Great store to return or ship things. I mostly come here to return things from Amazon but I’ve never had a bad experience when shipping things on occasion. Come early because of COVID (though this is mostly bad on Friday/the weekend). There are long lines outside because the store is so small but if you don’t mind waiting on line, I don’t see why you wouldn’t come here. The people here are very friendly and respect COVID protocol.
Very bad customer service! Had several returns to Amazon, all free, some needed no box or label required by Amazon. #1 UPS service women took out all the stuff packed in my boxes, then said I needed boxes for items that didnt! #2 UPS service women was supposed to help straighten it out, but she wouldnt take several returns & wanted me to rebox the wrong items. Then told women #1 she wanted to go on a break! Left me & my stuff at the counter! Finally UPS service women #3 straightened out all my returns [ I hope ]!! Meanwhile the #1 & #2 women were charging other customers for free returns to Amazon! Only #3 processed everything from Amazon returns for free, as should be. Wish I got her name, shes the only one that should be working there. I got a new printer, so I can print out my own return labels if need be & drop it off anywhere but here.
We went here during the Christmas time, it was crowded but the counter lady was so kind and really focused on providing a great service. I wish i had noted down her name, she was Indian looking young woman. We were in and out within 5 minutes because she was very fast.
I drove 30 mins in the cold the night before a snow storm just to get this done. Today is 2-09-2021. I had to get something notorized. I needed done for the next mornkng for a court appearance. If you guys plans on being open until a certain time please have all services available
I honestly wish I didn’t have to give any start at all. The worst UPS store to go to. I had the worst horrible customer service experience . They don’t know how to treat their customers respectfully. After I was left on hold and being ignored for a long time, to had the phone hung up in my face when I appttented to express my dissapoinment. I will make sure they rip the consequences that they deserve.
Total ripoff. Avoid at all costs .This place blatantly lies and overcharges by 80$ on each shipment.I told them FedEx is charging me 75$ for documents to India. They said well best we can do is 129$...!!!Never use this place and save .Well to conclude I found another DHL outlet and sent all documents next day delivery for 49. 95$Saved myself 80$ and never again .If you got cash to burn be my guest and visit this place !!!!
Too many owners of stores today have no business integrity. Which includes training their staff, keeping to commitments etc. The staff at this store have horrid customer service .... HORRID!! Why do you give out a discount card if you staff does not 1. honor it and 2. stamps on a old stamp. It clearly states 10 stamps you receive $10.00 off your next shipment, yet my bill clearly shows you gave me a $2.00 discount. I will not be shipping from this location again. And I ship packages weekly!!
Lady manager there this afternoon was trying to charge me over 20 dollars for 7 copies if a resume . Brought my own paper which she wouldnt let me use . I had asked for color copies from the minute I went in . I walked out she was nickle and diming me . Went nt to staples 6 dollars no attitude
Just left this UPS Store to ship out some art portraits. I was very disappointed and highly upset to be greeted by horrible customer service from representative Shawn. I told him the package was fragile and he goes ahead and bends the package right in front of my face. Thumbs down to this UPS store location.

2022-01-31The guy with the light blue uniform is super nice and patient. I had about 26 items that were dropped off, not a single complaint. Usually all my UPS store interactions were horrible! So far amazing! Someone please acknowledge this employees hard work!!!!

2022-04-12I personally believe this store has tons of potential. The problem is the store manager. You need to create a good work environment for your employees. Happy employees mean good service. I visit this location very often to do amazon drop offs at different times of the day. I noticed that the employees by the name of Adam and James are very helpful. There is an employee by the name of Noel whom I was told is the managers family is very rude and slow at his job. Including rude to customers. He doesnt even answer the phone when it rings! He tells someone else to do it although they are attending to other customers. He more tells other employees what to do rather than help. I have seen the store manager speak to her employees and it is disgusting no employee should be spoken to like that. To whomever in corporate can see this please get rid of this manager so your store can be great again. And please commend Adam and James for their helpful service although they have to work in such a toxic environment.

2022-05-14Never had an issue with this store. They are polite and professional. Sometimes busy and a little slow, yes. But still solid enough for me to travel extra to come here because I know my stuff will be delivered.

2022-04-08I sent a package for over night delivery from this store but it didn’t go on time so I called ups customer service and they said I’m eligible for refund but I have to contact the store where I sent from so I called the store and Adam picked up the call I explained him what customer service people told me but I guess he wasn’t mood to listen anything and he’s tune was so rude. I told him same thing twice and he go annoyed and answered me rude way and told me he already said the claim department will call me when they will have time. But I don’t think he never let the claim department know my situation because it already two days I didn’t get any call from anyone. Probably this guy doesn’t like he’s job or doesn’t like to give a professional customer service to people.I really don’t recommend anyone to go to this store.

2022-01-08THE YOUNG NEW MALE HIRE AT THE STORE IS RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS! HE THINKS HE IS BETTER THAN THE CUSTOMERS HE SERVES! HE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND HE CHOOSES WHICH CLIENTS HE WILL SERVE. I WATCHED HIM WALK AIMLESSLY TO THE BACK TO AVOID HELPING THIS LADY WHO WAS WAITING! WHEN THERE IS A LINE, HE ORDERS THE YOUNG GIRL TO MOVE PACKAGES TO THE BACK AS OPPOSED TO HELPING THE CLIENTS! HE NEEDS SKILLS AND ETHICS TRAINING!!!

2021-11-13This place charges you for every single thing. I was charged a $1 to tape a box…one strip of tape for a small box. I prefer FedEx for their customer service. I’m wonder if this UPS location is getting away with this because of the neighborhood. I prefer supporting local businesses, however , I rather take a drive to New Hyde Park for a better customer experience.

2022-03-23WORST UPS store EVER ! INCOMPETENT people behind counters, RUDE. I rather drop off my packages to the UPS truck.
