Just came out from the store. Im disgusted and frustrated. A Russian blonde girl who works out there didnt even pay attention to me, because she was too busy talking with her friend about how she spent her vacation. And when I found what I needed by myself and tried to check out, she made a face like I distracted her from very important meeting. Never coming back! Gross!!
Staff is always very helpful and friendly! My go to spot for any supplements/vitamins that I need
I dont understand what happened to this store location. I was an active customer at the king hway store. The customer service was always great but now when I walk in I cant recognize anybody working. Nobody seems to know what theyre doing and have no knowledge of the supplements that theyre selling. Very dissapointed.
The gentleman who assisted my friend and I was very rude. He accused us of breaking the seal of a product and insisted we pay for product. After showing gentleman that product did not have safety seal he became enraged. We left to avoid altercation and chose to simply write a review. The end.

I absolutely was disgusted with the people in there. I let a girl upsell me, which I knew from the time it was happening but as she suggested a product that costed way more than my originally intended purchase she allowed me to believe it could be returned for a full refund. Needless to say the very next day after trying literally one from the bottle and deciding it wasnt for me, I went to return and she said oh no u can only get store credit. Her other co workers or perhaps a boss was there so she suddenly couldnt empathize with the fact that she herself had suggested it to me the evening Right before smh. NEVER again.
Igor is the best but I have no idea who the disgusting attitude girl is. Thanks to her I will not be returning. Bad vibes in a health store is very unappetizing.
I really hated their customer service provider, was such an unpleasant experience, I recommend NEVER to deal with this store, shame on them for being nasty and arrogant. I ordered thru this exactly store some vitamins, they didnt keep their promise about delivery and when I had to take my money back, they gave me an attitude.
Made a quick stop here to pick up some vitamins (this location is a little smaller than the average vitamin shoppe).One of the employees were pretty helpful with assisting me to find what i wanted.I was able to get in and out in no time.Good store,great employees

There is a girl who claims to be a manager and it is ridiculous to work here !! Her bad attitude does not help the return of goods, saying that the system does not let back. At my insistence, another clerk helped me complete the return. That long-haired girl is simply ridiculous and stupid !!!

2022-07-29Allen and Aiza always my favorite people to shop from. I’ve been buying supplements and proteins, aminos, pre workout products for last 7 years at different locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn, depending where I was working. It’s nice that they listen to what I say and recommend me products with consideration of my previous experience. It’s also nice to see the same faces for the last two years that I shop at this location. Retail can be cruel and I always appreciate people who work in a such a setting, especially in our neighborhood.BTW the taste of of passion fruit is heaven from EHP Labs OxyShred.

2020-10-04I love the Vitamin Shoppe, but this branch in Kings Highway is absolutely horrible. The guy who gave me customer service was so unprofessional and arrogant. The way he spoke with me was very condescending and he was no help at all. He had no knowledge; he wasnt able to answer any of my questions.At the end, I bought something and when I left the store and opened the bag, I saw that he put a totally different, cheaper, item. When I came back to tell him that, he simply gave me my product and didnt even apologize or say a word. So rude.*By the way, when I asked him whos the manager he said he is the manager lol. Great reputation to the business!What is the difference between the store and online? When we go to the store, we expect customer service and high level of knowledge about products. In this store, no knowledge and no service. Do yourself a favor and go to another location/online.

2020-09-16Ive been coming to this store for 2 years now, because it is in a good location, close to the train and my gym, and there used to be a ukrainian girl with brown hair who always helped me out. I only liked coming into the store when she was working bcuz she always knew the products and what i was looking for. Recently ive been coming in and I havent seen her which ruined my shopping experience bcuz everytime i walk in, there are multiple people trying to sell me unnecessary products with false promises, especially the owner. It seems to me like they just want to take my money, and they dont really know or care about anything else. I really wanted to shop here but it seems like i will be taking my busisness back to ceasers bay location. shameful

2020-02-26Really good service every time.You are assisted as soon as you have walked in unless they are busy helping other customers.Igor, the manager, is very knowledgeable and has provided an expert description of each product during every visit. He will tell you how exactly the product works and give you comprehensive picture which really has helped in pursuit of achieving better health.Also, I trust Vitamin Shoppe supplements due to their quality control.Products tend to be fresh and authentic too which is questionable factor when it comes to ordering from Amazon.

2020-06-25I visit this store very often during the 5 years and during this period I dont remember even one case, when I was not satisfied and happy with staff, who are very professionals and have high quality of customer service skills. His name is Igor and I remembered him specially, because he could provide good explanation of every product. He is real professional with cultural personality, which is very unusual today

2018-12-10After not stepping foot in the shop for more than 8 months, I went in to ask about a product. Enter Igor, a loving and caring person who gave me something better. The only reason I will go to thr store is because of Igor. I had not been back there because there was a guy who used to be so rude. I do not know if he works there still but for all of us who love Igor, just call ahead. I know I will. He is very knowledgeable and respectful. Plus his name is Igor after one of my favorite Russian composers.
