Lilly was more help then I could ever ask for. She efficiently packaged my awkward items and got them on there way. She also explained how to save some money. It All shipped at a reasonable rate. It was an excellent experience! Thank you!

Very friendly and helpful people inside the store. Fast and efficient!!!The location itself is a little confusing. At first it looks like just a drop box. But the store is here. Go to the right of the drop box about 50 feet to the main entrance. No actual markings are on the building, but the UPS store is inside, straight ahead :)

We use the UPS Store at Canal Place in Little Falls every week for shipping orders for our business. Raechel and crew are always helpful and provide excellent service. Its convenient to have a UPS local so close to home. Thank you!

Im not returning stuff to Amazon from here again: New store and much needed. Staff efficient and polite. Ill be happy to use them to ship things. But after they logged in my return, I was told Its part of a consolidated shipment. It will ship seven days from now. So, about 11-13 days until an Amazon refund? ($40 item.)Money in the bank, I suppose. But in my experience, UPS stores always ship Amazon returns the same business day or the next. As did this store when it first opened.Rather than diving across the counter to reclaim my return, I traded farewells with the lady, came home and wrote this review. Ive perfect faith my package will eventually wind its way back to Amazon.

I love this for Amazon Prime returns that I am having credited to a virtual gift card. You just show the UPS Store clerk the return QR code that Amazon sends you, they scan it & give you a receipt for the item (which doesnt have to be all packaged with shipping label, etc.), they put it in a bulk return of things all going back to Amazon, and voila - youre all set! The credit appears in your account almost immediately!

The staff are not only hard working but go the extra mile to help find the best solutions to what you are trying to do. Most people these days forget that…..they didn’t . Thanks

My 16 year old son came in to return something for me and it was his first time ever doing a return and he called me after and said it was the best customer service experience he ever had. He said you made him feel comfortable and went above and beyond to help him understand the process. He was far less nervous after his experience. So thank you.

The staff at the Little Falls UPS store are super helpful and always friendly!! We have to stop in multiple times a week, and service is always fantastic!
