I’ve always had great experiences at the Rejuva Center. Devyn always greets me with a smile and is so easy going and friendly when taking first timer / progress photos. She makes me feel at ease before any treatments, calms any nerves and is so reassuring about the positive results I always get. I loved my microneedling treatments and will keep returning for more knowing I’m in good care. Thank you Devyn and the Rejuva Center!
After reviewing/researching Plastic Surgeons in both Florida and Arizona (where I was living), I opted to fly back to Albany to have my surgery done at the Williams Center, by Dr. Williams himself, and I couldnt be more pleased with my decision. Six months out and I just love, love the results! It is once again a pleasure to look in the mirror and see the person I FEEL like, looking back at me. The results of my face and neck lift look and feel natural. No one would ever suspect I had surgery done. In fact, family members that I had not seen in over a year asked how much weight I had lost (none) and commented on how much retirement must agree with me as they had never seen me look so rested. Dr Williams felt I would look at least ten years younger after the surgery, and we all agree that its much more like 15 to 20! As the oldest sister of 4, I now look like the youngest, and no one will ever mistake me for my mothers sister again! He and ALL the staff at the Williams Center are so very kind, caring and professional. You know from the minute of your first consultation that you are in the best of hands. I highly recommend this Practice for any Plastic Surgery you may be considering. And if you arent quite ready for surgery, the Rejuva Center is your next best bet. I, and family members have been going there for years, and the personalized, professional care they provide is next to none.

The Williams Center is an amazing place! From the time I was greeted at the door to see Dr. Williams I was made to feel I was the only patient in the office. I had extra skin on my upper eyes that was interfering with my vision and bags under my eyes that made me look tired. I had surgery and I could not be happier with the results! I also loved having surgery in a private setting in the surgery center right there in the same building.
Honestly best place to go! Staff is VERY friendly and outgoing. Dr. Polynice is a magician and all around the best. My first surgery and yes I was nervous but how they made sure I was comfortable and informed me of every step just shows the support and a great team he has working with him. I went in for a breast reduction & breast lift.
I went to The Williams Center for a TT, BBL, and a Breast Lift with a reduction. From the consultation by phone to the in person staff I couldn’t have been more surprised by the professionalism. EVERYONE just makes you feel so comfortable. Dr. Polynice did my surgery. He explains everything thoroughly, asks you questions about your vision, and not to mention his bedside manner-is incredible. The day of surgery I was a wreck. The whole surgery staff were so calming and made me feel good by the time I got to the table. Waking up the nurses are right there which made me feel so secure. The nurses that took my calls for questions or my follow-ups have been so amazing. I am currently 3+ weeks post-op and my results... I couldnt be happier. I was a young mom with big babies. Now that they are all grown I decided it was time and I am so glad I did it. You are in good hands at The William Center! I cant say enough good things about my experience.
I met with Dr. Polynice for a consultation to have a tummy tuck, muscle repair and lipo 360. After having 4 c-sections it left a stomach bulge with lots of stretched skin. From the moment I met the staff, nurses and Dr. Polynice I knew I was in great hands! I had my procedure on June 10th, I am 3wpo today. I have had zero complications and I’m recovering beautifully! I am amazed at my results already!! I would 100% recommended Dr. Polynice and the Williams Center. It’s life changing and I have them to thank! Everyone that works there is so friendly and they make you feel so welcome!
I recently had surgery for a broken nose. These guys were amazing throughout the entire process. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. It was my first surgery so I was a little bit nervous but the staff made me feel right at home! I told everyone how great they were and Dr.Rhodes did an amazing job on my nose! I recently had a rhinoplasty done at the Williams Center. I am about 5 weeks out from surgery and I feel great! I was super nervous at first but everyone was so kind and friendly that all of my reservations quickly went away. The overall process was pretty easy and the recovery was not bad at all. Dr. Williams and the whole gang were super helpful with my many many questions and truly made the entire experience so great! I absolutely love the results as of now and I am told they will only be better with time. Great people. Great place. Highly recommend :)
I highly recommend The Williams center ! I have yet to encounter an unpleasant person working there (which is rare these days), and I’m always welcomed with a smile. I refer all my friends and family here based not only on the results of the work I’ve had done, but the customer service alone. I drove Cheryl nuts with my emails recently and she answered all my questions quickly, knowledgeably and professionally. Jen, who does my Botox in the rejuvenation center, is wonderful. She’s sweet as can be and gentle with those needles:) Dr. slaughter, who just removed all the moles on my face, is great! They’re healing nicely and I can’t wait to look in the mirror and not have them staring back at me. If you’re a ‘sensitive sally’ you might mistake his laid back personality as passive aggressive, but...get over yourself. 5 stars all day. You guys/gals are the best!
I recently became a patient of the practice. My first initial thoughts walking in was “wow its beautiful in here” ! Then after meeting the staff I was blown away at how welcoming and kind everyone was. They really knew how to put someone who was nervous like me at ease. They also gave me plenty of knowledge and information before hand about the facial procedure. I am so thrilled at the results, I can not wait to return for more treatments! Dr.Slaughter removed a mole on my face. He was so informative before and after the procedure. He answered all my questions and after 4 weeks I can’t even tell anything was there! I am so happy with my care that Dr.Slaughter provided.
My experience with the Williams Center has been absolutely amazing. In July I got a bilateral breast reduction and it was life changing. Dr. Polynice and all of the staff at the Williams Center are incredible and truly gave me the best experience possible. I cannot recommend them enough. After meeting with 5 plastic surgeons in the upstate New York area over the course of 2 years, I decided to book a consult with Dr. Williams. I had seen his results and read reviews of his work, spoke to other medical professionals who knew his reputation, and thoroughly vetted his credentials before even meeting with him. Our initial consultation was surprisingly thorough; Dr. Williams spent well over an hour with me discussing every piece of minutiae I brought to the table. Never once was he dismissive or impatient, always pleasant and genuinely engaged in our conversation.12 days ago, Dr. Williams did my neck and lower face lift with fat grafts. I am thrilled with the results- natural looking but refreshed. I have a perfect jawline, jowls are gone and the fat grafts will continue to promote more collagen production as time goes on! I look like myself when I was about 42 (I’m 58).Dr. Williams’ staff is charming, accommodating and supportive. They are clearly committed to patient satisfaction and gold standards of care. I just cannot say enough about the amazing doctors and professional staff at Williams Center. I did a lot of research before scheduling my procedures and EVERY health care professional I spoke with recommended Dr. Williams and Dr. Polynice. Recommendations like that don’t happen by accident. Dr. Williams specializes in faces and Dr. Polynice in body work. They are truly both at the top of their game. My only regret is that I waited so long to get my procedures done. If you are on the fence, do yourself a huge favor and go talk to the doctors at the Williams Center!! I guarantee you will LOVE your results!

I am so blessed to have Dr. Slaughter as my surgeon. He repaired my nose after a nasty car accident. Prior to the surgery, I had my multiple headaches a week, sinus infections and pressure. I am 1 year post op and have had two headaches, no infections and the pressure is gone. I feel amazing, I absolutely recommend Dr. Slaughter and the Williams Center. They are amazing!
I had a basil cell removed by Dr. Slaughter today. I was a little nervous when I arrived at the office. As soon as the doctor came in to examine me, I immediately felt comfortable and at ease. So far I have zero pain. I will definitely return to him in the future if I need a plastic surgeon.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Pontius for a few years now and I’m so happy with the experience she delivers. I had a Basel cell removed just above my upper lip under my nose, which was then followed by several unsuccessful lip surgeries.This went on for well over 2 years. I saw Dr. Williams in November of 2015 for a rhinoplasty. He came highly recommended by my wife. I had been self-conscience about my nose for years. Now, I really like the way my nose looks, it is so natural. No one could ever tell I had work done. There was no pain, but I did have some discomfort. Dr. Williams and his staff were great during this time. I will recommend Dr. Williams for his professionalism, as my whole process was excellent.
Dr. Polynice and his staff are wonderful. I was very nervous about getting any sort of procedure done, but his patient care person Patti was so lovely and answered all of my questions and immediately put me at ease. My procedure went quickly and easily and my recovery has been great. My nurse Amy in the surgery center was so friendly it was like having a family member with me; I’m so grateful for her. Since my surgery Dr. Polynice and his staff have followed up several times to make sure I’m doing ok. I recently had chin augmentation done. Im exactly a month out. I could not be more happy with my results and did not expect anything less by Dr.Williams. Jeff Yeomans and Monica Revels cannot express what an amazing, warm and thorough team the Williams Center exudes. Dr. Slaughter, Sara and the rest of the staff are fantastic. The surgical procedure was flawless and the follow up was also flawless. We never felt rushed and any and all questions were explained in detail. We could not have asked for a better Center and a better doctor and staff. It is worth the 1.5 hr drive.
Very happy with this practice and my surgery results. After years of saving my pennies and carefully researching plastic surgeons to do the work, I chose Dr. Williams (facelift) and Dr. Polynice (breast aug/tummy tuck). The total experience was great. The doctors, nurses and staff made me feel so comfortable and took excellent care of me through the entire process and I look and feel amazing. I am thrilled with my results and feel that every penny that was saved was very well spent!
I had a rhinoplasty done 16 years ago by another surgeon and was never truly happy with the results. I looked a lot better than I had before, but I was still self conscious. One day I saw a profile photo of myself at a wedding and realized it was time to look into a revision. I met with Dr. Williams because I had heard he was a great surgeon and years earlier, he helped my sister after a serious car accident and she looks amazing! I was hesitant of course because I didnt look that bad, but I wanted a change. Dr. Williams was very patient and honest. He met with me 3 times and took his time explaining what was realistic and what he would recommend and listened to what I wanted too. What really put my mind at ease was their imaging program that takes your photo and then shows you what you will look like after surgery! Its not a guarantee mind you but it definitely helps give you an idea. As for the results, I am very pleased. I was afraid I wouldnt look like myself, but I do, just better. Plus, my results really do look very similar to the imaging program picture, its amazing. I think what sets Dr. Williams apart is that he pays attention to detail, and for my case, made minor changes that really made a difference.
Had to have a small cyst removed from my shoulder blade a few months ago, and everything about this experience was outstanding. From the initial consultation, to scheduling the surgery, getting instructions, surgery itself, and followup visits, everything was very straightforward making me feel at ease in a potentially stressful situation. The entire operation at the Williams Center is highly professional with staff that goes out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and that you are getting the attention you deserve.From the initial consultation, I felt like everything was under control and I was in excellent hands. On the day of the surgery, everything in the OR went smoothly. A very simple process with excellent staff that constantly asked if I had any questions. Also, the surgery center is a very nice, clean facility that has more of an office feel than a hospital feel, which helps ease any tension. Dr. Polynice performed the surgery which went smoothly and I could not believe how little pain I was in afterward. I had only minor pain/discomfort the remainder of the day, and the following day I had so little pain that I stopped taking pain medication. I kept waiting for the pain to increase, but it never did. I was literally dumbfounded at how normal I felt within 2 days. I can only assume this is due to the surgical skills of Dr. Polynice and the careful manner in which he conducts his surgery. Follow up visits were timely, friendly and straightforward. It is also worth noting that while most visits to Dr. offices result in long waits, every single visit from the initial consult to my last followup was right on-time with virtually no wait.I could not be happier with my overall experience and highly recommend the Williams Center. I could not be more impressed with Dr. Polynice and the quality of my surgery. I wish there was a rating beyond excellent I could give here, because they truly exceeded my highest expectations, which is a rarity, especially in the medical field.
My experience at the Williams Center was truly amazing. After 2 c sections I was left with the overhang. Dr. Polynice recommended a mini tummy tuck. Realizing no amount of excerise would fix my problem I booked my appointment. The entire staff there was so supportive and amazing. Two years ago, I had my initial consultation with Dr. Slaughter to discuss treatment options for traction alopecia around my temples. As an African American woman, I was not optimistic and expressed my hesitancy about the effects of hair transplantation. With gentle encouragement from Dr. Slaughter, I began my first procedure. The results have been astonishing! I now have a full hair line. Dr. Slaughter and his staff come with years of experience and provide exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend he and his team for hair replacement options!

I had lower eye blepharoplasty in June of 2017. I had this surgery scheduled in the past with a different plastic surgeon in the area but my gut said dont go through with it with him. He did not have a portfolio of before and after pictures of this particular procedure. I am so glad I listened to my gut.When I met with Dr. Williams he shared with me a book of before and after pictures. He took his time explaining the surgery and what to expect when healing. He answered all my questions and put my nerves at ease. The last thing he did was give me a signed copy of the book he wrote on this particular procedure. First of all, I have let Dr. Williams office know who I am, so if anyone would like to reach out to me personally about this review, I have given them permission to give my name out. I am in a very public line of work and at this point in time my colleagues, dont need to know that I have had work done...sometime in the future l will definitely let people know (if they ask) that I have been to Dr. Williams (and with GREAT pleasure). At the end of November I had a Weekend Lift to minimize my jowls. I went to one of his seminars, made an appointment for the following week, talked to their staff and Dr. Williams (twice) and then scheduled my procedure. Each one of them...Sue C., Sue S, Jackie, and of course Dr. Williams made me comfortable enough to make the decision to move forward. The experience on the day of my surgery was just as good as the events leading up to it...Sandy M., Sally and Scott were phenomenal and it couldnt have gone smoother. Since then, I have been back for all the required follow ups, and once again the nurses (especially Sue C., thank you for putting up with maybe one call too many with questions :-)) were kind and gentle and everyone involved was 100% professional. But the one I am most grateful to is Dr. Williams...he does beautiful work and I couldnt have been more pleased with the results...without question I would wholeheartedly recommend him

After having undergone 5 major abdominal surgeries, the fear of surgery and all its potential complications kept me from taking the plunge. I must admit that I was also conflicted given the sense of vanity that comes with plastic surgery. THIS IS NOT VANITY! I have come to learn since my abdominoplasty that it’s really about strengthening and maintaining my mental health, my confidence, my quality of life, etc.My breaking point came in December of 2019 when I just fell into a puddle of tears and told my husband that I had to fix myself. I spend every day of my life fixing my clients’ problems. It was time to fix my problem. I was tired of all the Spanx, tired of looking sloppy and tired of being tired of how I looked. After all of my prior surgeries, I looked like I had butt cheeks on my stomach. Super gross!After much research and contemplation, I decided to schedule my initial consultation with Dr. Polynice. The whole process from there was easy and painless. The staff was so easy to work with and always graciously answered my questions throughout the pre-/post-surgery phases.The day of surgery I had some last minute requests to remove the numerous scars on my tummy. Dr. Polynice went above and beyond in removing or hiding my existing scars. I woke up to a flat curvaceous mid-section. The scarred butt cheeks were a thing of the past!!!Dr. Polynice clearly has a keen eye for the female body and is a skilled sculptor. He also has a gentle, respectful and kind bedside manner.Abdominoplasty with Dr. Polynice and his team is by far one of the greatest gifts I have given myself.Please, please, please… if you are thinking about having plastic surgery, reach out to Dr. Polynice. I promise you won’t regret it!(For the record, I am writing this review a few months post-operatively and want to be clear that the novelty of surgery has worn off. However, my pleasure and satisfaction with the outcome has increased with each passing day.)
I did a lot of investigating and a lot of research for about three years for a good plastic surgeon. All my research led me to Dr. Williams and after speaking to previous patients of his, I knew he was the surgeon for me. One of the things I liked about him is his meticulous attention to every detail, and yet the results are natural.His team is top-notch. I spoke to Jackie, the patient care coordinator, and she remembered me because I call all the time asking question and she helped me out. She made it this whole process simple and smooth. She is excellent. Once you make the decision to have surgery they help you with all the paperwork and Sue oversees everything. I never felt rushed. The day of surgery, theres a private entrance and everybodys on a first-name basis and you dont feel like youre just another body that passes through.I had a facelift and neck lift with Dr. Williams on January 19th and the recovery process had been unbelievable. I would highly refer anyone that I can talk to, family and friends, anyone to the exceptional service Dr. Williams provides. Having work done is becoming the norm and choosing the right doctor that makes you look and feel good is incredibly important. I will I truly did a lot of research and I’m certain that I absolutely made the right decision. Plastic surgery used to have such a bad stigma and I don’t think that’s the case anymore.
I got Buccal fat Pad removal with Dr. Williams. I live in buffalo NY & I made the drive to see him (we consulted over FaceTime first) he offers the option of doing the procedure awake with local anesthetic to lower the cost (anesthesia fees are expensive) which is fantastic. They offer relaxing medication as well as the laughing gas sort however because I wanted to drive myself home I took NOTHING and I was fine! Just had the numbing. Procedure took alittle over an hour but can range depending on your structure. He talked me through the procedure as he did each step which was extremely my style and made me comfortable and aware of what was happening! He will take out the amount of fat possible and according to your wants. He warned me to not expect results for 6 months to a year and that they’d be subtle but as soon as my swelling subsided i IMMEDIATELY noticed dramatic results. Mainly I could see my cheekbone structure much more! As well as decreased puffiness. My “fatter” cheek has less results but still more defined cheekbone which helps. sure it depends on your day about and facial structure but I am very happy and can’t wait to see how it improves over time even more! Patti in the office is great. They make you comfortable and feel free to call with any questions or concerns post op. I did not go back for a follow up as I had no complications and didn’t need to make the drive. Will go back for after shots at the 6-8 month point. Thank you Dr Williams for a professional, comfortable, and EXCITING experience. The money was a big concern for me as I am young but this was hands down the BEST financial decision I have ever made! Subtle as the results may be to others - they’re huge to me and have dramatically improved my confidence in my face and smile!

Dr. Polynice was recommended to my family by a physician from Albany Med. For years, I had wanted to have a breast reduction but was too scared. Until I met Dr. Polynice that is. He is the only surgeon I would allow to do the surgery. The whole process from beginning to end was flawless. He is exceptionally talented with an incredible beside manner. I cannot say enough good things about him and his nurse Mimi. I am thrilled with the results of my surgery. I would recommend him to anyone. He is the best at what he does!
I went to see Dr. Williams for my Deviated Septum and a Cosmetic Rhinoplasty. Since I was 12 years old I didnt like the way my nose looked. I also had a Deviated Septum that needed repair. Dr. Williams was able to do both procedures at one time. Since I had my nose done I absolutely love it. I dont mind taking photos anymore and I have become more confident in myself. The surgery itself was amazing, I had zero brusing and was able to go back to work after several days of the surgery. I would recommend Dr. Williams to anyone considering a Rhinoplasty.
So glad I received a recommendation for The Williams Center from a friend! I came in today to see Dr. Pontius for lip filler and to discuss Botox with her. Although I have had my lips filled a number of times before in San Diego, today’s procedure was PAINLESS. I mean it, I didn’t feel a thing. Dr. Pontius took the time to answer questions I had about Botox and we even added 15 units to today’s appointment—I didn’t feel those either! If you are on the fence about a procedure or the Williams Center, do not hesitate any longer and go see them. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly, and overall excellent! My lips look amazing!
Dr. Slaughter and his assistant Sara were both amazing. I went in for a small scar removal and he was so nice, professional, quick and it was completely painless. I highly recommend him to anyone who is considering this place.
What a great experience!! Dr Slaughter used a filler to correct a big slope in the bridge of my nose and the results are AMAZING!!! He is definitely an expert in facial enhancement. On my follow up visit I had him do a little Botox on my forehead and glabella. I’ve had Botox before but I need to mention that I barely felt a thing, and we did not use numbing cream. He’s the best! I highly recommend Dr Slaughter

My husband and I are so thankful to Dr. Slaughter and his staff. Because of them we were confident enough to travel for the winter to Florida with our RV. We did have some issues where I needed help from Dr. Slaughter. With the help of cell phones, we were able to send pictures to his nurse, Sara, of my head to show the problems and then progress from my head surgery. This helped us not to worry and to enjoy the warmth of Florida. I do have a dermatology doctor here in Florida and Dr, Slaughter and Dr. Welton did correspond.
Dr. Polynice was recommended to me by another physician, for which I am very grateful. My entire experience with this practice from my first consultation to post-op visits has been nothing less than positive. I am absolutely thrilled with the results from the removal of encapsulated breast implants, along with a breast lift & the addition of fat transfer, together with a thigh lift that was done, at the same time. Dr. Polynice is an incredible artist, perfectionist & a very kind and caring humanitarian. Extremely nice staff, but I consider my breast surgery a waste of money! I got a breast lift in 2017. Here it is 2021 and my breast have almost completely gone flat again.
I wanted to have a series of platelet rich plasma (PRP) injections to help with my thinning hair. I travelled two hours to see Dr. Slaughter when I could have picked someone twenty minutes from my house. But I chose Dr. Slaughter because of his excellent reputation in hair transplantation. I had four appointments with the first one at the beginning of January and finishing up in the middle of May. I found the facility to have a pleasant and welcoming feel to it. The staff from reception to the nurses and assistants were professional, knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Slaughter is professional but also down to earth and answered all my questions. He did all four procedures with minimal discomfort and the results are excellent. People keep asking me if I did something because my hair looks fuller.My wife was impressed with Dr. Slaughter and asked him if he could do something with a keloid scar she had next to her ear. She had two doctors work on it with less than favorable results. He cut the keloid out and followed up with laser and cortisone shots, something the other doctors didn’t do. The results are excellent. Three months later and the keloid is gone. She is extremely happy with the results.If you are looking for a great surgeon go see Dr Slaughter. You won’t be disappointed.
Dr Polynice changed my life. After having five children...I hated my abdomen...no matter how hard I worked out and lost weight...nothing worked. Dr. Polynice repaired my abdominal muscles...I am the happiest person alive :). His staff is wonderful and he is awesome! I highly recommend him!

I had a rhinoplasty in 2014 with Dr. Williams. He had done my sisters rhinoplasty after breaking her nose several times and she was very pleased with the results; therefore I chose to go to him. I was hesitant to schedule the consultation because I thought I was being frivolous with my concerns. But, I was pleasantly surprised with all of the options he brought forth after taking and reviewing some pictures of my nose. We decided to shorten the length and size of the tip, shave down the bridge slightly, as well as -snip the muscle that forced my nose downward when I smiled. I could not have been happier with the results. The modifications made to my nose were so subtle but all together has changed my life. I do not even think about my nose when I take a picture or look in the mirror; I actually find myself admiring it now!Recently, I have noticed that one side of the tip of my nose has dropped to create a little but of unevenness. I had a consult this past week and Dr. Williams confirmed that after some time the tightness can decrease resulting in minor movement. He completely understood my concerns again and scheduled me for an in office surgery, free of charge. I am so happy I decided to go through with Dr. Williams.
Dr. Polynice and his staff, Mimi & Jackie etc. are awesome. I came from Hilton Head Island South Carolina just to have Dr. Polynice perform my surgery. The Dr. and his nurse Mimis follow up with me was great and so were my results!! Its worth the trip for me to have the best surgeon. Maybe next time Ill go to have surgery with him in St. Thomas instead!!! I give them 10 stars!!!
As a 50 year-old athletic man, I had always been dismayed by my love-handles, especially in my flanks on my back. I work out consistently and regularly, but could not make these budge unless my weight dropped below what I felt was my normal, healthy weight. For this reason, I explored the option of CoolSculpting. I saw an ad for the Williams Center CoolSculpting at the place where I work out and decided to learn more.I met with Brittany and found her knowledgeable, competent, and honest. She explained the entire procedure and the cost involved. She discussed with me beforehand that the goal is to reduced fat in the treated area by about 25-30%. I was immediately put at ease by her, and I didnt feel I was being sold a gimmick so I decided to go for it.I received a total of 10 treatments over 2 visits. The treatments themselves are not painful- theres just the initial feeling of cold in the treated area. The only uncomfortable part is the 2-minute massage given to each area after treatment to warm the skin but that passes quickly. You do definitely have numbness and tingling in the treated area for about 2 weeks. It takes about 4-6 weeks to definitely start to see the changes, but once time passes, it definitely works! I could not be more pleased with my treated areas- I have never looked this way and really feel more confident! I look in the mirror and cant believe it. I was also shocked when Brittany and I reviewed before/after photos after the passage of time- the changes for me were beyond what I had expected. I think whats important to understand is that its not a weight-loss treatment; its a way to sculpt problem areas in a way to make them not so bothersome.I would definitely recommend CoolSculpting, and in particular Brittany at the Williams Center, for anyone wanting to get rid of problem areas who already works out and eats well.
I have always been unhappy with my profile but was hesitant to have surgery until I met Dr. Williams. I had a chin implant as well as a weekend face lift and I couldnt be happier! I wish I had made this decision years ago! My surgery was done in his ambulatory surgery center so I didnt have to go to a hospital which was very comforting to me . I would recommend Dr Williams and the Williams Center to anyone who is considering having surgery.

This is my second time visiting Dr Slaughter and both times have been extremely pleasurable. I had a procedure performed on the first visit and both the dr. and office staff were kind and professional. All of my questions were answered in a thorough manner. I would not hesitate to come back to this office.
Horrible experience. Originally contacted Dr Williams for a deviated septum, covered by insurance since I couldnt breathe. After surgery I discovered that Dr Williams had taken it upon himself to perform more procedures to my nose than originally discussed. At home I had stitches unraveling and coming apart. I called and was told to wait till 7 day follow up and cast removal. At cast removal to my horror, my nose was entirely S-shaped, crooked and leaning to the left on the side of my face. At expressing my concern, he blatantly stated that there wasnt anything wrong, for me to show him what I considered a problem. He blew me off. I never went back. Since my insurance was charged, used and that was it, he was no longer interested. I cant breathe any better than before the procedure and have had many infections per year.Since my procedure, I had met 2 others he hacked up. Same scenarios, terrible damaged noses.He only cares about the money he makes.Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY.
Doctor Williams I would say should be your last choice for a surgeon. His staff was incredibly rude to me and unprofessional. Spent thousands of dollars at his office on laser treatments that did not go very well. I saw him regarding this and he said to give it time but really had no solution for me but to get more of these terrible laser treatments. Im glad I didnt. Some time later I decided I wanted to follow up with him and perhaps discuss with him some procedure to fix what happen. When I asked to see him over the phone his staff ignored me and they said someone would get back to me. No one ever did.Frustrated I went in to see if I could make an appointment in person. When I arrived they showed me to this room where some woman and what appeared to be an intern as a witness were sitting. The women started speaking very nicely to me and I thought they were just setting up an appointment for me to see the doctor. Then all the sudden out of her mouth comes that they will call the police if I ever come to their office again. I was shocked. I left and looking back I could see some of the staff almost mocking me as I walked out the front entrance. I was really put into a bad condition by what his office did. Cosmetic procedures can go terrible especially with lasers which is fairly new to the industry. They should not be using their patients as test subjects.I was a student and didnt have really any means to sue them. Now I have seen some doctors that are helping me recover from what this doctor did to me. I consider myself lucky I was even able to find doctors that can perhaps fix what this doctor staff did. It really hurt that this doctor didnt have the empathy for one of his own patients and then to have his staff be so rude and threaten to call the police on me. Im their patient and if its of any interest not a burglar. Do not see this doctor I promise you will be glad you didnt. Many better doctors in long island and NYC if you can make it down there. Your only given one body, one face dont take chances.
Trust your instincts!Back in the mid 1970s I underwent breast implant surgery in Montreal. In recent years I started noticing subtle changes in the shape, density and positioning of my breasts, so six months ago at an initial meeting with my new gynecologist, I requested an MRI. The discussion ended with her insistence that I receive a customary mammogram. Four months ago, I had a forehead osteoma removed by Dr. Keimun Slaughter. After a few visits with other doctors searching for an accurate diagnosis, I was referred to the Williams Center. At the intial visit with Dr. Slaughter, he identified the growth. He described to me what the procedure would entail. He was patient and answered all my questions and concerns.I am very happy with my results. I have no visible scarring and I have a smooth forehead again! I would highly recommend Dr. Slaughter. He and his staff are friendly and professional.
I talked with the doctor about a mid face lift and fat injections. I stated that I was sick of fillers and wanted longer lasting results. He assured me we could accomplish that. I ended up with a face that was lopsided . One side had much more fat than the other. Also a scar that reaches well into my temple area, far past the hair line. He did not tuck the scar in the ear as shown on plastic surgery videos. When I asked about leveling out my face he told me to wait a year. I spent allot of money and did not think this was the right answer.
Having my upper and lower eye lid surgery with Dr Williams was the best decision I have made. My experience with the Williams Center was excellent, everything with regard to my surgery was well explained, the staff were very professional and my results were outstanding!
Ny. I had an avm ( artery venous malformation). It was behind my left ear. I found Dr slaughter from Williams plastic surgery after searching for a very long time. I went in for my dark circles. The doctor gave me a cream, in less than a month my dark circles were worse. I stopped using it and later found articles that specifically note this as a side effect. I dont know how a specialist could be so misinformed!
Destroyed my face ,and my life, cut a part of my ear it has since collapsed, left a large bump on my nose ,hard to wear glasses , one side has partial blockage ,every day reminder of him,uggh. Please choose a board certified plastic surgeon and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons I was better before he operated on me .I wish I was warned !
The entire procedure was positive. Everyone in the center is positive and kind. There was no pain and the healing period was quick. I could not be happier with the result..

Dr Polynice listened to what goals I wanted to obtain through surgery . He explained the procedures that would get me my desired affect. With his expertise and artistry he gave me those results. The staff and Surgeons were supportive and available for me throughout recovery. I appreciated that all of the staffing, from booking through the OR and post op were professional and kind. 2022-06-24I had a mini chin lipo done by Dr. Williams and it has been a huge benefit to my confidence and was exactly what I wanted. The initial consultation all my questions were answered and he explained the process so thoroughly. When it came to the actual procedure, all the girls were so sweet and understanding of how nervous I was. But the second Dr. Williams came into the operating room all my nerves went away because he is genuinely caring and talked to be the whole procedure which was maybe 30 minutes. I’m healing great and can’t wait to see the continued progress😊

I’m extremely happy with the results, & Dr.Williams was helpful in addressing all of my possible concerns and always welcomed follow up appointments if anything arose. 2021-12-21I just finished up my 2 week post op with Dr. Polynice. I had a breast implant replacement and skin reduction. This is my 3rd breast augmentation. 2 done by previous doctor and I have to say I’m so in love with this pair. They look amazing!!! Easily the easiest recovery I’ve had. But what is more amazing is The ENTIRE staff at the Williams Center, let me tell you how I have never ONCE felt like I was just cash flow or a number on a chart with them. Everyone is attentive, keeps their word, and friendly! Such beautiful people. Dr. Polynice has given me the most amazing chest ever!!

The nurses and support staff are amazing to deal with. The Surgical unit runs like a well oiled machine. I was so impressed and all the while being treated like a queen. I would recommend this facility to anyone considering plastic surgery. My face lift was exactly what I wanted and expected.When I returned to work, people were just amazed at how wonderful I looked. 2022-05-12It’s taken me some time to write this review but I’ve decided to so that others will not experience what I did. I went to multiple surgeons in the area for a consultation and was most excited about the consultation I received here because it was every thing that I wanted. I was looking for a medically necessary breast reduction, and when I went in the doctor asked me what I was hoping for and what would look best for my BMI. He explained how he was going to write a claim the insurance company couldn’t refuse to achieve what we had spoken about, and shortly after I received a vague letter in the mail that it was accepted! I was ecstatic. Scheduled the surgery, had multiple pre op appointments (that are not free) and shortly before the surgery I called to meet with the doctor just to go over what we were doing one last time as this was my first ever surgery and it’s a huge deal to me. Also, I was still shocked that what ever he had said in this claim to my insurance worked to get what we discussed, which was not removing much at all but just enough to relieve the pain and fit my body. When I went there for the meeting that I requested, I met with a front desk woman whom I had never met before who told me that the surgery I would be receiving was going to remove almost all of my breasts, and was absolutely nothing that we had ever discussed during my consultation, or any thing that I ever asked for him to submit to insurance. We discussed one goal and never discussed any thing other than this. I was obviously incredibly upset because I was probably a week away from my surgery date. There’s a lot of planning that goes into this, time off from work, psychological preparation. They then had the doctor come in to explain to me further, so much so that he said it would remove so much tissue from my breast and make me so disproportionate that I would probably want a breast augmentation after. Why would you ever let a patient do that? Finishing off with that if I wanted what we discussed in the consultation I could pay 8,000 that day in full. I would have absolutely paid, had the money months prior or set up a payment plan for what he put on the table had he told me that was the case, not that he was going to put it in for insurance. At this point I obviously didn’t want them touching my body. If there were two options I shouldve known. OBVIOUSLY. If I had never set up to meet with them and ask the questions I had, I would have blindly and trustingly went in to a surgery and ruined my 25 year old body, and they would receive my insurance money for something we never discussed, and be done with me. Or maybe I’d come back for a breast augmentation! HA. Never heard from them again. Sorry but there is no such thing as a miscommunication when it comes to surgical procedures. Be VERY careful. Be VERY direct. Ask your questions. You are not a person here you are a dollar sign.

2022-02-10I had half my bottom lip removed due to cancer. I had MOHs to remove the cancer then went straight to Dr. Slaughter for plastic surgery. Dr. Slaughter put my mind at ease before the surgery as I was very nervous it was always going to be noticeable. My lip has healed perfectly and one would never know there was ever an issue. I cannot thank Dr. Slaughter enough.
