2019-07-08The Repair Shop is a gem of a place. I have been able to get 2 phones fixed to a point where they work like new. The staff, particularly, the owner, Jeovanny, is amazingly smart, super nice, and very patient. And the prices are quite affordable. I highly recommend both shops in Forest Hills and in Corona.

2021-03-04NEVER DO BUSINESSES WITH THEM!!! On Feb 16 I wrote The Repair Shop NYC from their website. Since they gave NO RESPONSE, I decided to walk to their store in Corona. There was a nice lady there named Estephonia. I told her my problem, she called her boss whom I assume was Jeovanny, told me it would be $60 to repair my phone, and that the part should arrive before the weekend.Feb 23, I wrote them again, as I still hadnt heard anything from them regarding the arrival of my part. Again, zero response! These people are HORRIBLE will email!!!I borrowed a phone and called them, direct to voice mail. I called many times all day, and finally got through and spoke to Jeovanny. He said he had the part and to meet him at the shop. I met with Jeovanny, he was very nice. I paid him $60 cash and he took my phone. Said I might have it back by this evening, if not today, tomorrow.He contacted me later and told me he received the wrong part, and he had to re-order the part that I needed. He told me I could pick up the phone at the shop, or just leave it until it was repaired. He told me Estephonia would be in the office after 2pm.Feb 25 at 2:30pm, I stopped by the office. It was locked and closed. No one there, besides having a sign on the door and on Google Business saying their hours are from noon until 8pm. These guys are SUPER UNRELIABLE!Feb 26 they finally responded to my first email I sent 10 days ago!!! They said the part will arrive soon (thats up for interpretation).March 1, I wrote again, no response! Its now March 3, 15 days after I first contacted them with no resolution yet! Currently I am out $60 and one Pixel 3.

2019-12-04Prior to reaching out to Jeovanny, I searched several phone repair shops in Forest hills. Jeovanny was so pleasant to work with- He fixed my iPad promptly, thorougly & efficently. Once I recognized his capabilities, I spoke to him about issues with my website. Immediately after our conversation, I was pleasantly surprised by how knowledgeable he was about the subject, most recent softwares, FTP work, theme changes, etc. His service through the difficult process was consisent and reliable. He was a valuable person of their word and obviously, my new website guy. I highly recommend his all around service including Lev who works in all leather goods in the back. Both- Highly recommended.

2019-06-18I came in and the guy was pretty nice my iPhone was cracked and he quickly replaced my screen It didn’t take to long, can’t complain also at a decent price. Would recommend it because of the fast and good service.

2019-06-23I found this shop when my Galaxy phone could no longer hold a charge. Im so glad I did! Jeovanny replaced my battery in no time with a legit Galaxy battery, and did it cheaper than other shops in the area quoted me. I will definitely come back here next time I need a fix

2020-12-25Do not go here !! Terrible service! First was to get fixed same day never was. Called next day after receiving back ipad and cell phone repair, screen was already falling apart. Advertise pick up service they do not. Went back would not repair there poor job was asking for more money. Did not use glass screen was plastic. Rude people reporting to BBB.
