The workers here are always very nice to me and work quickly and efficiently so I can be in and out in less than a couple of minutes. They’ve always helped me with printing as well which is much appreciated.The parking is difficult though and could use some rearranging! There’s only three spots all in a line and it’s hard to get in and out especially when there’s other trucks or buses there.

The store is fine here. I havent had amy real issues with the service but the location and parking are an absolute joke. You can try to park in one of the three non-bus spaces right in front and hopefully not block someone else in or you can drive halfway around the block to the city lot and pay a small amount to park for the literal 30 seconds it takes to drop off a package. Again - store and employees are OK but the location/logistics are garbage.

If I could give zero Stars I would. The manager is completely and utterly rude and loses her sense of proper customer service if she gets fliped off by someone. Supposedly somebody asked the lady if he could simply get change for the bus and I guess she gave him attitude and told him in a unpleasant, annoyed tone Were clearly not a bus station, go to 7/11 or something he ended up flipping her off from outside the building, so I went in and simply just asked if she could give me just four quarters for the bus & she was horrible to me bc she had a bad encounter with someone else before me. I was so shocked & confused from her attitude she was giving me, I asked if she was the manager bc I would have rather spoken to someone who knew how to talk to people. You can definitely tell she was having a bad day & she took it out on customers. Youre going to deal with alot of nasty people but if youre going to work In the customer service field then you should be prepared for anything and treat every single customer the same. THATS customer service.

My husband and I were in Corning to assist a family member at Corning Center. Joyce Smith could not have been more helpful. She came to the Center and notarized papers with great kindness to our family member. We went back to store and she assisted us with copies and was even able to send us a pdf of the file. Would highly recommend this store.

I called to ask them what the largest size box was that they had. The employee told me they had 24sq in boxes. I then drove down to get one. When I got there I was told that they didnt ACTUALLY have any of the 24sq boxes.......she just thought I wanted to know what the biggest size box was that they carry.........yeah, bc that makes sense. I was then told they DO have the 24sq box in their Horseheads store. Worthless.....she could have told me that on the phone.

No one answers the phone? I left messages I keep trying to see if my mailbox payment is due! Do not go here they are understaffed and don’t even give you a key to your mailbox you pay for!

Do NOT ship packages with pre-paid return labels because the employees at this store will not help you unless you purchase the UPS return label from them.This store shipped two packages for me. Both were sent to the wrong place. I called this UPS store and was told that ONLY the manager could help me. (All I wanted was the address and company name for each package).So, I called back and spoke to another employee. Same thing. Absolutely no support or help. Everything I suggested was shot down, yet they didnt offer any solutions. And, I was told that they have no way to track the package because of the label.Finally, I called the Horseheads UPS store and they were wonderful. Not only did they say that its not true that the stores will only help people who buy their return labels from the UPS store, but also within 5 minutes, I had all the information I needed. They had no problem tracking the packages!Do NOT support the Corning store. They arent helpful at all.

Update September 2020: This is an addendum to a negative review I left two years ago. I decided to give this store a second chance and am now posting a second negative review -this one even more negative than my prior. I mailed a package from this location and purchased insurance. The item was damaged and, after some back and forth –as well as one missed visit, the receiver was able to return the package to UPS. As weeks dragged on, I contacted the person who handles claims/problems at the Corning store, Joyce, multiple times and was politely rebuffed and told that I needed to wait for a few weeks. After more than two weeks passed, I emailed again and left a phone message but received no reply. After more than another week had passed, I decided to contact someone at UPS corporate who told me that the claim had been resolved more than two weeks earlier, prior to my unanswered inquiries. When I called the UPS store in Corning, I was told that Joyce, the person who handles claims, does not keep records in a manner that could be checked and that she should have contacted me and/or sent a check if it was resolved. I was furthermore told that it was possible that it had “slipped through the cracks” and that I needed to call back on one of the days when that specific individual was at that location. The people at this store are very polite and friendly but there is no accountability and no effort to provide basic costumer service. For the second time I have lost both time and money by visiting this store. If they continue to not respond I will go to small claims court.________An employee in training mislabeled three packages that I was sending out. After the issue was discovered, the employees at the store failed to get new tracking numbers despite my multiple requests. Due to the delay and lack of tracking info I was forced to make a refund at a customers requests for items which I had not yet received cleared payments for. At no point did the employees of this store offer to refund me for the costs of shipping nor did they make any contact with me to inform me of status despite having my information. Assuming that I eventually receive my packages I will have wasted more than $60 on shipping costs, credit processing fees and cancelation fees.

The lobby always seems packed. Even so, I always manage to get my package labeled and on its way. Some employees are more helpful and useful than others. I believe its past time UPS and DHL open up another store somewhere. Perhaps separately.
