 9th Avenue, it was sincerely a wonderful place to live. We would return in a heartbeat.

We love living at the Nicole. We moved in when our son was just two weeks old! Olivia helped us at every step of the way and made the experience very smooth. The staff is very responsive and kind.

It helped bring the community at the Nicole closer together and celebrate the season as friends. Thanks Johnny
