I’m not sure if this is the correct place to add this review or not, but I’m going to anyway because the customer service I received from a UPS employee named Trinidad was exceptional! I had tracked a package that was marked as delivered and thought that I hadn’t received the item. It turns out that I tracked the wrong order, totally my fault. Upon talking with Trinidad he was so understanding and willing to help. You don’t find this kind of customer service these days which was my reason for writing this review. Trinidad I truly appreciate you taking time out of your day to help me!

Never ever wrote a bad review before, but the manager in this place is something. A type of guy who feels very comfortable with getting too close to you and interrupting you with a loud “listen to ME, young lady” when you’re trying to communicate your need. If you had the same experience, just know that you are not alone.

Love this store and that it is locally owned! They are always very helpful when I need to print, fax, and ship something! We have a child who is medically fragile and with this nasty covid-19 virus we cant risk going out in public and bringing this virus or any home to our son. I needed to print 38 pages out then fax all of them somewhere for my son so I called the UPS store. They were great they printed it all out faxed it and let me pay over the phone. Then I asked can they mail me my copies and they went above and beyond good customer service and personally dropped them off in my mailbox right away. Thank you so much for all that you do! God Bless you all stay healthy!

Run dont walk from this store.The employees dont understand the basic pricing for shipping that UPS offers which at best is incompetent and at worst is fraud. They fail to inform customers about less expensive shipping options and when questioned about it, insist that customers use the most expensive form of shipping available.I was told two different times that the most expensive overnight option UPS offers was the only shipping method available when in fact there are three different tiers of overnight shipping one of which is half as expensive as the one this store insisted I use.When questioned, the manager of the store became physically confrontational and told me he was going to throw me out of here and that I was a dummy who couldnt read.Its a disgrace that UPS allows this guy to own a store with their name above the door. Thankfully there are are other options in the area (Staples and Cases Unlimited) where you can ship a package and dont have to worry you are going to be either ripped off or physically threatened.

Ryan went over the top here for customer service. I had a package that was stuck in transit for a few days from East Syracuse. Like the fact he was nice enough to take care of the problem for me and call me when package finally came in. Wish more places had customer service like this. Thanks Ryan

I just sold something on ebay and had to ship it. Reminded me of the last time I sold something through ebay and brought it to the Auburn branch of the UPS Store.The manager actually threw me out of the store because I told him I preferred to prepay my shipping through ebay with my paypal account and that I wasnt interested in his sales pitch, I just wanted to ship what I had to ship.I have never been treated so rudely in any store in my life and will never again use UPS.

The owner/manager clearly has some issues. His sales people dont know what rates to charge and when questioning about it his excuse was to question whether or not he should fire them.Next time I will go to Staples.If I could have given zero stars I would.
