Buyer Beware! Nobody is in charge and their work is poorly executed! They own three stores, this one, the East Northport location at 11 Hewitt Square and the Commack store at 169 Commack Road. I placed a large printing order at the Huntington location with the owner of the company after he promised me many things including the completion date, no-one was monitoring the progress and they kept shifting me to the east Northport location because that was where the designer was located. Whenever you call any of the stores they put you on hold forever and when they come on the line no one knows anything! The designer made typos and should have questioned some of the design work that I had arrived at with the owner. They still handed me an unfinished job and i left my name and phone number for the owner and he has not called me back in three days. They also give you a bill that is computer generated on two inch wide column that is unreadable. Go elsewhere, these people just dont care!
Store #1811 is a disaster. I bought in a small package to ship to Michigan on June 27. Still no action. Today is August 13. Tried to get status five times and was told a claim was filed with corporate and it is out of their hands. Also shipped a telescope in May that was received damaged, Was told that a UPS representive would visit recipient to view damage. Never happened! If #1811 is not responsible for items, why would anybody want to use that facility?
This UPS Store is always top notch with customer service. Anthony and Wolfgang helped me pack and ship a guitar amp. I was super nervous about shipping an amp, fearing that it would arrive destroyed. Anthony assured me that they’d pack it very well and that it would arrive unscathed. Sure enough it got there in perfect working order. Him and Wolfgang were both fantastic, very happy to help me and very pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend this store to ship out of. Great assortment of greeting cards too! 👍🏻
I was just in this store today (6/6/2020), I overheard a very angry woman talking about how she was going to call To complain about one of their employees telling her to leave and come back with a mask (she didn’t have one on duding this incident) I heard her say how she has a medical condition so she “can’t wear one”. Sorry honey, but you have to wear one if you go into a business! I’m in this store almost every other day, I know the employee in question, it sickens me that such a crabby woman who doesn’t know the law is going to complain about THE LAW that they can’t do anything about.Anyways, rant is over, this store is nothing but awesome, I love this UPS Store’s crew!
The staff here are amazing and funny, I was actually laughing and joking with them, very friendly. Very helpful and important store especially during Covid and though the holiday season. They deserve nothing but praise and admiration.

Such a great store with a great crew. Much more reliable than the Post Office and they do printing! I just got my resumes printed here and the turnaround time was amazing. The manager Anthony and the owner Marc are incredible!

Whoever says they’re customer service is bad because they tape is ridiculous. They started charging because inconsiderate people bring multiple amazon (and other) packages that aren’t taped up. They’re wasting tape on your unprepared packages, your fault. They’re always very nice to me and treat me like a friend! I’ll always recommend this UPS Store over any other shipping business.
I contacted the UPS store on behalf of my 85 year old Mother. Im out of state so I called the store and I asked them if they could assist with scanning a very important document and emailing to myself. I explained that my mother is elderly and would need assistance, she is not computer savvy. They basically told me she was out of luck and they would not assist her.. and she just needed to put her card into a machine.. How cold and Heatless they were. Im very appalled at the UPS Store and how they handle their elderly customers..
My elderly grandmother came into their store last week to mail some glasses and photos to me here in TN. She wouldn’t stop raving about how helpful the entire staff was. I believe Tony and Sarah helped her and a Wolfgan helped her make copies. It’s good to see that they treat their elders with respect. 👍🏻 And also the package arrived early!
Rood And Disrespectful Manager/Owner at this store who wants to fight his customers. He has zero customer skills. He makes up his own rules. He is way over his head. Nothing but a clown.
Super expensive twice the price for ups ratesNo value doing business with them . They make you feel like they’re doing you a favor while they overcharge you. Only use them if you have no other choice

This review is from one experience yesterday. I had to return an item with a shipping label that was already paid for, I forgot to print it out. Asked them if I can print it out, they literally charged me $4.51 for ONE paper B&W print. One page. $5. One page. Absurd.
They stole at least 5 packages customers returned to me. Misplacement of 1-2 is understandable but 5+ is theft.
I have to agree with many of the reviews listed. Very unprofessional impolite staff at this location. Felt like I was bothering them by coming in. I will never patronize this store again!

Ive had a mailbox at this store for over 8 years now - the staff is friendly, they are super accommodating, and Marc, the owner, always helps out if he can. Great place to have a mailbox, ship stuff, copy stuff, etc.
Charge for shipping but dont nickel and dime customers to print a label. Charging $4.00 to print a label is outrageous.
I can’t get over how amazing the staff was i walked in and saw this lady crying and there employees truly made her day with good laughs and positive energy i highly recommend going to them for all your needs

2021-11-29These people here at UPS have a lot of crazy people to deal with. This woman was cursing and screaming at them and at an ELDERLY woman. I didn’t really catch what she was screaming about, but they told her to leave and I’m so happy they did. I legitimately didn’t feel safe with her in the store. Thank you UPS for looking out for your good clients!

2022-05-14If I could give 0 stars I would. Incompetent staff kept me on the line for an hour to lie to me. They said they could ship my package but they merely charged me for a shipping label which then could not be used to ship from this store.

2022-01-29Petulant children who got too many participation trophies when they were kids work there. Incredible attitude in a store where all you need to do receive/ship/process a package. - > To be fair, if there is a noticeable improvement, I feel compelled to edit my initial review. I have been there a handful of times ex post facto, and their service has been 100% better. The two angry bearded boys are gone, and the ladies working there are very helpful, responsive and nice.

2021-08-24Mark is awesome! Recently, my son needed to fax some paperwork for his university graduate program. The fax wouldnt go through and Mark was very kind and kept trying -- even the next day. He even called my son a couple of times to let him know that, despite his best efforts, it wouldnt go through! Amazing customer service!

2021-08-04I have been working specifically with Tony Lupo for quite a few years on various “mini projects” at the UPS store in Huntington. He is extremely polite, accommodating, and always very professional. It’s great to know that UPS is not just a store, but there are actual human beings there that care about your project at hand.I would highly recommend the UPS store in Huntington anyone who is looking for great service with a “human touch” and in particular would recommend Tony Lupo as someone you can count on to “get the job done,” 👍😊

2021-02-11I love this store! Always such polite employees. The manager Anthony runs a tight shift there, keeps everyone safe and moving. My packages always get there on time and without issue. I’d give their team more than 5 stars if I could!
