Absolutely the worst experience ever! If you want to be treated like a dog than I highly recommend this location. I am next online and the man behind the desk “Joe” gestures with his hand to hurry up and says “come on“ instead of professionally calling on me “next customer please “. We got into an argument over it in front of other customers and instead of him apologizing to me he was defending his actions. He really should be embarrassed. I definitely won’t be back! Do everyone a favor and quit if you’re so miserable!
I have been going this particular USPS site for a while now. I have only had good experiences. The staff there are quick, friendly and try to get you in and out as quick as possible. One of the workers, Joe, helped me last time I was there. I had to return numerous items to Amazon. He was polite, friendly and had my items packaged up and ready to ship within minutes. Great office.
I have been dropping off package here for USPS pick up and had no problem.I understand that there will be no receipt but because I can track it via online, and I have been doing it for a year now, i had no problem with it.only this time my package went missing.But over all staffs are accommodating and nice :)
I am a high volume package customer who is treated well, and has had a positive experience over an 18 month period. The staff is organized, friendly, and fast. If one person is working the counter, it is sometimes Difficult for them to handle clients when the store suddenly becomes busy.It is my opinion that the clients are often inpatient and become easily frustrated with the slightest wait time, expecting VIP presidential services at the expense of the peace of mind of the employee and the other clients in the store.Overall the service here is excellent. I visit three times per week during peak traffic times.
It was my first time at this location. Im giving one star for customer service. I was rung up by an employee wearing a hoodie. I walked up to him, said good morning happy new year and he didnt look up nor did he answer me back. No manners!! Very rude and unprofessional.
Do not ship your items using this store. They are a complete scam. I shipped a package using international shipping. I paid $200 for expedited shipping. My package got lost. When trying to get reimbursed for the package that was lost, this store failed to follow up with Corporate so that I could be reimbursed. Worst experience ever. Always told me that they’d call me back when I reached out to them. They’d never call back. They acted as if the money that was being reimbursed was coming from their own pocket. After some time, my claim for the lost package was voided and I lost $200.
Had to ship a very large, bulky item to Florida. The young man that was working there was very polite and patient and helped me lift it. Many people had come in after and they took care of them so fast.... There was a problem with the card I was using and the young man was really polite and patient...
Always a bad experience , when the pandemic started the manager didn’t seem to be willing to work always making rude comments when people tried to ship their packages, I think he didn’t want to be there but that’s not my problem. I told him to tell his boss that he rather be at home. We as clients don’t have to deal with rude employees. Very poor customer service.
Took an envelope there that was an Amazon return. I had to pay $2.18 for them to print out a shipping label. Thankfully, Amazon reimbursed me for the label. I was using a QR code, but their scanner couldnt read it. I had to call Amazon, they saved me. Sad state of affairs, UPS being the premier shipping company in this fantastic country we live in.
Woman who works there is rude. Overall the place is unprofessional. They charged me $2.00 to put an inch of tape of tape on a package that wasnt sealed well. UPS, I hope you are reading it. If you dont improve the service there, I will take my business to FedEx or USPS and encourage others to do the same.
Very unprofessional staff. They are very rude, and not knowledgeable about all the services and shipping protocols. I had a very negative experience in this store. The guy who claimed to be a manager was extremely disrespectful, mean and screamed at me even though I was his customer. I will not come back here again.
Walked out!!! I was trying to get a passport picture done and the employee was rude as heck, I asked to see the picture and he said it’s fine! Let me decide for myself bro!! The picture was horrible and had weird green blotches on it , going to cvs instead.... mind you he cursed me out while I was leaving. unprofessional and miserable as hell

2022-02-21Iv been to this ups store multiple times, the staff are always nice and willing to help. Today I forgot my phone in store and got it back from two gentlemen from ups store. Big shout out to these two gentlemen thank you guys so much :)

2022-04-28DO NOT SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS AT THIS UPS. One of the employees stole a very expensive pair of shoes and shipped an empty box. They claim they can’t review camera footage. UPS Store corporate seems to be aware that this location is under investigation for MULTIPLE thefts.

2022-03-26Quick and easy if you’re returning an Amazon package. They get you right in and out and you don’t even have toPrint the return label because you can scan it off your phone.

2021-08-19Came in on Saturday 8/14 to ship a number of large cartons long distance. Joe was the employee who helped us. He was very helpful in making sure the boxes were sealed securely and gave us great service. He labeled all the boxes for us, gave us all the tracking information and did it all with a pleasant demeanor. Great job!ThanksAndrea & Fred S.

2021-06-27Came here to drop a package only to be told it was a usps package. The associate was nice and said he can still take it but couldn’t give me a receipt. I called two days later just to verify when usps picks up at the location to be told we don’t know they never come and we have a huge pile of packages. I asked if I could pick up my package being he has no idea when they will pick up. With that I was hung up and disrespected. Called corporate to have an email sent that not only the store owner can access but employees. Still waiting on a call!

2021-11-03I arrived at the store at 6:57 pm and the door was locked. I asked them to open the door so I could as a question the employee screamed at me saying goodnight. I asked if there was a drop off box for envelopes the employee continuously screamed at me through the door and used a slur. Extremely poor customer service with anger issues.

2021-11-15Have dropped off and picked up packages here and had no problem. I made an appointment for notary online and told they dont do it anymore, told to go to Forest Ave. What good is taking appointments.

2020-10-19In all fairness to the wonderland cs review, the employee called next several times while myself and many other people waited patiently behind you, but you were busy on your phone.The staff here does a wonderful job. Been coming here for years and will continue doing so. There always seems to be a line, but they get them out quick, quick, quick!
