About notary service. If you need to have your documents certified and then have them filed with the clerk for apostille--stop-do not do it in this office. The notary has given all his seals to the staff and the clerk does not accept a copy of the notary^s signature and the signatures of that staff. To bad about the time and epence.
Worst service ever! They lost my package, I paid for insurance and after 6 months.. I still get thrown around as this is an “authorized location” and is not “ups” no one seems to help. Their claims department keeps telling me to talk to the store. The store tells me to talk to claims. Would consider legal actions. They won’t disclose who the branch owner isn’t and when I ask for Manny (manager, signer for package), apparently his no longer there
This location is so unorganized--I had an issue once before but, of course, I went back giving them the benefit of the doubt and had even more of a negative experience. I shipped an item to a residential address, and the receiver received the wrong item... so the woman, Angela, did not put the right labels on the box and when I went back to file a report, the response was, We cannot do anything about it unless someone else calls about not receiving the right shipment. Horrible CRM - no reports available to generate, and no way to track shipments that were shipped in the same day, and possibly locate the other package? Just avoid this location.
Extremely personable staff. Very accommodating. I discovered them because I had an AMAZON return code and UPS was closed. I now prefer to use this UPS store instead of attempting to go to UPS warehouse during the narrow hours that they are open. Plus, you dont need to print out a label as you can either scan it there or print it there at the store.
Extremely convenient. Where I live ups dont deliver due to fear of being rob. So the truck comes once a day at 9:30 and if your unavailable you must go to ups. Their hours arent accessible and close on weekends. However the UPS store opens at 8am and their open on the weekends. The staff is fantastic. And their location is perfect.
My package has been rescheduled due to “Severe Weather Conditions” which is a complete lie and disrespectful to lie to one of your patient customers. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the weather other than pure laziness. The driver was also around and basically skipped my stop.
Small, super busy shop. DO NOT GO THERE FOR PASSPORT PHOTOS. I went there base on the glowing review of someone who had them done there. First of all you have to navigate around and over boxes on the floor to a small area where they have to rented postal boxes. All there is is over head fluorescent lighting. They take the picture with a cell phone. So if you want photos that are the wrong size, and shadows on your face that makes you look like a ghoul on Halloween. Then this is the place. I had to have them redone and also paid $10. Its not the cost its the problem of finding a competent place to have it done. The staff is nice but one can only do so many things at one time especially when the line is out the door. Parking also sucks. Go to a real photography shop. Youre going to have to live with that picture for EIGHT years.
TERRIBLE!!! Do not go here!! Used to love this place because it was small and personal. But I think the management changes recently and the new manager ripped me off completely. I had to mail a package to Europe for my business and he charged me $150!!!! When I asked my colleague who had to send the same package, but went through FedEx, she was charged $25!!! I am furious at this store and will never go again. Also, while I was in there, there was another man, looked like an artist, who was trying to mail a painting. The manager tried to charge him $35 but the artist said he had mailed that same exact package many times before and it was only $15. He ended up leaving without mailing the package. I should have done the same!!! Will NEVER go here again.
When you come here, do yourself the favor and ask for Justin, the store manager. You will not be disappointed! He is so helpful, caring, and fast! He is always willing to help and answer any questions and concerns. He makes the shipping and handling process so easy. He is also a licensed notary republic and notarizes whenever needed. The store would definitely not be as great without him. He is AMAZING!!!! 5 STARS FOR JUSTIN!!!!
Their drivers are terrible. You have to chase them down to get your package, they like to submit that you wasnt home or an attempt has been made because they dont want to get out of there truck!bunch of Nonsense. Literally saw it happen and I was outside waiting on them, as the truck past I received an alert to tell me an attempt has been made and theyll try again tomorrow .B.S!!
I normally don’t do reviews but I really needed to do this I went to the store return packages to several places it was so complicated but Angie was so patient in helping me figuring things out thanks to her all my packages were sent out to the right places. I wish I could give her 10 stars thanks Angie
Everytime there is supposed to be a delivery we will be home and wait all day just to go outside and check and find a sticker on the bottom of the door, like the lazy people working couldn’t walk up four stairs to ring the doorbell. Fire whoever is delivering because they are too stupid to know how to deliver a package
As another poster mentioned, they failed at passport photos- sheer waste of time (have to redo that process again) They don’t answer the phone, the voicemail is full (no outgoing message either- I guess a “hi, you have reached UPS” is too difficult), completely unresponsive to email inquiries…you’ve been warned!
Carl is a short tempered, aggressive employee who did not do a good job packing my package and then proceeded to charge me higher than the actual price on my package.He used a cut up express box as cardboard which went into a bag and then CHARGED ME FOR THE BOX LIKE I WAS SHIPPING IT!!!!IT WAS A PIECE OF CARDBOARD BY THE TIME WE SENT IT, having been repurposed for use as packing material.The Girl who works there told him not to charge me for the box and he did anyway, telling me it was “only 3 dollars difference” and that I shouldn’t worry about it.Rude, disrespectful, and WRONG but didn’t want to reprint a packing slip so just charged me the extra.Never again.
Normally I would never take the time to review a basic service such as a ups store but the service here is exceptional. Ive been there twice and both times the staff were very friendly and helpful. I actually live closer to the ups store on Hylan Blvd but will continue to drive the extra few miles to this store.
Expensive, quick, friendly and filthy !!! The floor is carpeted but there was a flood so all the boards underneath the carpet is warped and I mean severely warped. Its a matter of time before someone gets hurt. Oh and no need to inform anyone of the past flood because u can smell it.

2022-07-30Angie at this Staten Island location is an angel. I sent a coast to coast shipment from their store to another. Unfortunately, the receiving store refused shipment and were sending them back to NY! Angie thankfully was able to magically intercept & redirect the shipment for me to pickup on the coast where I live! Thank you Angie for your prompt help and amazing customer service!

2022-06-14This location is a tad unprofessional. I went in to drop off an Amazon return label. The entire time the two girls working there were talking to each other. One of the girls looked as if they were working with a customer. The girl I got looked bothered when finally she told me shed take me. Not one hello. She scanned my package all while continuing the conversation with her Co worker who by the way was using profanity. The only words uttered to me was can you make your screen brighter. She handed me my receipt again no words. I thanked her though Im not sure why. Sure it was only an Amazon drop off but there are times when I need to mail items. Not sure Id want to give this place my business.

2021-12-09Why manager of that store is never there? The staff who works there have nasty attitude and they look like they have a problem working at all. They dont know expression sorry for that if they not make things right. They were rude and disrespectful few days ago when I was there.Few months ago I paid for next morning delivery very, very important document , my recipient got it after 2 days after, which ruined my international travel. Maybe UPS should start from replacing Manager, if he/she doesnt know how to run the place.

2022-01-24This Forest Ave. location is inaccurately & falsely listed as being a place to get documents notarized. Went there today (01/24/2022) and was told there was a notary Dalia but Dalia refused to notarize my document. When I asked why she she refused to notarize my document she kept changing her answer which was very confusing - either you are licensed to be a notary or you are not licensed. Spoke with another Manager Angela who claims this Forest Ave location only notarizes sometimes. Asked to speak to owner Calvin and Angela refused to allow me to ask why this location falsely advertises notary services.

2021-05-07Today I went to the UPS store to get a document notarized. I was going to use a phone app to scan the document to make a pdf. To my surprise, an employee there called Angie quickly asked me if I wanted her to do it for me and email it to me. She was so helpful preparing my package for shipment. It was great to be greeted with such a friendly and helpful person. I would recommend this UPS store to all! I will definitely go back again.

2021-05-02Angie at this location has been very helpful to my family twice during a difficult time. Shes the reason Id return. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the location itself is very difficult to navigate. The parking is terrible and when you have heavy items you have to carry them upstairs, go through multiple doors and drag them to the counter. It is very challenging to return items that are large.

2020-10-25Store is understaffed. I was a bit bothered because the attendant placed my package to the side without closing it. If I wasnt paying attention I would had walked out with my items all over the place and God knows when she would have the time to put it together.Also, why do you offer same day, two day service if there is going to be a delay? You shouldnt offer nor charge customers for it if it is not guaranteed. I went to the UPS store because I have already experienced delay with the post office. Going forward I would take my business to the post office.
