This place is crazy popular so if you actually want to come here for a meal I recommend coming at off-peak hours. I got turned away at the door the first time I tried coming here because they were just too busy. I came back for an (early) lunch the next day, like around 10:30am. I had the Reuben sandwich plate and sampled regional craft beers, plus had a nice Guinness in a pint glass with a Harp on it. Much better use of my time than chowing down on convention fare at the Javits Center!
Great turkey burger, 4 stars for the burger, it was delicious! Draft list fine, all the beers tasted a bit stale… wouldn’t go back
Checked in for a quiet Saturday evening bevvie, and the place was taken over by a post-engagement party party. Got busy and wild.Good selection of beverages, attentive and efficient staff, plenty of sports screens.
Great place to hang out and wait for your train. The Manhattan was good and the chicken pot pie really hit the spot. The bartenders were really nice and attentive. Would stop in again.
Burger was delicious. Lobster fettuccine was very tasty.The ranch appears to made in house, as it doesnt taste commercial. Very tasty.We are going again for lunch tomorrow!Pricing is VERY reasonable, and the food surpassed all expectations.
Its OK. Half decent selection of beer (Shock top!), tasty food delivered pretty quickly. Downsides- loud-ish music, slightly disinterested staff; dont get me wrong they were efficient, but in a service driven city like NYC the bar is set pretty high. Given the proximity of Hells Kitchen, Id suggest heading a little further North for the full bar experience.
I was there for a late lunch/ early dinner on a Saturday. Service was great as was the food. Friendly crowd, servers and bartenders.
Im an old guy. A place teeming with loud, already fairly drunk 20-somethings doesnt appeal. I walked in. I walked out.My understanding is that at other times of the day its quite welcoming, and food and drink of a decent standard. But for happy hour, it was too happy...
Great location near MSG. Food was acceptable, though their calamari wasnt, drinks alright. Not as crowded as the bars on 7th. ave. Probably due to it being just alright. Service very good at bar but not at tables.
First visit was very dissatisfied with the bar. Coca-Cola was WAY to strong and made up most of the Long Island Iced Tea. Went back another day for lunch. Drink was on point. Food always good....especially the wings.
Was expecting more. Entree Portions (not small plate) are small. French onion soup while loaded with cheese was thick not a broth and had a tomato paste? I returned it after 2 bites. The server was friendly and nice.
Good british pub in Manhattan. Enjoyed my Sheppards Pie.

This place is disgusting ! The staff is disrespectful, I don’t recommend to go there ! The bartender was rude, arrogant, he definitely don’t know his job ! I am wondering how it is possible to still have unprofessional staff member working in the hospitality industry with zero customer service manners !We ordered $100 of drinks and the bartender didn’t put alcohol in the drinks. The drinks smelled like old dishwasher detergent full of bacterias and the glasses were horribly dirty. We requested to have the drinks changed, made in front of us and the bartender refused. He insulted my coworker, it was the worst experience ever. This bartender should be reported. He also refused to give us his name, and refused to refund our drinks that we didn’t drink and automatically added himself a 20% gratuity on our credit card. He’s pathetic and ridiculed himself. We came yesterday evening, the night of Monday to Tuesday.Zero stars !!!
Food is great but cocktails are only so so. Bar tenders have to do a better job in the heart of New York. Also, please improve the beer selection.
We stopped in often because our hotel was nearby and its a good place to grab a drink before winding down. Highly recommend the apple pie!
The food here is awesome and cheap for being in Midtown Manhattan. The staff was welcoming and was on top of their game. Sports were playing on the television, but was not overwhelming because it was muted. It has a beautiful atmosphere and vibe.We were able to watch the marathon while we ate. We were not a fan of the french toast. The crust was too hard.

2022-05-03This place was so on point I went back for a second meal there in a week. The chef doesnt just deliver bar food you would anticipate, he elevates your experience by offering fine dining caliber Lobster Fettuccine. It was incredible delicious and perfectly prepared. Drinks were delicious as well. The staff gave great service both visits and each visit had its on challenge. The first visit it was packed down and upstairs on a Wednesday night. The next visit was a Monday night and they were training a new bartender thats all we will say about that. Maybe skip the Flatbread and go for the wings. We will definitely return if and when we find ourselves in NYC. Highly recommend.

2022-06-09Stopped off on my way exploring the city for a quick appetizer and drink. Wait staff was very attentive and friendly. They recommended some of the small plates and I chose the crab cake. It came with one and a small salad so the plate wasn’t so lonely. Food was great and selection of bourbon was decent enough for a quick stop.

Loved the vibe, atmosphere and the decorations , really great place. Good selection of drafts on tap and the food service is great. Clean and organized. Friendly staff and professional.

2021-08-18I stopped by today for the first time for lunch. This place is awesome. I was so warmly greeted when I walked in and my waitress Madison was very friendly and attentive. Everything I ordered starting with the Bloody Mary to the Lobster Fettuccine was utterly fantastic. Everything is made to order and I didnt have a long wait time. The restaurant itself looks immaculately clean and well maintained, which is important during these times. I recommend this place and I will most certainly be back again!

2021-10-18When it comes to a Saturday and youre in Manhattan, I prefer a fine Manhattan cocktail in Manhattan and thats what I did the same on a beautiful Saturday evening. Loved the drink as usual. To go with the second I asked server to surprise me with some cocktail in whiskey, she served Tailor special. The drink is really good made with pineapple juice with spiced whiskey. I would like you guys to order the same at the next time you visit the place. When starve from hunger go for the flatbread if you see in the menu. Thats my preference though, but we have a vegetarian option here, so I was happy.Hospitality is good. Our server was cute! Ambience is great! Looking forward to visit again!

2021-11-12Holy cow this place is amazing! The beer selection and the food is out of this world. I got a fried chicken sandwich and it literally brought me to another world! And the price is outstanding. The chicken sandwiches is only $15!!! (With fries)

2022-05-18Great pub styled food, great ye olde feel about the bar area. The food was delicious with generous portions at a price on par with similar establishments in the area. The servers were polite, prompt and well presented. The toilets downstairs were clean.

2021-11-30Florida Gator bar that’s super close to MSG and Penn Station which are major pluses. It clean and spacious with two floor and a private room. The food was typical bar food (nothing special). Check it out!!

2021-09-10Amazing food, great atmosphere, the bartender and server were so great!! Went to get food late on the Sunday before Labor Day, 1030 pm just before close. Service was fast, food was 10/10 we ordered blackened shrimp tacos, crab cakes, and medium rare burger which was done to perfection. We shared all of the food and will definitely go back and recommend this place to everyone. Casual clothes or you can dress us and either way youll fit in great. Sports on TV but also low lighting and romantic feel. Perfect combo in my opinion. Only thing I recommend to the restaurant is to put a seat yourself sign when appropriate because we werent sure about that when we walked in (there was a hostess stand) and we saw a couple leave and comment that no one ever sat us so they left.
