I’ve been meaning to post this review for some time now…I cannot say enough about the great service and quality of prints from this UPS store! They always help me out with all of my printing needs and for the price and quality you really can’t beat it! I also am able to email documents over and have them help me know if the formatting will work for what I have in mind. I also have returned Amazon orders here before and it was super quick and convenient! If you live in the area or even if you don’t…this is like a little hidden gem worth a visit!

Woman was very rude and unprofessional. I was returning many items some items were put together in the return code. Everytime she spoke she had a I hate you tone towards me. She even had a attitude with my 6yr old daughter when she was going to sit on the chair. First tissy fit she scanned the code the code had 4 items. One I left in the car on accident. I had to explain to her like 5 times what items were on that code because she kept talking over me and interrupting me not wanting to hear what I had to say. I started giving her an attitude. There was a shoe box in front of me she thought that wasnt scanned I tried to tell her yes it was scanned already repeatedly again not listening and talking over me. I started raising me voice after this point. So I told her I was getting the item out of the car I did handed it to her and said Im done everything is scanned Im leaving have a nice day. She said no it is not finished Im not returning your items until you tell me which one [shoe box] this goes with. I told her figure it out. Bickering back and forth.. i asked for her managers name she would not give it to me. I went through my email again and showed her. Everyone has to live with the consequences and she definitely will if all those returns dont go through. She said she had the cops on speaker phone when I came in from grabbing the returned item. I would rather drive 40min to vestal then go back there again this woman is a damn nightmare.

Today I dealt with Trista and I had a wonderful experience! She knew her job and did it well. I look forward to going back again anytime I need anything from ups.

This location is inside the Apalachin Pharmacy. Ive used this location for faxing and shipping out several packages. The customer service is mediocre, as both times staff seemed unknowledgeable and unable to fully answer my questions. I seemed to have bothered or interrupted on my most recent visit as my faxes took a long time to go thru, staff showed signs of frustrationI gave this location a few chances, next time I will go to Vestal.

We dropped off several 45 lbs packages from our small business. The lady in the front dropped them on top of each other, crushing several of the bottom boxes and when we mention something about it she didn’t even care. It’s frustrating because now the package will arrive smashed to the costumer, and it would reflect poorly on our business/packaging.

The UPS store is a welcomed and needed store in our area. They can do so much for you or your business without having to drive to Vestal. They are located (and owned by the pharmacy) in The Apalachin Pharmacy and are so friendly and helpful.

Every time I go in there they inform they have closed early and can’t process my items to be shipped. Dont waste your time go to FEDEX or the post office, at least they honor the hours that are posted.
