The UPS Store in other cities:
This location won’t give receipts for pre-labeled parcels and also refuses to scan them, asking customers to leave items in a pile near the entry where anyone could come in off the street and steal it, or an unscrupulous employee could abscond with it. recommend walking instead to the Murray Street location where they do give receipts.
I inquired about getting a document apostilled. The. UPS Store told me the exorbitant price and that it would take 3-4 weeks. I said I could get it faster and cheaper elsewhere. She replied, You may get it cheaper but it is impossible to get it faster.I actually got it for nearly half theIr price for two day service. Same-day service was about the same price as UPSs 3-4 week service. I didnt find any service as costly or slow as UPS.
A lot of balls up in the air at this UPS Store location. From the opposite side of the counter, it looks to me as if this team has everything under control. Always friendly while keeping the line moving. Phones ringing and lots of customers with questions. Full service shipping and receiving, printing, notary, passport photos, etc. They could of used another hand on the weekends especially during this busy time of year. A nice group of people working at this location. Thank you all for your help.
I ran into difficulty getting an apostle of my NYC birth certificate..so complicated. I reached out and Kenny and his team were stellar. they walked me through every step they were taking ,keeping me informed constantly and now it is arriving. Thank you thank you. I will highly recommend the series you provide.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Kenny. For the purpose of a visa, I needed to urgently have some important documents officially translated and apostilled. He assured me to have them completed in time for my Consulate submission. We’ll they did it well ahead of expected time. He was courteous, informative, assuring, and very professional. I strongly recommend Kenny to anyone in need of such services. Kudos!
I read the reviews and decided to use this store for an apostille and didnt work out well. So it was in the middle of Covid and I was doing this from Spain so there is that. In the beginning, they were super responsive on email. Then they started to miss answering me until I sent a second request. The real problems began after the apostille was ready. I got an email saying it was ready, so I called to ask when it would be shipped. I was told the email was wrong and it wasnt ready. Further emails went unanswered. The dedicated apostille phone number is a person not in the store but someone who simply forwards the calls to the store. When they would answer the phone (50% of the time) they would usually ask me to call back because they have someone in the store they need to deal with. Awesome. Then I finally get someone and they told me its going to ship and they sent an email with the tracking info. Short story - it makes it as far as Paris and then it is returned to NY. Nobody can tell me why. After more phone calls and much pleading and persistence it eventually arrived. If you have a lot of time and you want a misadventure and a frustration festival then give these guys a try.
I shipped a set of golf clubs from this location for $120. When they did not arrive I called this location, who confirmed they were delivered to my front door and speculated that they must have been stolen and that there was nothing that could be done. Over three months later I received a call from this location again, saying that the were returned after not being collected at the local UPS store where I live. They claim I had it shipped there, rather than my house which was not a service I was even aware of. Now, in order to have them shipped to the location originally specified, they are saying I will again have to pay the shipping, despite the fact that the shipping had been incorrectly entered by this store, and that I was then lied to about confirmation of delivery to my front door. I can forgive the mistake originally made, but I will not be using UPS again as they cannot admit that they made a mistake and rectify it.
Wish I had seen these reviews before going in this morning. Ive had issues in the past where my packages were misplaced (at other locations) and if I didnt have the drop-off receipts, I would have been SOL. They do have signs posted at the counter saying that they dont give receipts, but there was only one woman in front me to so I decided to wait and ask. I was very rudely told no, they dont do receipts. When I asked what was I supposed to do if something happened and I didnt have it, the woman got annoyed and told me I could take my business elsewhere if it was really that important. I asked if I could at least watch her scan it in so that I knew there was record of them receiving it, and she told me again no, that I could leave my package in the box or leave. I find it interesting that the business owner responds to post here because clearly customers would like receipts and yet just blatantly disregards so much customer feedback. If theres no one else in the store or Im willing to wait, why cant I have a receipt? I wound up having to leave my package (time sensitive to get out today, so reallyyyyy keeping my fingers crossed), but in the future Ill go out of my way to take my business elsewhere, and I advise that everyone else does too.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!, As soon as I walked in that place it smelled like WEED. I wanted to return a box, the woman that is there at this time Nov 12, 2021 @ 9am was very rude. She didnt even approached me to receive my box, she just pointed at the box where I had to drop it....when I requested a receipt for my box she REFUSED to provided it to me. She stated they stop giving receipts since 2019, which is not true.
I went to the UPS store to mail a letter to London from NYC. The quote was $87.00 for the lowest rate. I walked over to the past office and the cost was $2.90 . I asked the UPS worker 2 times of that was the lowest rate and was told yes and that the same letter could cost up to $120.00 to get to London from Manhattan. Very disappointed. They were curtious, I am just going to go out on a limb and guess they were not well trained.
Made an appointment on line to notarize our documents. Made special arrangements for our witnesses to meet us there. Only to be told that there are no notaries here on a Sunday. Yet it says differently on the website that is happily accepting appointments for Sunday notary services. The store assistant when I point out the problem, says :I only work here. True, but UPS management.... really? Dont offer a service that you cant fulfill!
Right up there with the worst UPS Stores I’ve ever had the misfortune of entering. Staff just plain lazy and ineffectual and tried to tell me to print my own prepaid labels and then charge me to do so. When I questioned the the operational status of their own dedicated labeling system. I was then told that if I didn’t want to pay, I could use the library. Save yourself the hassle and just got to the one on Beaver St, near Hanover Sqr.
Will not give receipts, as another user wrote I was also the only customer in the store and the girl said they are the busiest ups location so therefore they’ve elected not to give receipts to their customers. Had to take my package to another location so that I’d be able to track it.
I must admit that I did not expect to have such a great experience going into a ups store. On this Sunday that I did go a gentleman by the name of Kenny made my experience pleasant. We brought in multiple packages and Kenny had no problem accepting what we threw at him and packing them. All in all this is the best experience that I had at a ups store. No matter how many customers came in he handle the situation like a pro.
Every time I go in here, the customer service is great! Im here for a lot of Amazon returns and they are always welcoming, helpful, and very resourceful if you need any of their many services like printing, sending or internet usage. Their store hours can be a bit tricky at times but I think that was due to COVID, so things should be back to normal by now. All in all, a 5-star experience.
This UPS store, #4766, 82 Nassau St, New York, NY, did absolutely the best packaging of a large, heavy, very fragile and lovely (to me) item that I could possibly have hoped for. My item arrived here in perfect condition; and it was very apparent that the custom packaging (required due to size, weight and shape) had been done with the utmost care and respect for my item. I highly recommend this UPS store. They sent my item clear across the country in perfect condition and in a very timely manner. Very courteous and professional staff as well. This was not inexpensive due to the weight and shape and custom hand made crate for the item. But I believe the cost was very fair and absolutely worth the excellent service. Thank you.
Great Service!!! They helped me through the Apostille process without knowing a lot from practices in NY as from my side. Very personal and patience service. The documents were really cleared what you need but also where to have those. I would really recommend this UPS store if you have a need for Apostille service. Especial thanks to Kenny who handled my case!!!
This is a special UPS Store location that has gone above and beyond for the needs of the business I work for. Every printing job weve needed has been executed with the highest quality, speedily, and represents our business well! We will continue to use them for all of our stationery and mailings even as weve moved from the Financial District; thats how good they are. Thank you to Tani and his staff for their professionalism and commitment to customer service.
I only use this ups for dropping off prepaid returns (amazon, Asos etc. ) and I always wait for them to scan my parcels and provide me with a receipt as I don’t believe their drop off pile is in anyway secure.Today I was told very curtly by a male employee that they were not scanning any prepaid parcels in until the end of the day, not giving any receipts and I should just take a photo of the tracking number, a number that doesn’t prove anything if my package is stolen. The pile was taking up about 20% of the floor space in the shop (at 2pm) and I’m confident that had I wanted to steal from the massive pile I could have done so with ease as nobody is watching the pile.UPS needs to be able to provide scanned receipts or place in scanned parcels in a far more secure location.
Wow! What a great store! Tani and the gang have been so helpful to me. The staff was able to work with me and my budget to help me figure out my printing, packaging and shipping needs.I went to several other stores prior to this one and I got the feeling they were all trying to pull and fast one on me. But in this ups store I felt they were honest and kept you their word.I would definitely recommend these guys... Wish there was more like them.
The Staff is great and UPS on a whole is a great company (some of my most treasured items come from UPS) My problem is the UPS store at 82 Nassau. First of all, I frequently walk by as the signage is terrible and the storefront is a complete wreck. Inside the store I am sometimes hesitant to leave my package as, at times, it looks like Mayhem is upon the place. But - they have always delivered on time and never lost any of MY packages - so I..........think.......Im ......happy.
The UPS Store was instrumental in getting Apostilles processed seamlessly, I would highly recommend them and their services to anyone who needs to navigate this process. Their team was knowledgeable, and responsive and made what could of been a difficult process so easy and efficient.
Went to the FedEx nearby previously to drop off a package, but they couldnt find the address in their database (perhaps they did not deliver to the location despite being able to receive mail from there). The UPS representative who was able to assist me in solving the issue I had was courteous and professional, and made the experience well worth it (in addition to saving $2). Next time, Im definitely headed to UPS first.
This place is awful and the people are literal morons. Ive been here a number of times for a number of things and have never been satisfied with the service or had my issues solved. I once went here 3 different times to get a quote for shipping an item and got three different answers for how to do it and three different cost estimates. I eventually gave up and went to the regular post office. This place may seem appealing because its the only shipping store in the neighborhood open on Sundays, but dont be fooled. You are far better off waiting till the FedEx or USPS offices nearby open during the week. I have also witnessed other customers walk in claiming to have everything in order for them to ship items or handle legal documents (passports, notaries, etc.), only for the workers at this location to give them information that is different than what their website says or what they were told over the phone.Do not waste your time with this place.Ive never written an online review for anything in my life before, and the service here is bad enough that it compelled me out of decades of laziness and refusal to share my opinions online to warn others. I would give it zero stars if that were an option.Enter at your own risk.
Pretty upset that I paid more than $100 to overnight a package that didnt reach the destination because the woman behind the counter didnt write any name, only the hotels address. Then why did she ask me the spelling of the name? When I called the store, the manager only said its my fault for not catching the mistake! No goodwill from them at all. What kind of training lets a UPS worker leave off a name from an address? Just have basic customer service and politeness, please.
After UPS response: That is not true. I spoke with corporate when I submitted a formal complaint. They said they always recommend receipts and when asked, you should provide one. They also said you could accept my package even given the value. And I will absolutely not return to this location.Previous: Zero stars would be more appropriate given they were zero help and unprofessional/rude. After a long walk in the freezing rain with two young kids and wait in line for several minutes to drop off a package that is valued at 4 figures and required a receipt. I was told to read the sign when I asked for a receipt. I can read that’s not the issue. The issue is when someone requests a receipt, UPS is required to give one despite what your franchise owner has instructed. Also, given different situations, one would expect an exception to such a ridiculous policy. Multiple others were also told the same as me to “go to another ups store if you want a receipt” which is unfair to the other ups stores to redirect business this location does not want. They don’t want to service certain customers with certain transactions and I view this as a certain discrimination. Absolutely appalling.
Dropped off an Amazon return on Dec 26 that was meant for USPS, which they accepted; and when I followed up a week later by email, thinking the item got lost since I didnt receive my refund yet, they promptly sent me the tracking data! Such courteous and kind service--for free. Thanks guys! (I can follow up with the vendor now!)
Been going for years as I have been selling through my sneaker collection and they could not be better. Attentive service, quick, warm and feels like a 2nd home to me. I know saying that about a UPS store is odd, but each one has a particular vibe and this one feels like family.
BEWARE!!!!! they stop shipping packages 30 minutes before the advertised closing time unless you have a prepaid label. Why this UPS store, whose obvious and most basic function is shipping parcels, refuses to generate shipping labels for packages during their advertised hours of operation is unclear. Incompetent clerk could not explain why she could not print me a shipping label. After figuring out that she was accepting packages with prepaid labels (though she didn’t tell me this was an option) I went through the terrible online process which does not disclose price until after payment. Finally completed process and got a label just to have clerk let the truck driver leave 30 seconds before my label was secured to my package. Avoid at all costs if you actually want to send a package, as UPS should be able to do but for some reason cannot during their entire operating hours.
I find it convenient the store is open until 6:00 PM on a Sunday so I went. I wanted to return a package on a large bubble envelope they sell with the intention to save money (from the boxes they offer) and the associate didn’t allowed me to do what I wanted. It was a small amount of savings, but the associate’s attitude was unpleasant and unfounded.
Absolutely the worst UPS location I have ever been to. Beware of the staff who will steal your package when given the chance. Good luck dealing with the managers, who will defend their employees (friends) and refuse to show you video of the incident or claim that it is inconclusive because there isnt audio. Make sure to get a receipt of everything and get the employees names.
These guys are super. Every single person in there from Chanel to Tony the manager helped me on an incredibly complicated shipping request. They were available the entire time and worked tirelessly to get my order right and keep our line of communication open - I was never in the dark. Great work guys. There is a pizza on me coming your way.
I needed 6 passport photos and went here after a search online. They charged me $50.66 for 6 photos. Ill repeat that: $50.66.Maybe they were beautiful photos? Maybe they were immaculate quality? No, they were absolutely atrocious. My face was out of focus, my shoulders were over exposed and my head was too small.Fantastic.Cheers guys.
Aka Dawn Person @ Togut, Segal & Segal LLPI have been using UPS for all of my Apostile processing and have had amazing service and professionalism from the team at the Nassau Street location. They have simplified what is usually a tedious process and are extremely reliable. A big shout out to Kershelle who has been our representative at this location and has always provided our firm with excellent service and professionalism. I would highly recommend the UPS Store for your professional needs.
First question I asked was if I could use my UPS account. After 20 minutes of unprofessional ineptitude. Incorrectly taking down a phone number and address of a printed paper no less than 5 times I was told that I could NOT use a UPS account at this location. Incapable of spelling or answering basic questions.Edited, This IS/WAS the store as shown in the pictures. I addressed the issue publicly with all three employees listening and was not offered so much as an apology and as where any of the people standing in line for no reason. Please teach your employees basic math, how to identify numbers and basic people skills.REMINDER, THE VERY FIRST QUESTION I ASKED HER WAS IF I COULD USE A UPS NUMBER.Your response is far from adequate.
Very healpful and freindly staffs! I bet this is the best UPS store in lower manhattan..they are very professional and polite. I’m very happy with their services. I live in this neighborhood and I always try to stay away from the USPS’s store located in John street..you know which one I’m talking about! Yup, that USPS store with very rude and unprofessional old ladies! I was looking for a good post office and I’m happy that I finally find a good one..Fedex stores are very pricey and I don’t like the USPS in John street.
Always friendly staff treat you like good friends from the neighborhood.Multi service locale makes one stop shipping possible, and rentable mail boxes that give you a regular street address with someone always “home” to receive package when you’re out.if only they were open 7 days a week!
This review is for shipping items to Australia. After two years in NYC I had accumulated a disturbing amount of stuff which I was not willing to part with. The problems arose when I started trying to find the best way to get all of it back home.Amilcar at the UPS Store Fulton St was extremely helpful from the beginning. He not only provided me with the best deal in town, but also went that extra mile at all times and was extremely thorough with his research. He even followed up with my shipments well after they had left his store, right until they arrived in Australia. He is professional, courteous, friendly and takes pride in providing superior customer service. I highly recommend his services if you need items shipped. Thanks Amil.
Avoid Myriam at all cost. Misspelled my shipping labels and caused major delay. She cant even spell General properly and she put random phone numbers into my label without asking me. When my shipment shows unable to be delivered, I asked her how to change the address she misspelled and her reply is I dont know and its not my fault. Also look carefully at your receipt cause you might be overcharged for this or that reason that she does not inform you of. Definitely not gonna use their shipping services anymore. Not worth it. This location is only good for dropoffs.
GO TO ANOTHER UPS STORE. If i could give them zero stars i would. The employee gave me false pricing information, then when i figured it out (he overcharged me by 50 cents per page), I went back. His response: he couldnt do anything about it and if i wanted i can speak to the store manager but hes not around. I then emailed and got no response for days. i then called and was put on hold multiple times for a HALF HOUR. Finally he picked up and claimed his manager called me back already, then proceeded to tell me what happened was i gave you the wrong price but the computer charged you correctly. then he said, i take full responsibility for giving you inaccurate information but theres nothing to be done because the computer charged you correctly and theres no refunds. I asked him how hes taking responsibility if im still being charged the wrong price and he said by admitting i gave you wrong information. then he proceeded to say also i didnt say i couldnt do anything about it, that is a complete lie, you completely lied. What are you, 15? Completely unprofessional, and if you KNOW you gave wrong information, you should (even if just out of good will) give some kind of discount or refund because i never wouldve printed there if i knew how expensive it truly was.--- edit ---Changing my review to 2 stars, since store manager came back, apologized and gave me a full refund.
I had multiple shipments to multiple countries. The staff here knew exactly what to do and I was through in 15.Even had challenges with one of the shipments later on and the Staff here resolved it in just one phone call.I’m really pleased with this UPS location if that’s not obvious by now.
Very bad service, I went there today 08/19/20 at 2:00 pm to drop off 2 packages and I asked the woman a receipt. She was very mad because I asked a receipt, she said if you want leave the packages here we dont give receipts or you can go to other places where you can get receipts. I recommend not to go there.
The UPS store was very spacious and the helpful guy behind the counter answered all my questions about my next day delivery. They also helped me with a delivery by saving money explaning the best way to send it. I also asked about a federal apostle and what that was , it is good to know they provide theae services .
One employee was extremely rude I went there for passport photos he took my photos . I ask for a stapler he then took another person and said I wasnt ready all my forms were done I just had to staple the photo on the form. I had to wait 5 min for him to finish when I said that wasnt very good customer service. He passed me off to someone else. I neglected to say that I waited about 30 min prior to this because the camera wasnt charged.Others were actually helpful.
The employees never try to help you. Especially the female one who makes you wait while she is on the phone. It’s not as bad as the post office, but almost. There was a huge line when I got there and no one seemed happy about it. Fire that woman with the nonchalant attitude
I love this location of the UPS. They are always professional and courteous . The owner Tani and his store manager Raymond go above and beyond to ensure every customer has the best experience possible . My packages are always handled with and I worry about them not being there . Thanks guys for all your help.
Too expensive for my fledging LLC business to maintain a postal box with UPS. All I need is to generate more revenue and then I’d consider your service again. But if I’m generating substantial revenue I look to WeWork who does my mails and more.UPS has many unused mailboxes at each store, I believe. My humble abode is a building where everyone’s mail is bundled together and found each evening on the top of a pinball machine when you enter the front door. Mail is stolen constantly; but the rent here is affordable so I stay. I would give UPS $20/month for quality mail service but $70/month I cannot do.There are many people like myself I can only imagine.CEO of UPS? You know? just sayin’ now … .
If you go to the office and you don’t have the box ready and packed, they will allow you to buy the box, but you have to go OUT of the office and pack your things out and come back you are NOT allowed to do it inside the store, otherwise they will give you a plastic bag to put your things inside they will put your tracking paper inside after you pay, close it with “a knot” and put it in the back of the office and then ”they tell you they will pack it for you inside the box” (which I think is very insecure) can you trust someone you don’t know to do so without taking the responsibility if your things get lost just because you pay and insurance? and besides what you pay for the deliver... they will charge you $15 extra for packing it ....... 🧐
The staff here was always very helpful when I brought in equipment to be shipped out to customers or back to vendors or when I needed to something personal overseas. Definitely being knowledgeable and having large amounts courtesy seems to be a requirement to work there.
Horrible customer service and insane prices. I went looking for packages to ship books that I have. A single package cost $4, which is ridiculously expensive when youre a college student and have to return like 10 books. I asked whether they have something cheaper, and some guy who works there gave me a horrible look and literally turned away. Choose a different ups if youre not a billionaire who cant afford their prices, people who work there would be incredibly rude to you if you ask them a single question.
Most of the folks who work here are reasonably nice, but very inefficient. The entire store is dirty and cluttered, which reflects that inefficiency. Ive visited several times in order to deposit a USAA check, and had a success rate of about 50%.Today I attempted again and waited for 20 minutes while they very, very, very slowly helped ONE customer before me. When they finally got to me they had a variety of issues. For example, guy couldnt log in, got help, and a few minutes later when help came, evidently the first guy had the caps lock on so his password wasnt working. Ridiculous. Then I was told that my check couldnt be scanned at to call USAA. They did not offer to call USAA themselves, they just pawned it off on USAA. I was annoyed, so I said that I had been waiting 20 minutes only to be told my check couldnt deposit and had to listen to them loudly defend themselves (again, not once apologizing). They wouldnt take responsibility for their slowness or their equipment not working and just tried to make me feel bad for being annoyed.
Cluttered and overall atmosphere is a little sketch, but on the outside the entire area is like that, this stretch of Fulton in particular. Felt like I was in an unfurnished commercial space with a semi-disinterested guy just sort of standing there minding his own business and not his companys.Employee wasnt particularly helpful but he did answer the right questions -- probably could have done with some customer service training..
Beat this for service! I was walking up to my apartment building one day last week and overtook a UPS guy also heading for the door and struggling to carry a large box -- large enough, I thought, to be the new Samsung, curved-screen 49 3D TV I had ordered a few days before from Cutchfield, a company in North Carolina that offers free shipping on all purchases.I asked the man if the package he was carrying was for me and, when he responded with my name, I simply took one end of the package and together (over the objections of my doorman) we carried it up the front elevator, into my apartment,, down the hall and into our master bedroom, where we have set it up and are enjoying the heck out of it.I know youre probably not supposed to tip UPS people for outstandingservice, but when it happens right in front of you, that has to be an exception, right? Anyway, Im glad I did.You can be sure I will never forget that deliveryman -- or the company he serves. Bravo to both!Robert T. (Tim) Metz, New York City, NY.
Do not come here to print!Price is $0.67/pg for B&W, and you only discover this after you have committed to being charged $3.50 for the use of the computer you must open you files on.Price is $0.14/pg at Fedex location a block away, and you dont have to use a computer terminal that costs money and time.
Do not take passport photos here, ever.My photo taken here failed the official photo quality test: Reasons why photo failed: Image may be out of focus. And I waited for at least 20min in line and paid $38 for 2 photos + a digital version that didnt even meet the standard. Absolute waste of time and money.
I love this store.. Its so helpful when it come to shipping and packing notary services, The workers are helpful and clear about the service that they offer.. I will be going back.. So All the Negative comments That are up here are not true at all.. So Please dont listen try it out yourself.. Thanks Guys!!!!
TO START MY REVIEW I WANT TO SAY THAT YOUNG MEN IN THIS LOCATION ARE SOOOOOO KIND AND HUMANLY PROFESSIONAL! MY LOVELY FRIEND RAYMOND IS A DARLING! HE REALLY HELPS WHEN YOU COME IN AND BELIEVE ME THESE GUYS HAVE LONG DAYS TO WORK! I AM A NEW MOM AND ALWAYS PRESSED FOR TIME THEY ALWAYS SAVE MY TIME IN THIS MODERN WORLD COSTUMER SERVICE IS ALMOST GONE BUT THESE BOYS SO KNOW HOW TO MAKE PEOPLE SPECIAL!!! PLEASE COME IN AND ENJOY!
This review is for the passport photos service only. The passport photo made on 11/2/2011 was rejected by the passport office due to low quality. (shadows on face). No wonder, they make photos using a pocket camera. I wasted time, money, had to redo a photo in a normal place, almost lost my trip tickets.

2022-06-28Amazing service! Answered quickly the first day I reached out and let me track the whole notary process. I live in Florida and needed an apostille for a NY document. It would have taken MONTHS to do everything by mail and I would have missed an important deadline. I was wary of just entrusting anyone with private info, so I went with UPS. UPS came through and delivered my document 2 weeks before my request and were always available to answer any questions. Amazing staff. Excellent Notary service. Highly recommend.

2022-04-14I am at a lose of words. I have never seen such precise timely friendly and most of all understanding. I am abroad and needed my Apostille done ASAP. I connected with Kenny at the office and he spoke to me like we were friends and cared about my concerns. He heard in my voice how important this is for me and did everything in his power to get my documents swiftly. I am truly amazed and the Nassau Street UPS team is truly the best and Kenny….you the Man! Thanks for everything

2022-03-25Not only does this UPS location not take care of their packages under their supervision, they also take no responsibility for lost packages and failed to properly report misplaced packages when they were the known shipper, resulting in undue damage and loss of property. This store is thoroughly unprofessional, and visiting them/attempting to ship with them is a waste of time. They do not not properly respond to lost shipments, deny responsibility and are being reported to the BBB as a result.

2021-11-25**update 11/8 in response to owner’s comment**I called UPS STORE customer service, they have confirmed that if a customer specifically requests a receipt, there is no reason why a store would not provide it and this is bad customer service. They have now flagged your store and you should expect a notice from corporate, given that I repeated asked for a receipt and was denied even when I was the only customer in the store.—-This location refuse to print receipts, claiming it is the busiest store in the area (I was the only customer in the store and they still refused).Huge legal risk they are placing on both UPS and the customer, just putting that on the record.

2022-07-11The most arrogant service I ever had. I have a 30 pounds thing to return with a prepayed label. I asked the gentleman there if he could scan this and return it. He said I should wait in the line with a prepaid the label. I waited in the line for 20 mins, then the lady said I need to put the label on so they will ship it and asked me to pay 5 dollars to do. She said the prepay fee only includes the shipment not the label, and she said she need help other customers if I don’t want to print it. If you guys need extra money, just say it. Don’t try to hide extra cost to disgust people. Be decent and polite to your customers.

2022-06-29Incredibly kind, helpful, efficient folks working here! I had imagined major headaches with the Apostille process, but everything was handled quickly and without a single issue. I was a little skeptical about the processing costs, but I received my Apostille 20 days after beginning the process in the store, and totally recommend this service. Thank you!

2022-04-13I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experiences here. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I trust all of my postal service need to this store.

2022-04-04This place is a rip off. I saved the shipping label on a USB and it costs $6 for the employee to open a file on a USB plus $2 a page to print. I opted for the cheaper version which was $2 to use the computer for about 5 minutes, however, the computers are garbage (they look 20 years old) that the first one didnt read my credit card and the second one didnt recognize my USB. I ended up wasting 20 minutes and $6 without printing or shipping anything. I wont return to this location.

2022-04-28So this review is not based on UPS delivery services or the customer service. However, it is in regards of a scam. Well my opinion is that it is a scam. I called this specific UPS store to ask if they do notary services and they said yes. Ok great. I then asked if they also do for affidavit of birth certificates. They said yes. Ok awesome. In order for someone living/residing in the US to get married outside the country you have to get certain documents appostilled which will allow your documents to be valid in that country. I specifically asked them if they also do apostille services and if I can do it myself or it has to be through them since this document was actually in spanish. Whoever i spoke to said I would have to do it through them and that the cost for such document will cost me $200!! Nope not kidding. I previously had some other documents notarized and apostilled through the country clerk and the department of new york state and it cost me $3 dollars a notarized document and $3 dollars for the certificate of authorization and $10 dollars a document to get apostilled. I had 2 documents. Everything cost me 32 dollars for those initial documents. I ended up going with my gut and sending in this last affidavit with the spanish birth certificate to the department of new york and guess what everything cost me $16 including notary and certificate. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STOP LYING TO PEOPLE AND CHARCHING THEM 200 DOLLARS for something that cost nothing! Educate the employees on this as well. Even if you want to charge a fee for the work 200 still would not make anysense! ANYONE NEEDING THOSE SERVICES AFTER GETTING YOUR DOCUMENT NOTARIZED GO TO THE COUNTRY CLERK YOURSELF.
