An an outstanding service! The people working at this UPS store went out of their way to make sure my stuff was returned in proper packaging and even helped me interpret the instructions. They also print which helped me out a lot. I really wish all the UPS stores were as awesome as these people are.

I use this store regularly on weekdays for shipping, copying, scanning and printing.The clerk that I usually work with is Craig, who’s very attentive, professional and efficient. We had a question regarding one of my items and the other clerk (I didn’t catch his name) gave us a couple of tips to streamline our efforts, so he was truly helpful, as well. I live down the street in Clayton year-round and appreciate not having to drive to Watertown for every need. I’m so grateful to have this store close by and for my “business neighbors” being good at what they do. That north country friendliness that’s offered each time I stop in is always an added bonus!

Been in there multiple times and every time Im met with a great welcome. They are very attentive and answer any question you have. Many times Ive had just good conversation after the sale. Good people, great business.

As a Canadian shopping in the U.S., some items are better shipped to a UPS store near the border on the U.S. side rather than shipping directly to Canada, e.g. Alcohol, some items with unclear duty or custom broker fees, e.g. Computer assembled in USA (Only HST 5% when taken across in person!). THIS STORE AND THE PEOPLE RUNNING IT ARE AMAZING. Trying to get over the border during covid with the changing and poorly communicated government travel restrictions has interrupted goods on their way to me. The good people at the store in Alexandria Bay have been wonderful about accomodating the resulting delays. When at the store, service is prompt and courteous. I highly recommend this store to anyone from Cornwall to Belleville to Ottawa as an easy to get to spot to ship items in the U.S. to for pick up. The 1000 Island Bridge does not seem to be as busy as some of the other crossings, e.g. Niagara, making this even more convenient!

Friendly manager and clerk.The owner was courteous, yet standoffish.The response to new people moving in is mixed, and Im uncertain if its because Im new or the color of my skin.For the best experience, visit when the owner isnt present.Im a service connected disabled USMC veteran and ask all military, veterans, first responders and respective families to no longer support this store. I also extend this to all motorcycle enthusiasts, and civilian military personnel.

What a wonderful place, wonderful staff, very helpful! They helped back boxes to be sent out of state, a couple care packages for my daughter in Ohio. Very careful, attentive, and friendly. And much cheaper than I imagined it would be. I will definitely be using their services again, and I would refer them to anyone! 5+ stars!

These people couldnt be nicer.I came here with tons of documents to be scanned/printed/copied and they helped me with everything and were super friendly and respectful. I am definitely going to them for all my future copy & shipping needs!
