They make the best fried rice and chicken of all the Ghana restaurants i’ve been to in the Bronx. Their other meals are great too, but that fried rice is always banging. No matter what time i get it, its like they just finished making it.

I branched out of my comfort zone on June 3, 2022 - had Jollof Rice with Fish. Tried this new spot. Being a new customer they needed to put their best foot forward. The rice was old and tasteless. The fish was dry. The only thing that was good was the boiled egg. Never again will I spend my money in this spot.

The waakye was perfect, the sweet plantain fritters as well as the pea fritters also. Will definitely be eating here again!!!

Ordered Waakye, beans and plantains, and kelewele with peanuts they were all delicious. The food never disappoints.

I have only ordered waakye and it’s always good. I am glad this restaurant is on ubereats so I can order when I am in the mood for African food.

Thier food used to be good but I’ve ordered from them 6 consecutive times and it has been bad each time. I don’t know if they changed cooks or serve old food because it’s stale most of the time. Additionally when you order waakye they barely give you enough stew to finish off your food which leads you to throw majority of the food away. I’ve complained about this several times and when I order on Uber eats I make note of that but they ignore it every single time .

One of the best African restaurants in the Bronx. All these years your dishes have been always delicious. Not only the food but keeping such busy place so clean and welcoming. And God bless you for giving free food out during this pandemic period. Please keep it up and stay safe you 🙏

Food is good. BUT, you will end up throwing most of it away. This is because you will be given so little stew/sauce, that it will be enough for a few spoonfuls. You will have to eat the rest of the rice/yam/banku with no stew, make your own stew, or simply throw it away.Response: Others partake in the rice and banks too, but the takeout bowl is full of rice. 98% rice. The only stew in my food is what was attached to the fish and egg. Spinach stew. It was the same with the waakye. It was the same with the fried rice. Telling me others also partake in the stew is ridiculous.
