1 Reviews for The Preserve on the Battenkill 2023:
Review №1
2022-09-19Absolutely breathtaking views from the waterfront cabins. The Batten Kill river flows just a few feet from the porches. The cabins are appointed with everything a person could need for a short stay. There are fire rings that double as grills, and theres firewood available in the office. The beds in the cabin were comfy, and the heater kept the space warm as the temps dropped into the 40s overnight.Mike was a great dude, and he definitely has a passion for wanting to make sure campers have the best possible stay.Ill be passing through the area sometime in the next year or two, and when I do, Ill be giving these folks a call.Regarding the grounds: cabins are appointed with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and dinnerware. There are tent and RV spots with electric/water.The bathhouse is clean, and the water in the showers is hot and good pressure.Theres a gathering area with plenty of seating near-ish to the bathhouse that would be a good hangout spot in warmer weather.Theres more that I cant remember, but suffice to say this place is loaded with amenities, well thought-out, and well worth every penny.
