Have had multiple bad experiences here. Its frustrating because this is the closest UPS store to my home and I am loath to go there any more. I highly recommend either the Mahopac store on 6 or the Brewster store off 22. Both are far superior to this one.
Overpriced & terrible customer service! To print 9 pages and scan 1 document to email it cost over $20! Not to mention the woman who worked there was very rude and then while I was there, the boss came in and started yelling at her for something she did wrong right in front of me. Terrible experience, I will not return.
I entered the store to have 4 pages color-printed from my file. I violated my rule always to ask the price first, even for small items, and I was punished with a ridiculous charge of $9.20 that included a separate charge of $5 just for the inserting my flash drive into their printer. I called Staples in Mt. Kisco, and found out that they would charge me 44c per page if I print myself or 65c (max $2.60) if they do it for me, with no extra charges. Well, the fault is mine - I forgot the Latin rule: Let the buyer beware, especially because couple months ago I already had an experience that they charged for a prepaid item to ship just for putting an extra tape.
The customer service in this store is horrible. I went in to ship a box...I had a pre-paid label and just needed to tape the box. The guy tells me there is a $1.50 tape fee or I can buy tape over there....tape costs these guys basically pennies and they cant tape a box as a customer service??!! REALLY....plus the attitude...these guys are awful, never going back in here and will tell anyone I see going in to beware
Store hours posted are 8:30 opening on a Friday morning. Store is closed and no other notice posted. Very unprofessional. I would not complain if it was the first time, but this has happened a few times now. March 8th 2019.
Convenient location, good set of packing supplies available for purchase if you need them, friendly staff that greets me by name.

These ppl have always been wonderful to me as a box holder and customer! They get busy!! But are very nice and always accommodating 👍🏼👍🏼
Gps says 5pm closed but 3 pm closed on Saturdays
Helpful for printing and mailing stuff, but theyre not cheap!

2022-04-20For years I’ve been coming to this store almost daily to grab my mail, ship packages, etc., and the people are always pleasant and accommodating, even during busy holiday seasons. I’ve never had an issue with any outgoing packages getting lost and I’ve shipped hundreds of envelopes and boxes from this location. Is there sometimes a wait? Sure, but keep in mind that they’re across the street from a condo development with almost 1,000 units and there are no other shipping stores in the immediate area.

2021-12-27Nice location and adequately staffed but customer service was not number one priority. Never have been charged $5 to print a label to ship with UPS and I’ve been to lots of UPS locations!

2020-04-28I ordered a Auction house pick-up and ship. I usually dont write any reviews but because the service was so remarkable I had to leave a review. I feel easily contact with this UPS store, and they ship out my order much faster than most of the shippers. Thank you!

2019-04-15I am so disappointed in this store. I have been shipping things from this location since it first opened, and now I am done. The last several times that I have been there to ship something, I have had what I consider exceedingly long waits in line, and have had my place in line bumped for people that I have to consider must be “regular customers”, whose business is more valuable than mine. Today while I waited, a guy came in with a package, which he was allowed to put behind the counter (I wasn’t asked if I wanted to put my heavy package down, and there isn’t a counter or table to do so). This other customer then proceeded to go out to his vehicle and get another package, and the clerk then proceeded to process his transaction-with no waiting at all, while I stood there holding my package after waiting 10-15 minutes. My business will now be done in the Brewster UPS store, where they appear to be happy to see me, and where they complete their customers’ transactions in the order that they come in.

2018-12-24This place is the biggest rip off in town. Do not go here!! I just went there with a small framed print to be shipped, already packaged.All I needed was a box and to get it to its destination. The man behind the counter told me I couldn’t send it that way (it was wrapped several times in bubble wrap and secured with mailing tape) He then proceeded to use the exact same materials and then charged me $25 and over $13 for the box. Such a scam. Do not go to this store.Do yourself a favor and go right to the UPS center in Yorktown. I sent a gift that cost me $7.99 for almost $80. This is nuts!

2018-04-06ThereThe UPS Store 3271, in SomersThere could not be a better packing and shipping service anywhere. I purchased a large item from an auction, not realizing the auction service did not ship. Ana, Amanda, and the rest of the staff went over and above to provide outstanding service at a reasonable price. The item came in perfect condition as well. Kudos to The UPS Store 3271, in Somers, NY
