Well organized and maintained with no issues moving through the auto wash. There was definitely a long line, but it was efficiently managed with the automated notifications moving people through quickly.
The cheapest wash does practically nothingThe most expensive one seems decent but there is never enough drying time... spot free rinse is great though

Its a carwash, you wash your car here. Their water froze to my car, but it still rinsed off nicely.

2022-05-01I Owned and Operated Syracuse Detail for over 30 years. I specially in detailing Antiques, Classic and rare exotic vehicles, motorcycles, boats, jet skis. I also did same restorations.The Works Car wash has a automatic car wash, which in my opinion no automatic car washes truly cleans your vehicle, unless you has just polished and sealed your exterior and your vehicle is just dusty then this would be perfect. The self car wash is a good reasonable car wash. 4 out of 5 stars because it always takes a while for the tire and rim cleaner to start working. many car washes all do this, I know the hose needs to be clean out between different modes. I will ask and find out why it takes so long. Check back in week or two. Thank you

2022-01-27Never gets my car totally clean. Left dirt streaks all down the sides and the tail gate still dirty for $16 bucks not impressed.

2022-02-21Dont use there short newer auto wash it has clogged sprayers and doesnt get ur car nearly as clean as there older longer wash,also the short one continues to drip water on ur blown dried car.

2022-02-21I just left The Works and spent $17 for the works. My vehicle is terrible looking. It looks like it never even got washed. Very dissatisfied.

2020-06-13Been here twice. Can’t review b/c automatic wash has never been in service when I needed to use it. An out of service sign would’ve been helpful before I spent the time straightening out my bills to use in the cash dispensary. I will not waste my time on another visit.
