The Westchester in other cities:
So let me start by saying that I do understand that sometimes things happen. But today at the Westchester the fire alarm went off with a deafening sound. There were no announcements as to what was wrong or if we should be concerned. But we did decide to leave and were unable to complete our shopping trip. We knew there was a $3 charge for parking but under the circumstances at the exit, we asked if we could go through without paying since we were not able to finish shopping. The voice at the other side of the intercom said absolutely not. So, I absolutely will not be returning here as there are other luxury malls we can shop at as we do have a car! Sometimes customer service should be considered over the mighty dollar!
Nice mall! Famous brands and not crowded:)food court is so big that you can pick up your food and go sit in an area of your choice (outdoor terrace, next to the chimney, watch a disney show on tv....) so many choices. However, it would be great if there was more choices in terms of restaurants.
It is a huge mall that is constantly expanding and changing. It is better to go on a weekday because it is so much less crowded than on the weekends. It seems like they have something there for everyone. They are currently adding some new places to eat in there food shop and it seems like they are upgrading it to make it nicer. Great mall to go to and shop at with tons of luxury and regular brands.
I suppose this could serve as the model for the next step in the evolutionary process of the American shopping mall. Very upscale with a next generation type food court, only they call it a food hall, and it has a name: Savor. Instead of Sbarro and Master Wok, they have Mighty Quinns and Tomato and Company. The decor of the food hall is more that of a hotel lobby than a shopping mall. The contrast in target demographics between this place and the nearby Galleria is staggering. No criticism intended; simply an interesting observation by a mall buff.
The Westchester is Amazing and wonderful place to shop. However, something crazy happened, while my family and I are in the parking lot trying to pay our ticket the lights went out. Not just were we were but the all over?? I was so grateful I wasnt alone and how crazy and unsafe is that!
Mad Donuts just opened a new storefront inside The Westchester mall. It’s fantastic, just the right size and location to pop in for a coffee & donut as you’re shopping. These aren’t your typical donut either. They’re big, doughy, and gooey depending what you get! The “regulars” include the likes of vanilla-bean glazed or peanut butter & jelly while the “seasonal” right now includes an amazing Caramel Apple Cider donut. While it’s not in the food court area, the inside is nice and cozy with a good amount of seating. Oh, and they’re serving local CoffeeLabs coffee, which is just a hop, skip, and jump away in Tarrytown, NY. Totally worth a visit if you find yourself in the mall!
I like this mall because it is close to home. It is always clean, they have what I need and my son always get entertained by something there.Today we met a robot. She was very smart, entertaining and wished I could bring her homeApple Store was able to fix my computer. Then we had pizza and chicken which was delicious. Then it was ice cream.Overall a good day
My son came to visit and I have never been to this mall and he wanted to go so we went. It is very clean has a three horse in water in the one area that was amazing to look at with water coming up under there huffs like they are running in a stream and water splashing up. Just that alone made going there nice for me, the stores there are very well placed and is a nice ball to walk around and shop at you will not be disappointed. They have every store you could want and for the most part everyone in the stores know what customer service is and have great customer service. For me that is the biggest thing on any review I do is customer service.
This is a fairly upscale Mall located conveniently off the exit to White Plains, NY and has mostly luxury brand stores. There are some affordable stores also but overall it caters to a certain crowd. It is very accessible from the highway and has affordable garage parking. Their food court also has some delicious and tasty food options, along with the standard food you would see in many other Malls. It is very clean inside and is an aesthetically attractive Mall. Do not expect to find any Bargain Stores and thats exactly how this Simon-owned [The Westchester] Mall wants it! 😉
This weekend I was surprised by the amazing gesture by Cassandra held designs of gifting amazingly beautiful bouquets made in the spot to educators on site. Her artistry and generosity towards others were striking. Thanks for allowing her to shower us with care and appreciation. That is why I will continue to shop there.Accessible, safe, clean, lots of great store chains . Saddened that many have closed. Would like more choices to eat.
Parking is a nightmare there, all I wanted was a nice shirt. The best thing about going inside is the interactive mall map because it uses the digital compass in your devices and you get the point in the right direction. I hope the quality materials shortage at brooks brothers ends soon.
Nordstrom Cafe is one of my favorite place to eat in any mall. We sister and I had their to die for tomatoe soup with 1 slice of their seasoned bread and we shared a turkey sandwich with the best fresh salad. The salad was made with mixed greens, red onions, dried cranberries drizzled with a champagne dressing.
Clean, higher end mall w/ brands including LV and Tiffany. Food court has limited options but it was very clean and offers Shake Shack and Melt Shop, which are both delicious IMO. I’m taking a star off because parking was confusing—had labels like green, blue, orange, etc. which weren’t easy to follow.
While the mall itself is beautiful with plenty of options for shopping, the elevators here are very poorly maintained. Multiple elevators were out of service when I visited and this includes the most run down freight elevators I have ever seen. One of the freight elevators had even crashed into the pit while the motor of another elevator kept cutting out. The company that owns this mall, Simon, is known to not take proper care of their elevators. I was told by a mechanic that they refuse to shut down the elevators during the day and that they also refuse to pay overtime to fix them after hours.
Very high end very expensive. Good place for holiday shopping. Clean and relatively secure they have security on every floor. The pf changs here is a good place to eat if you spend the day shopping here but make sure you bring your credit card or prepare to rap your savings account. Or just be rich that works too. 🤑
There is nothing I can complain about here. I went into Soma for some lingerie & Alison helped me out. She was THE BEST! OMG she was cute, friendly, FUN & fast. She made my experience perfect. Everything at the mall was clean & comfortable. I had the best time. I walked away with a weeks worth of new lingerie. This lady had a great mothers day!
The 4 star rating is mostly based on past memories of a Luxury Mall pre-Covid and Amazon.Granted many big names still have a presence there, but empty stores and the quality of the general mix has faded its past glory.Simon knows shopping centers and hopefully they have a trick or two up their sleeve to revitalize this beautiful space.
We used to spend most of our shopping days at the Westchester until the pandemic sharply changed our lives. We recently returned to the mall which has great safety measures in place snd while many stores did not survive the pandemic, many more are relocating to the mall. I felt very safe shopping here snd encourage folks to return!
Overpriced but nice. Two stars off for charging for parking and limited parking validation - if you spend $15 at the food court between 1 and 2PM, you get free parking via the concierge desk. However, on the weekends the concierge desk is closed, but it says go to the management office. On the weekend, the management desk is closed, so it says go to the first retail level help desk, but none exists.
Made a stop at Nordstrom. As usual, I had a pleasant experience. Great customer service, great sale items, and so many options. I purchase these babies at a discounted price(of course) for my sister(15) and she loved them. Thank you Nordstrom team for making my visit with you, special
It’s pretty much impossible to enter or exit this mall on foot. The parking lot is huge but good luck finding a way out onto the street. It’s like some dystopian nightmare, every exit sign just leads you deeper into the abyss of metal and White Plains’ incorrigible drivers. It there’s free charging for Tesla owners, so that’s something.
Very attractive mall from the inside, a good ensemble of stores to find whatever you need, easy to get around (there are touchscreen kiosks to help you find where you need to go). The parking lot is a little annoying to find your way back the way you came in. Nice employees. Good place to buy nice clothes!
This mall is now a ghost town, so many of the stores have closed down, not the same place it used to be. Be sure to call in advance to check store hours for a particular store since some of the stores have reduced hours. Some of the entrances from parking lot have been closed as well. Definitely need to check beforehand to see if a store is still open before heading out to The Westchester.
The Westchester is an exceptional, indoor mall. Its always pristine; and the retailers are second to none. The atmosphere is elegant and very pleasant, to be sure. The floors are solid; which keeps the traversing noise down to a museum-like level. Even though the food court has far fewer offerings than most, its well kept and is quite nicely designed. To boot, it flaunts a wonderful fountain, with marvelous equestrian statues as its centerpiece of attraction.Parking is more than ample; and, the cost is reasonable. This review was written to be helpful to you, the patron/consumer; and, to also bring relevant information to the attention of the business in focus. A huge indoor shopping mall. It was immaculately clean for a shopping centre. The washrooms are luxurious. The centre was mostly empty which was strange. Good range of stores. Only a small eatery but great selection of food cuisines, one place serves wine and beer too which was a surprise and a nice option.
This place is absolutely beautiful. Very good store selection. Nice food court area. I wish there were more option however. I would definitely return here. Highly recommend coming here, worth the trip and time. Keep in mind, a lot of the stuff in the stores aren’t on sale so bring a decent amount of money if you are looking to spend.
Great place to just wander when you have too much free time on a Sunday and just dont want to adult.Feels good to go in there not in a mad rush, pursue, and maybe... Just maybe. You find something that is actually worth schlepping home.Feels really good.I do this with a cousin, about once a month.Clean restrooms, tight security, friendly store staff and SO MANY options!Food court is all the way upstairs.I dont think they validate parking, so just leave the ticket in the car.
I love this mall. It’s always clean, security staff is abundantly happy to give directions and there are stores of various prices and styles.I especially love the food court with lots of healthy options as well as beautiful fireside or outdoor seating options. The kids area and breastfeeding area is also a big bonus for Moms. It’s really stroller accessible as well, except there’s one spot where there’s an elevator that you still have to go down a few stairs to get to the landing. But people are friendly there and I’ve always been lucky to get help without asking.I’m giving it 5 stars because it is a great mall, but I really wish they would get a Zara and I can’t believe there isn’t a toy store! With so many families always shopping there, a store to get quality toys would be amazing.
Great mall if you have plenty of spare dollars, all high end designers shops.Unfortunately most of the stores are out of my price range due to me being a tourist.Overall its a good up scale mall with an excellent food court. Was very busy the day we where there but its good to see people shopping in shops instead of the Internet.
This is my default place to go when I want to shop for clothing, gifts, household furniture or just to browse. It’s clean, attractive and secure - even when my children were little, I felt comfortable letting them browse on their own for 20 minutes (upper elementary ages) and then meeting them at an arranged place and time. I’m going there today - for the first time since lockdown began - and am looking forward to it!
Usually seems to be an issue with the ticket machines and parking pay machines. Last time I went I had to back to to a different stall to get to machine that worked so I could get a ticket. Today, I saw someone stuck at the same one. Also today, when paying it wouldnt accept any form of payment. The help button people said to pay when exiting, luckly the gate was open. Last time I checked, seems the parking system at the Galeria is more reliable and easy.
Nice mall with an assortment of retailers including some very high end brands. Convenient access to I-287 and has a large parking garage (which you pay for) which is especially great during inclement weather.Things to note: 1) newcomers get confused in the elevator because retail levels are also parking levels, so to get to the stores look for R (retail) next to the P1, P2 buttons, and 2) pay for your parking (with your stub along with cash or a cc) at the elevator area BEFORE you return to your car.
Nicest mall in the area for sure. Have all top brands represented there. Well lit up but kind of cramped parking structure on either wing of the mall. Have a solid mall food court on top level. Definitely can kill an afternoon there if you have the money to spend, but also plenty of stores with nice enough stuff to simply browse if not flush with cash. If I had to pick area malls to go to, this would be my first choice for the higher end stores, nice atmosphere & clean, welcoming environment.
Upscale mall w/ higher-end stores. Gorgeous new food court with an upscale feel, great selection of stores etc. One big downside - they did away with courtesy time in the garage. So, if you want to pick up take out or pick someone up, you have to pay regardless if its 30 seconds or 10 minutes - $3 minimum charge seems excessive to me if Im not shopping or actually going into the mall.
I found this mall by mistake. When i went in wow... the amount of stores this place has is crazy. Its an elegant mall that is beautiful. I loved exploring this mall. A lot of parking in this mall. And the food!! They have a juice generation at this mall!!!! And so many vegan options!! Definitely come to this mall if you are a vegan. You will not be disappointed wit the food options.
Very modern and new mall, with some unique stores. Small and limited food court. A nice playroom for young children next to the food court. Parking is plentiful but can be confusing with the different elevators into different parts of the mall. Great restaurant in PF Chang located on a parking lot floor.
Unbelievable poor service from the Gucci Store Westchester Mall tonight. My daughter called ahead of time to check store closing hours. She had purchased an item for her vacation and needed to switch out the size. They decided to close 50 minutes early since the store was quiet and they were moving to the upstairs location the following day. The store was still open but the manager refused to assist and to switch out the size as the register was closed. She pleaded with them as she was leaving for vacation the next day and needed the shoes for a wedding. Even after contacting Corporate no one was willing to help with the exchange. The best they could offer her after spending over $1000 in the store was to extend the 14 day return policy since she was on vacation. Gucci you are a joke!!! How can you treat customers who spend so much hard earned money with you in this way!! Ive had better customer service in Target!!! #boycottgucci
This is an upmarket mall with almost all high street shops like Gucci, Salvatore, LV etc. There are a lot of other stores and eating places. The mall itself is very beautiful from inside. Massive parking, many entrances and exits. And yes, it houses a large APPLE store.
Almost dead in the Corona December of 2020. More security staff than customers. One would think that this prompts shop staff to be friendly or at least trying to lure customers in. Fat chance. The mood is rock bottom, which befits a place like the run-down White Plains Mall but does not befit The Westchester.
Good selection of stores and the food court now pricey, has quality food options. The parking garage has always been an issue with this mall and is reason enough to avoid it. Overpriced, always a line, and service is poor. Just the other day I pulled into the mall to realize only one store was currently opened immediately went to leave and I had to pay the rate of 3 hours parking!
Light! And clean! A joy to walk around and window shop. The new food court is excellent and has incredibly creative work/lounge spaces but is a bit high end. This mall only loses a point for kids/teens. Other than the coffee place, the pretzel place and the Apple store, theres not much for kids to do.
Expansive mall with wide selection of retailers (unsure about the food court as I havent been to that part). Interactive digital directories simplify navigation . Easy access from parking deck to mall. The major downside is that the deck can be tight and extremely crowded at times. This can extend your time there considerably (30 mins).
This mall has horrendous accessibility for people in wheelchairs or strollers. I was there today with my sister and infant neice. At every moment where we had to change floors, from the moment we tried to enter the mall to the moment we left, we kept hitting barriers - escalators but no elevators, wheelchair lifts that were out of order, elevators took literally 10 minutes, it was ridiculous. Thank God there were two of us and we were able bodied. This mall had serious work to do.
The Westchester Mall has upscale boutiques plus well know names like Tesla, Gucci, Under Armor, Apple, Urban Outfitters and plenty more. Nordstrom is the anchor department store and I love it, even though pricey. A comfortable place with high celings, tile and carpeted floors, plenty of parking, multiple elevator locations and a fountain too.
Have to really give Simon credit for the extensive renovations that were recently completed. All the doors are now automatic sliders, versus the old manual push / pull. Carpeting makes the place much quieter.Food court overhaul has great potential as they are trying to essentially get a collection of gourmet food trucks as vendors. Seating area is like a large hotel lobby of sorts. Very well done. They are apparently starting to get desperate for vendors as 16 Handles is supposed to be coming soon.Wish there was a little more diversity / uniqueness in the selection of stores as its a pretty typical mix of what one finds in an upscale mall.Would love to see the parking be run by the city. Would stop by more often if it cost less just to browse around.
The stores are pretty upscale but they have moderately priced clothing stores as well. The mall in general is a beautiful mall and the food court is subpar mostly due to the fact that while visiting the Westchester with children, there arent many restaurants that they enjoy. Good food just a little pricey with no great fast food like most malls but otherwise amazing place!
Best way to go shopping at The Westchester is to go there knowing what you want. Stores are very bougie. Never the best selection of merchandise is most of the stores. Only reason I gave it 3 stars is because I love the new redesigned food court. The food options arent just Chinese and fast food!
Still really expensive and a $3 minimum for parking (maximum of $9 if you dont lose your ticket). They added more fun stores such as under armour and Nike and Reebok. The new food court (savory) looks promising and theres a cool little kid play area on the top floor!
FEEL RICH FOR A DAY. The Westchester is one of the most glamorous places to shop in the United States. Ive been to many of them across the country. You feel like youre in the setting of the Roman days but its filled with shops and eateries of today. There is an easy place to park or you can valet park. It could take up to a 1/2 A-day to fully enjoy spending your money at the Westchester. It is splendid and certainly upscale and youre going to spend a lot of money if you shop year. There are no bargains. This place is for the rich. It is worth the experience just to browse if thats what youre up for. Enjoy your time at the Westchester. If you want simply to dream and feel good, then simply stroll the isles. Simply perfect. Worth the parking. What a palace!
There have been some great additions to this mall. The food court is excellent and there is a nice tech area with a huge screen tv and hook ups for all your tech devices. There is also a very nice free STEAM play area for the kids. It is nice to have an Apple Store here and I really like that there is a North Face right across the hall too. Overall, this mall is pretty good. There are a lot of very high end stores and a few basic stores for the rest of us. If you are into high end expensive products this is the mall for you, if not it still may provide you with some reason to come here every once in a while. It is very convenient and easy to get to directly across from the exit from route 287.
Great mall with a great variety of stores. I loved the new food court area. It has free filtered water flat or with gas. Great outside area and tons of comfortable sitting. The choices of food are different and tasty. Only bad thing the parking lot is poorly designed and expensive to park. Very few stores validate parking.
This place is gorgeous. Its very clean. High end shops are here. Tesla, Tiffanys, etc. There is a new food court thats got a very good selection. There is a kids play space. Parking can be frustrating on weekends. Try to go down instead of up...it helps to get a spot.
The westchester mall is a great place to go of you want to see particular items showcased by a particular retailer, however it is perhaps the worst place in the county to strike a bargain.Parking: Parking is not free, and spaces are extremely tight. It can be cumbersome to find a space around the Christmas season, or on certain weekends.Stores: Compaired to most malls, the retailers here tend to be more luxurious (and expensive). While most stores do an excellent job of updating displays and keeping up a nice appearance, the overall selection of affordable goods is next to zero.Food: Simon Malls got rid of the typical mall food court in exchange for a small handful of gourmet cooked to order storefronts. Their incredible expensive, although to be honest the quality of the food is excellent.Facilities: Bathrooms not always up to par as far as maintenance and stocking are concerned. On a few occassions I have noticed the Mens room becoming a hangout, so better policing of the facility is clearly necessary.
Great decor, medium to high priced stores, luxury goods, and fast casual food; most of which is extremely overpriced. The mall supports its luxury image with the smell of fragrance throughout the mall, fountains with sculptures, and clean bathrooms/walkways. However, unless you are coming purely for window shopping, most of the stores make you pay for these luxuries. Many products offered are priced at a premium. Sometimes a quick Google search for the item you want to be will result in finding a much cheaper option online.
Its large. A decent selection of various retail shops for men. Women and Kids, accessories, a few special interest and grooming spots etc.and a food court and 2 major high end anchor stores; Neiman Marus and Nordstroms. Many of the other stores are also high end and therefore pricey hence 4 stars. But there are plenty of stores that are more reasonably priced as well. I guess its relative to your spending habits. :)
The mall has a nice ambience. But this is definitely a more upscale place. Most of these stores are very expensive. The new food court is nice, but a bit pricey. The food is good though. Theres a Lego store and a play area for kids. Newbury Comics is opening up a store in a few weeks.
An amazing place to be. I love all the graphic t-shirts that they have. They have star wars socks which look great. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They have a large selection of t-shirts on if you happen to be on a budget. In addition if CDs are your thing they have those. They even sell toys. I felt like a kid again and I lived it .
A rival to the Galleria Mall which is just down the road this mall has always been considered a higher-end version of the Galleria Mall I would say that not only the stores are higher quality but that the food court is also a higher caliber. Parking is also done by valet at the Westchester or by yourself which is in a easier manner than the Galleria Mall
Has soon great stores which have great quality products and great staff. The food court is pricy and some items can taste weird but overall are worth the price. Would recommend the smoothie place. Some stores are unreasonably expensive for products that can be found in less expensive stores in the area. Newbury Comics is the best store in the mall and I buy something everytime I go.
Very nice, super clean, and high end type mall “aka” expensive. Think Manhattan prices, with Westchester convenience. It’s a great one stop shop place. You can go to a doctors appointment, hit the gym, get your iPhone fixed, catch a movie, drink a beer, and go flying all with the same parking spot. Christmas time is awesome for the kids here.
I just cant love a mall. But Westchester has good stores , spacious inside , parking much less so at peak times. Wish they had folks that kept things going smoothly in the lots when it was very busy as it is cramped and people just dont know how to act. Much different experience early in the day or weekdays.
A beautiful and bright sunlit Mall with high end stores and good dining options. The parking is quite expensive. The layout of the mall is somewhat confusing compared to other malls. Finding your car afterwards is difficult, heres a tip take a picture of the number and letter and floor posted near your car, and be sure to notice the store or landmark when you first set foot in the mall to help you find your way back to your car.
Very big. Upscale stores where you can easily spend thousands of dollars in just one store. Yes, really. You wont find discounts here. Parking garage is annoying and I always get lost - if I park in a section different than my usual section, I have no idea where I will end up and I have no idea how to get back, so damn confusing and I have been going here for years. Also, I think it is $3 for 1 to 3 hours but after that parking gets ridiculous expensive so I try not to stay longer even though I would love to spend alot more time.
I just love going here, they have a great selection of stores to choose from and its got a nice ambience. I miss their food court so hopefully this new one will be good. I hate that you have to pay even if youre literally in the for 5 minutes... They should have a 15 minute minimum like whole foods before u have to pay!
Ive been coming here for 15 years. The recent upgrade of the food court is awesome! They have some great luxury stores here including Louis Vuitton, Gucci, torneau and Burberry. Layout is easy to get around and it only cost $3 to park in their garage (during the week at least).
A beautiful space with beautiful, high end stores. Needs an injection of imagination to draw the crowds back.1 bright spot that has been added is the new Savour Food Court. Gone is the old, run of the mill look and offerings the old food court had. The new space is open, airy and inviting. A place to eat with friends or coworkers, a place to watch the game on a huge screen and a place for the little ones to play. Plus in are the upgraded, upscale fast food vendors like the healthy menu at The Little Beet, the BBQ at Mighty Quinns, Whitmans deli, Hai Street Kitchen and more.Hopefully this is just the 1st of many improvements that need to be made to breathe life back into this beautiful space.
Always a good time, even if some of the stores are out of my price range. I resent the parking staff, though. I had an argument with the cashier. It said I was over 15 minutes (21 to be exact) between the time I paid the parking fee at the machine and swiped to exit the lot. It wanted me to pay three dollars again, and I had to argue. There was a huge line of cars exiting the lot and one car was holding up the line. The cashier eventually let me go, but not until I argued for 2 minutes, thus causing the line to back up even more. Good mall but they need to work out the logistics of the parking lot better.

2021-11-05This was a very nice place to go to. The mall was very beautiful. Even though this place is very expensive whether you are buying food or clothes, this is still a really good since the mall is very big. Parking is also expensive too. However, the foods at the food court are very good especially shake shack since they make great quality burgers there. If you want to go on an outing with family somewhere on a fall season when the weather is cool, this can be a perfect place to go to.

2021-12-10One of the nicest malls I’ve been to. Large selection of stores, including several high-end ones, such as Gucci, Tiffany’s, Luis Vuitton and more like Peloton, Apple, Lego and more. From the attached restaurants we tried P. F. Chang’s and we’re quite happy with it.The downsides are the occasionally challenging parking and the narrow selection of food court outlets, although the overall setting of the food court is excellent. There is also a balcony with seating and great view of the area.

2021-12-30An amazing shopping experience. The mall features all your major brands under one enormous roof. Apple, Warby Parker, Zales, Nordstrom, you name it. The mall features plenty of parking, be sure to take a picture of cars location, and the restrooms are well maintained. The mall is a great place to visit for shopping, dining and sightseeing.

2021-10-04Ok for the rich customers but for hard working customers this mall is not for you. Well known names Pandora, where the employees outnumber the customers. There are no sale signs and many stores were closed, like Starbucks . In The mall the number of customers were down . We walked all 3 floors and we could not purchase anything .

2021-10-22The Westchester is a large mall that offers the convenience and comfort of garage parking, which, as a maid, I love. Once inside you will find 3 levels of shopping including many ritzy / luxury stores. The mall is kept up very nicely and I always have a pleasant experience here.

2021-12-06Do not shop at purfuroma if don’t like to be followed around as you browse. The woman crouching behind the desk hid as I took this picture because she knew that I caught on to what they were doing. She made the young guy behind the counter her lackey while she stayed behind the desk. Others came in the store of the lighter persuasion and just got a hello and look. Don’t spend your had earned dollars here.

2022-03-29This is very busy and nice mall. They allow dogs inside the mall but please clean up after them. They have a very small food court but they offer a lot of gluten free and vegan options. They validate parking at Nordstrom when you purchase things as well. They also offer a curbside pickup section and a quick parking section if you need do something quick like a return at a store so you don’t have to get a ticket. Some escalators don’t work which is inconvenient for people. They also have maps all around to find stores your looking for. They have lots of security around as well. They offer photo ops during holidays like the Easter bunny and Santa.
