Rosenblum just recently purchased our building and the improvements have been swift and wide reaching.The staff is fantastic, both office and onsite maintenance. Problems are addressed immediately and competently. I am incredibly impressed with the snow removal in the parking lot and on the walks. Prior to Rosenblum taking over, the parking lot was very poorly plowed and there were several falls on the walks - this year has been much different.Our concerns are addressed by a caring and professional staff that does a quality job. I would definitely recommend any of their properties to people that are looking for a high end office space.
From leasing to construction, Rosenblum provided excellent quality service. We really worked as a team. They took great pride in making our design come to life and delivering a beautiful space for us to enjoy.

Recently, moving from one office space to another larger space within the Great Oaks Office Complex, we have found that the prestigious location and highly knowledgeable staff are just two of the many factors that lead to our decision to remain at Great Oaks. My organization has been a tenant at Rosenblum properties for more than twenty years. Recently, we had to renovate (or right-size) our office. It was an extremely positive experience.From the beginning of the process, Bob, the Project Manager, was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, flexible and considerate. He kept the lines of communication open and went out of his way to make the construction go smoothly. On big and little details, he worked with us, considered our input, and delivered what he promised.The team that did the work were thorough and courteous. What could have been a very disruptive construction job was done in such a way that our office barely missed a beat during the entire process. From start to finish, the crew went out of their way to be helpful to our entire office staff.Were glad that we stayed where we are. Thanks to Rosenblum for a job well done.
We have been a tenant of a Rosenblum building for 10+ years and also have two other locations in the Region. Rosenblum is by far our favorite landlord/property manager and we recently added an extra wing to our suite. The fit-up went well, working around our hours of operation to accommodate our patients. Each Rosenblum employee Ive interacted with has been pleasant, professional and accommodating.
The Shevy Law Firm LLC has been a tenant with The Rosenblum Companies for almost 10 years,starting in one small office then moving (across the parking lot) to a more spacious office with fabulous parking (close to the door, which our older clients appreciate). The buildings are impeccably maintained. The maintenance staff is second to none, always helpful, courteous and professional.
Our office is located in the Great Oaks Business Park near Crossgates Mall. Weve been tenants for 5 years and have been very please to date. They are responsive to maintenance requests and repairs, and the staff are friendly, approachable and highly communicative. The grounds are kept beautiful and I love that Rosenblum is evolving into a more environmentally friendly company. I would recommend office space here to anyone looking!
Our nonprofit moved our offices into a Rosenblum property in 2013 and from our first contact, to space-planning and move in, Rosenblum has been an excellent landlord that excels at customer service. Would definitely recommend Rosenblum for companies large and small.
Seth and Justin were amazing to work with. Delivery of the space was promised for November 1st. The space was finished before the date. The quality of the work far exceeded my expectation. Justin was in constant communication with us. During move in week, Justin was on site to make certain there were no problems. We have been in the space now for 2 months and our entire Business Review team enjoys it more each day. Thank you coming in on time and on budget.
They are a good landlord. They are very attentive to the needs of tenants and will go out of their way to make sure your office space is comfortable. They recently upgraded the public areas of our building. The building was not in need of repair, but they wanted to update the appearance.They also are very concerned about the outside appearance of the office buildings, too.
The Rosenblum Compaines Great Oaks Office Complex is a modern, eco friendly complex. The grounds are stunning and well maintained.
I work within the Rosenblum Office complex at Great Oaks. It is beautiful with top-notch accommodations throughout. I feel privileged to work in such a nice work environment. Clean, modern, friendly, etc!

2020-10-22We have been a tenant with Rosenblum since they acquired the 187 Wolf Road property several years ago. The first improvements they made were to the restrooms and common spaces and it made an incredible difference in the building and was a very welcome upgrade. Every time we have needed anything in our office suite, they are very responsive and fixed the problem immediately. I have worked with the Rosenblum team very closely over the years and they are fantastic to work with. If you are looking for office space or co-working space, you need to check out their offerings. The new HONE co-working space is also amazing and would highly recommend you see for yourself -it’s gorgeous!

2021-03-02Great Oaks Office Park has been the home to my practice for over 20 years. I can say with great candor and honesty that it has been a very beneficial relationship that has permitted sustained growth and success for us over each year. My relationship with the Rosenblum Companies has been more of a partnership than that of a traditional tenant landlord relationship. The location of the buildings and upkeep of the properties creates a garden-like feeling and presents well for any business concerned with attention to detail. Our patients travel for miles to see us and the convenience of the location of the park, at the junction of major thoroughfares, contributes to the the ease of their travel.The events of 2020 challenged all businesses. The closure had a deep financial impact. Recognizing that, the principals at Rosenblum Companies truly behaved as our partners and asked what they could do. The assistance provided, from leniency with rent to the development of the physical improvements needed to protect all from the scourge of the pandemic was truly over and above as well as truly appreciated and foundational to our success.I value my relationship/partnership with the Rosenblum Companies and for as long as I continue in practice, Great Oaks Office Park will be our home.

If an issue arises I have felt confident to reach out and have felt 100% satisfied with their prompt and quality service. 2016-11-11As a tenant of Rosenblum, we at WestShore Design Engineers have been absolutely thrilled. Their spaces are modern and up to date, and fit our needs perfectly. But what really sets Rosenblum apart in our opinion is their ability to connect with their tenants. Theyre always available and responsive, no matter who were dealing with within the company. 2014-06-12I have so enjoyed my experience as an employee of an organization housed by the Rosenblum Companies. Our office and the common spaces are clean and well-cared for and the grounds, particularly in the summertime, are a great place to get outside for some fresh air and lovely scenery. I also appreciate how quickly the parking lots are cleared when bad winter weather strikes. Overall, The Rosenblum companies has provided our staff with a great place to do our work!

2014-06-16Our company moved into a Rosenblum property in Dec 2013 from downtown Albany. What a vast improvement. Easy to get to and FREE parking. They assisted us from the planning stage, move-in day and post move. Any issues large or small are dealt with swiftly by their competent staff. Building is new, modern, clean and very well kept. Would definitely recommend any Rosenblum managed property.

2019-09-16Great Oaks Boulevard has been an ideal fit for Solomon Law Firm, PLLC over the years. We made the decision to re-locate from our downtown Albany, NY office to Great Oaks after ample discussion with Seth Rosenblum and a review of some of the location’s amenities, which include ample parking, easy access to the airport, food truck services, and “farm to office” meal options for employees and clients. Seth and his team have been instrumental in insuring our experience (and by extension our clients’ experiences) are seamless. They are responsive, innovative and professional. This year, they helped us expand. Seth and his team designed and constructed an entire suite tailored to our specific operational needs and preferences (special thank you to Justin).
