Today was the second AND LAST time I go to this particular UPS temp store. I don’t know who the guy behind the counter is but he needs lessons in customer service. He’s always so curt and just plain nasty! Seems like he either doesn’t like his job orrrrr he doesn’t like people that look like me! I’ll pray for him but I’ll give my business to another store!

I cant really speak about the store or the staff because I have no experience with them BUT ..It says on here that theyre open until 2pm and when I got to the store at 1:30 they were closed. Sign on the door says they close at 1:00. Maybe update your hours so others dont waste their time like me.

I had an urgent package to drop off just before closing. Ran up to the door (admittedly) at 5:58, ran inside, but despite it still being during operation hours, the UPS employee had logged out for the day and said they couldn’t help us.I’m my opinion, that’s not very professional for a major shipping service to close before posted hours of business.

I moved to Brewster recently and was surprised to find the staff rather curt on my first visit. Trying to give the benefit of the doubt, I’ve been in a few times and have continued to find them unhelpful and ungracious. After today, I’ve decided I’m willing to drive a little further for my shipping needs.

When I spotted the current rating for this UPS Store, I had to chime in. I have used this shop for years and have always been grateful that I have this option. The owner is usually on site. He and staff are always friendly. And at holiday time, there is nowhere faster for getting me in and out the door. I can come in with a pile of presents, tell them which items are going to whom, and if I have shipped to them before, labels are printed immediately without my having to fill out any forms. Labels are set with the appropriate gifts, I pay with my credit card, and am out the door. Boxing happens later, so I dont have to wait around. The first time I left things to be boxed, I was a little nervous, but every single item has always gotten where it was headed. This shop is convenient, friendly, and reliable. What more could you ask?

I used to love this store, but after coming by 6 times to try to bring a return they have been closed at 5:50pm!!! The store hours during the week are till 6pm so why is it closed 10 minutes early?! After work is the only time I can go and 10 min is more then enough time for me to do what I need to do, if only they were open like they are suppoesed to be. This is very upseting! If you have store hours FOLLOW THEM, if this is inconvinient to you then maybe the morning shift would work better for your schedule. If you need to leave early every day then maybe consider changing your hours al together.

Daniel and Cheryl are the best. They’re willing to respectfully serve customers and I don’t know how they manage to work so fast! The store is kept clean and they have a fair amount of supplies. Recommended!

I went there at 5:30pm, which is 30 minutes before their closing time, to return my school books and they werent there. The employees decided to leave early. I waited around a few minutes to see if anyone came back, but no one showed. A neighboring store told me that the employees left at 4:00. I rushed to the store after work to accommodate their hours and no one was there to help me.

Very friendly staff. They open early , 7 am, which is great since I leave for work around then, I can drop off my packages and be on my way. Very convienemt and helpful.
