Weve bought literally thousands of boxes from Bruce and hes treated every order like it was his most important one. He always comes through in a pinch, has a great product and great prices. We highly recommend Spirited Shipper.

The owner, Bruce, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Shipping prices were unclear for Ground Shipping. The wording appears that anything over $90 received free shipping. An invoice was issued stating payment was placed, showing $0 in shipping. The following day a second invoice was sent with an email from Bruce asking if $18 in shipping was ok. After calling to ask why I received a second invoice when my account shows that payment was already received, I was told, thats just how we do things and that if I didnt like it I could go elsewhere. Words such as whatever! and I dont want your business anyways makes it clear to me that customer service as well as business opportunities are not too important to The Spirited Shipper. I would never recommend their services.
Hands down the best bottle shippers I use, perfect for any bottle size and very adaptive to those special shaped bottles. Ive tried many other types, still this design is on the top of the list. And Bruce you the man! Thanks for everything for the past 8 years!
If you have to ship wine there is no better option. I ship a pretty good amount of wine. Our breakage rate is non existent with these boxes. Next day arrival on orders. It isnt cheap but it pays to use the best. Styrofoam takes up so much room it is a pain.
The spirited shipper makes quality boxes that support your bottles when you ship them. We have used these boxes several times and inserts, with zero breakage. Coming from the bar industry this is invaluable!

2020-12-19I used them for fulfillment earlier in the year. They were prompt and did a good job, but there were unable to provide proof of the shipping charges they charged me. Definitely sketchy and I feel like I got scammed. If you want to go with them, be sure to tell the owners that you want to see FedEx receipts or their bill for each order. They delete order information daily so ask before they start fulfilling.

2021-02-24These shipping boxes are elegantly well designed, keeping bottle shipments unbroken in a package that uses simple recyclable cardboard. The design is a simple origami that works every teim. I wish every bottle shipper used Spirited Shipper boxes and inserts!

He and his partners not only helped us select the perfect wine, but worked with us from start to finish to select the proper shipping box, and even have it custom printed with our logo and black finish. We would completely use them again for our next mailing!

2016-03-16As the manager of an online wine store, I always looked for ways to lower costs. Since the Styrofoam wine shippers we used were extremely expensive and we even had damages resulting in a FedEx claim, I began looking for less expensive alternatives. After an extensive evaluation period of a few of the most popular brands, I settled on the Spirited Shipper boxes. The business owner was thrilled at the space savings and we are both thrilled with the prices. Not a single bottle of wine has been damaged in almost a year! Highly recommend to anyone in the liquor industry.

2016-04-12When we were a small company, doing our own fulfillment wasnt a problem. As we grew, this detracted us from our main business which is wine. Now this may make you laugh as we found it humorous. We asked our box supplier (which was Spirited Shipper) for a recommendation on a shipping service without realizing that they did this. As we were extremely happy with their wine shippers and quick delivery, we gave them a try. The rest as they say is history as weve depended on them for over a decade and we couldnt be more pleased.
