Love the Watermark. The entire staff is absolutely top notch -- from the aides that help my mom to the front desk to the driver to the wellness folks to the resident relations and more... and I can finally rest easy knowing that my mom is in such terrific hands. Plus even though she is in assisted living, it feels like a high-amenity NYC apartment with incredible restaurants on site -- there is zero institutional or group care feeling to it. I love all the activities as well -- my mom is more active than she has been in years, because the entertainment director is fabulous and the residents are all incredibly welcoming. Shes constantly asking me to come at different times because she is off to the theater, the Met, or the botanical gardens. Best of all, its very welcoming of my kids so theyre excited to go see Gramma (doesnt hurt that there is a pool!) Truly a one-of-a-kind place.

Recently toured The Watermark in Brooklyn Heights that has been beautifully renovated into a well-appointed senior living community. The gracious lobby and grand hallway to the main dining room brings this building back to its glory days. The amenities along with the rooftop terrace skyline views of Manhattan are wonderful. This is a community I can recommend to my clients.

The Watermark at Brooklyn Heights is a beautiful facility that any of my loves ones would be lucky to spend their lives at. From the beautiful accommodations to the amazing rooftop view, combined with the plentiful amount of activities and awesome amenities, I would HIGHLY recommend this facility to any family or friends. Once you step in to The Watermark, you wont want to leave.

This building is absolutely stunning, the roof deck has the best views anywhere in Brooklyn, and the associates are very friendly. The tour includes common spaces like a hair salon, gym, pool, art gallery, painting studio, greenhouse, bistro, coffee shop and cocktail bar.... all under one roof! They are extremely concerned with the health and well being of everyone that enters, so masks are mandatory and sanitizing stations are placed throughout. I fully intend to tell clients about this special place.

I am a professional in the senior care industry and I have visited and worked with many Assisted livings in the tri-state area.That being said, this new property of Watermark Communities is one of a kind!!! The building has so much history and combined with the new renovations, it is a place like no other. The location is also one that people dream of living in!! The views of Manhattan skyline are unbelievable.The staff at this community is across the board professional, caring and extremely knowledgeable of all care levels and needs that their clients have.I highly recommend this location if anyone is considering Assisted Living, Independent Living or Memory care for themselves or loved one.

The residence is remarkable and overlooks the East River in Brooklyn Heights. Lots of facilities and activities to keep folks busy. The common areas and rooms are clean and spacious and staff is attentive. Top notch management will ensure services continue to improve.

The Watermark is a beautiful new senior facility located in historic Brooklyn Heights. I have been meeting with both staff and administrators who are available, engaging and attuned to the needs of seniors and their families. I look forward to visiting clients with my support dog, Charlie and working with the Watermark Gail Winter

I finally got to tour the Watermark yesterday and meet the staff. The decor is gorgeous and also warm and inviting. The location is incredible (as are the views!). But the key ingredient is the staff. I will absolutely recommend the Watermark to clients because I know the staff will take excellent care of them.

The staff at the community have been excellent as well as the food. The chef was Devine and dining room manager Lloyd provided an amazing experience. The membership director Michael and move in coordinator Kumar were very supportive. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The decor is understated and elegant. Highly recommended community.
