Very unprofessional. First of all I called and it was very difficult to get in touch with them because they dont even have a number. The number they post there is the pharmacy number and they made me feel like i was interrupting them. Finally they put me through to some one at the UPS store and the guy was very Ruud and unprofessional. I ask about pricing and he spoke to me like I am suppose to know that they only give prices at the store. Hi told me everybodys prices are in the store and I replied that every other company I found was giving prices on line. He got upset and told me to take my business elsewhere. All he had to do was inform me they only give prices in the store, and I would have went there. I expected more from The UPS Store.

Not a UPS store. Located inside a pharmacy. No one stationed in the UPS section. I was only attended as I was walking out. Thankfully the young man was friendly and helpful

Personal was so friendly. I didn’t know we had a UPS store so close by. Needs better signage but other than that super friendly and helpful. Lines are way shorter and faster than the post office.

Went here because its like 2 minutes away from my house. I had to send my verizon equipment had my box and labels on it, the girl at the counter was nasty and provided horrible customer service. She said she couldnt take my box because it had 2 labels on it and she couldnt help me further.

I wanted to return an item at the store , as per rep at the counter stated name mahd I asked to get a label already paid for to be printed and he said it will be a $1.00 to be printed , I mean it’s just a dollar but when I said let me call UPS to see if I can get this taking care off and the rep at the store professional answer was because of people like me it’s why they charge the fee , I’m not sure what that meant but I would never return back to this place to deliver any goods or do Any business , went to Hauppauge store , I got my label they even packed for me with no questions asked and got my item delivered

That UPS service is awesome 15 minutes away from my house. The lady helped me to print the 2 labels and see took the both packages
