My name is Stacey, and I have used this UPS store for ten thousand things both personally and for the shop I work for, Polkadots. Every single time they come through and save the day. They get things done SO FAST and on such short notice which is seriously impressive. Quality is great, customer service is even better, but the prices just CANT be beat. I dont know why everyone doesnt use them. Love this UPS! Owner is super nice too!
The staff is always helpful and expedite the processing of all my shipments to their best ability.Ive been working with the people at this location for over a decade and they always make every effort to fulfill my needs in the most efficient manner possible. Brian, Paul, Ray and their colleagues are among the most professional, knowedgeable customer service staff Ive encountered anywhere.And no, I dont have a personal or family relationship with any of them outside of work...
I have been a customer of this location for 10 years. Between making copies, and sending out packages, Brian, Paul and Ray and rest of the staff has always treated me with respect. Very recently, I dropped of a package to be shipped (on Saturday 3/30). On Monday morning I called and spoke to Brian and explained that due to a death in the family over the weekend, I needed that package not to go out or to have it intercepted and returned here, as that person will be coming here for the funeral. Brian called me Monday afternoon and said the package was at the store for me to pickup.Other businesses would have said, tuff luck- he didn’t.Thank you Brian
I cant say enough great things about the guys that work here. Paul went out of his way to help me with a shipping issue, above and beyond what anyone would expect. I will definitely use this store for any shipping needs I have in the future. If there were 10 starts, I would give them 10!! Thank you, thank you for all of your help!! It is greatly appreciated.
A store that seems to care about your important packages as much as YOU do. The first UPS place to explain that adding insurance to your shipment doesnt do any good if you cant document the value. Conscientious, friendly, skilled, efficient, everything you could hope for in an office services provider. Especially compared to the nightmare customer service you get at Fedex/Kinkos.A little hard to find --theyre behind some bank near a garden store. Call them for details :)
In competent people on Saturday ... they do not know anything. I went to drop an envelop paid by my company and the woman there claimed it might not be shipped because there is no account number! I asked if she can check and she said I cant and then I asked if it does not ship will they return it to us or do I need to come back here and picked it up and her answer is again I do not know
I called ahead to see if a notary public was in, and Matt told me not today, but gave me some options of places I could go to get it done today. I was so shocked but thankful at the excellent customer services, how honest he was, and they definitely are now my go-to location.
The guy (Im pretty sure his name is Ray) who works here seriously makes my day every time Ive been in this store. He has a great attitude which is so refreshing compared to most customer experiences!
The guy I always see working here is very kind and welcoming. Don’t usually write reviews or try dealing with mail service but this location is very convenient and easy for me as well as well operated
I have been going to this particular store since they opened many years ago...everyone has always been willing to help with anything I have needed. Hard workers, friendly and professional!
I keep a box here. Service is excellent, I get notifications when a pakcage arrives, and can call to find out if I have gotten any regular mail.

It’s the holidays, please staff your store. It should not take 20 minutes to drop off a package that I already have a label for and it’s ready to go.
The employees arent too smart. Faxed the blank side of a letter costing me over $867 in lost revenue. Offered me $3.25 refund. Price Chopper faxes for free.
They say they are open until 7:00 but the notary leaves at 4:00 so hes useless
Everyone here always has a smile on their face and they go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you need and then some.

2022-02-04This UPS store is a disappointment to the UPS name. I had Amazon returns. There were 6 boxes all of the same item. I am middle aged and found these boxes heavy. I asked for assistance. The female employee was going to help me. It was a cold January day. The male owner told her it was too cold for her to help me. I said I still needed assistance. The male owner pointed and said there’s a hand truck over there if you want to use it. I will never go to this location again. Although it’s farther, from now on, I will use the Central Avenue location because the staff there are very courteous and very very helpful.

2022-03-29I have been using this store for almost 3 years to find out today they have been stealing money from my account for every copy we have made. We prepaid a significant amount for coored copies and for back and whites. They are now telling me they have been charging me a minimum of $1 for every file opened which is not what I was told when I pre paid for the copies. So for 3 copies of 18 files which comes off my account which could only cost me less than 50 of my accounts need they are billing me 900 copies from my account. DO NOT USE THESE THEM. Go to clifton park or latham when I have never had this issue and have been using ups for over 20 years in businessPEOPLE.

2021-12-29This UPS store runs like a well oiled machine. Im a regular at this store and Ive never had to wait more than 2 minutes to be helped because there is always enough people behind the desk to help, and all of the employees are knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. Whoever runs this store should be proud of themselves.

2015-05-04The staff are courteous and efficient. While I dont go there on a weekly basis, I am always treated like an important customer and my needs are always addressed promptly. I can count on Brian, Paul and Ray and the other staff members to do the right thing, and to offer me the best shipping and printing options.Good local business, good people.

2018-07-07I have to give this UPS store 5 stars. I stopped by a Saturday one hour after they closed (I know I should google their schedule ahead of time). While I was leaving, a staff opened the locked door and took my package. Ive never been served by a store already closed one hour before!
