This guy probably owner I am not sure.He was really kind helpful and fast.Most of time people do look like they dont feel like working or being slow or chat with other colleague or ignore customer coming stuff.This guy helped me to get out of store so quick.I visited like very early in the morning with return product.Usually some business do not welcome a customer coming in very early in the morning with no margin or profit of business of their own.Now I understand why this store score high stars on Google. Use UPSs signboard, do not implement UPS policy。I want to send something, but there is no package. I asked how much the price is. They told me that the price is expensive. Then I want to save some money and pack it myself. Ask them for a box. They still told me the price is the same. I feel they just want you to spend more money. Later, I looked at the official website and asked them about free boxes. They told me that it was different from other UPS。
Its seldom I give reviews, but the notary experience was awful.I went to sign a document issued by the U.S. government.The notary did not fully understand what I was explaining kept saying I dont care.He wanted me to provide an id containing both my maiden name and name after marriage, which is illegal given that I didnt keep all the names.He said I have my Chinese name, my US one... and irrelevant info. He refused to help because I did not keep my maiden name as well. TBH,I dont think he understood my explanation, neither he was willing to do.I had documents displaying all these changes, and yet he didnt even look.He said, I want ID with all the names. Most people change their names after marriage and yet CANNOT obtain an ID with a name you dont legally have. As a notary he should have known that.EDIT after owner response:The form I provided to the notary contained my name exactly as it written on my New York State Real ID, so I fail to understand where there was a mismatch. Even my bank statements and utility bills contain the same as on the NY State ID, so I do not think that would have resolved your Notarys attitude.Luckily, I found a notary elsewhere who actually listened to my issue and helped out without being unreasonable to me.
If I could rate it 6 stars I would! Great place. Amazing people always willing to help. I remember once I ran out of color ink and needed to print a couple of things out for work, and I left my camera at the store! Thanks to my luck, the staff contacted me and told me they had it! Very pleasant people. Will definitely be coming back again.
The staff at this UPS store has a very good service attitude. The most important thing is that the work efficiency is high: I spent 50 cents on the nearby parking meter for 14 minutes at last time, but they finish it in 1 minute, so today I didnt even buy the parking fee, because they helped me with both returns in 30 seconds! So, I can’t understand what is the only person who gave one star rating to this store.
Their boss is really rude, his attitude is so bad! he always said that: you do not need to come if you do not like here! Go find another store! It looks like you already have enough customer! You are too rude! this charge you $2 , that charge you $3! come on, bro! You just like the money charge machine! you dont even care about the customers feeling! your eye only can see money! the service you provided is the worst ever! If UPS stores boss all like him, the UPS wont survive anymore! Lets see!
The overnight express option is NOT overnight but instead at best two day express. I deliberately stopped by to have my package shipped first thing in the morning, 9AM, so it can go out and be delivered to its destination the following day. Turns out the package did not leave the store until closing time at 7PM. I think it’s routine here. Overnight should not be advertised as overnight if it isn’t, that’s false advertisement! The package did end up arriving at its destination, but one day late. I was given a made up weather related lie as the reason for the delay. The weather from departure city to arrival city, and in between, was clear the whole time. In fact, all of the eastern half of the USA had great weather the past several days. I’m giving it two stars because at least the process was quick and the lady who served me was cordial.
I shipped a long package on this store today. Henry helped me to pack the package, told me the best way to pack my package and provided professional information to save shipping cost. Although this UPS shop is busy, but the staff can provide a very good , nice and quick service to all the customers. I shall ship my further packages via this UPS store.
The owner decided to show their customer service by saying the price of the printing is four times higher than I used to pay for the same printing in their store before. He also made me wait in line although I came way before other customers. Disappointed. Will not use their services again.
Costs more than twice the amount to deliver a 1 pound package than USPS. Really should’ve recommended me to the postal office instead of just looking at me asking unrelated questions and charge my small package for more than double the cost of USPS knowing that I don’t know what to do. I might come here for larger packages but never again for any other reasons.
I didnt have a good experience there tonight. It was my first time there and the staff guy( he seems like the owner or manager) was rushing me as if we are in China. No good manner, service. Or am I just too spoiled by the American way.Or was it bc it was late(6PM) and he was too tired.
The service is very good, my friend asked me to accompany her to translate, because she doesnt speak English, Im afraid that I cant communicate with the UPS staff, but when I went to the store, all the staff were Chinese, which is great so that communication is easy to send Things are back to China, their service is really first-class, thank the staff here for serving us patiently and explaining, I forgot to ask the name of the staff who served us, it is the gentleman in the photo, the work efficiency is fast and accurate. Thanks to the owner for inviting such good staff during the epidemic, it is worthy of praise👍👍👍
In the past, there was a tall man who was a little older and had a very good attitude. Now every time I go there, a short and fat young man has an extremely bad attitude, has a bad temper, and has no patience. He takes the whole store by himself. It has affected the reputation. My friends have also said several times that this short young man is not good. I hope you will improve your attitude. I really dont want him to be there, maybe the store is run by his family, if so, I hope the family can help him improve his attitude, if its not hope that this person doesnt show up to work there, he is not suitable to work in the service sector.
My mother-in-law sent the mail and paid for it one day, but it did not arrive until the third night. 2021-12-21I go to this store pretty often because the manager there is super nice and helpful all the time! Today, i visited this store again, and i asked question to this specific guy. He straightly told me “I don’t care, it is your package not mine don’t ask me I don’t care about your package.” I asked him about the label because my package is going to internationally and there is specific instructions for the packages going to international and i wasn’t sure what to do exactly… i have never had any issues or problems with this store, but it was pretty disappointing today.

2022-02-14Avoid this place at any cost! Huaming Qian is one disrespectful person who has no idea how to treat his customers nor knows how to do his job. I had to notarize some of my documents and use his postal service. The mere reason why I didnt want to use his services was because he said I needed the certificate that comes as one page from the DOE has to be cut into two pieces to be notarized. It didnt make sense so I decided not to, Huaming Qian said I had to pay a $5 cancellation fee. I notarized one paper from him, which he charged $4 when I was told it was $2! Without even using his services, he charged me $9. Not only was he rude, but he robbed me during broad daylight. If I could give him a zero rating, I would! AVOID this place at all cost!

2022-03-31I went in and asked to buy a lot of envelopes and stamps and was denied. I then requested a couple and was still denied, when I had the money ready and everything. Overall just an unprepared store and horrible service. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.

2020-11-05They are friendly and really care about people! I went to UPS store many times and one day I lost my bluetooth earbud. I searched everything in my house. I was devastated, how did I lose ONE of my earbud. But, the employee saw my earbud lying there. She knew it was my earbud, so she put it away in a safe place. I went to UPS store again. It was the last shot to find my precious earbud and she gave my earbud.🤓Yeessssssssssss. LETS GOOOOO!

2021-11-06Amazon customers, make sure you pack your return package COMPLETELY before you bring it over TO THIS SPECIFIC UPS STORE. I never have problem returning Amazon packages with other UPS store. ONLY THIS ONE! Or they will charge you $2 FOR ONE STRIP OF TAPE!! ORR, they will tell you to buy a roll of tape from their shelf for over $2 and tape it yourself! Terrible customer service!

2020-07-09Went out of my way to ship something from here because of the good reviews. Their high rating is well deserved because they were very professional and friendly. I had to ship something overseas and they packaged it really well for me on top of helping me figure out the best possible price (which is set by UPS itself, not the store). It was totally hassle free. Really appreciated the high level of service.
