This location at Erie Boulevard has the most rude people Ive ever had to deal with at any establishment ever, bank or otherwise. I came in and deposited a check for a checking account at my other bank, its a paper check that you print from online, my wife and I have done this many times and have never had a problem. Today, we did the same thing, I came inside the branch, my wife was at the drive-thru. I had no problem with the teller inside, but my wife would being denied at the drive up. The teller was refusing to believe that it was a real check, even though we come in and deposit these all the time. I came inside to let her know that I was just in there and deposited the same kind of check. The employee was immediately hostile, accused me of raising my voice, of being rude, and then she mocked me when I laughed at that comment. Then she told me to leave. She told me to go to another Branch. These people are terrible. This is the second time something like this has happened to us here, there will never be a third. This branch is garbage.

I was given a counterfeit $100 bill by a teller here. When my partner was trying to cash the money into his account at Chase (only a few hours later) they instantly noticed that it was fake and confiscated it. I got an official notice from them that I brought back to Summit only to be met with hostility, defensiveness, and general rudeness from the manager (Amy), who said there is nothing that can be done. She said that this happens all the time there but when I called the Secret Service counterfeit office they said it was very rare--so apparently this office has a real problem with large counterfeit bills in circulation. STAY AWAY.

Not this particular location, but the entire credit union. I have a car loan with them and their online system is horrible. You cant transfer money in from external banks and they charge you a $1 fee to pay online from an external account. The fee shouldnt exist, especially during covid-19.

Only available to speak when their branch opens at 9 am so I wont know how much money is really in my account until it gets updated so not helpful like other branches 👎
