Great healthy option if you are looking for a quick vegan meal in the Rye area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious.Parking on the street is available but can be crowded at times but there are a few town lots within close walking distance that are inexpensive.
I was disapoointed when ordrering pancakes for breakfast. I received a paper plate and plastic cutlery with three slightly warm but cold on the inside pancakes. I told the server that I had expected freshly made pancakes. He took them away and heated them in the microwave and brought them back. To be fair, they were tasty. With some extra maple syrup they were fine. The whole experience fell short of my expectations for a cute vegan cafe in downtown Rye. I would not go back.
Very disappointing! Was looking forward for some good vegan food. They didn’t have any lettuce to make a salad I had to get some cabbage instead that was super acidic. My daughter Mac and cheese were microwaved warmed and super dry. Spaghetti squash with mushroom meat extremely disgusting. Only good thing is a cute place. I won’t go back!
I placed a Thanksgiving catering order for the first time this year. As always I was left stunned by how delicious the food was. The Pecan pie was a show stopper and compares to the best pecan pie any baker can make. The thanksgiving salad was a hit amongst my family and will be a constant on our TG menu going forward! I love how dedicated Moshira is to making the healthiest most delectable dishes and they’re all guilt free!
One of my favorite places!! I know that when I come here, all of the ingredients are fresh, gluten free, vegan, and contain no refined sugar. The fact they have coffee on draft is a plus. The pecan pie and apple tart are amazing clean dessert options. The breakfast wrap and avocado toast are great morning meals to start the day. They also have great smoothie bowls.
One of the best vegan restaurants in the country! The menu is really awesome and always updated and changing! The owner has really taken the essence of vegan cuisine to a new level where one has so many options (instead of the same dull menu day in and day out in some places). There are many raw items as well as many cooked items to choose from. A wonderful menu with tons of options, friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere all combine to create a wonderful synthesis in this cafe. If I could eat here every day, I would never get tired of this place. Yes, the menu is slightly pricey but its because the owner only uses premium ingredients, which as we know, are expense. Face it, if you want to eat wheat and sugar all day, you can survive on very little money but your healthy might suffer. Spend a few extra dollars eating quality food and drinking quality veggie juices and you will reap the rewards. This is a little gem of a restaurant. So pleased that I found this place!
Great staff and attentive service. The food was well prepared and the use of food additives were not evident here like most vegan restaurants. Their desserts were fantastic and not too sweet, except for the dark chocolate which surprised me. A great find unexpected of the area.
My brother and I just went there and everything was terrible. The food was just a complete disappointment. I ordered French toast first and I could not finish it. I asked for something else and got avocado toast with a side of attitude from who I assumed to be the manager. It turned out to be the most bland avocado toast I’ve ever had. As a vegan, I love vegan restaurants but please pass on this one!! The front of house staff was nice though.
Incredible food, reminds me a lot of Lemonade in Los Angeles, except fully vegan, which I really appreciate. We got three large “you pick” meals and everything was delicious, though expensive ($70). What I don’t understand is why a restaurant that is so good for your body, not to mention so premium and upscale, would put EVERYTHING in single use plastic containers. And not just any single use plastic containers, but type 6 plastic, which basically no local recycler can process. It would be so easy for Pureganic to switch over to green packaging. Until they do, I can’t give a strong recommendation. We’re in a climate emergency after all.
So many fresh options. I got the quiche, and filled a plate with a veggie tower, roasted brussels and lentil salad. ( they weight the plate and thats how you pay) for dessert I got the pecan pie. Sat outside ( 2 tables on sidewalk) I liked the veggie tower the best ( pesto, tofu, roasted eggplant and peppers) I will return and a pasta dish next time!
I absolutely love Pureganic cafe! They have so many great options to choose from and can satisfy any craving. The staff are extremely helpful and can navigate you to choosing the best menu option. My friend particularly loves them because everything is vegan and gluten free. Food is so tasty and great portion sizes!
Healthy food that is outstandingly delicious! I have almost convinced my carnivorous teenagers to adopt a healthy vegan lifestyle due to the incredible options at Pureganic. You have got to try the pizza! I travel a lot and it is the BEST gluten-free vegan that I have tasted in the Northeast.
This is our favorite place to go when we are going out to eat. This is actually the only place my kids and I want to go. My family and I eat gluten free, dairy free and organic, so we love that there is a place to go to that has all of these options. Everything is so delicious. I always try something new and I have never been disappointed. I am a frequent customer. We visit at least once a week. My daughter begs me to come to this place for lunch (she is 3yrs old) and my other daughter (9mos old) loves this place as well. The owner and staff are super nice and accommodating. They make you feel so welcome. I am so happy that I live so close to such a healthy restaurant! I always look forward to see what other new items they have to offer on their menu. This is such a unique place and there is nothing like this out there. The fact that all the food is made from scratch and home made is amazing. The quality is great and It is always so fresh! I don’t have anything but positive things to say about this place. I tell everyone about it! Can’t wait to our next visit!
Food is so overpriced for how BLAND everything is. Mac and cheese was so dry and had no flavor except turmeric ($12 for a side portion!) Sweet potato fries were so soggy, it was like they were boiled and cut. The cauliflower tasted frozen (another 12.50). Ordered pick up, they said 25 minutes, I was there in 15 and the food was cold. All around bad experience.
Have to say. While I am no fan of vegan healthy stuff this restaurant was great! The owner is very particular about everything and has the type of care that keeps a place top notch. I ate kale and falafel. Also tried Kim chi and mushrooms. Very solid meal that left me completely stuff and feeling healthy. Glad my fiance made me go!!!
Food was very well prepared. We are oil, salt and sugar free vegan and with a days notice pretty much everything they have can be prepared so that we can eat it. Everything is fresh and they are lovely to deal with. Anyone who subscribes to the Forks Over Knives foodplan would do well to try this food.
I LOVE The Pureganic Cafe! Everything they serve is healthy, delicious, and made from scratch. They offer a wide variety of options with varied and distinct flavors. I personally love the veggie burger with almond hummus, spicy cabbage salad (how do they make it so good!?), zucchini pasta, and lentil rolls.Perhaps the best part about eating here is feeling good when you leave. When I eat at vegan places that try to replicate meats and serve deep-fried appetizers, I always enjoy the food but leave feeling terrible. After eating at Pureganic, I feel energized and invigorated. This is my go-to vegan place in Westchester.
Such INCREDIBLE FOOD. Drove by here on our commute from NYC to Boston and the food was so amazing. A bit pricey but worth it. The giant cannellini beans are out of this world. The avocado salad is beyond words. And pesto anything rocks. Wish I could eat here every day.
Awesome atmosphere, very healthy and diverse selections, very impressed with the cleanliness and design of the cafe. Has a very modern, wealthy vibe about it, without over the top prices. Definitely recommend the mac and cheese and the Tofu Guacamole wrap....full of stuff I personally don’t like, but it was delicious!
If you know what high-quality, honest, good-tasting REAL organic food is, then the PUREGANIC CAFE is for you. There are places out there that cut corners when it comes to delivering true healthy food, but in my opinion, PUREGANIC is the only one that delivers on both taste and authenticity. A simple discussion with the owner will reveal that so much knowledge, experience and thought go into each dish, and the ingredients are at the highest level. My wife and I are hardcore organic consumers, and have our own small organic garden at our home. My wife is also a superb cook, and her standards for organic ingredients and taste are at the highest level (higher than mine). PUREGANIC is the ONLY organic restaurant that passes her litmus test. And if you find their price a little high, its because it should be. It NEEDS to be. You simply cannot prepare authentic organic cuisine without spending money on the ingredients. Anyone that prepares organic foods knows this only too well. When you consider this point, their prices are fair. Very fair, in my opinion.FINAL NOTE: My father was a restaurateur. I learned that food service is a hard, hard business to make successful. So many variables. How PUREGANIC does it in this climate and at this quality is amazing. They deserve our support (and we deserve their delicious food!).Kudos to the PUREGANIC CAFE.
Amazing food ! The owner is so dedicated to making her food not only taste great but chooses the best quality most nutritious food that’s perfectly healthy for your body. The staff is very knowledgeable about the ingredients in their food and super friendly and happy. The energy in this place is the best ever
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has the nastiest vegan food I’ve ever had it was just so plain, horribly seasoned. I literally could of cooked everything they offer at home and saved money. I’ve been to plenty of vegan restaurants. This was soo mediocre and flavorless. If you are used to some bomb vegan food this place isn’t for you. Go to NYC & get some REAL ethnic vegan cuisine!
Great experience! I come here frequently and have only enjoyed their food. Their prices match the quality of the food you get, as it is all made from scratch. The owner is a sweet woman who truly cares about her customers! The employees are also more than pleasant and cater to your requests.
Being a vegetarian and having vegan friends as well this place was perfect for us! The food was delicious! You have to grab one of their Alkaline Lemon and Cucumber waters so yummy! I definitely plan to go back again and again when I visit my friends in Rye. I hope they open a location up north of the Hudson to Cornwall or New Paltz maybe? A girl can dream!
I go to Pureganic Cafe often and am never disappointedFood is excellent, and I always happy with the choices. Service is also good. I highly recommend Pureganic Cafe. It is located in the charming village of Rye, where you will find lots of lovely boutiques. Worth a day trip.
Amazing food ! The owner is so dedicated to making her food not only taste great but chooses the best quality most nutritious food that’s perfectly healthy for your body. The staff is very knowledgeable about the ingredients in their food and super friendly and happy. The energy in this place is the best ever
This place is very nice. I love their eggplant rolitini, the banana/almond butter smoothie and their pecan pie! Mango banana smoothie was too watered down. Maybe too much ice? 🤔 The food on display had fruit flies all over it!! I only chose food that was in the refrigerator. Also, it’s very pricey!! I mean ridiculously expensive.
Really fresh and tasty salad bar with prepared mixed cold raw and cooked salads available for dine in or take out. Prices reflect the quality of food, there is no value menu. They also serve fresh juices and shots of wheatgrass. Detox programs are available. I really enjoyed the lemon, avocado, and tomato salad. The roasted eggplant veggie salad was amazing and the chickpea with parsley salad was light and refreshing! Worth a visit if you are in town and want something healthy.
One of the better bakeries in Collier County found on corner of Immokalee Rd. And Goodlette Frank in a strip mall shopping center. Never would known it’s gluten free as the taste melts in your mouth on every dessert we tried. The chocolate cookies and other chocolate desserts to die for. There are also other foods beside desserts go to their website look it over you won’t be sorry as everything we saw being baked looked absolutely delicious. They do place out small samples for tasting wet your appetite for something bigger and better. And the coffee is cup brewed so it’s fresh each cup every time can’t go wrong with that. If in the area swing by and give this fun filled bakery with friendly staff a try you won’t regret it. Happy 😃 deserting or lunching.
I enjoyed my experience in this cafe. I just wish they would have some samples or that they would offer some samples to allow me to better decide what I wanted to order. Other than that the two people who assisted me today were great. I also love the options available! My mom and I will be coming back for more soon!
Delicious gourmet salad bar with plenty of savory high-protein offerings including a lentil meatless loaf, butter beans, and tofu-stuffed Portobello mushrooms. The selection of baked goods is vast and includes cookies, brownies, a banana loaf, a paleo seed loaf, and a chocolate zucchini loaf which I cant wait to try...
I bought a smoothie from the store. Walked out and not even 2min later the smoothie was spilled. I went back into the store about 2 feet away and asked for a new one. I was told I would have to pay for a new one because it was my responsibility and fault that the smoothie fell. The lack of customer service from this establishment is astonishing. I will never be back and advise others to stay away.
I was there this morning with my son the minute we walked in the counter lady wasn’t friendly we order and immediately she asked us to pay, food was cold and tasteless I would not recommend this place at all been to better vegan restaurants. If in the neighborhood I recommend the bare burger which is next to them, staff very friendly and welcoming.
Went to this place 10 minutes ago, ordered juice, it was mostly water, plus hen the girl gave me the cup there was juice on the cup which I didn’t see so when I grabbed the cup I got the juice all over my white shirt. When I pay $10.95 for a cup of juice I don’t expect to get water. I’m never coming back to this place again. My recommendation is to go to Whole Foods, their nice is made on the spot with a juice, it’s not waterry and it’s cheaper
Was a little bit disappointed. I work at a health food store so going in I kind of knew what to expect the food to be like. Honestly, Im not cheap but this place was way too expensive. My friend and I got a veggie burger, a falafel wrap and one drink. The bill was $30. Where I come from I can get a veggie burger for $3.50. Way overpriced.

2022-04-08Today was our first time dining at Pureganic. We were 100 percent satisfied!! The food was fresh, wholesome and delicious. The chocolate cake was lovely, too. In addition to the delicious food, the customer service was superior. The gentleman that took our order and later served our food had exemplary customer service skills. He was awesome!! We will definitely will be returning real soon. I highly recommend this restaurant!

2022-04-02Amazing place. Exceptionally tasty food satisfying both my vegan and gluten -intolerant family members. Wide choice of options. The only miss was the chocolate pudding. Everything else, delicious. Highly recommended.

2022-04-02Amazing healthy options and great service! I go about 3 times a week and get their falafel, smoothies, juices and kale Caesar salad (a must!) and it never disappoints. Highly recommend!

2020-01-02We couldnt be happier to find this place. Every item is plant based AND they use healthy fresh ingredients. We tried the Vegetable Stack (to die for), the stuffed portobello mushroom, the lentil salad, the collard greens and the Stuffed cabbage (Amazing). Every item was delicious and we ended with an unbelievable dense chocolate pie slice. While some items are pricey (ie lemonades), it is NOT overpriced in any way like some reviews suggest. My lunch plate with 3 items that I chose came to $10 and the Piece of Stuffed Cabbage and a stuffed mushroom came to $13 (for goes by weight) so by no means expensive for an amazing high quality and filling lunch. We wish we lived closer but have family nearby and cant wait until our next visit to try more of their dishes!

2019-08-12Absolutely Scrumptious!!! The Best Organic, Vegan And Gluten Free, Kosher food .....EVER!!!!🙂 This is without a doubt my go to place... Pureganic Cafe is 5 star in every regard. Nothing but clean, organic fresh vegan and gluten free food prepared on site with the best of ingredients. All the dishes are prepared in house by awesome people who really love what they do and who really care about the quality of food that they serve. I mean I have searched high and low for a Organic, Vegan and Gluten Free restaurant for years to no avail...then I stumbled upon this place several years ago and I have been coming here ever since (twice a day, every day). There is something for everyone, even my non-vegan, hard to please husband is a huge fan!! We are always pleasantly surprised by their creations, like the lentil and quinoa burgers, focaccia panini stuffed with fresh grilled veggies, warm super bowl, soups and crepes, tacos and wraps, an array of pasta dishes, freshly baked breads (the French bread and naan are out of this world) and yummy baked goods. This list goes on and on. The food is exceptional, but so are the people who work there. The owner and the staff are warm and friendly and always eager to please their customers. It is extremely obviously that they have a true vested interest in the quality of their product and in their customers as well. If I could, I would give this place 10 stars!!! Pureganic cafe, my home away from home.🙂 #bestveganfoodeverSandra and AdnanPort Chester

2017-10-07Friendly service and a huge variety of vegan food. All the dishes were gluten free and no refined sugars. I enjoyed the tofu scramble burrito--its nice they dont make it very greasy! Loads of creative juices, desserts and especially salads that you can mix and match by the pound. The waffles were sinfully good!
