The UPS Store in other cities:
Worst. UPS store. Ever. Ive had to send back merchandise a few times from a great company with amazing customer service, they make it so easy for you by emailing a return label that UPS stores can either scan or print out for you quickly and FREE of charge! I do not own a printer and this particular store, which happened to be on my way home, told me they could not scan the barcode and furthermore tried to charge me $3+tax to print out ONE sheet of paper! Outrageous. Better off going to my usual UPS store(s) either in Kenmore or Cheektowaga.
Ripoff! Went in to ship a large box of floormats and was forced to pay $48 ups ground. This was the cheapest option. I told them I was going to take it elsewhere, and they said the post office was going to be the same price. I reluctantly agreed. After going home and checking what the post office would have been it came out to be $14.78. Do not go here to ship your stuff. Go to the post office! You should be ashamed for conning people into shipping with you.
One of the worst UPS location I have ever been. They dont have customer appreciation at all. They always charge you the maximum even for a small piece of tape. Last time, I was charged $3.50 to print one PDF page in black and white from my USB flash drive (3 dollar set up fee (i dont know what set up is this, and 15 cents for the print itself). will never come back and will use the other UPS store near my work.
Went in to have four documents notarized, in addition to purchasing an envelope and postage for said documents ... The total came to over $14 dollars! I questioned why it was so much for one envelope and $.81 in postage. The manager, Jesstin said he charged $2 PER DOCUMENT! Not one place in the store is the cost posted. I told him I was not going to pay that because I can get done for free at the bank, and he told me he already notarized them. After arguing for 30 minutes I was charged $.25 per document. Please note: I am a notary public myself, however we cannot notarize our own documents. The NYS rate is between $.25 up to two dollars per document. I would have not had a problem had I just been told the fee upfront ! Upon leaving, Jesstin literally shouted go to the bank next time , I turned back around and said had you been honest and upfront with the fee I would have definitely gone to the bank.

2022-08-18I had to return something to Amazon. I got the QR code, and dropped it off here. No packaging, no cost. The money was in my account a few hours later, no worries!

2021-12-19The staff is really nice and they go above and beyond to help with whatever you needs are. I had a small child with me (infant), and they actually let me skip the line of about 10 people to drop off a package. Dont worry I asked everyone first to make sure it was okay, but it was very very kind of everyone there. Highly recommend.

2021-12-15I have given this store my business for years and have always had a pleasant experience. I can understand the stress of the holidays but that is no excuse for poor customer service. My experience was so upsetting that it led me to write my first EVER online review. I left the store in tears because of a manager that refused to listen to his customer and verbally embarrassed me in front of his staff and several other customers. I have never been treated with such disrespect. This place will NEVER get my business again.

2021-01-10Great Customer Service, Very Friendly... Cost effective and from a seller that ships roughly 10-15 items per week in the western New York area this is my go to place for anything shipping. Have had issues with U.S.P.S. not arriving on time and FedEx has HORRIBLE customer service at a few local locations...This store is worth the few extra dollars over USPS for the quality of there services.

2021-09-09Horrible experience at this place. We needed to have something noterized and sent NDA to Florida. First time a person who was supposed to be a witness for the signature walked away with a page of the doccument so the envelope was shipped a page short. We re did it and something else happened to a page this time also causing it needing to be redone again. very costly. We used another shipper to ship and it went through fine the first time. The store is a total mess and very disorganized.

2022-02-22Employee 150546 really needs some customer service training, or perhaps human interaction classes. So rude and indifferent, absolutely no empathy, concern or kindness.

2017-07-25Very helpful staff, especially Lee and Matt. They are always careful with my packages and very friendly. Im impressed because they remain polite and professional when some customers are unreasonable. Some guy couldnt seem to understand that this was UPS and not USPS and was very rude, arguing that they should provide the same services at the same price, but they were patient with explaining things to them.

2019-10-18I wouldnt even give One Star... I went in to mail an Amazon return, and was told that they would charge me $3.00 to print me out their shipping label from my email. I went home and printed it myself. The next day when i returned, I was told that they would not tape my box for me (one strip down the front of my perfect condition Amazon Prime box) unless i paid them a $2.50 fee! To avoid the fee, they told me that i could buy a roll of packing tape for $4.99.I understand that many businesses upcharge for additional services, but these fees seem so petty to me. So much for customer “SERVICE”.
