My family has always used The Parking Spot. First time for me, and they were great. I felt safe leaving my car in their lot, the attendants looked over my car for damage before taking it in. Much easier then parking at the airport. The shuttle is 100% easier then looking for parking while laguardia does their construction, and cheaper.
Great service, attendants and drivers were SUPER helpful getting our luggage (and our kids!) on and off the shuttle each way. Pick up when we arrived back was extremely fast. Just bummed they are no longer at JFK!
My first time parking off-airport at LGA and this was an excellent experience. Frequent shuttles to and from the airport - both sides I had to wait less than 5 min. Super friendly at front desk when picking up the car, and the attendant had my car cleaned of snow and warmed up for me -what a welcoming way to come home. Thank you !
I like the convenience. Compared to the other long term parking companies currently working in the LaGuardia airport area this one is I think the best so far. From my 2 experiences so far the people have been very nice and helpful. My car was without problems when I picked it up. I will be using this company again when I travel long term from la guardia airport. The check in and check out experience was fine and without problems. They also give AAA discounts
First time customer and not an ideal experience.For my departure, parking was fine. Waited a few minutes for the shuttle and it took about 20 minutes from the time I entered the lot to the time I got into the terminal (B concourse A).Upon my return, I called when I landed and was instructed to proceed to the shuttle outside baggage claim. Waited 20 minutes and no shuttle. Called back and said I should be waiting outside departures instead. Scrambled back upstairs and waited another 20 minutes for the shuttle. It took nearly an hour to get to my car.I would park here again because the prices are good but just allow a lot of extra time due to constructions. I understand why I may have received errant direction about the shuttle since so much is changing with the LGA construction happening. Their staff needs to be more precise. Next time, I will confirm the shuttle location twice for my return.After paying the friendly cashier, my car was waiting with the keys inside. The only snag was the errant instructions for the shuttle
This place is amazing, great service and down the street from the airport. Also I left a very important item on the shuttle bus. I wanted to pay for shipping but they insisted to cover the cost of overnight shipping. This kind of customer service is rarely seen today. Please support businesses like this that go the extra mile!
Convenient - easy - and affordable I was having a great experience until they lost my keys and charged me more than what I was told online. After looking for my keys for over 1/2 hour, they found them and did the right thing and refunded my money for my stay. I made a stink and said I would never come back but now that I have calmed down and ate some food Id take it back.
A little more expensive than some of the other guys, dont let them fool you with a cheaper rate. The parkingspot is clean, well maintained, and very close. They take great care of your vehicle, the shuttle actually runs every 10 minutes, and the employees and considerate and professional. Its worth the couple extra dollars to park here, I wont trust my car with any other lot.
Quick and easy. Shuttle dropped us off for departures and picked us up for arrivals with minimal wait time. We used Spot’s shuttle all to see how far the shuttle was from us. Car was ready for us when we returned. All we had to do was call them to let them know we were on our way back. Courtesy bottles of water were available. Booked on the app.
Parking spot clearly understands customer service. It is seen from the time you pull onto the lot. They are friendly and treated my entire family with great respect. Drop off and pick up to and from our terminal was within 5 minutes despite the unbelievable construction delays. We have parked at other lots at this airport. The parking spot is by far the best in every category.
The Parking Spot offered excellence service. We dropped off our car this weekend and were brought to the airport immediately. Upon returning we didnt wait more then three minutes for the pick up . When we arrived back at our car our luggage was taking from the shuttle right to our car which was waiting for us as soon as we arrived. We also were given cold water bottles. Great Service !
I would give The Parking Spot less than one star if that was possible. My husband and I touched down at 9:00 p.m. last night and immediately called The Parking Spot so that they could have our car ready when we got there.We proceeded to the waiting area for shuttles with our three month old and after 20 minutes went by without seeing a shuttle, I called The Parking Spot. I was told that because of traffic, shuttles were delayed but that one should be there in 5 minutes. 5 minutes went by, then 10, then 15, then 20 -- meanwhile, numerous shuttles from other parking lots came to the shuttle waiting area no less than 3 times. I called back several times only to be told that a shuttle was on its way each time.55+ minutes later, I spotted a Parking Spot shuttle. My husband and I practically ran for it along with 10+ other customers, some of whom were waiting for 1.5 hours. When we actually got to The Parking Spot, we found that our car had been running that entire time (we have a feature on our dashboard that displays travel time) and our gas was almost on empty.I called back the next day to speak to someone about the service we received and I was told the following two things: (1) That it will always take 1 hour from the initial call for your car to be ready and that (2) For the next 5 years because of construction there will be delays.I looked at The Parking Spots website, which says that it is fast and easy. It does not say that it will take a 1 hour for your car to be ready once you call for pick up. I will never be using this service again and I sincerely hope that (as promised) a manager returns my message to offer me a refund.
Parking spot is a jewel in hiding. Its one of the best parking spots near LaGuardia airport. The checkin was fast and easy: Just take out your stuff and hand over the keys to the valet. Checkout was ever quicker: we just called the front desk when we landed and the car was ready on our arrival at the spot. Shuttle service was frequent and on time. Overall highly satisfied and will definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Forgot to mention the friendly and professional staff. 5 star !!
We have used The Parking Spot quite a few times and have been happy each time. The car is safe while we are away and they drop us off and pick us up everytime in a very timely manner. I couldnt fine a coupon this past time, and it was a bit high in price, but when we arrived to leave the car, the employees told me where to find a coupon. What a great treat that was. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Everyone was courteous and professional. The shuttle driver on the trip back did a great job driving thru the incredible traffic on the way back from my trip. I have parked with others in the area, it was a mistake. No ones service comes close to yours in the LGA area. My wife and I will continue to be customers of the parking spot.
Normally I use the terminal short term parking, but had to drive my truck and I knew it wouldnt fit there. The Parking Spot folks were super friendly and efficient and took excellent care of it. Times to and from the terminal were quick - - no waiting on either end. Excellent service and value! Thank you for military discount!
So easy! We were initially nervous trying The Parking Spot but had heard positive reviews. We decided to try it, and we are glad we did. Easy check-in, quick shuttle ride to LGA, quick pick-up at our return, and seamless/simple check-out. Super pleased. Great experience!
It is such a pleasure to leave my car at the Parking Spot near LaGuardia Airport. Parking is always so easy, and I never have to wait more than a few minutes if that long for the van to bring me to the airport. On the return, again there is no long wait for the van to pick me up and bring me back to my car. During my trip, I know my car is safe. The staff at the Parking Spit are always polite and very efficient. Traveling these days is such a hassle. The Parking Spot eliminates the getting to and from the airport worries every time!
I do not usually drive to LaGuardia but had to catch a flight on Friday after work. They made it SO EASY to drop my car off, get to the airport (even during the construction) and then were there to pick me up Sunday night with a super easy checkout process. I was nervous about dropping the car off - but now I will make this my go to. Thank you for making traveling easier!

There is currently a large amount of construction happening at LaGuardia Airport that I understand The Parking Spot has no control over. However, we arrived 2 hours early for our flight and our terminal was under a mile from the parking facility. We had to wait for 20 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up (while two shuttles were parked in the lot at the facility) and no effort was made to expedite customers to their respective terminals. We had to exit our shuttle at Terminal D and run to catch our plane at Terminal C, or we would have missed our flight. In an extreme traffic situation, it would make logical sense to use additional shuttles and send customers directly to their terminal rather than circling the entire airport. It took us 45 minutes to get from the facility to the terminal BEFORE ours. I have no complaints about the service on our way back, but the drop off experience was so stressful I probably will not use this service again until construction at the airport is complete.
Price is right. Availability for Spot Club Members is great! Service is very consistent and the well being of the vehicle is in great hands of professionals! Ive been parking here from when it was Rite Way, then Avi-Star and now finally The Parking Spot. Each phase of the way the experience has gotten progressively better! Why wouldnt you try it?
We were flying out of LaGuardia for a weekend trip and needed to park for 4 days. We researched a few places all less expensive than The Parking Spot but found a coupon on their website and really liked the frequency of the shuttles and proximity to the airport. We had excellent speedy service both with drop off and pick up and will absolutely use them again.
The folks at The Parking Spot alleviated a lot of our traveling stress around the holidays. They were professional, kind, and responsive. They went above and beyond to make things go smoothly. I would recommend them and use them again myself!
My recent experience at The Parking Spot - LGA prompted this review. I pulled in for an afternoon flight and shut off my car. As I was waiting for my shuttle, the attendant said my car wouldn’t start. I was greatly distressed and worried how it would affect my flight. The attendants didn’t worry a bit, they told me to board my shuttle and to not worry about a thing. They ended up having to jump my car to get it parked! I truly appreciated that they didn’t have me miss my flight to deal with a dead battery. I highly recommend parking here!
Every interaction with a Parking Spot employee was pleasant and positive. When my first flight out was cancelled due to the weather in Chicago (my intended destination), The Parking Spot did not charge me for the 7 hours they had my car. I came back the next day to try again, and they were just as nice (if not more). A positive experience overall. I went from dreading my LGA flight to thinking Ill never hesitate to use LGA again, thanks to The Parking Spot. Bravo!
The service is always exemplary. It is much nicer to be driven to within a few feet of where your car is than to trudge through whatever weather the airport is giving you - particularly in the winter when they start your car as youre being picked up from the terminal so it is already on the way to being warm! The staff at LGA are all courteous and professional. AND it is LESS expensive than parking right at the airport. And now, with their smart phone app, you can see that the shuttle is getting close so it really IS just a few minutes away.Heres a hint to new patrons: Please do NOT call for your car from the plane as you connect to the jetbridge or before you spot your luggage on the carousel. If the shuttle is very close, and it has passengers, you will just piss everyone off as they wait and wait, and some of them :) are not shy about asking the driver to just continue on after a couple minutes have passed.
Ive been using this lot more regularly and today justified my continued patronage. Arrival and drop-off was great as usual. Friendly, prompt service, what I expect. However, when I got to the airport my flight was cancelled and I ended up having to cancel my trip. I called for a pickup. Within 5 minutes the shuttle arrived. Every single person I encountered (driver, cashier, valet) gave a sincere apology for my flight cancelation. They seemed to feel my frustration and made every effort to make my morning better than it had been. When it came time to pay my bill was $0! In NY?!?! They had personnel costs, gas costs, shuttle costs, etc. My bill was $0?!?! Thank you LGA Parking Spot. Youve earned my continued business!
Its so amazing. When I got there right away someone took my car I went on the bus . The driver help every body with there luggage . And when I returned I called in . And with in 5 minutes i was picked up and again the driver helped with the luggage . When I got to the parking spot . My car was ready to drive it was on nice and warm . I loved it I highly recommend this please. I will all ways use them
The Parking Spot was the best garage that we have parked in for LGA! The intake of the vehicle was quick and easy, and the shuttle arrived within five minutes. On our return, the shuttle arrived ten minutes after we called. The service was efficient and friendly. The driver, cashier and valet could not do enough to provide exceptional customer service. Last week we were flying out of Laguardia and needed a parking spot for 4 days. We had called ahead but did not have a reservation number. Upon arrival were told no spots were available. While trying to exit we mistakenly backed over the security grates and got a flat tire. When we started to change out the flat tire to go and find other parking arrangement, the staff stepped up and offered to change our flat, they calmly shuttled us over to the airport and assured us that they would take care of our car for the week. Although it was a miscommunication from the start, in the stress of trying to get out of town for our vacation after a massive snowstorm, the staff was very courteous and professional. Thank you to all that helped us out that day.
Seamless and quick! When I arrived, I immediately transferred to the shuttle van and off we went to the terminals. The driver helped me with my bags, getting both on and off. Upon my return, I was unable to produce my parking tag right away, yet the person who answered the phone was still able to locate my record. I quickly picked up the shuttle outside the terminal where the stop was well marked and easy to find. When the shuttle pulled into the parking lot, I could see my car had already been brought out. As I got off the shuttle, someone offered to put my bag directly into the car while I went in to pay the bill. And I was off in no time! Couldnt have been smoother!

I have been using the Parking Spot for the last several years and the experience is usually simple and easy with little waiting time. The attendants are always courteous and helpful. Even when they are busy the operation usually runs smoothly.

I take advantage of a discount (American Outlaws), which certainly makes your service more attractive. However, there are a lot of good things to say even without the discount. The reservation system, drop-off, and pick-up are very convenient. Your staff is always courteous and take care of everything quickly. Normally, we would park in the Long Term lot at LGA. That would mean dropping off the wife and bags, dropping the car, and then walking back to the terminal. The return would be even worse. With your service, when I call for pick-up from the Parking Spot, the van is usually there in just a few minutes and the lot is close by. My last two trips have also been during major snow storms (12 plus). When we come back, the car is cleaned off and waiting. If I had parked myself, it wouldve taken more than a while to dig out. I havent tried the Parking Spot at JFK, but may have to the next time we fly out of there. The service at LGA is wonderful and very convenient.
Given how crazy the roadways into and around LGA are now, I think you folks are doing an amazing job getting people into and out of the airport. It was a brilliant idea to have us catch the shuttle to your lot by the arriving passenger area. It made for a much faster exit from the airport this past Monday. In addition, your staff has been and continues to be calm, helpful and in good humor given the current situation.
Decent alternative to paying $39/day in the LGA lots. Pick up and drop off at terminal. Lot is about 3 minutes on the shuttle bus from the terminal but if course with all the crazy construction going on traffic is a nightmare. They cleaned off the snow from my car and had it waiting for me when I got back to the lot. Tried hard to get everyone in and out fast.
I like the ease of the process. Once I park my car, I just pass through your office grabbing that complimentary USA Today and wait for the bus. Then I was dropped at my terminal for easy baggage check. On the way back, a simple call and a fast pick up. My bags were loaded in my car for me, I was given a much needed cold water, and off I went home. There is no easier way to park your car on the way in, and get back out. If you could only do something about the traffic on the way home ...
We had a very smooth and easy experience. The rates were very fair, the staff helpful and kind, the vans were clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was hassle free (which is exactly want I personally hope for when traveling).
Efficient , well organized, speedy all describe The Parking Spot. at 90-01 23rd Ave, East Elmhurst, NY. It couldnt be easier to park. Just drive up to the canopy, an attendant gives you your ticket, takes your bags to the waiting Tram. Hop on and you are dropped off at the airport minutes later. On the return, you call in your ticket number, a tram picks you up and drops you at the lot where your car is waiting, engine running AC on. Your bags are brought to your car while you settle up your bill and within minutes you are on your way. Every employee was fast, courteous and pleasant to deal with. I have used this particular Parking Spot a number of times and would not hesitate to recommend it for your LaGuardia parking.
Great experience! Simple drop off and super fast pick up. Maybe I was just lucky but I called for the shuttle and it was there in a minute and they took me straight to the lot where my car was running and ready for me.

The staff goes out of their way to make me comfortable. I hate going to the airport, but knowing I’m parking at the parking spot makes the thought bearable. They pick me up immediately, smooth in and out, my car is ready to go and I get cold water for the ride. This place is a godsend.
The Parking Spot is very efficient at getting you to your flight on time (and,equally important, picking your up on your return and getting you into your car and on the road home). As a frequent flyer, I appreciate every service that reduces the friction of travel and every minute they save me - and the cheerful and polite Parking Spot staff is icing on the cake. This off site long term parking area for LaGuardia Airport is a hidden gem! Great place to use and the shuttle service to/from the airport is short and quick. Staff is friendly and ready to assist.

Great place to park near the nightmare of LGA airport these days. Drivers knew the surface streets well to get around the mess. They run enough buses to keep a good flow going. The people are very nice, helpful and humorous when needed. Great job The Parking Spot...
I am from Connecticut and was leery about driving into Queens and finding a place to park. The Parking Spot provided exceptional service from checking in to picking up. Checking in was quick and easy, and the shuttle was clean and convenient. After a quick phone call as we departed from our plane, the shuttle was waiting for us, and took us directly back to our car. The complimentary water bottles were a bonus, and just what these dehydrated travelers needed. Definitely recommend.

I have used this company since they first took over this location from Avistar. They have delivered exceptional service at a very fair price. Ive had only one problem in the last 13 years when the pick up on my return took 30 minutes - but they made it up to me financially, so no complaints!Ive also used their locations at JFK and EWR.And as someone that travels a fair amount, about 15 times a year, I really value the ease, reliability and peace of mind that working with a company I trust, provides.
Just used the LaGuardia Parking Spot for the first time and cannot say enough good things about them. The service, the facility (including the buses) and the people were all tops. I called when I got my baggage and someone was there immediately. My driver Wilson jumped out to help me with my luggage. As we pulled into the Parking Spot location I saw my car running and waiting for me. Denise, Khia and Sonny were very pleasant behind the desk and made sure I left with my complementary bottle of water. And my car was warm when I got in for my ride home!
Very good parking facility close to LGA airport! I liked the valet parking experience - where it feels like you are entering a 5-star hotel! Excellent and prompt shuttle service(even if youre the only one who needs the ride).The employees are courteous in handling your car. When I arrived, they left the windows slightly open and A/C ON so that the car was cool in the scorching August heat. Complimentary bottle of cold water! Quite easy to follow all procedures; economical ($25/day) compared to the LGA long term parking lot (over $35/day)!
I have used the Parking Spot many times and will continue to use them in the future. The staff is friendly and efficient. My car is always ready when I get off the shuttle, and it has never been damaged. Why even try parking at the airport?
Process works. Room for improvement is the bull rush to the counter when the shuttle brings arrivals back to the lot. Should be given tickets as they enter the shuttle to keep things orderly. Honestly they were a bit sluggish when retrieving my car too. Sorry buds wish I could issue more stars.
I like The Parking Spot @ LGA (LaGuardia Airport). Very professional; friendly people work there and the price to park is very fair (Just check out the cost to park in the airport - a mortgage payment!). They drop you off and pick you up a fast as humanly possible within the mess that is LGA, which is under mass construction currently. If you join The Spot Club their frequent parking club, your car will be there waiting for you, you pay your bill and off you go. They even offer a bottle of cold water, a nice touch since the airlines offer practically nothing. Try The Parking Spot out, but make a reservation because lots of folks have found them!
An excellent off-site parking option for travels out of LGA. The staff are friendly and the service is quick. Leave extra time in your schedule for travel late afternoon and early evenings on major holidays and generally on Thursdays while construction continues at LGA.
It is conveniently located to LGA. All the staff are very professional and courteous. I especially appreciate the quick turn around in getting a shuttle for pick up. We waited about 10-15 minutes after we called. There was a ton of traffic so we were surprised at how quickly we were picked up.
Extremely awesome service here. had a slow leak and the manager and staff were nice enough to offer filling or swapping out with the spare while i was still on my trip. they went well out of their way to make sure it was taken care of.
Entire staff was friendly and provided swift professional service, bus experience was quick, clean and polite driver. I commute from NJ so making this part of my travel easy, less expensive than other options and convenient is greatly appreciated.
This is indubitably the best parking deal around. The people here are happy and friendly and it is less expensive than parking at La Guardia itself. Their shuttle vans are clean and comfortable. They have a loyalty program. What could be better?
Parked here dozens of times without complaint.On my most recent visit, they decided to park my car with the moonroof open. When they noticed this (valet park only), they decided to turn my car up to max heat, then turn the fan down to minimum just before pickup so I wouldnt notice when I retrieved my vehicle. I only noticed because the leather around the gear shifter was FULL of water.I could not recommend this location despite all prior experience as a result.
Flying out of LGA comes with a fear of traffic and not being to figure out how long an Uber will cost/time it will take. The parking spot made our traveling so enjoyable and easy. I would use them every time I go to LGA!

Convenient. Cheaper than airport parking. So easy, no shlepping of your bags. They pick you up at baggage claim and carry your bags to your car! And everyone was so nice. Will definitely use them again!

I have been using these guys since before they became The Parking Spot. Search for discounts online and become a member to earn free parking. LGA is such a traffic nightmare (2017) because of the construction but these guys are good at finding a way through all of it. Clean facilities and shuttles. Free water, tea or coffee available at the drop off area.
We used the Parking Spot at LaGuardia in March 2016 and were more than happy with their services. Personnel was friendly. Upon arrival we were picked up promptly at the terminal and our car was ready when we arrived to the parking spot.
Quick check in and check out and really nice and helpful people. Everything always moves smoothly and efficiently with a minimum of fuss. Car is always ready and warmed. Have tried other parking companies but this is the best by far.
Second time I used them. Picked up my car and noticed damage to the paint on the front and edge of the door. Its a shame because everything else about the service is good, but damaging my car is unforgivable. Ive filed a claim on customer support. I will update once I get them.

One of the most unfriendliest Parking Spot location I have been to. While driving towards LGA, the bus driver was driving with one hand and eating a sandwich with his other hand. He didnt even bother to give me a hand with my luggage. Even when I arrived back, I was waiting for the bus, the driver saw me but stopped the bus at least 100 metres away. I had to carry my luggage and rush towards the bus in order not to miss it as had been waiting for quite some time
Generally excellent service, although our wait for the ParkingSpot shuttle at Terminal A was longer than expected - about 25 minutes. Cost of parking is a little high at the ParkingSpot near LGA, but hard to complain about this because parking rates around LGA are generally much higher than parking near other NYC airports.
These men and women do a solid job at making things good for their customers. as serious travelers know, occasionally there are moments that aren’t perfect, but for 10 plus years, they are my #1 choice at LGA. thank you

The people that work there were very friendly and helpful getting us to LGA and pickup when our flight arrived 4 hours late on a very rainy night, my truck was there running and AC on. I would recommend this facility.

Came here in a panic, not realizing that LGAs long term parking is out of commission. They got us parked quickly and onto a shuttle immediately. We made our flight and didnt have to worry about our car. They also accept coupons, so keep an eye out in the planes magazine.

Couldnt be easier. Make appointment, drive up, they check you in and take your luggage to waiting bus. When you return, call them on number they give you, go to designated spot, get picked up, pay bill and drive off in your waiting car. Best way to go especially with the present LGA construction.
Easy drop off and shuttle to the airport. Snow was cleaned off the car when I returned to pick it up. I have been a customer of the Parking Spot for many years and always return there when I have the need to drive to the airport and park my car.
Quick entry, shuttles are always around with a minimal wait and the lady at check out saved me even more $$. Also the bottles of water at checkout are a classy touch. Would def reccomend!
You never wait, driving in an attendant meets you, inspects the car, gives you a reservation ticket and youre done. Pickup is within 10-15 minutes and the ladies behind the checkout desk are outstanding.
The Parking Spot employees could have prevented our trip being a lost wallet nightmare - they chose not to. Catching an early morning flight w/ 2 lil children, airport nightmare. Where is the wifes wallet? Could we have left it in the car? Were we pickpocketed? Dropped in a gutter? No tickets no ID no credit cards. Call the parking spot - can you check if it is in the car? Told that they looked, not there. For some very unlikely/ unexpected/ unbelievable reason, we were able to still travel domesticly with wife having No I.D. ( Unbelievable right? But true. We were separated, passed some questioning, but somehow got on a plane & flew ) not the end of the story because we had to cancel cards, be careless all week, & you dont realize how often you need iD on a trip until you have none. All the time wondering if we will be able to fly home at the end. Our rare vacation, 1st time as a full family of four, was MOST STRESSED WEEKS OF OUR LIVES. A week later... We go-to our car at THE PARKING SPOT, before we even put down the luggage to unlock the door, we can see CLEAR AS DAY. A wallet, stuffed with printed tickets / cards / ID sitting on the center console. Probably put down for a second dealing with infant and all that comes with them. They made NO effort to look. They LIED to us saying they did. Hopefully no cash was taken, cant say 100%. It would have been so easy to have looked, brought the wallet to us. Or let me come get it. Might have still made our flight even with a return trip to the lot. So avoidable. Yet epic.
Although La Guardia Airport is very difficult to navigate during construction, The Parking Spot tries to make the experience as easy and efficient as possible. The staff truly aims to please.
Wonderful experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend. From booking the reservation to the shuttle and picking up the vehicle I will use them any time I travel.
Never using again. I waited just about 25 minutes to get picked up Sunday night July 14th. Not worth the savings. Next time Ill call when still in the air. Every time I called they said its almost there. Lied!!!
Experience was fine, however, a month later I found that someone had either used my car, or borrowed my EZ PASS for 3 days!So, The Parking Spot, I contacted you as you asked, I also contacted you on your web site, both over a week ago leaving my direct numbe. I can only assume that you responsed back to me as to appear as if you cared.You have no Phone # to contact you, so my only recourse is to file a police report.
Friendly staff and quick to retrieve our vehicle for us. Price is a bit more than I would like to pay, but well worth it to keep our vehicle safe while visiting the city for a couple of days.

I use the Parking Spot on a regular basis. They park the car, they warm up the car, but more importantly after the recent large and heavy snow fall they cleaned off my car - COMPLETELY - so that the ride home was immediate and without any hassle.

Easy, Easy. You pull in. Someone is there is take your bags. They put you on a shuttle and take you right over to airport. When you land, you just call and you wait maybe 5-10 minutes and they pick you up. Car is sitting in front waiting for you.

I got back from vacation to find my quarters stolen and a door of my center console broken. Obviously the thief was no cat burglar he did not even try to hide his crime. The missing change was one thing but the Vandalism was just uncalled for. I had to force the employees to call the manager when he was on his break. I got the feeling this was a common occurrence at the Parking Spot. After some prying the manager knocked 50% off my bill. I was surprised; if my employees damaged the customers cars and stole from them, I would have been quicker to make restitutions not just fill out a claim form.
I have been parking here for a number of years now and every time I have the same positive experience. All of the employees are professional, helpful and always pleasant. Check in and out is done quickly and efficiently.

I was very disappointed today because I had to wait for my shuttle for 25 minutes in the freezing cold. And yes I understand that there is traffic, but then they charged me EXTRA because I was ten minutes longer then a day!!!! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Apparently not a Parking Spot location anymore as of 2.19.20. Cancelled my reservation within 24hrs of arrival and now no parking available for me at LGA due to within 24hr time frame of arrival.

2018-08-13This was by far the most outstanding experience Ive ever had with a parking company. The Parking Spot outdid all their competition. Their location was easy to find. Their employees were friendly and went above and beyond to take care of us. They were ready for us when we arrived and even waiting outside. They walked up to our car, got us set up quickly in their system, and they were done checking us in before we could get our bags out of the car. We walked from our car to the shuttle and took off immediately for the airport. The whole experience from when I drove in to when we left for the airport took less than 10 minutes. When we returned, they came to the airport immediately and got us right back to our car. They had two cashiers in place to check everyone out, so the wait was minimal. They welcomed us back home and even offered us complementary water bottles for our trip home. I cannot say enough good about our experience. I will be using them in the future and recommending them to my friends.

2019-06-08The Parking Spot was easy to find, the staff is friendly, and the whole process was quick. I pulled up, unloaded my car, and a shuttle bus was ready to go to the airport! When I picked up my car at the end of the trip, the shuttle was again there quickly. My car was ready and the attendants helped put our suitcases in the car while I paid the bill. We were sent off with a much needed bottle of water!

2019-08-27I usually rely on metro north and shuttle buses to and from grand central. I decided to try this service instead. I am SO glad I did. It was easy to find, the staff was friendly, courteous and professional... and it was quick and efficient. I was in and out, had help with my bag and off to the airport in minutes. Upon my return, I was looking to see where I should wait before I called and there was a shuttle already there. I came in to a cold bottle of water and an easy check out. Thank you for making my travels stress free.

2020-01-13Great service! Pulled in, valet took the keys, and the shuttle bus was there already, and I got to the airport in 5 minutes! On the way back, I called upon arrival, the shuttle bus came within minutes, and my car was waiting, turned on and warmed up! The coupon worked out great too. Thanks for the complimentary water!

2018-03-09Great all around experience. Pulled up and dropped car off at 4AM on a Saturday and the shuttle driver immediately drove me to airport. On the return flight landing I called for shuttle and the driver was there within 15 min during busy early afternoon workday. When we arrived back to The Parking Spot facility, the lady at the service desk was professional and she provided the best customer service Ive received in a long time while traveling. She also informed me of their Veterans discount which provided a great discount.

2019-12-23This place was outstanding. Had no issues with dropping off my Truck and no issues with picking it up. The personnel were extremely friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs to park their vehicle. I tried to park my Dodge RAM 2500 at 4 different parking garages and everyone of them said they do not take full size trucks. What a blessing it was to find these guys. Only a short bus ride (public transit) back in to the city to see the sites. I will park here every time I go to NYC. GREAT JOB!!!!

2019-11-05I had a wonderful experience. Right after I got my bad from the baggage claim I called The Parking Spot. The phone number was right there on the claim slip, she asked me for my claim number and then asked me to go wait at passenger pickup number 8. I went there and waited no more than 3 minutes before the van came. The van took me back to the lot where my car was running and being warmed up. I was about to pay the cashier when she asked if I had any discounts. I replied no but she then asked if I had AAA which I did so she took 10% off. She then handed me a complimentary bottle of water and I was on my way. I really thought the service was great. I never write reviews either but I was impressed. Especially now that LaGuardia is under all that construction, it’s a total mess over there but using this parking place made everything a very pleasant experience

2019-11-29The staff was friendly and fast. The shuttle service was fast and professional. When I returned from my travels the shuttle service was at LGA to pick me up within 5-10 minutes. I will use this service again, I appreciated my car being ready and warm when I got to it.
