Store seems to constantly be changing thier hours.
Ron the manager help me with the situation and was awesome. I was stressed out that day and he made my day so much easier and got my faxes sent out without a problem and gave me a receipt that everything was confirmed!!!
100% Ripoff. They wanted to charge $160 to ship a 7lb oversized item. The same exact item had been shipped a week prior from another UPS store for $35. Not to mention they wanted another $80 to package the item because they needed to tape two boxes together. $240 total to pack and ship a 7lb slightly oversized item. Completely ridiculous.
They have all the right tools and equipment to do fast shipping. The staff is very friendly and the store is very clean.Its unfortunate that the shopping center is going through a weird phase. But the stores on this block, especially the UPS store, have great service.
It is always such a great experience. Its quick and efficient. The store associates are super nice and helpful.
Nick helped me with an amazon return, he explained the process so well and I felt that I understood — very transparent. I typically go to the Park Ave location because it’s closer to my house but this location is closer to my job and I will definitely start only coming here.

Last week 8/17/15 I had a package picked up to be delivered to Parkland, Florida. Automation stated the package would be delivered Friday. The package was delivered Wednesday the 26th. Product was damaged and everything in the package was damaged. We were extremely embarrassed because of the condition of the product. I will totally re-think using UPS again.
Service there is always horrible. There’s no accountability there because they are franchised so they don’t have to answer to anyone. Even if you call 800 number they say the same thing “ they are independently run “. It’s use to be our go to spot till few years ago.
One of the sales associates, Ralph, was extremely courteous and polite, best employee any company could ask for.
If you want your shoes to get stolen then bring them to this location to ship!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

2022-04-16Very friendly staff and mostly quick transactions and returns. I had to wait a lot today but the employee was calm and took his time to help other before attending me which is the way to go.Parking is nearby so you dont have to carey your boxes far, there is enough space at the enterace if you want to quickly drop someone.

2021-12-16The best UPS to go to! The young adults working here are the absolute best, they’re always so kind and efficient. I recently went in this week and the young lady was so nice she did a print job for me and a return while there was a line out the door and the ceiling was leaking, plus she was extremely pleasant during the whole encounter. I went in last month and the young man there complimented my sweatpants, I always love going in and know it will be a great experience, and whoever does the hiring does a great job.

2021-12-05The 2 young ladies that ran the store today, 12/04/21, did a great job. Mae (or May) and The other young lady, I didn’t grab her name but she is always pleasant when I go into the store, did a great job helping me with my order. The young Man that handles the notary is always helpful as well. This is one of the best ran UPS Stores that I’ve been to and I’ve been to a few. Thank you again and I hope you all have a wonderful holiday.

2022-03-12Second week in a row my order is supposed to be done on a Saturday, and its not. The first week they closed early. The employees cant print. Young millennial employees who are rude, lazy, and have zero customer service skills.

2021-05-14I have been to several UPS Stores over the years... and THIS Store (#0363 at 2117 Buffalo Road, Rochester, NY 14624), is one of the busiest! The friendly staff is really helpful and always professional.But I must say, that manager Ronald Dickinson is truly my Go To for all custom printing jobs!!!!! His skill with creating these items usually turns out better than even Walt Disney could have imagined.Recently, I needed two custom vinyl Banners where my large images werent the exact size needed for this metal stand/holder. Ronald made custom borders on the width for each image that fade from top to bottom. When I stand them side-by-side, it gives off the illusion that theyre an exact match and look like a complete set! I am blown away by his talent as a Print Artist.Yesterday, I had a rush job and all I did was hand Ronald a thumb-drive and a note of what files I wanted used and how to do each of the TEN TASKS. Twenty-minutes later I had 16 color copies (some two-sided), with 10 laminates, and 204 B+W copies... all done as I requested ! ! ! ! !==> It is my personal opinion that, For any business to succeed in the 21st Century, it will not be about good products at fair prices... but it will ALWAYS come down to customer service!This UPS Store is very lucky to have Ronald Dickinson working with them. His polished skills are truly top-shelf and the customer service, before and after the sale, is extraordinary!!! If he moves to another store, I will certainly follow... Thanks Ronald Dickinson and UPS Store #0363 ! ! !.

2021-07-31My wife and I had a very good experience today when we visited the Westmar Plaza branch to return an item we ordered from Amazon. We were greeted by an Associate, a young lady, with a smile and helped us and she was very professional. Five Star!!

2021-09-25Tried to charge twice the price I had looked up at ups.com. I had shipped two dresses the day before, same package size and under a pound for the lower price. Gentleman said he’d rather lose my business than ship at the price UPS.com quoted. Don’t use this store. Can’t be trusted to be honest.

2021-03-09Horrible business practices. I paid 147.00 to overnight plumbing supplies a 6 lb. Package to Texas. It arrived 4 days later . I called to complain, the staff that answered the phone were very polite. But I will never use UPS again. I paid for next day service 4 days later is unacceptable. I should have recieved at least half my money back for the inconvenience not getting what I paid for and the fact that I have had to call there almost every day for over a week to get some answers. And then I was told they will refund 17.00 . I will never use UPS again or this store. Poor business!!!
