Amanda was incredible to work with! Every single vendor she recommended was perfect for the look we were going with, and every vendor was so lovely to work with. On wedding day, she keep everything very organized and took all the pressure off of us so we could simply enjoy the day. When the bustle of my dress broke, she helped pin it back up throughout the night. When my grandmother in laws shoe broke, she was there to help fix the shoe. When the vans werent transporting guests at the correct times, she coordinated with all the drives to make sure everyone got everywhere on time. I could not recommend her more as a wedding planner. We feel so fortunate to have found her.
Working with Amanda of union studios is always been amazing she is so professional and has an amazing eye for detail, her kindness is always present. As a makeup artist and stylist I have worked with her in several weddings and they all have been a success I totally recommend her to help you plan your dream wedding!!
Working with Amanda and Chloe as planners is a dream! As another wedding/event vendor, I know that details and timeliness is key in planning any event, and these ladies kill it every time. The attention to detail is perfect. I would highly recommend the Union Studio to plan an event.
Sharing the excitement of welcoming a child into the world with family and friends during a pandemic requires a special kind of planner to ensure the parents have all of the joy and none of the stress that all of the unknowns bring. Amanda and her team tackled this challenge and absolutely crushed it. When we first contacted Amanda, we were planning an in person/virtual combo shower, hosting 50 guests while also facilitating a virtual portion for folks that couldn’t attend. Amanda worked seamlessly with family and friends to pull together amazing ideas that also captured what we wanted out of a shower and 100% reflected who we as a couple and who we hope to be as parents. She did all of this while establishing a back up plan that would allow everything to move forward without a hitch in case there was a need to go completely virtual. Ultimately, that need did arise. The communication with guests and organization of tech, delivery of gift bags and facilitation of the virtual event was flawless. She was able to pivot a week prior to the event to coordinate a virtual call for over 50, with no awkward silences or people speaking over each other. There were even people that wanted to stay on the call longer than two hours, which never happens on a Zoom call!! We even found out after the fact there was a major tech issue 2 minutes before we were set to go live that was handle so swiftly and effectively it was never noticed by us or the guests. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Amanda and her team for giving us the ability to celebrate our new addition with family and friends during a very chaotic time.
This team is literally THE BEST!! No stone left unturned. Amanda and her team are timely, thoughtful, reassuring, creative and absolutely flawless. Do yourself a favor and hire them! No one wants to worry on their big day. Whether its a wedding, private party, or corporate event... you cant afford NOT to hire a professional to keep a tight ship.

2021-10-06Amanda and her team brought our wedding vision to life and we cant be more thankful! Planning a wedding during a pandemic could be overwhelming and intimidating, but Amanda guided us every step of the way making sure that we were up to date with the latest CDC guidelines and how we could navigate through the changing requirements. We felt supported throughout the planning process. Amanda helped us assemble an awesome coordinator team that went above and beyond on the day of the wedding and kept everything organized. We didnt think we needed planner support, but are so happy that we had The Union Studio be part of our big day!

2021-11-16We cannot emphasize enough how amazing Amanda and her team at The Union Studio are. My husband and I had a very large destination wedding at an atypical wedding venue (The Surf Lodge, Montauk) which required A LOT of planning and logistics to work out— way more than we ever expected. Amanda helped us every step of the way with the welcome party, the wedding, and the goodbye brunch and absolutely nailed every detail. Our guests were RAVING about our wedding weekend and Amanda definitely was the one who made it all so perfect.I can honestly say we could not have had this wedding without her. She is such a hard worker and truly takes all of her time to make sure her clients are happy and get exactly what they hope for. She made herself available to us whenever we needed her, and helped facilitate all conversations with our vendors. She’s organized, professional, and fights for her clients whenever there’s an unexpected bump in the road. Literally, any small detail, Amanda was on top of it, from the second we hired her until the very end of the wedding weekend. She is an absolute dream to work with and she was such an important part of our day. I HIGHLY recommend hiring The Union Studio for your event as they were by far the best wedding investment that we made. We love you, Amanda! 2022-06-30We couldnt have dreamed of a more magical wedding day! It fully exceeded our expectations thanks to The Union Studio. It was a seamless and perfect event -- and their level of detail and attentiveness was unparalleled. From preparations in planning for months leading up, to the actual big day... there was no stone left unturned, they virtually thought of everything and made us feel like VIPs!Our wedding truly wouldnt be what it was without Amanda, Tasha and the rest of the team at The Union Studio. They are professionals and so easy to work with...hiring The Union Studio was far and away the best decision we made in our wedding planning.

2021-10-28Hiring The Union Studio, and working with Amanda, the founder herself, was by far the best decision we ever made for our wedding! Due to covid, we went through A LOT of changes, and she was supportive and helpful through it all! As well, even though we only did the month of service package, we never felt like we couldnt reach out and ask for help/advice when it came to the wedding.Where The Union Studio really shined for us was wedding weekend. Amanda and her team were so organized, knew exactly how to execute our vision, and were so attentive the whole weekend we really got to enjoy our wedding and our guests without having to worry about anything! Truthfully, it was the best money we spent for our wedding. We HIGHLY recommend their services.

2021-08-15Amanda and her staff at The Union Studio could not have been more professional and were an absolute joy to have assist us with our wedding. Amanda fully understands each and every aspect of planning a wedding while staying true to her word and executing each plan accordingly. She genuinely cares about the overall happiness for each couple she works with and goes above and beyond expectations. My wife and I could not have been happier with the job she did and felt as though we not only hired a wedding planner, we hired a wedding doer (her husband even assisted the groomsmen with tying their ties!) She assisted in every aspect of the wedding planning process (not just design) and made our day as enjoyable and as stress free as possible. Nothing on your wedding day or anything leading up to it will go overlooked with Amanda and she truly makes your special day all that more memorable while working behind the scenes with your overall satisfaction in mind. Although hesitant at first, we quickly realized that Amandas resume and credentials spoke for themselves and that the Utica/CNY area is in great need of her wedding/special event expertise! The overall experience and happiness shared by not only us, but our guests as well, was all due to the time and effort put in by Amanda and her team. Were extremely grateful and appreciate all that they did! Highly recommended!

2021-01-29I can not say enough good things about Amanda OCallaghan. We hired her to help plan my daughters wedding. Amanda is highly professional, unbelievably responsive and very, very knowledgeable. Her recommendations were spot on and shes always one step ahead of you. She made the process of planning the wedding not only fun but easy. All the vendors love her and love working with her which also is a plus. We interviewed multiple wedding planners and Im so happy and grateful that we chose Union Studio. I highly recommend using them if you want a seamless event!
