The young lady that helped me was super nice and helpful. Great customer service. I believe the bad reviews come from customers who feel they are privileged and think just because there are people working there that everything should be done for them and feel the need to blame the workers that are there to help us not do it for us.
They lost a very important package I was trying to send and they are not being responsible for it. Also I added extra insurance and now they are saying I didn’t add anything besides that, they haven’t even sent me one email giving me an update of my lost package. I would not call this a service I call them thieves.
Efficient, fast, helpful, and with accurate information online. Super impressed all around with my experience and the service I received. Was worried about shipping something rather large and heavy but it ended up being no more complicated than a regular package for a marginal additional cost.
Id like to give more stars as one or two of the people (guys) who work there are alright. However.............. There IS this raging B*TCH, and I mean a real, nasty raging B*TCH who works there and is a human 9-11, who, at this point makes me wish I had never walked through their front door. Oh yes, I AM calling UPS HQ and demanding to speak to a mgr. about this unconscionable, beyond insulting service.

2022-06-02Staff is very friendly but extremely unreliable when it comes to opening on time. I once sat outside in my car and watched nine different people approach the shop trying to get in during open hours before any staff actually showed up. As im writing this comment, I am outside the location waiting for someone to show up, as they are running, so far, over twenty minutes late, once again. So far, fIVE people have already tried to get in. There is no number you can call to get an eta and it’s not “just a few minutes” late. I’m forced to wait for an unknown amount of time. They might as well officially change the opening hours. I’m shocked management has not taken any actions with this on going problem.

2022-07-15Easy drop off. Rep helped tape up my box and gave me a return receipt. Only issue was store AC didn’t seem to be on or was turned on low. Regardless, I appreciate the rep.

2022-05-18Employee who opens the store always shows up late or whenever he wants. I regularly use the lock box there for keys, and when your on a set schedule, timing is crucial. There were No apologies, employee just went right to the back room.During the day, however, everyone is friendly.

2021-10-25I went today with two big boxes. The young man working there at the time was John, who couldnt be more polite, pleasant and efficient. The bad reviews are a shame and seem to have to do with the staff rather than the services. I was lucky that John was on duty at the time I went. The labels were printed out quickly, I was asked how soon I wanted the packages delivered, they were weighed and I was given the charges. My tracking numbers were pointed out on my receipts. John is a pleasure and I wish you the same good luck because the services offered and the location cant be beat. Btw, I dont think the charge for each box was outlandish, especially since postal rates have increased.

2022-07-16July 16, 2022 - Sign and communications state this store opens at 11am, it is 11:30am and it is still closedI have been waiting since 10:50am and have seen 10 people come by and turn away as a result

2021-09-02I had to ship something through my work corporate account. My work told me told me that I could take the package to the UPS store, show them the shipping label on my phone, and they would able to scan it, print the label, and ship the package.When I got to the store, they told me there was a $3.50 fee to print the label. I double checked with my work, and they said they had never heard of someone being charged to print a label. I had the label printed elsewhere, and brought the package back. The package wasnt taped up, because I didnt have access to packing tape, and I figured that since my workplace has a corporate account it wouldnt be a big deal for them to tape it. They told me they would do me a courtesy of taping for free this one time, but in future I am responsible for taping.UPS makes a lot of money every day from my work place, but they are hassling me over printing labels and taping. Avoid this location like the plague!

2021-10-21Either the store hours are incorrect or they staff is awfully late. I picked this location for a package return before work and the lights are off and no one is here at 8:45am. (Supposed to be open at 8:30). Just read through other reviews and it seems this is a chronic problem. Wasting my time and others time as we try to get things done before our workday, now I’m late AND I didn’t get to drop off my package!

2021-09-16No notary services even thought the UPS website says so and I was able to make an appointment for it. Be aware if you need important documents notarized on time.

2021-10-23Whoever is working there now, before 10am on Monday 12/21/20, give her a raise. Pink hat and braids, and I think an olive green jacket. Quick, friendly, sweet, helpful, made my day. (Typo fixed 10/22/21)
