Great ribs very tasty! Meat falls off the bone! Onion rings great enough to write home about! Portions are tremendous plenty left to take home! Service was great, attentive n friendly waitress. Booths were roomy n plush. prices are reasonable. a great dinning experience !
The food was very good even though I gave a 5 star and they have plenty of help, asked for water and never got it and they also need a bigger waiting area.
One word amazing. 9/10 ambiance, 9/10 customer service, 9/10 food. Just absolutely an overall great experience. I just love their quesadillas. Just the perfect amount of hardness. Their salads with chicken on them is just exquisite. The fries and onion rings are huge and delicious. Highly recommend.

Was seated right away @6pm; just beat the dinner crowd. As others settled in, the noise level was a bit high for normal dinner conversation. Salads were fine. My husbands rack of ribs was killer. It was smoked to perfection, the sauce was pleasant- not too sweet, not too hot. Thanks to our waitress, his beer glass was never empty, 😉. The prime rib was roasted and seasoned well. The vegetables were disappointing, the green beans tasted of freezer burn and were cold, the brussel sprouts were oily- but who goes to the spare rib for vegetables anyway. Courtney was friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a favorable experience.
HUGE Portions for the price point, we literally took home entire meals. But the quality of the food is beyond excellent and the service is welcoming and outstanding. Be aware for allergies that the steaks are marinated in peanut oil, but there are so many other delicious options!

I was more hopeful about the quality of the food. Our server was very nice and attentive, considering she was so busy with the entire section we sat in. She recommended the chicken cordon bleu to my husband, who did not want ribs, and he found it a bit on the salty side.

They get one star for catering. I just went to place a large catering order that I need it at 11 AM on a Saturday. I was told that the earliest I could pick up the food was 2:30 PM. My guests will be here at one in the afternoon so that really wouldn’t work. Googling for another wonderful catering experience in Commack.
This is gonna be long so ill summarize it. Walked in got on line and was told the line we were on was for take out. Asked where the dine in line was and the girl said she didnt know. They took us to a booth but the chairs and table were wet, the girl says its wet because they just cleaned but it should dry off soon.... she then walked away leaving us standing in the aisle. We sat down waited 15mins with no menus. Waitress came to take our drink order, we said where are the menus? She apologized and bought over 1 menu. For us to share. She left for another 10mins then began taking our order. I could be wrong, but every other table was getting bread, we did not. Dont know why.. Wife ordered a soup and asked for it to come out before the meal. It came out 1 minute before the meal so she had a soup and her main course at the table at the same time. Spent $100 for 2 people. Not a crazy amount of money but the service was terrible which to me makes them overpriced. I got a full rack of ribs and it came with 1 tiny side. The bad service and odd portions make this a place a certainly wont eat at again.

Loved this place growing up but now this is one of the few left over. Im generally not a BBQ sauce fan, but I actually really love theirs.
Food is ok. Service was excellent. Dessert were excellent! Had a porterhouse steak and it was to thin for the price. I was expecting a two inch thick steak! Char on the outside and pink on in side. Flavor was good but size does matter in a stake.

It was was the worst experience in dining out the manager on duty was nasty to me made meny mistakes on my bill 0 stars the manger on duty needs to be re trained and spoke to from upper management ! He did not give me his name . I was sick to my stomach all the way home . He destroyed the evening for the complete party of us very unhappy the this place mostly the MANAGER on duty. Been coming here for years and have spent hundreds of family moments here. I called them up today when it was a hundred degrees outside so my pregnant wife wouldn’t have to wait. They said no wait but I still insisted to put my name down because I know there is a rush and they had just opened. I arrive and the parking lot is full and they said we had to wait. I then explained that I called and asked to be put down on a reservation. An older lady with a short haircut with glasses came up out of nowhere and began to argue about not caring about what we tried before we had to now wait on the waiting list. Since the pandemic this place has started to go down in customer service or even customer appreciation. Change the attitude and change the lady that likes to argue.

I ordered the Broasted Fried . If they didnt tell me it was pressured fried,I never would have known . It was really good. Highly recommend it.

There arent enough good things to say about this place. My family and I have been coming here for over a decade and have never had a bad meal. We have also used their catering services for several parties and we are always impressed with the amount of food that they provide for the amount we pay. The staff has always been very courteous, helpful, accommodating, and when we had a choking emergency they were swift and professional. The decor is a very comfortable environment, always clean, and a constant aroma of barbecue is in the air. This brings us lastly and most importantly to the food. As I said before I have never had a bad meal here. I love the pulled pork sandwich, fried chicken, chicken cordon bleu, the corn bread, and of course the ribs! Take your family here or have a fun date night I promise you wont regret it!
I dined with a group of friends.The server was also the bartender.Our dining experience was excellent.i wanted ribs but i didnt have full use of my right arm.The waitress made sure the ribs were individually cut.She accommodated me and made it happen.The way they treated me it made me want to frequent this restaurant and tell all my friends.

The service was great. My waitress Shayna was very attentive and she wore a mask given the circumstances of COVID-19. The food was delicious, I had baby back ribs and fries. The pulled pork sandwich is definitely your monies worth in portion size!!

Worse ribs ever. Funny it’s called the spare rib. No meat on bones. BBQ sauce was burned. I looked around. All the customers were seniors. They are preying on the weak with weak taste buds!
Menu was limited but the food was on point. Ribs were amazing. Appetizers were quick. Inside wasnt crowded. They had every other table empty. Time to start living your life and enjoy summer. Support your local businesses.

2022-02-17This place is amazing and the Ribs come out Great every single time. Went here multiple times and always left satisfied. The meals come with Salads and the Food here is reasonably Priced. The Staff checks in on you all the time and you can order and they will make sure you get what you ordered. Please come again and experience it for yourself.

2021-12-19To start off, I had ordered the barbecue chicken and for some odd reason it had a stench of wet rags. My daughter also ordered the riblets and found a small hair. In addition, Spare rib has terrible customer service. I should not be able to see and hear managers and employees be rude or mean with each other, it’s extremely unprofessional. The staff really needs to step it up. I have been here a couple of times but this was my last. The times I’ve been there I have seen a hand full of adequate workers. This is just my review and perception so take it as lightly as you’d like but for this type of food I recommend Outback! If I could give it a zero I would.

2021-05-02My father and sister were raving about this place but it was pretty mediocre for me. The TSR burger tasted like it had absolutely no seasoning on it--just mozzarella and bacon. The ribs were alright. The stuffed shrimp and the rice it comes ontop of was very good.Not really a fan of this place, however, the espresso martini was the star of the show. The bartender (i think my server said her name was Rachel but I dont remember) really did her thing with this. It was sweet and strong and the presentation was phenomenal.Oh, and I also love the cornbread.
