RUDE AND NASTY. Customer service very unpleasant. I went to SHARON at DEWEY AVE LOCATION and was givin a diffrent price then original estimate from nice guy at downtown location when I asked why? The sticker was made.. SHARON told me I DONT CARE!!! I just feel like this type of abuse to customers is very UNPROFESSIONAL. Staff is very incompetent here.

2022-08-07Don’t drop off packages here - there pick up is in the AM anytime between 8am and Noon. If they picked up already in that window your package won’t go out until the next day! I had an overnight package dropped off at 11:56am on a Thursday and it wasn’t delivered until the following Monday.Go to the Greece Staples pick up is around 5PM there…

2021-12-07Outstanding service. Linda was pleasant, helpful and a delightful change from the folks working in the post office. Actually seems to like her job, and shipment was less expensive than the post office and nowhere near the wait time in line. Will be shipping via UPS in the future

2020-10-12Great location! Great people! I have been there twice this past month to return items that didn’t work. One was a set of four rotors and brake pads in a box that was 67 pounds. There were several ladies there and I wasn’t sure they would be able to lift the box to move it. I offered to move it for them and they were very appreciative for the help. Again, many smiles and kind words from them.Unfortunately I have another package to return, but I look forward to another pleasant experience.Thanks for being open on Columbus Day.

2021-04-08Was there 4/7/21 9:00am.Was very appreciative of the woman who assisted me with my Amazon return. Extremely patient and helpful in guiding me throughthe process including guiding me through my own phone. Lol. Which for someone who knew what they were doing, took 30 seconds. I was oblivious. So thank you Ms Helpful.

2020-10-18Always quick and easy transactions in the store. Most Amazon returns dont require packaging. The entrance is tough for mobility disabled, not using a wheelchair. You have the choice of many steps, or a very long walk up the wheelechair ramp. However, there are railings on both sides of the ramp to help ambulation. Note, that the handicapped parking is at the bottom of the ramp, about 4 parking spots down from the stair entrance.

2019-11-02The staff at this location have always been so friendly and incredibly helpful. I was searching high and low for a specific box to ship a computer and they took the time to not only find the exact size I needed, but they also gave me several price estimates for various shipping options and the latest I could drop off the package for same-day pick up. I couldnt have been happier with their level of customer service.

2021-02-10Have had 2 experiences their recently. Frequently busy but they manage well. One of the ladies thinks it’s fun to wear her mask underneath her nose instead of over it though.

2020-07-07Great 1st time experience. I had a return to ship back to a store and a package to ship to a private address. The staff was so wonderful! They informed me of all of my options and services that are in the store as well, such as stamps, faxing, copying etc. Now that Im working from home, this location is very convenient to assist me with things I no longer have access to in an office setting.

2018-11-17I actually shipped a very expensive TV from here to an Ebay customer one time. When I left the store- it was in perfect shape. I spent almost $300 to have it shipped. I was assured it was in good hands. My customer received the item almost a week later and the screen was damaged, the speakers were broken, rendering it almost completely useless. When I went to the store to talk to them about it they told me they were not liable as I had not purchased the overpriced ($200 I believe) insurance. I will NEVER do business with UPS again, and ESPECIALLY this store. Seriously. AVOID at all costs!

2017-02-14This store is absolutely the worst Ive used. I sent a package, Saturday February 11, and told them it needed to be there by Valentines Day for my boyfriend in college. They put the wrong address on the package and told me they were going to change it and they never did so the package never arrived there and because of a woman named, Cindy, he never got the package on time. I couldnt have my boyfriend pick it up because he never knew it was coming. It was supposed to be a Valentines Day surprise and now its ruined because of them. They lied to me and were inefficient. I paid $10 for shipping to make sure it got there on time on Valentines Day and I called every UPS that had it and because the address was wrong it wasnt. Since it wasnt delivered on the day that I was told, I should get free shipping for it!
