I have mostly worked with Jennifer at the Scarsdale Shade Store and I have nothing else to say about my experience but AMAZING! Both Jennifer and her co-worker Lynda have been nice, professional and so helpful from the very beginning from purchase to installations of my curtains. They would always go above and beyond and I cannot imagine working with anyone else in the future. Their installation team are also professional, kind and provide high quality work. Very happy with my purchase and experience working with them!

What a great experience we had working with The Shade Store in the updating and adding of several window treatments throughout our home. The entire process: working with Jennifer, who was attentive and provided high level client service throughout the process. Greg, who came by to measure, and Marcos, who ultimately did the install; did an exceptional job at troubleshooting and hanging treatments in some tricky windows. Lynda was also very helpful when we popped into the store to finalize our selections and picked up right where Jen left off to help us wrap it all up. Our new window treatments are a real improvement, and we look forward to working with the team again.

We had a wonderful experience when dealing with Jennifer at the Shade Store in Scarsdale. She was incredibly personable, listened to our needs/wants and was super accommodating when we needed to reschedule our installation. The measuring and installation also was a seamless process and made it worth the price. We’ll definitely be using them again!

We had such a great experience working w Jennifer and her colleague at the Shade Store. We started out on our own but had too many decisions to make and it was so overwhelming. We needed to find shades for our entire home (first time homeowners to boot). We made an appt w them and told them what we wanted and what we liked, they showed us a number of options - shades of all kinds of materials, hardware, remote vs cord vs..., curtains, etc. We were quickly able to eliminate what we didnt like and narrow the scope to just a few different types of shades. She sent us with a bunch of samples so we could test them in our rooms during the day and night, which ultimately allowed us to settle on the ideal colors and materials for each room, and allowed us to have some consistency throughout. They came to take measurements of all the windows and installed them. Despite all the details for each window, there was not one mistake. The entire process from start to finish was seamless and straightforward. Jennifer was an absolute joy to work with - knowledgeable, listened to what we needed and wanted and helped us avoid making expensive mistakes. We couldnt be happier with the process or the end result!

I love the Shade Store - their customer service team is top-notch, their installers are always on time, respectful, and efficient, and everything they make is excellent quality. Specifically ask for Lynda Costello at the Scarsdale branch - shes the best!

It’s very exciting to have a new store in Scarsdale Village that’s selling something everyone needs ! The Shade Store, that’s open by appointment has an exceptional selection of shades, blinds and drapes. To my knowledge, there is no other shade store in the Village of Scarsdale so I’m hopeful that they’ll carve out a great clientele!

Lynda was extremely helpful. I love my blinds!! And one really important thing to point out: they planted a tree for this purchase with the Arbor Day Foundation!! I really loved that!
