I had to take time during these crazy, uncertain times to write this review. I have gone to several UPS Stores over the years but this store in Greenburgh has the most accommodating, friendly staff that ensures you will always have a positive experience. Whether it is to mail back some returns, purchase packing material or get something copied or notarized, this is the store where you are always greeted with a smile! Highly recommend! 👍🏼😊
Brought back 3 Amazon packages to this branch. Was greeted by kenneth asking me what I needed and when I told him saying he needed the amazon boxes like a hole in the head. He then asked what was in each box and when I told him one was a shirt he opened the box and gave it back to me and told me it was to big and that I needed to throw it out. He was nasty during thr whole time even though I didnt really aay anything but hi. Today I just got an email from amazon saying they never got the shirt. There is a few reviews of Ken shhowing similar behavior. I need to go to ups now and sort this out.
All staff at this UPS store are amazing and super helpful. Each and every time I have gone there to check my mailbox Ive had such a lovely experience. They even help me carry my boxes to my car. Thank you so much for serving us during this difficult time- we really appreciate it.
Theyre a good store; I dont really use UPS. But this UPS is really convenient, plenty of parking, and well-run operation. I recommend them.
This UPS location is fantastic. Whether its a quick drop off or a complicated international ship -- Kenny and Larry are super helpful. Yes, some days the store is busy and you have to wait a few minutes. Did you have more fun at the post office? I dont think so. You will always receive very thoughtful and careful assistance from this UPS staff.
The staff are always professional, friendly and helpful. There have been times, l’m not sure how to send or package the item, they are always helpful, confident, friendly and offer a smile, as they expertly solve my issues. They know how to get the codes and labels when I’m returning a package. They have taken the worry out of sending packages and replaced it with providing a good experience.The store is always clean. When, a line starts to form, the employees come to the counter to help. Thank you for your assistance and friendly smiles.
I tried to return my Amazon order here and my app clearly said I don’t need to package it and he told my had to package it. He didn’t even give me a chance to explain myself. Will never come here again. My store is usually McLean ave and they are amazing. I was just in the neighborhood and decided to just go to this location. Big mistake. Maybe he didn’t like my head scarf or maybe he was shocked I spoke english. Disgusting behavior!!!! I also read the reviews of others and it seems he doesn’t like colored ppl. I’m glad I didn’t think he was right and ignored the situation. Ups fix this!!!
Wow! Walked in all flustered and harried with several packages and several more questions, and the woman who helped me was friendly and courteous and ... helpful! ... what a difference it makes when service people are like that! Now I know why the US Postal Service is going bankrupt.
Thanks in large part to Kenny, this bustling UPS Store has become my Go-To place for my business and personal shipping needs. Every person who works here is prompt, efficient, reliable, and above all extremely courteous. I am grateful for their professionalism.
I had a wonderful experience today with Barbara. She explained all the different options to ship my items, gave me pricing, was patient, and even gave me advise for when to come back to drop my boxes off since its the holiday season and very busy. Couldnt have been a better experience, thank you!
They go out of their way to help in all aspects. They did/do a great job packing my fragile items with great care and efficiency. They were able to find the cheapest and fastest way to get my package to its destination. I cant say enough about these guys (and gals). Thank you!!!
This is hands down the best UPS spot in the TRI State. Ken and his team run a beautiful shop and deliver exceptional customer service. Our company has been using this UPS going on 5 years now and we highly recommend it to others.
I had to drop of an Amazon Qr code package here and had a very rude interaction with Ken at this location. He told me that the package was not prepared for him properly. While Amazon clearly stated in the email to drop of the package and UPS will take care of boxing and it. I understand if someone is having a bad day. I suggest you stay home if you work in a service industry.
I will say, after having inconsistent quality transactions after today I have changed my mind about this UPS store.The owner Ms. Levy was very polite, considerate, and put effort into the transaction to make it go as smooth as possible.
I dont usually do reviews on places, but at this point Im livid had to send merchandise back that cost a pretty penny, packing and box were fine when sent, get to receiver box and merchandise was damaged and I couldnt get an exchange on the product, long story short Im out of money spent because I wasnt aware I needed to insure my package and I wasnt given the option to up it if need be I will not be using this store from here on out until this is settled and I only get offered 100 bucks plus what cost to ship naaaa I work hard and expect to be reimbursed, and the person Ive been dealing with seems like he has no care its been 2wks since this happened and no phone call or anything I just want the damages paid for so I can move on please people ask for the insurance if you are not offered it because I wasnt given the option
Came here around 8:30 on a Friday. The guy I spoke to was very rude and almost seemed angry I walked into the store. Process was quick but at the expense of being rude and dismissive.
I went there to notarize my documents, the their staff lady, she is very helpful and she notarized it on the same day. They are very accommodating and attentive.
I have come to this particular UPS store for my mailing needs in the last 5 years. Kenny and Larry are always courteous and helpful with the packages I dropped off. Thank you very much!
My experiences have ben great, even when i have come in with too many packages at the 11th hour. They are courteous and helpful and thorough ....My stuff gets delivered CRAZY fast. No problems, so far.

I was a bit hesitant to go based on certain reviews. Glad I went. A very kind gentlemen took care of my order. Literally was there no longer than 2 minutes. The store was well kept.
Nice people but completely disorganized, no back up paperwork or information and not helpful with issues or problems. There appears to be some sort of disconnect between this franchise location and corporate. If youre considering UPS at all, do yourself a favor and drive to the Elmsford, corporate owned, hub and drop your package there. We no longer use this Tarrytown facility and do not recommend it.
Ive come in with a couple of Amazon returns. The guys at the counter just took the return code and the items, no fuss and no questions asked. Solid, good service.
The counter person is either willfully or simply not familiar with the fundamental purpose of the business, “packing and shipping.” Applying a charge for the use of tape to a black person (black tax) and providing this same privileges to whites without charge is a willfully act of racism. Therefore avoid this business at all cost.
Ive had a mailbox there for several years. The staff always goes out of there way to make sure all of my packages are ready to Grab & Go! Couldnt ask for more!
The new location between HomeGoods and Modell’s is great. The store is modern and products have expanded. Barbara and her staff and experienced, professional and helpful.
Excellent service, always very helpful and careful in packaging up my shipments. I love that the system retains prior addresses, so I can be sure of the accuracy of the labeling.
When I came in without proper mailing slips, the staff helped me get the right slips to ensure that I didnt have to go home and come back another day. Chris especially went above and beyond to help me out! And everyone was very friendly
Horrible Customer Service.I went there about 3-4 times and this one guy always been very rude to me.I will never go back to that store anymore.I prefer to drive 20 miles for great customer service.

Consistently long lines and understaffed. Each transaction is slower than molasses . On a Friday morning at 10:30 am The line was almost out the door.
I dont know. I dont use them very often, but every now and then I need to send a package. They are OK. Not the cheapest, but the fastest. So it is up to you.

2022-07-10Amazing staff and owner! Great customer service all around. I was there to have some business documents notarized. There was quite a few delays during the transaction(because of my colleague NOT the store) and the owner Barbara went above and beyond to accommodate us. I would highly recommend this store for shipping and as a notary.

2022-07-11Worst customer service ever I don’t know how these people still have a job here they are so rude and not well informed I called them a couple times regarding my packages being sent there idk why no delivery was attempted and they seem to never know where my packages are my husband went to pick it up they tell him it’s not there with the tracking number provided to them when I call them giving them the same tracking number it’s there we have to keep going back and forth with them they very unprofessional and rude for no reason at all corporate should do something about this I avoid this location all the time I don’t go there at all I go to a further Ups store just to avoid these people here the only reason why I have to go there is because my packages are being sent there and not delivered directly to my store.

2021-04-25I have been a customer for about 3 years and this UPS Store has been nothing but supportive to my business and I have to give them a big thanks!! Thank you to Kenny, the manager who has been incredibly helpful. Getting a business off the ground is not easy, but with the UPS store as our receiving department it made the process effortless.
