Not sure about the negative reviews about customer service Im seeing because every time I come into this store the employees here are great! They are very friendly and greet you the second you walk through the door. Im in here about 3-4 times a week either sending out documents for work or doing my amazon returns and they are always super helpful. Everyone is always in a good mood and has smiles on their face and that makes me want to keep coming back to this store. Ive never had a problem with any of them being rude to me or seen them being rude to any other customers. Felt I had to post this after seeing those other reviews.
For amazon returns this place is fantastic. No hassle, no fuss. In and out, very rare you have to wait in line.For shipping, it used to be fantastic. The employees would help me with packing and taping as long as I purchased the box and packing material.Today an employee gave me 1 foot of tape to secure bubble wrap then told me I had to purchase an entire roll of tape to secure the rest of the box. After i had just dropped $20 on a box and bubble wrap.If im going to be nickle and dimed and have to waste 30 minutes running back home over 5 feet of tape ill take my business elsewhere.
Man behind the counter was beyond rude. I had an issue with a delivery and he refused to help. Wouldn’t even give me the 800 customer service number, which he knew by heart. After telling me to look online. I kept asking him for it until he finally gave it to me. I was also told to come back When his boss was there for a printing quote. Never even took my name or phone number.
BEST UPS STORE AROUND!!!i drop off my amazon returns here a lot. the guys that work here are GREAT, never bad customer service EVER (they even put extra tape on the boxes for me!!), but i went in recently to make copies and the wait was about 15 minutes because there were a bout 4 people ahead of me! only 1 guy working in the store??? maybe came in at the wrong time?will keep coming back, hopefully not as busy when I get there!!
Best UPS Store in Little Neck area, manager Michael Chin and employee Joseph Chung were very patient, friendly and assisted me whenever I went there. They helped me with packaging, made my business cards, printed our school yearbooks and took our returns. I recommend this store for any one looking for quality services.
Awsome place thanks stephanAfter a few places in manhattan that pissed me off at way back stop here. and finally send my box from here the young man stephan was really helpful and nice polite. He give 10x10 box because they do not have in stock 8x8 and allowed to ise tape and dear ups your can nit box in store policy or 15$ packing fee is horrible a lot of ppl just thwrow to garbage the items that they have to returnAfter queens blvd and 45st ups store rude guy this one was was awsome
I am very mad on this store because they lost delivery my package , someone print the label and did not ship , I have to come back to find where is the package and they find it and ship it two weeks after , not trust, please , when you print the label , please ship it , now I know label can be print and does not means post office received it and will ship it . I learn it .

2022-04-08Love this location! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Place is nice and clean. Plenty of parking.Whenever I need a shipping box or bag, they provide it for me. Costs me a few bucks but its worth it for them to handle everything and save me the time of getting my own box and packing it myself.The manager is always friendly and always treats the customers right! Staff seems to follow in his footsteps. Ill continue using this location forever!

2022-04-01Really poor customer service. They try to nickle and dime you for everything. If you can, consider going to another UPS store, The one in Great Neck is much better (they were willing to help customers with small things like a few pieces of tape to close their box)

2021-07-19I drive further to this UPS because they have a parking lot and the manager has always been nice to me. I was in a rush to get some paperwork notarized and made an appointment online after hours for 2pm the next day. Super easy and convenient. I also had a package to mail out and needed tape too. I dropped in, had my documents notarized, copied, faxed. And while I waited for my confirmation, they packed and shipped my package. I was in and out in fifteen minutes. It would have been the most efficient errand trip I ever ran but I then proceeded to drive a block down to 7/11 to pick up a coffee and realized I couldn’t find my car key. I was in that parking lot in a panic when the manager called from The UPS store and said that I might have left my keys. Total lifesavers. Thank you!

2021-07-12Extremly kind, helpful, attentive, and professional. We sent my belongings from NYC to California for the summer, and the employees could not have been friendlier, and more eager to tell you about the money saving options. I also have utilized their printing/ binding services for 100+ page booklets, final product turned out perfect. Overall, a great group of people work here, would recommend for all shipping and printing needs.

2021-06-14One of the Asian employees is extremely rude and he charges for printed materials depending on how he feels. There are two guys that work there. One is in his twenties and the other is in his forties.Their sign says to print 1-10 pages are $2 and more than 10 pages are $0.15 each. I was charged $.20 per page up until this guy started working at this location. Two weeks ago, I printed one page and he said its $2 for that one page. When I asked about the sign, he mumbled and said, its for established printed materials. But this time, Ill let it slide and charged you $0.25. My husband printed seven pages today and the guy charged him $4.He also mocks peoples pronunciation if the customer doesnt speak English fluently. Being an Asian himself, he should be more sensitive and be mindful of English Language Learners.

2020-10-17I usually wouldnt write a review about a UPS Store out of all places, but man... these guys went above & beyond for me recently. I am a regular customer here - dropping off packages or my Amazon returns often. Ive always liked their nice & quick service. What more can you ask for from a package delivery store?My classes are currently remote due to this pandemic, so I dont have access to a color printer or cheap color prints on campus. It was my first time using UPS for prints, and I was unfamiliar with the website, so I had forgotten to add blank pages in between certain pages to separate each lecture. I called the store to see if they could cancel my order on their end. There was a guy named Michael (I think hes the manager there), who helped me through this whole process and even called later on to check if I wanted my double-sided prints with long-edge or short-edge turns (Portrait vs Landscape prints). I really appreciated that attention to small details, because the website hadnt give me that option. Anyway... instead of going through the stress of having to cancel and resubmit my big order all over again, I decided last minute on the phone to just keep the order as is. It wasnt until I had arrived home after picking up my prints that I noticed that Michael had been nice enough to go through each file and add in the blank pages so that the cover of the next lecture was not on the back side of the previous lecture file. This may not seem like a big deal if it were just a few lectures/files. But this was about $100+ worth of prints! To be honest, most printing places Ive been to (Staples, Fedex, etc.) would have just hit Print after receiving an order in their system without any hesitation. They would not be willing to go through the hassle of manually going through each file and making adjustments to make it more convenient for the customer. And they usually wouldnt call the customer to check his/her preference for long-edge or short-edge double-sided prints either.) I was so shocked that someone would be kind enough to help me out to that extent! Seriously, I am so grateful that we have a UPS store with such genuine customer service like this one in our neighborhood. I am only going to this spot from now on. (Thank you again, Michael!)

2020-04-18This is by far hands down the best UPS store Ive been to. Other stores just want to get you in and out but this place is not like that. They greet you in a friendly manner and ask you how youre doing which makes me feel super welcomed in the store. Any time I have a question or need help with something they always have a positive attitude and help me. I dont care how much I have to pay even if its more than usual, the customer service I get here makes it worth it. Will definitely keep using this location for all my shipping needs.They also do printing (like business card, posters, etc.), faxing, shredding and a bunch of other things I never knew about. Its like your office away from your office. I can always come here to get things done.

2020-02-27This UPS store location is great! Ive been to other stores and they do not compare to this one.The staff in this store is super friendly. They work fast and efficiently and care about their customers. I was greeted once I walked in the door and even though they were with another customer said hello to me and told me theyd be with me in just a moment. That made me feel welcomed and noticed so I didnt feel awkward just standing there. Seems they prioritize customer service and they do a great job at it.The associate who helped me greeted me with a smile. Very friendly and took care of my shipping needs. Gave me a drop off receipt and bounce back coupon to use in the future. Upon leaving, I was told to have a nice day and come back anytime!They do other things other than shipping like printing, copies, faxing, scanning and shredding among many other things.Store has ample parking with a lot right outside and lower level parking as well. Right on Northern Blvd, you cant miss it! I will be back for sure!
