Super happy with our new deck from Vinyl outlets. Installation was incredibly fast including the tear down of our old deck and installation of new vinyl deck completed in 2 days. The staff was very helpful and easily able to our accommodate our last minute dimension changes.Deck construction is extremely sturdy, quality materials and overall beautiful to look at!

I would recommend vinyl outlet for any work. They were very professional. From the start!! They told me they would start 1 week from the day I signed and that they would finish in a day. I had a little skepticism because a lot of work was needed to be done!! But they got to my house 8:00 am and worked up till 6 (that’s when it poured rain) they stopped came back early the next day and 1hour later they were done. And the workers were great. Very hard workers. And the job site was cleaned up with no mess left!! And best of all my porch looks great!!!

Robert, Tyler and Max were all very professional, personable and polite. They asked questions to be sure I could get the best utilization of my driveway gates. I took their advice and am very happy I did. Is hard to believe it only took 7 hours from beginning to end. My backyard looks beautiful but most important my dog has room to run and play. Vinyl Outlet did my work on the day they said they would. I had a 6ft fence, 110ft of fence distance installed. Brown panels with beige trim and posts. LOVE IT. Very professional workers. Jay, the foreman, great, friendly, knowledgeable, and clear about what was happening from start to finish.

You can get a fence just about anywhere these days, but Customer Service has a lot to be desired these days. Thats why I really wanted to leave this review. It was so refreshing to see a company take such care from an on -time estimate appointment, to timely installation ,to a follow up call after installation . The fence is beautiful and I would 100% refer anyone to the Vinyl Outlet.
We had Vinyl Outlet give us an estimate to replace a large deck on the back of our house that would match the front porch they installed a year earlier. Our old wood deck was replaced 4 days later. They were extremely fast and professional The deck is gorgeous. Thanks to our sales rep, Anthony for pulling it all together.

My initial visit was with Emery. He was kind, provided an estimate, and answered all my questions. Being disabled due to a severe head injury...stress is not my friend! Emery went out of his way to be very flexible and responsive regarding appointments and follow up visits for the contract. On installation day, Tony was skilled, attentive to my concerns, and yet stayed cheerful while working at the end of a hot day. I have an uneven garden area where I wanted the fence to be as high as possible at the elevated end, while staying level over the 75+ distance. He pushed the system and it is perfect! Very pleased and stress free!! 👍😁

Had a wood fence removed and a vinyl fence installed. Work crew of 2 were excellent, making sure I was informed every step of the way to ensure everything was satisfactory. Work was done quickly and efficiently. They were also able to schedule the install shortly after the estimate which was ideal.
Tyler and Austin installed a privacy fence for me and I was very happy. They informed me what they were doing through the entire process and were extremely polite and respectful. Well done boys! Ill hire vinyl outlet again.
We are on the very fringe of their service area, they came to plan and finalize plans. The representatives were very easy to work with, everything they explained to us happened as they said and on time.Tear off was done within a week and was done very systematically and cleaned up completely before they left.Construction crew was here on time and ready to work (temp was 18 degrees). They worked the entire time, work was amazing. Work was done like a well oiled machine. Their professionalism was wonderful, each man knew his job and did it super well! Upon completion all was cleaned up and left as they found it.Deck is beautiful and very well constructed. We are so pleased with the planning and work.Super company!
I met with 5-6 fence companies over the course of 2 weeks. The Vinyl Outlet was my last appointment. Up until this point I had just been regurgitating the memorized specs/style/measurements from previous quotes trying to get the best price/value. Brandon was the first one to make a suggestion outside of the first and only style I had looked at 5-6 companies ago. We came up with a perfect style that complimented the color and style of our house. They were not the cheapest but also definitely not the highest. From there I was passed to Vicky the operations manager who quickly got us scheduled to install within 2 weeks from my meeting with Brandon. (Every company was months out or even into next year for the “wood-look” vinyl I wanted). She also personally came to the property to double check the measurements. On the day of install I was introduced to Tony who would be doing the install along with his coworker. First impressions were that we were in good hands and he had confidence he knew what we was doing. We once again walked the perimeter that the fence would be covering and he starting making suggestions with angles and approaches at corners. Throughout the day of install Tony would regularly check in with me and ask questions and keep me updated on next steps. I was amazed they were able to finish around 400ft of fence in just one day. Tony and his crew were extremely pleasant to deal with. You could tell that while it’s extremely difficult work they care about the job getting done and looking just right. Fence came out great
The Vinyl fence was put up in a timely manner. The 2 installers were very courteous, they called me when they were heading to the job and informed me on all aspects of the installation. I was very pleased with their work and would highly recommend those installers and Vinyl Outlet.

If you are looking for a deck company, I strongly advise you to call The Vinyl Outlet. From the very beginning, Jim and Vicky were very easy to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable and were able to start my new deck within 2 weeks. My old deck was a complete tear down as Jeremy, Brandon and Matt did an amazing job through the extensive heat to complete the demo and install 9 new footers. The very next day John, Justin and Wilson exceeded our expectations with the installation of our new vinyl deck. Both of the crews were extremely hard working, talented and very friendly. Once both crews were done, they cleaned up so well, you never knew they were here. Again, I strongly recommend The Vinyl Outlet for your next project!!
Jay and Sean were absolutely amazing I cannot believe how just 2 installers could knock out my fence in such a short time and do such a professional job. This business was very easy to work with. Calls were answered promptly and questions thoroughly. The installers were polite and professional. There was an unexpected issue, and the company took care of it before I even knew about it. I would unreservedly recommend them.
My husband and I purchased our home late 2020. We knew we needed a fence that was secure, private, and tall to contain our super energetic rescue dogs. We had received quotes from a few other smaller companies but we were put on a wait list for 6 months or more due to supply issues.We decided to get a quote from Vinyl Outlet, even though we were told they would be much more expensive by all of the companies we got quotes from.Brandon came out for the consult and we explained to him that we were looking for a quick turnaround but we wanted to stay at the price point we recieved from the other company. We were concrned that he couldnt since that quote was for a wood fence. He was incredibly flexible and came in just slightly above the wood fence quote and he was able to get a team to us within three weeks.Were on a corner lot with an odd shaped yard with a slight hill but the crew was able to complete the job in a day. They talked to our neighbors before installing anything, showing them the survey to make sure that they were comfortable (they were), and cleaned up all of their mess when they were done.Were incredibly happy with the work that was done and the quick turnaround time. Its been a year and the fence is still solid and we consider it one of the best investments we made to our home, so far.
Job was done perfectly ! After a harsh winter some bottom trim plates were broken. I went to the outlet and they were extremely kind and helpfull. Took care of me by hooking me up with new ones. Excellent customer service!
I recently had a fence installed by Vinyl Outlet at a home we purchased recently. I was very impressed with their customer service, the work completed and the professionalism of their employees. I have had nothing but positive comments from friends, neighbors and visitors to my home. While other companies could have installed a similar fence for a cheaper price the recent windstorms in our area is a clear indicator that cheaper is not better. Please disregard the status of my yard and entrance area as this is a new home for us and we are waiting on our landscaper and tree removal.

The best in the Buffalo,I know the quality of the work,they put a 6 foot fence in my back yard with that being said I have a wind every year that rip the sidings off the back of my house. That fence have stood the best wind that Buffalo had.you get what you pay for because you get a cheaper price your going to pay in the long run!!!!!!

I can not say enough about this porch!! From start to finish, James Brennan came in after work hours and gave a quote. He sat with us and gave us all sorts of options and was honest with his opinion. The porch was not quite safe for our elderly parents or taking our puppy out at night due to the concrete falling apart and the rod iron not being very stable. James Brennan truly went above and beyond for us, even checking in after the install to make sure we are happy! It has been a few weeks since it has been installed and the guys did great, easy to clean, brightened up the house and safety wise it is top notch! Thanks again
Dont bother with them. I got a phone call instead of a person at the time of our appointment to meet for an estimate for a 4x8 pool deck. I was told it was peak season and they dont normally do that small of deck. 10x10 was $11k! If I wait until winter I could get it for $8k. I had other projects in mind.. now I will go elsewhere
I absolutely love my new privacy fence. Its everything I expected and then some! Now I can landscape and it will look fabulous against the perfect backdrop. All of the staff was professional and courteous.
The materials are high grade for the fence. Much higher than a box store installation was excellent. I would recommend They are professional, communication was great, especially working around deadlines and lead times with other projects that were being done at the same time. as for cost, you always get what you pay for !

Rob and Shawn did a great job on our fence, working all day, on a cold day with light snow. They explained the process prior to starting, ensured the location of the fence lines & gate placements with us, and wrapped up how the gates worked and answering our questions. I recently purchased materials from the design center that were needed for a patio project. From helping with my design to material choices, it was by far the easiest process I could have imagined. The staff assisting were so helpful, the effort they gave was above and beyond expectations that I couldnt have gotten anywhere else. Phone calls were returned the same business day, choices were better than the competitors, and they even delivered it to my house! I love the color, the finished product and cant wait for company to come to show it off. Im looking forward to future projects now that I know how great this process has been.

Tommy was my installer lead, he was awesome, very courteous and made sure I knew what was going on with the install and explained everything during the process, including issues and actively helped to solve issues (such as leveling areas in the garden).Price was as expected when dealing with such a top rated company. You get what you pay for and I am certain this company will stand by their product for years to come and it will last. Will definitely be using them again for future vinyl projects!
I recently had a fence added to my home and the Vinyl Outlet was fantastic. There were initially some issues with communication as far as scheduling where I had to reach out to get my project scheduled (after about 6 weeks from signing the contract I still had not heard from them and decided to reach out myself). Additionally, there were a couple of reschedules - but once my date was locked in and the Vinyl Outlet staff was on site, the project went smoothly.Rob and Sean were absolutely fantastic! They were courteous, respectful, cleaned up after the job was complete, and above all else they were professional and did an awesome job installing my new fence.Though the communication was not the best, I will say the final product is incredible, and I am very happy with my fence purchase.

Vinyl Outlet did my fence installation. The process was easy. The sales representative was knowledgeable and didnt look to upsell us on anything that we didnt ask for. Vinyl Outlet had lots of choices and options to choose from, so I would recommend giving yourself an hour or so to go through all if the information with the sales rep. The installation itself was completed in 1 day, and my neighbors (most of which have fences by other providers) were extremely jealous. There was no yard clean-up when the work was done. The installation process isnt messy. No mounds of dirt where the poles are pounded into the ground! Vinyl Outlet definitely isnt the cheap option, but you 100% get what you pay for. During high wind days, some neighbors panels felt out. Our fence wasnt impacted at all. Id highly recommend using Vinyl Outlet. Ill be contacting them in the spring or summer to do my railings too!

The Vinyl Outlet installed a new deck and small privacy fence. Each crew lead by Ralph and Jay were amazing. They arrived on time, worked quickly, safely and accurately and worked with me to make sure everything was done as needed. The work crews were respectful onsite and were pleasant to have around the house and the kids. They did each job in 1 day, working extras to finish. The date they schedule my install was the date it was done. I couldnt be happier with the sales and install process. The site was cleaned up afterwards and left in great shape. I am super happy with my new vinyl deck and small privacy fence. The colors matched what I expected and the high quality railings and balusters look and are high end. The deck boards and skirting are absolutely awesome.
Couldnt be happier with my 4 ft picket fence. Navy Davey(lol I guess there are a few Daves) came out on September 13. He was very thorough in explaining way the fence is installed, guarantee etc. He indicated the job was a one day job and could most likely be done in the next couple of weeks.The fence was installed on September 28. Several places told me they couldnt even get the supplies until January of 2022. I have 2 dogs so the time frame was important. The installers did a great job too. I have received many compliments from neighbors. I got a follow up call from the vinyl outlet to make sure everything was satisfactory. Highly recommend.
I had 2 decks that The Vinyl Outlet replaced . Everything from the estimate, scheduling and installation was completed in a professional and timely manner. John was the lead installer he introduced himself and the team. John explained what the process was and made me feel at ease to ask questions or concerns. The whole crew arrived at 8:30 and work non stop until late evening till both decks were completed. Both decks look incredible! Johns crew worked on a very hot humid day with even a short rain burst. Had vinyl railings installed on my front porch. They included 2 solar caps @ the steps which are absolutely awesome. They illuminate my entire porch, which is 12 x 20, & half way down the sidewalk. The installers were on time, friendly & professional. Would recommend Vinyl Outlet for sure!

The Vinyl outlet replaced our 18 year old, cracking, creaking Eon deck with a sturdy, elegant looking deck all in one day. Lead installer John and crew arrived at 8:30 am and worked non stop, all day until the job was completed. Although Vinyl Outlet had a very busy schedule this spring, when I explained my circumstances, they were able to accommodate my need for a fence and squeeze me into the schedule. The showroom guy was well versed in the product, Vicky in the office kept me informed, they were clear about the payment schedule, and Tony and his crew did a great job installing. Given the current shortages of materials, I found this company to be very responsive and they did high quality work.
My gate wouldn’t close because of the winter expansion so Jake came right out and fixed it. He was professional, let me know he was there and let me know when it was done. I’m very happy!

Dont waste your time with this company unless you have money you want to literally throw out the window. I built a playhouse for my daughters that I wanted to put a small railing around 2 sides of an 8x8 deck. I went to vinyl outlet for a price only on the material (not cut to size or installed) $989, but the salesperson gave me 20% off (because the house was just so cute) which brought it down to $860 a real outlet bargain. I ended up going to Lenco got the exact same railing reinforced with aluminum for $400

On 5/28/2020 we had the Vinyl Outlet install a fence in our backyard. The fence looks soo good! The fence and gates look perfectly even and the process was done with great care! The two men installing the fence (Tony and Mike) were very kind and very professional! For a twelve hour job, they were still happy in the end and did the best work you could ask for. Installed 118 of fence. Removed the old, installed the new, about four hours work for two people (original fence was two days, 6 guys!). Our yard is so much brighter now, it looks wonderful! Major props to Tyler and Elliott. Unlike pretty much every other contractor Ive ever used, these guys were professional, focused on the job, and were patient with my questions. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend.
Reached out for a quote on a Deck. They sent out a sales man James Brennan. Not sure if we caught him on a bad day but this was by far the most condescending sales man ever. We were going over prices and he was talking to me like we couldn’t afford it. 0 eye contact while he was telling us the process and just kept pushing to do it now because prices are going up every day. Willing to give the benefit of an off day but just how he talked I’m going to assume he’s not at the top of sales.

My wife and I were sitting in the yard one day and our neighbor was having a vinyl fence put up. Well we had a 5-year-old wood stockade fence that after looking at it for a while my wife said maybe we should look into that vinyl fence. Asked my neighbor who installed it and he told me Vinyl Outlet. Called Vinyl Outlet for a quote and had a salesman named Dave stop over. Dave explained a quality of the fence and how the fence was installed with the main post being over a steel post which was 5 ft in the ground. Well it was a done deal. The day of installation a truck drives up to our house two guys get out named Tony and Mike. I asked them where the rest of the crew was and Tony told me youre looking at it. These guys were fantastic. They knew exactly what each one was doing and they took down our old fence to be hauled it away and installed the new in one day all 240 plus feet. Great teamwork. Very happy with the final look and got a lot of compliments from neighbors.R Wagner

I called for a quote regarding 1 side of my backyard (already white vinyl on 1 neighbors side). I had heard they were expensive, but generally did a good job. The goofball they sent to my house does his thing, and tells me it would be just under 10k and hed throw in some nice posts or something. I said Id have to talk to my wife but that was very likely going to be too much. He legit closes his binder and goes yeah thought so. Seriously? Im not rich but I live in an upper-middle class neighborhood in a 10 year old house. Sorry I didnt want to spend 10k for 1 side of your fence buddy. Super unprofessional, just go with Iroqious for the same product for cheaper.

We had them replace a broken old railing on a side porch. For a variety of reasons, this was a tricky job. But TVO came in and quickly assessed how to overcome the issues. The installation team — led by Ralph — were great. Quick. Professional. Neat. Best of all we now have a clean and sturdy railing that we won’t have to repaint every spring.

Once they were able to get the parts vinyl outlet was timely and got my fence installed quickly. One of the guys even noticed I had a flat tire and said he would stay and change it. We did the tire, but love that they went above and beyond.
We wanted to hire a reputable company w/good communication, high level of customer service & worry-free execution. For a 8x20 porch, stairs, railings & posts we paid $22k. Price seemed high but we were assured the highest quality materials & service so we moved forward. Our biggest concern was that our garden wouldn’t be affected. We told Anthony (salesman)we’d wait until the fall if they couldn’t safely work around the flowers w/o damaging them. My wife is disabled so gardening is very difficult & causes a lot of pain which is worth it to her for gorgeous blooms all summer. Anthony used to do installs, & assured us that working around the garden would be no problem b/c the majority of the work would be from the house & on the porch. We didnt replace the skirting which would’ve required more work near the plants. Vicky came out to measure before install. We spoke about the garden again & were told they might ruin some plants “it looked like they were only bulbs so that’s no big deal.” Now that the contract was signed we’re told the opposite of what we were assured, that some damage to the garden will be unavoidable.They didn’t notify us when they came to “prep” & told us our concrete steps wouldn’t be removed due to concerns about damaging the foundation & they jackhammered them w/o asking. When asked why they were removed, we were told “the field team has to make some calls on the fly” & we’re lucky b/c they normally charge extra for that & they’d waive the charge.We spoke to the crew & reminded them to avoid stepping on any plants & were told no problem. After the crew left we saw serious damage to several plants. We were also left with materials on the lawn & no porch until work resumed the next Tues. We called to discuss the garden damage & were told it was minimal & it was the best they could do. On Tues, they finished the job, resulting in MORE damages. My wife took the time to cover up as many plants as she could to help as a visual aid so they’d watch their step & later discovered plants that had been carefully covered were trampled & covered back up. They also ripped out some annuals & threw them to the side to die.While the finished product itself is good quality, the communication, professionalism & customer care were seriously lacking. There were scuff marks & mud all over the new railings. The next day we spoke to Angelo who showed up at our house unannounced & lied about speaking to us about coming out in person (when called out, he then said he actually only left a voicemail & sent it to the wrong number) Instead of apologizing & hearing our concerns he reiterated that the job they did was “so beautiful”.He said they they would pressure wash the mess. This wasn’t offered until we complained. He boasted that they have such a big company & even have dedicated customer service to “listen” to their customers.He said that b/c they’re so big they have different crews for each part of the process & it’s difficult to make sure everyone is given the same message, even though we spoke to every single crew individually. This isn’t my problem or a justifiable excuse as to why our request was promised but then not delivered.After multiple conversations (arguments) I was ready to give up, & told them that more than anything I just wanted them to admit they made a mistake in damaging our garden and committing to a request they couldn’t fulfill & were sorry about it.They finally apologized & offered to give us a $100 gift card to help make up for some of the damage. While we appreciate the gesture, for such an expensive job & simple request, there is no way to make us feel better about the damage done. We had a deck installed and railings on front porch with additional work done there. Our salesman, Jim, was awesome. John and his deck crew did a quality job of installation on the deck. We were not totally pleased with part that had been done in the front, Vicki sent Ralph out to see what he could do. Ralph was amazing, he listened to our concerns, understood them and had a great solution and completed the finishing touches that made everything look great. Would definitely recommend them!

If I am being honest, the salesman was a little pushy and overpromised on time frames for installation. The job was completed 3 weeks after the original promise, but the reason that I am giving 4 stars is solely because of the installers. They were so friendly, professional, and quick. All in all I am so happy with my new fence!

My elderly parents needed a new privacy fence. It was just a straight 80 feet run. Tony and his 2 workers showed up in the expected time frame and quickly went to work. They were very polite to my parents and did a fabulous job. Cleaned up after themselves and were gone in less than 2 hours. Plus the fence looks great! Completed a 70 foot fence with a small gate in under three hours. Tony and his crew were excellent to work with, expedient, and produce professional results. I just had my fence put in by The Vinyl Outlet at first I was skeptical because of the reviews well my mind has been changed ! First my salesman Jim was excellent I had numerous questions and he answered everyone ease! Then the Installers Tony/ Will / Jay were outstanding!! First they did a great job on the installation of the fence and were very professional ! I am on the road for work and these guys waited for me to get home to make sure I was satisfied with the job!! It was amazing to see what they did in a day with no clean up or work for me!! This experience has led me to tell my neighbors and friends who did the work!! Over the last few weeks a family member has had a front porch put on and my neighbor is getting a fence done!! Job well done !!!
Very satisfied with overall experience. Yes, I had to wait 8 weeks due to the schedule and even then the job date was pushed back an additional day...BUT when the techs came the day of the job they went out of their way (Mike and Tony) even asked if it was ok to play music in my backyard, and fixed the way my main fence gate closes (which Guardian Fence did 5 years ago, terrible experience! and they also hit my main power into home! and did nothing to assist and denied all liability!-NICE!) anyway...Vinyl Outlet did a great job and went overboard even due to a feisty neighbor :) Thanks again, would use you again and def recommend.
Vinyl Outlets replaced a porch 3 years ago on my house, a complete tear of and rebuild was performed. The porch is over the basement and began leaking water right through the middle (very clearly from the porch). I contacted VO but they would not warranty their work. After looking into it more, Vinyl Outlets did NOT comply to NYS residential building code, no wonder the porch is leaking after less than 3 years! I cannot emphasize what others have said enough, stay away, VO is overpriced and has abysmal workmanship. They do not follow building code and will not stand behind their work when it inevitably fails.Edit: I wanted to follow up to say that per Vinyl Outlets request, in their response to this review, I contacted their customer support again on 23-April-2021. Angelo said he would like to come see the porch but would likely not be able to that day and would reach out to me soon in regards to the leaking porch. As of today (15-Jun-2021) Vinyl Outlet has made no attempt to contact me or follow up on their faulty work, since I reached out almost 2 months ago.
We had approximately 300 of fencing dismantled and new vinyl fencing and a side gate installed today. Its nice for a change in western NY where a contractor or company shows up on time and they were right in as far as their finish time.We couldnt be happier with the installation. Not only does it look incredible but its definitely stronger than the previous wooden fence.The crew that was sent to our home today was extremely professional and went over the fencing product, the maintenance, and warranty extremely well. They also took away the old fencing. I would highly recommend The Vinyl Outlet if your looking to enhance your home and property. Im looking forward to not having to fix the old wooden fence every time theres a wind storm since they pound the metal poles 5Into the ground, not to mention no more painting! They also gave us an extra 8 after we changed our minds on the location. We were also given extra slats and caps in case of future damage. They were very efficient, and knowledgeable, thanks guys, great job! Tony, Jason, and I apologize but I cant remember the third crew members name worked their tails off today and it shows!

I could not be more please with the work done thus far. Our fence went up last Friday along with the tear down of our old decking. The Foreman on the job was Will, he was very courteous and offered a lot of insight to his experiences in this business. He was quick to answer our questions and to confirm how we wanted things done. The rest of his crew consisted of Jake who was here for the fence and old deck tear down, and Chris. All 3 young men were very polite and dedicated workers.The deck and post install was started on Monday, they were working until 9 pm. If that isnt dedication and pride for your job and company you work for, I dont know what else is.Tuesday will finish our deck that we are so in love with already. We cant wait for the finished project.The Vinyl Outlet is very high on our recommendation list to all family and friends. We look forward to working with this company again.

Greg and Jonathan were the installers and when they got here we talked through the original configuration and made some slight modifications based o their recommendations and expertise and they did a great job! Tony, from Vinyl Outlet, came out today to remove an old wood fence and install a vinyl fence in my backyard. I have 2 active dogs so I needed something strong and easy to maintain. Tony and his crew did a great job. We were kept informed, he asked our opinions and they were done in just a few hours. No complaining even tho it was raining. We had a fence installed last week to keep our two big dogs in the yard. What a great experience! We called on Monday for an appointment, the salesman came out on Tuesday, they installed the fence on Thursday! Everyone we dealt with from the girls in the office to the installers were great! The installers even gave us pointers on common fence problems. We had them install double gates, the told us to bungee strap them and put cinder blocks next to them when we werent using them to protect them from wind gusts. They even gave us hints to be able to use the fence for our 7lb mini doxie. That little dog can get through anything. Great company to work with! Our fence is beautiful and our big dogs are safe. Elliott and Mark did a great job with the install. They are the best!! They care about their customers and the product that they deliver ... with quality. The fence exceeded my expectations and looks incredible. I was quite ancy because of the price being higher than I was expecting and wanted to pay, but my concerns were eased when I saw the end result.

Hello, This company did a GREAT job from the appointment with Eric for the estimate he was polite and right on time for the appointment. He explained how the installing process worked. The installer Christian Pryor who called to let me know he was at my home doing the job and left the porch all cleaned up. So when I came down my street that front porch looked awesome. I posted a review a week after they installed our fence and a few section blew down. we are having the same issue again and last time I posted a bad review they sent some lady to come and talk to be about it and all she did was corner me in my back yard and grill me about how I left a bad review and refuse to fix the problems unless I updated my review. Very unprofessional. I would never to this again and would pay double what we did so i would not have to fix it once a month.Well Since I cannot create a new post I will update this one. About 6 weeks ago when we had 80 mph winds it bent a fence post over and blew out a whole panel and snapped a few planks in half and also blew out another panel which they have Fixed 3 times now . We called and have been waiting a month now for them to come out and fixed it. I would fix it myself but I image the would void the warranty. I just wish they would come out and fix it before summer comes and goes. We have been waiting a week for them to return our phone call from out last convo.Honestly you are better off buying the materials from some place like lowes or home depot and find someone to install it. it will cost your about half of what they charge and they will actually come out when contacted. I wouldnt hire them to install my mailbox and when they actually show up and I ask why it tool them so long they say if we were another company you would be lucky if we actually show. What kinda of a response is that!!!!!!! They at the end of our street has his fence installed buy guardian who came out and fixed his fence within a week and we are still waitingthey finally came by and told us $350 because they no longer make the panels. What about the life time warranty
Had an old concrete stoop replaced with vinyl decking overlay. Added railings. Installers were on-time, professional and courteous. Completed install in less than a day. Also appreciate that they are employees rather than contractors and (I’m told) receive a decent wage and benefits.

Wow! What a difference the railing makes on the front of my house. My installer, Duane was remarkable. He knows exactly what he is doing, is precise, neat, friendly and courteous. From the minute I made the initial call, to the estimator (Jim), to the scheduler (Vickie) and installer, I have had a pleasant and professional experience. After the installation, Duane explained the warranty, how to care for the product and advised that a packet will be sent to me explaining product warranty and care.I would recommend Vinyl Outlet to anyone.
Mike and Elliot were very professional and courteous. On one of the hottest days of the summer, they wasted no time getting to work and finishing the job. They asked all of my questions as I watched them work. They made sure the yard was all cleaned up before they left. The finished product looks better than I imagined. My fence was installed in 2013. This past winter 2020 strong winds blew my gate open smashing it beyond repair. In addition to that, the support posts loosened causing my entire fence to lean. I am so appreciative of the help I received from Angelo at the office and Jake, the repair man on the scene who all by himself, reset the posts in my fence and replaced my gate. With all of the problems that have existed due to COVID-19 this year, although it took a while for the repair work to be done, when it was done the work was of the usual high-quality one would expect from vinyl outlet. I appreciate the positivity and professionalism of both of these men and would recommend them highly!

I had a outstanding experience with The Vinyl Outlet from the time I called the office and spoke with the ladies in the office who are extremely helpful and when I met with a very experienced salesman to purchase railings for my porch and choosing my Van Buren fence for the front entrance going up a walk way of my property. Two crews came out when they were suppose to on time and came to my door to let me know that they were there and ready to install. Wow! What a great job! We picked out our fence and literally had it installed days later. No mess, no mud, no interruptions. They did the enitre job within 2.5 hours! Amazing! Thank you for making our yard safe for our family and our dogs!
Installers were very nice and did a great job. They even asked my opinion on certain parts of the fencing to make sure I liked how it looked, given that I have a small rise toward the back of my yard.
We started out with only wanting our railing replaced and ended up with a whole vinal pourch. I was skeptical because it was 13,000. I didnt sleep well after signing the contract, so I call and talked with one of the owners(Vicky). She answered every question I had and reassured me that if I had any concerns to call anytime. I was amazed at how professional Greg and his crew were! They had to use a jack hammer to take the concrete stairs out and replaced them with stairs that are easier to get up and down. That was a big project, they were efficient and cleaned up their mess. The final project was done in one day. However, Greg thought that the the molding would be too busy looking so we didnt have it done. I felt that it looked plain so I called Vicky the next day and explained how I felt. She had Greg back that week to fix it, and we are thrilled not only with our porch but also with the customer service!!! Yes, it was expensive but well worth every penny!!! Today we had a beautiful new fence installed by Tony Peters, Mark and Brian. They were all very polite and professional. They cleaned up very nicely afterward and answered all of our questions. Tony asked us to check the progress several times during installation. My sons live out of state and I felt like I had them back for a day. Great job guys.
Just had a split rail fence installed by The Vinyl Outlet today and and we absolutely love it!! Tony and Joe were Professional, Knowledgeable, and respectful thru the entire install!! Tony made a point of having me check that everything was where we wanted it before each step! even in this sweltering Heat today they got my fence done in about 2 hrs! My wife and I felt so bad that we kept bringing them out bottles of Cold Water!! They cleaned up so well that you wouldnt even know they were here!I have to say from the first phone call to the last signature for the install this whole process was a breeze! Sheryl got me an appt with the salesman within a week. Jim was prompt and knowledgeable, He made sure that we got exactly what we wanted! Then they set up the install within a week of me signing the contract! From the first phone call until the install was 2 weeks!!Also besides the coupon I had for the install Jim also gave me a Veterans Discount that I was unaware of! Most places dont even ask anymore unless you bring it up! So Thank you! Were very happy with the whole process and we just love our new fence!! Thanks to all of you. All I can say is Thank you, Vinyl Outlet! I had fence and a deck done by this company in March. The crew was polite and hard working. They answered all of my questions ahead of time. My mother also had work done by this company and had the same experience 5 years ago. I am so happy I chose The Vinyl Outlet. I would recommend them to anyone!
Last year I did one side of my yard and today I did the other side. The fence is beautiful. I think vinyl outlet is the best company to use if you want a vinyl fence. They use steel posts and a better grade of vinyl than the other companies that gave me estimates. If there is any damage to the fence due to the weather they come out and fix it without a charge. They may be a little more expensive but it is well worth it. The office staff is great and the installers both this year and last year were great.

My fence blew apart after a wind storm and they were out a few days after I called.Jake came out and had everything back together. He answered all my questions and adjusted things to ensure everything was good to go.I recommend Jake and he is a value to your company. I am so very pleased with my new side porch railings. They look great and are sturdy enough for me to get up and down the steps easily with my handicaps. I didnt expect the installer, Chris, to be so prompt with the installation. After speaking to the salesman giving the original quote and mentioning an upcoming scheduled surgery they made the railing installation a priority and arrived a week earlier than planned. Thank you so much for securing the safety of our porch. I feel confident that I will be able to get up the stairs easily after my operation.

We are so happy with our new front porch railing. Our installer Christian Pryor is SUPERMAN!!! Chris worked alone for 7 hours to remove our old wooden railing, wrap our existing support beans and install our fantastic new vinyl railing & we just love the white french twist spindles we chose. Chris never stopped and kept us informed at all times.He is a true artisian, a great asset and representative to your company-professional and a wonderful personality. Worst customer service ever! I submitted my information through their contact page on their website and never got a call or email back. I showed up to their location to see if I could get an estimate. The guy was so rude and snappy! He said he couldnt help me, that this location was only the warehouse and that I had to call customer service for an estimate instead. Thats even though the website lists this location as their Sales location. How are they even in business?

The Vinyl Outlet came out and installed the deck which came out good. 2 weeks later they came out and installed the fence but didn’t finish it. As you see in the first picture that panel isn’t complete and it is now laying in the backyard. They have been called several times and they still haven’t come out to complete the job.Vicki has stated that they were coming out 2weeks ago and still no one has come out . As far as getting them to come and do repairs on their work seems to be impossible. I’m not recommending them . 9/21 UPDATE Ok here we go again , I’ve spoken to Angelo several times since 9/6 and I have also sent him photos on 9/13 of the 1-2inch gaps from the top of the fence that they did come out to repair. The panels they used were cut too short and they tried to sneak them in . Once the panels dropped/ settled the gaps appeared. The installer stated that the panels that were laying in the yard were not from their company..SMH No other company has been out there and why would they only do that small section.. The only way to get them to rectify the problem is to write a bad review. Just do the job correctly the first time.. Not twice and it still not be correct. This is just ridiculous..
Salesman was fine installers did a good job. Found a few things we would have asked them to change after the fact. The problems can the following year. Posts loosened and asked to have them fixed. We were told they would have someone call. Weeks went by we called they said someone would come out. Long story short several calls, visits and emails over several months and no repair.****Well this all started in july. Its now oct 11. We were out of town when we received a call from vinyl outlet questioning our complaint. We called when we got back in town. The person on the phone seemed to have difficulty understanding the problem and said ill call you back after the weeknd.Our problem has been fixed. Thank you Ralph and Samantha for helping us get this resolved.
I had a Vinyl Outlet fence put in about 10 years ago..I have since moved and just had another fence put in by JD Brick (Fantastic Experience!). The experience I had w Vinyl Outlet was MISERABLE. My wife and I had young kids at the time and went to the Buffalo Home Show where we were “sold” a faux wood grain vinyl fence. It was beautiful and seemingly durable...according to Vinyl outlet. About 3 months after installation. The fence was warping and developing “blisters” on it as well as fading. Vinyl Outlet came out and replaced the fence. About 3 months later, we noticed the same thing. The Vinyl Outlet was VERY VERY NonResponsive. It took me months to get the Manufacturer of the fence and Owner of Vinyl Outlet to look at the second fence, which by now was an eyesore. The owner of the Vinyl Outlet said that at that point I could have a white or Beige fence put in. I told him that I either wanted a different Manufacturer with faux Wood or my money back. He said NO!Go to their website and click on the “About Us” tab...pretty much sums up their service. DO NOT USE VINYL OUTLET.

2022-02-12The staff at The Vinyl Outlet did a great job getting my old fence replaced with a beautiful new vinyl one. They whole experience was quick, responsive and done well. From start to finish they installed over 200 feet of fence and a gate within two weeks of signing the contract. In the middle of winter, Feb 2022!!. Anthony, sales, was friendly and helpful at choosing the right style for me. Kim(I think) and Tony worked within my schedule to make an appointment to settle final measures and final sign off at the house. The installers were punctual and friendly. Robert, Austin, and Sean arrived about 9 a.m. and were out of here around 5 p.m. They were professional, courteous, and answered all my questions. Robert made sure I was informed about the whole process. They would have been done earlier had it not been for the snow shoveling(sorry guys). But Thank You, you really did a Great Job! I didnt recognize my backyard when I returned during the install. This project made me very happy with my choice to go with The Vinyl Outlet.

2022-03-14I called this company about three weeks ago looking for an estimate. I waited maybe two weeks for the estimate itself. The sales representative that came out was knowledgeable, experienced, and willing to do what he could to work with my family. He was empathetic to our situation as wed previously been scammed out of a lot of money from a contractor that never came to do the work. He helped us by discounting the labor itself. He took the time to review options, address our questions, and he ensured we were comfortable with everything. He probably asked three times before leaving if we had any questions or concerns. This company knew we couldnt afford to put a lot down considering what the prior contractor did. They offered us financing for five years and we were able to use our credit card. This was important for us considering we didnt have a lot we could put down. The salesman had his finance representative come out that night to meet in person. She went over final paperwork details with us. She was down to earth and treated us so kindly. She even gave us her phone number so we could follow up if we ever had another question. Now for the best part. Friday we signed the papers and on Monday they came and built both our front and back decks. The work itself was beautiful. It was exactly what we agreed on and discussed. The workers were kind, very efficient, and courteous. Before leaving they reviewed how to clean our deck. They let us know the vinyl was guaranteed lifetime and the work was guaranteed for five years. My previous deck was about to fall apart and this company made it happen for us.

2022-05-03They were on time. Orlando and Tyler did a great job removing our old chain link fence that was buried in the a lot of mud. Great job w installation of our new vinyl fence. It looks stunning. And I love the fact that the gates are now locked. I feel so much more secure. And I know that I wont have to worry that our dog wont be able to get under the fence. These poor guys worked their rears off straight from 9am to 7pm. Thank you!! So happy!! Highly recommended it

2021-08-17I was a bit nervous as this was a big purchase, started with Jim our sales person he could not be more down to earth and accommodating, followed by Vicky, she answered our questions promptly and was very honest about time and schedule and last but not least Elliott and his crew he showed up in rain early ready to handle more than .20 acre of removal and installation of new fence. Him and his crew took rain and then unbelievable heat and finished our beautiful fence before 4pm cleaned up before leaving. Would recommend Vinyl Outlet to anyone, we were very blessed.

2021-12-08We had Vinyl Outlet come and replace the deck over our garage. There were quite a few issues initially, but once we contacted them, Vicky was extremely helpful and made sure the job was corrected up to their standards and our expectations. What we have now is a beautiful back deck where, as soon as the snow melts, we will have many of our family dinners. This is now the third job that we have hired Vinyl Outlet for, and everything they have done is fantastic. I very strongly recommend them.

2022-02-01I had 2 items completed from them. I had a beautiful custom vinyl fence put in with a 10ft gate across my driveway. Im very happy with that. I have 6ft of privacy fencing and 4ft of fencing that transitions down one side towards the gate going across my driveway. I have beautiful solar lights across my gate beautiful black bars across the top of the gate. My fence is a crisp white and the gate is white with black details and locks. My front porch was done in grey and white to match my house. I got choice of design, color and railings. I chose spindles that have the older home charm but still looking classy and new. All the people who worked on my 2 projects made me and my husband very happy. We went with the financing option which is great for those on a budget but without feeling like something like this is out of reach. I want to thank everyone that worked on my fencing and front porch and helped us enhance the charm of our home. I want to let people know that once my 2 projects are completely paid off we will be getting them again to install a deck in the yard. 2022-05-12From beginning to end I have had nothing but amazing customer service from vinyl outlet. The sales staff was great, listened to everything we wanted and needed. installers were amazing fast and efficient. I recently had the luxury of working with Angelo as we needed to make our gate opening bigger and as an added request we asked for the gate to be taken down for us to have a pool installed. Angelo said not a problem we will do it! I had the fence taken down and put back up in a day and as luck would have it my gate was done being fabricated and could be out right up! They were so accommodating and really focused on customer service and making sure we got what we wanted! Would work with them again in a second!
