The Tile Shop provided beautiful and meaningful displays that made conceptualizing how the tile would look an easy task. Anne Marie was remarkably helpful and her knowledge and experience provided an accurate estimate of materials needed from my rough sketch. She remained helpful throughout the project and always made me feel valued as a customer. At the end of the project, I felt she was as invested in its outcome as I was.It was a joy working with her and ALL the Tile Shop staff!
They served me very well from design tips to letting me feel important. My sales person was no longer working for the company but any available agent treated me as there own. I will purchase from this store any future projects.
We were extremely pleased with the help and service of a knowledgeable staff.this included giving us ideas, showing us samples and explaining how it would look. and best of all anything that was unopened was returned and they credited our credit card---what more could you ask for in dealing with a reputable store !!!!!!
Terrible service from Manager down to salesman. The salesman fight over the customers. Talking to corporate to share my experiences. Will be loosing $90 on samples...I was days over their return policy...the samples I purchased are still on the shelves. I will purchase my marble order somewhere else because I will not give this store a penny.
I chose tile for my kitchen from the Tile Shop in Commack. My husband and I were disappointed with the quality of the original tile. It cracked easliy and my tile guy suggested getting a different tile. At first i was so upset because i didnt know how we were going to deal with this. Adam and Wendy were very accommodating. They worked with me to find a tile in my budhet that was ready quickly and still matched my colors in the kitchen. Although it pushed the job back a bit, the customer service was excellent . They took the time ro hear me out, apologized for the product, and helped me fix the situation. I would use them again.
Great experience with Larry Pennica and the entire store crew...always helpful without being intrusive...fully explained return policies and all add ons like how much grout was necessary and delivered on time and into my garage, which is downhill and under my house. The tile is beautiful and my contractor said it equaled in quality most others hed worked with over the past 20 years.Would recommend and use their services again!
Yes, they have big selection, but their customer service sux. I went with a friend of mine who spent 1000s on tile. She went back to do her backsplash and her salesperson was with another client. She said shed wait. He said it would be a few minutes. She waited 35 minutes. Then, he disappeared. She went up to desk to ask for him. He was with another customer who came in after her. She went up to him and very nice,y said, Jim, I have been waiting for you. He replied , its busy on Sundays. Ill, be with you soon.Needless to say she went somewhere else and spent another 900 somewhere else.There are plenty of places that will bend over backwards to keep your business.
I purchased 2 corner shelves for a shower in CASH took them back to the job to find they were to large for the space. So I went back to exchange them for smaller ones within 40 min, but they had none in stock. At this time I was informed by the employee that IT WOULD TAKE 14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR MY REFUND BY CORP. CHECK BECAUSE I PAID IN CASH to be mailed! At no time was I informed of this company policy prior to my purchase. In fact I asked if I could bring them back if the color was wrong and he said ABSOLUTELY. I called the 888 number and spoke to a women who said well it to bad for you but thats our policy and we dont bend for anyone one this matter. Well surprise...after speaking with a attorney..this is an unfair and unethical business practice in the state of n.y. In a nut shell I have to tie my money up for 14 day BECAUSE I PAID IN CASH, and store policies do not supersede ny state consumer laws . If I was you I would not shop here!i never will again. See ya in court! Places like this need to be taught a lesson that you cant take advantage of the public like this and your policy is not law!
Put my order in with the westbury tile shop had to pick up thru commack location. My wife went to get the tile and the guy at the store pretty much said there was no one to help her and she would have to come back in the morning cause jim had plans to do and had to leave. Not recommend going to Commack go to westbury brand so much nicer and helpful.
TERRIBLE!!! Find another tile company!1 - I waited at home for 3 consecutive mornings for delivery, but they never showed up, and kept promising it was on the way. They lied.2 - When it did arrive, and my installer examined the tiles, and found they had failed to include any wall tiles for one bathroom, and clearly underestimated the size of the floors and walls of the 2nd. They were incompetent.3 - I was told my salesman was off, but that he was coming in in 1.5hrs just for me to fix the problem. He never showed up. They lied.4 - After 2 hours I called again and was again told he would me in in 1.5 hrs. When I stopped in the store 2 hours latter he wasnt in. They lied.5 - They were going to call me to let me know when the missing files would be shipped, leaving my installer waiting, and causing me to get billed by the installer for his wasted time, and throwing off the timetable of the other contractors. They never called and I sent the installer away. They lied, again.There are too many good and reliable tile stores to waste your time here!
Dont waste your time entering this store. I had a horrible experience with them. They lied and gave sooner arrival date to get the order. When whole order was delayed they did absolutely nothing to make it faster. There are many good stores nearby ..One sale person took the order, only that person can give update..no one else in that store knows about the status of an order..If there was an option to give zero start I would have given..
The biggest scam ever. All the tiles I bought from this place have giant holes and cracks within a year. Do not buy anything from this place

2022-01-25So much to choose from! Everything is very well laid out. Everyone was very helpful. Prices were fantastic. I love all the different rooms set up to give you a great idea of what the tiles look like ion walls and floors. Tiles we loved were out of stock, woman at the register helped us locate tile in other locations.

2022-08-24The displays were beautiful but the prices were waaaay over the top. They also explained that most of the displays that we see, that the tiles no longer existed. Seems a wast of my time then, because I am also falling in love with the colors that I like in the display but cant get it. Seems like false advertising. Thank God they didnt them anyway because we went to another store and got almost the same non existent tile for 1/4 of the price they had it for. Could hardly tell the difference. Nice to get ideas of what design you might want though. Unfortunately you cant buy the display.

2022-04-09I felt like a kid in a candy store when I first walked in! I accomplished what I needed. Just stay away from Dave he has no clue what he is doing. Usually I dont publicly trash people but this guy needs some training for sure! He had measurements and still got it wrong. Almost gave me wrong tile too. Steer clear. Save yourself aggravation!!

2021-01-31I have shopped at the Commack location on numerous occasions.The staff has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable.Their return policy makes it easy to make decisions with out worrying about being stuck with unwanted tile. The quality and selection is far better than most other stores and the prices are very fair. The manager Larry is always available when needed if theres ever an issue with the products they sell.I highly recommend checking them out prior to purchasing tile at another store.

2021-04-30Very happy so far. Jayden helped my wife browse. Knew exactly where the tile types my wife liked were. Let my wife browse and pick out what she liked. Provided feedback. Gave us a fair price. Delivery came on the exact day he said. Didn’t get a chance to unwrap everything yet but they couldn’t have done better so far. Provided all the tiles are ok when I unbox them.Also fyi we went to a very well known tile place on Long Island before this place and the marble variation colors and veins were so different then the sample we saw. At the tile shop you can return the full box and per sheet. Gives piece of mind. We almost ordered from the other tile place and risked extremely varying marble colors. Also tile shop had a few of the pieces we were looking at so we can see the variations and all the stone looked very consistent.

2021-07-02Have been here a 4 different times for projects. They always have an amazing options to choose from and the staff has always been extremely helpful. On my last visit, Faith was a true pleasure to work with.
