Their website says the offer Notary services. It even allowed me to make an appointment online to have documents notarized. An hour later, I got an email from the store saying they do not have a notary at that store. Why do the offer services on their website that they actually dont offer?
I moved from NY to California and all of the items inside my package was lost. This store is claiming there’s nothing they can do and no compensation would be made.Now the store owner and manager is saying because I didn’t get insurance no one should be held responsible. Where was the negligence on my part? Insurance is an option not a requirement.There was thousands of dollars worth of equipment lost and all they can say is “sorry”
Called this UPS store for a question, prior to planning stop there for a shipment. As soon as the gentleman answered, was told to please hold. 20+ minutes later no one came back on the phone line, so I guess they forgot the phone had someone holding. I disconnected. This type of lack of service, tells me to take my business elsewhere. Please retrain your staff!
I shipped packages out of this location. When I called for a quote I was asked if I would need packaging and I said no it’s already packed.When I arrived the manager and owner did not tell me my package wasn’t suitable or didn’t meet the standards. She gave my one package some extra tape and proceeded to send the package out.I’m now being told my package is damaged and all items inside are lost. I’m being denied any compensation. I’ve been given the run around by the owner and manager who was very rude and failed to listen on the phone. She gave me the wrong number to call for ups damages and then she failed to give me any claim paperwork.
Woman in charge misspelled my name on application. Has taken forever to fix. A man told me I could not have a package forwarded to me at my apartment even though I am willing to pay for it. I convinced him that he was wrong. They have to learn their job. I will write a follow-up if things improve.
I was there today for an Amazon return at 1:30, per my instructions from Amazon I was to go to a UPS store and present the email and a label would be printed. My phone would not upload it due to low signal. I was told there is no wifi to use and I could use their computer for $2.49 or leave and use wifi somewhere and return later. I drove to Dunkin Donuts and returned to the store. Another $1.00 to tape my return package. The clerk was more than helpful but really no wifi!!
More than a little annoyed. I paid for two scans and the clerk offered to help, told me to send them to an e file and supposedly put them on my flash drive. I get some to discover nothing but tiny clips of some unrecognizable thing. Hopefully they will fix this but I was really looking forward to showing off these files and now I cannot.and edit went back today and the women rudely told me when her son was having trouble getting their equipment to work that the problem was with my drive which was a huge assumption and just a rude thing to say to a customer; they do not know how to use their scanner here word to the wise. I do not recommend this establishment.

2022-03-09This UPS location is always quick and easy to find as its located right on the main road. Ive never seen it busy in here. The staff that works there are very nice and theyre able to assist you in what ever you need. They have the standard post office supplies like bubble wrap, boxes, stamp, tape and mail boxes and printer etc. I like that I can get everything in one place. Check them out!

2022-02-04This is the best UPS Store location in the Capital District. The employees here were so wonderful and helpful I cannot say enough wonderful comments. I went yesterday and had a very heavy Amazon box to return. The employees asked if I needed help. I said yes. The female employee went and got the hand truck, came out to my car, got the box out put it on the hand truck d brought it in for me. I realized in UPS that I had not removed my original label and other stuff. They told me not to worry about it that they would take care of it and told me to have a good day. Thanks staff!!! GREAT JOB!! (I first posted a negative comment about the western avenue location.)

2022-05-14By far the worst shipping experience I have ever had. Went in with a QR code for a return to Nike and they put my label on the wrong box, sent my return somewhere else, and now I cannot get any answers as to what to do with a random cellphone sent back to me from Nike because obviously it was not supposed to go to them! Over a month of dealing with customer service, zero answers, and Im out $130 because I will never see the Nike merch again to be able to return it. Go literally anywhere else to ship your package, its not worth the headache.

2022-07-01Went in needing and said I needed to ship a card. The rep told me to go grab a bubble envelope. I said even for ground he stated yes. Him and the other rep then decieded to bad mouth another customer. To his credit I did say ground. After grabing the envalope I put my item in and sealed it. Figuring ups stores are normaly independently owned and maybe for all speeds of shipments they use plain packeges. I then asked well what are the faster options. He gives me the price of a faster shipment I agree to it. And he then pulls out another envalope and puts one inside the other. So now im paying for 2 envalopes and the faster service.The .99cents dosent bug me, its the fact that when I come in to the UPS store its for recomendations. He knew the size of the item. He could have saw it he could have asked for the shipment info then told me what materials id need. Ive been to quite a few UPS stores this was by far not the best experince.

2022-03-29I owe this store an apology for accusing them for stealing my package, I had a big misunderstanding caused by delayed update on the UPS tracking website. Ive learnt that ground shipment can be delayed at a normal pace. Im sorry for the accusation

2020-04-25A company called C.P.S. Financial Services Box #142. is running a scam using your ups store address. Please let me know when they are shut down and I will happily change my review.If you google these address after receiving a similar form. Do NOT send them money. Report them.

2022-03-10Never had a issue shipping international until I came to this store, got charged a premium to ship only to have my package released with another premium charge upon arrival.

2022-02-12Employee Shalin is absolutely amazing. She clarified and resolved a few concerns I had in regards to shipping, her energy was positive and quite frankly contagious. I left there in a better mood. Thank you Shalin, the smallest acts makes the difference in the day.

2021-11-08Just stopped in here to grab a box for shipping and I was looking around to see if the boxes were out front and I didnt have to ask at the counter. There were two people at the counter and two employees. I heard Sir, the line starts over there. I wasnt paying attention because I was still looking around when she said it again louder and more rude. I realized she was addressing me and pointed at me and pointed two feet to my left. Really? There was no one in the store and I wasnt even in line. Extremely rude and very umporfessional. Do better.
