Huey and Grace were absolutely amazing from start to finish! I ended up buying a wedding dress from a different store but it was a size bigger than my size. They altered it perfectly and made me try it on several times to tweak little details. I feel absolutely beautiful in the dress and it was there alterations that did that. I highly recommend this boutique!
My wife, groomsmen and I all went to the Vow Bridal Couture. Hui and Grace provided amazing service. Although I didnt work with Grace directly, she helped my wife look flawless on the day of our wedding. My wife spoke highly of Hui and Grace throughout the entire planning process. My groomsmen and I worked with Hui to develop the style for our tuxedos. He provided great advice and went above and beyond to ensure our tuxedos fit exactly how we wanted. We all couldnt be happier with our looks and experience at the Vow.
I was looking for the perfect dress and this is the place where I found it. They offered the greatest service. I felt welcomed every time I went back to the boutique for alterations and they were very patient with my preferences and what I wanted. Thanks to their attention to detail and expertise, my wedding dress was a dream come true. I highly recommend taking a trip to this place even if its a bit far. Its worth it ! They are very professional and also has family/welcoming feel (not to mention beautiful shop). After they married us my whole family still continue to go to Vow for our hair cuts, color, asian straight hair treatments. They have great dresses thats affordable (compare to the quality). Big hint for you if you are getting ready to get married!!!! Just remember great service, perfection, dealing with your crazy family doesnt come with cheap package. Just know the price me cool(?) (I did my research). In my case, loved the dress and what they can offer but pay 100% of their fees and said please make me look beautifulThank you Vow♡

I went into this store with out an appointment since im a new bride to be with my mom, brother, maid of honor and my sister who is one of my bridesmaid and immediately the guy there offer to make an effort to give me an appointment to come back @ 3pm. he was very friendly and cooperative with us an was very helpful to us. he was very patient with me even though i couldnt make up my mind about which dress i wanted. he made sure also i had the help i needed to get dress and that i found exactly what i needed. i ended up leaving the store with great satisfaction about the dress choice i made and i didnt feel pressured at all into buying my dress he had great patience. i bought my beautiful dress and i have to return in 3 weeks to try it on again and he offered to do my hair to see what it will look like in the dress with all my accessories and stuff. i cant wait to go back here again. i would definitely recommend going here and their service is amazing and they dont rush you even if they have a next appointment coming in after you.
I wish I can give this review 10 stars. This is a one stop shop for all of your wedding planning needs. Huey is a jack of all trades - he goes above and beyond every step of the way. I love this store! The owner of the store is so pleasant and so informative. Jenna assisted me in trying on dresses and was so helpful and gentle. They only assist one bride at a time in their store so you truly get 1:1 attention. The store is beautiful and clean as well. Although I was unable to find a dress there, I would highly recommend this store. Thank you for such a wonderful experience Vow!

I did my hair last week. ask for c curl at the end, my hair puff up like dog with out curl. woman who did my hair gives attitude. She treated like so bad, I cried. Do not go there!!!!! I wish I can give theme 0 star!!

There are many different designs of dresses and tuxedos, so you can choose your favorite outfit. The boss is very kind, and he proceeds professionally.
Anyone will have a hard time getting ready for a wedding, its a place where you can get rid of that mind. It was the best to be proud of as the best in New York.

2022-03-01Just WOW. I honestly cant thank Grace and Huey enough! I visited three bridal stores in the Long Island area before coming to the Vow. The hospitality, treatment, and versatility of dresses that I received at the Vow was far more superior than all three previous stores. Huey and Graces warm inviting smile never gets old. They truly listen in terms of what you are looking for and also seek different options that you might not have thought you wanted until you try it on (and love it, like I did!). I cant thank them enough for making my day so special and taking meticulous time in altering my gown to fit like a glove. Dont hesitate and go to them, you wont regret it!

2021-03-23Oh how I wish I could give The Vow 10 million stars. I went to The Vow after seeing a Bolero I loved years ago, knowing my friend purchased it from the Vow with Huey and Grace. Little did know I was entering the most genuine, humble, realistic, creative, and helpful place with Huey and Grace.Huey went above and beyond making sure each detail of the Bolero and Veil I purchased were perfect. He made sure the Bolero fit exactly to my body, was covering parts of my body I didn’t want revealed, and snug in just the right areas. When I was uncertain, uncomfortable, or worried, he provided the best solutions that I never even knew were possible. His attention to detail is immaculate.Grace was supporting me at a time I was uncertain about my dress, which I regret purchasing from a vendor other than The Vow. She addressed all my concerns and offered multiple creative suggestions to make me feel more comfortable.Throughout the most special day of my life, I thought back to my experience at the Vow and how truly loved Huie and Grace made me feel. I would recommend The Vow to all my friends, family, and loved ones as they provided me with the highest quality service and overall greatest experience.

2018-08-20This place is truly one of a kind. Before going to The Vow Bridal Couture, I had visited three other places to try on wedding dresses. Not only did I not fall in love with any dresses at these other stores, but I usually felt lost, overwhelmed and rushed. From the moment I walked into The Vow Bridal Couture, and was warmly greeted by Huey and his wife, Grace, I knew it would be a completely different experience. Needless to say, I did find my dress here, and each time I visited the store for fittings I was treated like a princess. They always offered me and my guests something to drink, and they always gave me their full attention for as long as I needed it. I felt like I was their only client. They altered my dress to perfection and helped me take photos and video whenever I needed to. They allowed me to come in as many times as I wanted to try the dress on, try it with accessories, and try it on to show people. They also refused to accept final payment on the dress until I was 100% happy with the final product (which of course I was). All of the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They take pride in their work and they really do care about making you feel and look your very best.

When it came to planning mine, I knew I had no where else to look outside of Huey and Grace who had worked their magic with my friends weddings. From day one when I came newly engaged, Huey and Grace were enthusiastic in helping me find my dream wedding dress, getting ALL the details right down to what I envisioned, and brought everything I had thought of to life. We did my dress, the wedding partys hair & makeup, groom and groomsmen tuxes, flowers and videographer with The Vow and I wouldnt have had it any other way. Huey is so knowledgeable with the wedding industry and even when we had to postpone our wedding because of the pandemic, was quick to reach out and ask how he can assist at all with re-planning certain aspects of the wedding. Thank you so much The Vow for being our lifesavers on our wedding day!

2021-06-27Huey and Grace were so amazing! I walked in with less then four weeks to have a wedding dress and they made it possible. In fact we had it all done and a gown in my hands within three weeks. Their excellent work showed through everything they did. I will forever in their debt for their help and caring.

2019-09-09The service that my husband and I received from Hui and Grace of The Vow Bridal Couture for our wedding was outstanding from start to finish. From the first day I visited their salon in search for my wedding dress, I knew that I was in great hands and that this was the place where I would find my dress. To my surprise, the dress I chose was not the vision I initially had in mind but one that Grace, who has an extremely good eye, kindly suggested I try on. When she and Hui first pulled the dress out, I honestly didn’t think that it would be the one but as soon as I tried it on, I knew that it was. It felt and looked as though it was made perfectly for me. The service that they provided from that day forward surpassed my expectations and also that of my husband’s who I referred to The Vow shortly after deciding on my dress. Hui and Grace are very warm and welcoming and go above and beyond to make sure all of your needs are met. Not only did they help me find my dress but they also guided me in figuring out my hairstyle and accessories. Their passion and expertise is quite evident in all that they do. I am so thankful to have been referred to The Vow for my wedding and highly recommend them to all bride and grooms to be!

2016-03-30This is such an amazing bridal store! I came in with an appointment to try on bridal dresses after driving by the store and it was a match made in heaven. I was helped by Huey and Grace. After explaining to them the style of dress I was looking for after trying on a lot at other places, the first dress they had me try was the one. They were so sweet and they know a lot about dresses and what goes well with the dress. The store is immaculate clean. They were not pushy at all, they were easy going and very courteous to have me come back for my follow-ups. I asked to try on bridesmaid dresses and veils as well. I would call them to book an appointment. The dress was delivered on time. It was an all around excellent experience. Thank you Huey and Grace!!!

2020-01-27Huey, Grace, and their team are the best of the best. Once you decide to have your wedding with them they communicate with you so well to make sure everything is perfect. I rented my dresses and had our video, hair, and makeup with them but they can pretty much run the entire show with their services if that’s what you choose, and if I had known about them sooner I would absolutely go back and let them take the wheel! We live out of state so I was rushed and stressed for most of our appointments but they never made me feel pressured, even on a short timeline. I was lucky enough to have them both there on the day of the wedding and it felt like I had the secret service taking care of all my details. They really build and earn your trust on this very expensive and important endeavor and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family when their special day comes!
