What a phenomenal company. I had an appointment at Theradynamics Facility in my present area for AposHealth Treatment. However, due to the impending storm, the PT could not work. No one knew when he would return—Naturally disappointed because no one adequately informed me of this before my arrival. Therefore I asked to speak with a manager about getting some resolve sooner. Without difficulty, allow me to tell you all. The manager quickly provided me a car service, which promptly took me to the 231st Street location to start my AposHealth Treatment and received my custom footwear. The dedicated staff members were kind and supportive. My PT Jay even accompanied me on a guided tour of the top-notch facility. And at the end of my visit, I had a car service waiting to transport me home, all free of charge.Further, the manager modestly called me 10 minutes after I got home to check on me. Im incredibly impressed and see Theradynamics as my number one go-to for Physical & Occupational Therapy. I enthusiastically recommend this facility.
My name is Yvette Parrish and I have been receiving physical therapy at Theradynamics for a fractured ankle. From the beginning to now this place continues to amaze me. My recovery was evident in the first week of my treatment. I was able to throw away my crutches and walk on my own. The smile was back on my face and pep was back in my feet. I regained courage and confident from the wonderful staff working with me. They are very understanding, patient, caring and very professional in what they do. The Director Jay always stops by to see how you are doing and seek to help in any way possible. I came a long way and give credit to this wonderful place that is helping me on my journey to a full recovery. I will recommend Theradynamics to anyone who is in need of it.
This morning 1/26/22 I went to get PT and I had a meter for two hours, I walked in and after my temperature was checked I went upstairs… can you believe I wasted two hours in so much back pain and spoke with two PT and all they told me was 10 mins , and blah blah … no consideration whatsoever , I went and spoke with the girl at the front desk Kimberly and told her what happened and she was shocked, I walked out crying in pain, THIS WAS UNBELIEVABLE ! Like it was not so crowded , like is PT short of staff of what? Now I will be in pain all day.
Not recommended. Incompetent medical billing department, they processed my claims incorrectly (using an out of network tax id) and wont reprocess the claims so that my insurance pays all but the copays (documentation shows that they take my insurance in- network, and they verified this before starting therapy). What a mess they made for me, expecting me to pay out of pocket!!If you dont complain you get a different therapist each session who provides generic treatment for your ailment, versus someone who knows your particulars, severity of situation, and progress. I had to demand that they change my treatment based on my progress, or they would have kept doing the same things over and over.Twice I used the the sensor path to have my walk evaluated (and got billed for this), but all I got was 2 30-second statements of what I could do to improve my gait - - - everyone trained on this is always too busy to spend time on really explaining to improve the clients situation.Some of the therapists are great, others less so. I actually had a new slight injury with swelling due to overuse of one of the exercise machines, doing as told by the therapist (actually, I cut down of the number of iterations I was told to do, as I could feel the pain starting). Some who are supposed to be assisting clients with the exercise equipment are polite and nice but checked out.With the set-up, there is no privacy. Other clients are yelling into cell phones next to you. Once I had a woman yelling in agony from the therapy next to me (not their fault, she seemed to be a drama queen). It can be very disturbing at points.They try their best but really dont have an effective system. I know that I was forgotten more than once while waiting for a therapist in one of the curtained stations. Never take the corner station, youll be forgotten.Towards the end of my time there, I kept having appts. made for me without my consent, and was told that I should be there 3 times a week, not once or twice as per my doctors script. The motivation there is clear, isnt it.As said, some of the therapists are great, know what theyre doing, and are professional. Most are polite. But overall I will go elsewhere if and when in need of more physical therapy. And if you do go, watch the billing very carefully.There are so many super reviews - - - interesting.
LOVE LOVE LOVE Theradynamics! This has to be my best physical therapy experience ever! I am a big critic and trust me when I tell you from the director to the entire team has been nothing but professional, positive, effective, and sufficient! I have received nothing but five star treatment every visit. The high tech equipment and highly skilled techniques are superb. Jay and Jelani are AMAZING!!! What I can appreciate is how they operate with such care and excellence consistently, which is important to me while healing. I highly recommend theradynamics, you wont regret it!!!!!! I literally crawl out of bed to keep my appointments!
If you have half a day to spend here, then fine, the therapist was pretty good but otherwise stay away. I made an appointment over the phone, but its all a walk-in service. Not only did I feel misled, but the time the representative suggested to me happened to be in the middle of their lunch hour, and it was way backed up. I had to wait 2 hrs before being seen. Why would the person suggest the busiest time of day and then even call to remind me about my appointment, if they are just going to put me at the bottom of the walk-in list. In fact this is a walk-in only place, according to the PT I saw. Not to mention covid, this place is busier than a gym, with people all basically in one room for waiting and exercising. Some people working out and breathing hard, and not everyone is wearing a mask. The receptionist at the front was not wearing a mask. This is a greedy, insurance-billing factory. Once I was finally seen, the PT was right on top of my treatment, but wasnt exactly wonderful with time management considering the backlog.
I have/had an excellent experience with the physical therapy. The Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistants and other staff members care about your success in the therapy you need to bring you back to a maximum level of functioning to your capacity. They make you feel at home. We are a family. I love them at Thermadynamics. You will be very pleased with the physical therapy.
I would recommend theradynamics to any one I knew needed physical or occupational therapy. I had surgery last month and could barely bend my leg. Within two weeks Jay was bending my leg to 90 degrees. I am not 100 percent yet but I know I will make a full and strong recovery thanks to theradynamics. The Staff is extremely nice and outgoing. Any questions or concerns they will help you to the best of their abilities.
I have been visiting the Theradynamics clinic at 231st for 3 weeks now. Being a Physical Therapist myself and having a Frozen Shoulder since 6 months, I can vouch for how good a therapy I have been receiving here at this clinic. Jay is my PT here who is very thorough and by the book to incorporate a customized program for my shoulder while understanding my pain. Today being my 6th session I am already as low as 2-3 on the pain scale with marked improvement in the shoulder ranges. I have been also given a home exercise program to hasten and maintain the ranges that I have been achieving here at the clinic. Jay is very patient and diligent and makes sure I progress towards my goal in each session. The Kinesio taping is a bonus!!I am glad I got to the Theradynamics clinic who specialize in Ortho and Sports and would highly recommend my patients to go here as well.
I had a really good experience with Theradynamics and I am satisfied with the quality of therapy. I used to go to a different location, but then I started coming to 231st and never left. All the therapists are very knowledgeable and professional and specially Jay, I have always been working with him. I have recommended this place to all my friends.
To all my brothers and sisters out there, I hope that you are reading this my god bless you and keep you safe. I sustained a hip knee injury on a hiking trip. My doctor recommended me to go to Theradynamics for physical and sports physical therapy. My physical therapist is Jay, he is very kind and knowledgeable. Jay help me through my pain on my hip and knee. I have been treating with him for about three months now getting stronger and better with the therapy he has recommended, it has me taken a long time to recover but, with Jay help i did it. I thank the doctors for recommending me to Theradynamics Physical Therapy. The staffs are very knowledgeable in my recovery. I will definitely recommend Theradynamics to everyone who has been injured or even in the slightest. This is the place to be when you have been injured go to: THERADYNAMICS PHYSICAL REHABILITATION.
I am so happy I discovered Theradynamics on 231st Street in the Bronx. The therapists made it their business to find a solution for my pain problems. I always had the feeling they were concerned with my well being.And, I was always kept informed of all treatment decisions. Consequently, I am feeling much better. I would like to thank the staff for their patience with my concerns. Their walk in policy makes a visit super convenient. And, also thanks to the lovely ladies at the front desk They were always quite accommodating in getting me my doctors note. I highly recommend a visit if you need therapy. Ask to see Jay. Ive been going there for months after tearing my ACL and meniscus. The facility is clean, the staff is very pleasant and in case of my therapist also knowledgeable, definitely contributed a lot to my recovery.Overall Im happy with them.
I start coming here from last week. Awesome phisical therapy office. Very clean and neat. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Great professional staff. I start feeling better even after couple of visits. They have all necessary equipment for your special needs. They also will give your individual pack of electrodes, that you will use through out the visits. Great front desk likewise, which is always important. Thank you for everything!
So glad one of my neighbors recommended Theradynamics. I had a fasciotomy surgery. Theradynamics is very well equipped. Up to date machines and strategies for physical therapy and recovery. The staff are very hands on and friendly too. I would highly recommend Theradynamics for anyone needing physical therapy.

So I came here after an ACL, MCL AND MINISCUS injury back in October. Making an appointment is the fasted Ive ever experienced, the staff offer a lot of flexibility. Everyone is friendly here. I got a chance to meet with Jay the director at Theradynamics. He is full of energy and pays attention to every single patient. He is very supportive and lifts up your spirit when you feel down because of your limitations due to your injury.I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a modern way to treat his/her injury
My experience with Theradynamics 231has been very positive. Jonathan and Jay are definitely definitely topnotch! The staff is courteous, the facility is spacious, clean, and has lots of exercise equipments. Scheduling appointments is very easy which I really like.Two of my excellent and highly skilled physical therapists are Jonathan and Jay. Jonathan is polite, thorough, and very skillful ( he definitely knows what hes doing). Jay is courteous, understanding ,knowledgeable and very skillful as well. Im very appreciative for the excellent care these two therapists have provided me which as a result has noticeably alleviated my back ailments. Therefore, I highly recommend Jonathan and Jay for their professional, hard and outstanding work.And to the rest of the physical therapists, assistants and office staff, GREAT JOB!
Jay and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and care for their patients in a kind, relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable. I enjoyed each of my visits and best of all, I felt my condition improve until I was back to 100%!! These folks are great physical therapists!
Theradynamics is one of the best place Ive ever been to get therapy. Jay is on the most patient guy, treats you so well and makes you feel confortable. I been taking some therapy for a ankle surgery i had and now for my right arm. Maribel and the rest of the staff makes a great team! I recommend Theradynamics to anyone who needs therapy.
I often find myself dissatisfied with much of the services rendered at many of the medical facilities in the Bronx. The lack of training that is afforded to the staff at many offices is immediately evident from their interactions with patients. Thankfully this is not the case at Theradynamics. It is refreshing to experience optimal service from a medical care facility. I am deeply satisfied with the care I have received from the staff at Theradynamics. They are an exceptional group of professionals, who demonstrate their devotion to their profession at every turn. They are attentive to the patient’s needs and carry themselves with the utmost professionalism. My pet peeve is the bedside manner of staff at medical facilities. I must emphasize that Theradynamics has not disappointed me. Thank you!
I really enjoy this place. They are very Consistent and on Top of their patience like a Teacher wanting to get a Student better. One person I enjoy working with is Jelani, she is very encouraging had a pretty calm approach and makes me feel comfortable to do the Exercises!

Not satisfied at all. My appointment was at 2pm. I arrived on time, to sit in the waiting room for an hour. It’s 3pm, I still haven’t been called. It’s completely empty but with no one to help. There was still one person ahead of me with no estimated time I’d be seen. What is the point of an appointment if I have to sit there all day. Update: after I left at 3:15pm. They called me at 4pm, asking where did I go. Informing me, they were finally ready to see me.
I started coming here back in early December for therapy after having rotator cuff surgery. The staff at this facility are excellent. They are all very knowledgable in their field, whether physical or occupational therapy. Unlike other places I have been for therapy the staff here take the time to talk with you and then explain the course of action they will be taking. They continue to check in to make sure you are doing ok. Some of the therapist that really stand out here are Jay, Miguel, Kim and David. They are so professional. Also on the therapy floor is Maribel. She is awesome at her job. Always at the ready to help and encourage. If you ever need therapy I highly recommend Theradynamics.
This place is awesome. The staff really cares about its clients and the therapists do an excellent job. My favorite Therapist is Jay! Very thorough and knowledgeable fellow with great personality. He explains what needs to be done in a very care-free manner, which in turn helps people understand and comply with their rehabilitation. I truly recommend this place!
This is a great place to get physical therapy. They are very professional, friendly and nice, a great place to go to get help. Wonderful staff at this facility. The therapists and assistants are professional and friendly. They have so many gadgets and machines that haven’t seen in my life lol, they are use to help the body and it actually works.The therapists do a thorough assessment and tailor the exercises to your specific needs. The assistants also work with you to make sure that you are doing the work correctly. Oh and last thing if you have health first insurance you could get the magic shoes that how I call it but is really called Apostherapy : The footworn device relieves pain and reduces knee pressure by shifting that pressure from the painful area of the knee.Wearing the footworn device for about one hour per day retrains your muscles to move in a healthier walking pattern. Your body will then start to remember the pattern even when you’re not wearing the device. You could ask for Jay and I know he will be more than happy to help you with anything else you would like to know about this.Thank you so much Theradynamics for giving my knee the right treatment
I have been coming to Theradynamics on and off for at least ten years. Whenever I have needed therapy this is my go to place. Jay is one of the most compassionate therapist I have had. He makes sure to listen carefully to his clients. He takes the time to teach you how to perform streches and exercise to the best of your ability. Hell push you to do and feel better. I can go on and on about his qualifications, but ask for him by name and give him a shot! Theradynamics is a safe and comfortable place to receive therapy. They are multilingual as well.
I started here before covid and I must say this is a great n better improvement. Now, they was good but now, this is better. And the staff in the Bronx site on 231 are really caring and delightful. They make you want to get better with their professionalism and charm. I love coming to therapy. Who really want to say that? But I do and Im feeling better.
I have been going for PT due to breaking my cuboid bone on my foot. I appreciate the attention and dedication of the head therapist -Jay. He is very patient oriented and very helpful. He is an awesome therapist and has been instrumental in my healing. I have seen Johnathan a few times as well. He is also fantastic. I would give the agency 5 stars if it wasnt for the waiting times to see the therapist at times when it gets busy. I usually have to set aside two hours for the whole thing (15-20 minutes at the front just waiting to be checked in, 10-20 minutes waiting for a therapist, and then the actual therapy which can take 60-90 minutes) But it is a walk-in clinic so the waiting is to be expected. I would prefer to have my appointment times to reduce the waiting as that is what I am used to. But these two therapist have made the inconvenience of waiting worth it. If you are willing to wait - then I recommend both Jay and Jonathan.
Theradynamics on 231st is the best. I go 3 times a week and I leave with a new body....The staff is the best. They are very caring and empathetic. Other therapeutic facilities have offered their services but I dont want to leave this one. Love my family here.
Theradynamics is probably the best thing thats happened to me since sliced bread. after undergoing two knee surgeries, i thought i was never gonna be able to walk the same again, but theradynamics helped me thru it, and Im feeling almost 100% better than i did a few months back !!!! The head therapist Jay always makes sure your okay and talks you thru everything, but i must say the star of the show is Jelani, shes so attentive and really helps you to overcome obsticals your afraid to try. Not to mention she always has the best smile no matter what the day looks like, shes AWESOME !!!! Give that girl a RAISE !!!!
Great place. They are very conscious of patient needs for assistance in the healing process and everyones safety in the covid crisis.My arm has been recovering well after a fracture. Love my therapist.
I have been a patient of Theradynamics for over 15 years with the same therapist (Jonathan)and I highly recommend him and Theradynamics. I usually go to the facility at 231 st Street and they have great Therapist such as Jay & Miguel. I have been to other places for therapy but I can say that it is by far the best therapy because they concentrate on your specific needs. They also include in their therapies a lot of stretching and strengthening of the area you are having problems. I have 2 herniated discs, Scoliosis and degenerative disease in my spine and every time I have a lot pain I come back to this place because I’m sure they will be able to help me out getting better. If anybody wants a good therapy don’t hesitate to try this place, you won’t regret it.Best,Maite
This is by far the best physical therapy Ive been to in years. Coming from four different places in the past 3 years! The team at this location are amazing! Everyone here is so helpful and polite. The location is clean the machines are amazing ! I recommend them to anyone I know looking for a good thraphy location !
I been coming to theradynamics rehab for about 5 years for different reasons. During my shoulder, ankle and knee rehab I have recieved the best care from all therapist. They are knowledgeable and caring. My therapist Jonathan had helped me to get back get back to my daily activities after all my surgeries. I know him since he worked in the clinic in Bennett ave. He is professional and his therapy skills are the best. Thank you to all the theradynamics team , keep doing a great job.The facility is big and they have great variety of exercise equipment. Great location, wonderful warm staff, huge facility and plenty of rehab equipment available. I have been receiving PT for the last five months for a TKR. The progress started immediately! Albeit I am not fully 100% yet (about 90%), I am grateful to this center for my recovery. They have made a positive impact by providing me with their utmost professionalism and caring ways. Kudos to the entire PT team; Jay, Emad, David, Kumar, Maribel (very pleasant), the friendly front desk ladies; Melissa, Ana & Brenda, and ultimately my terrific personal therapist Miguel, top notch! They have all become my extended family. I look forward every week to come in to Theradynamics. I will be forever grateful to this team. I recommend this center highly. This location was recommended by a friend. I am truly thankful she did. The staff is very pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. I have personally worked with physical therapist, Rima Tipnis for over 2 months. She is so professional, helpful and compassionate. She never pushes me to do more than Im comfortable with. She has helped me gain back so much mobility in my shoulder after my replacement surgery. I would definitely recommend her and this location.
Id like to thank the Theradynamic Team!, I came in falling apart and J & Jelani got me back in action. The addition of the Performance & Strength lab is amazing! I highly recommend this place to Athletes with injuries or who are just trying to improve their performance.
Theradynamics Physical Therapy has helped me regain my strength and flexibility for my knees, back and shoulder. I am 65 years old, very active and not ready to succumb to using a cane. Jay is the best! He is always very professional, caring and knowledgeable. He answers all of my questions in detail which I greatly appreciate. When I came to see him with a torn meniscus and was considering injections or surgery, he introduced me to Apos therapy and I could not be more thankful. In only one month of Apos therapy my pain went from a 16, off the charts, to a 1-2. I could not believe it. No surgery for me. Thank you Jay and the staff at Theradynamics. I will always refer people there.

My experience has been a wonderful experience when I started at there facility my pain in my knee was at a 10 being the highest on a scale of 1-10 but since receiving therapy at there facility over the past couple of months of going once a week my pain in my knee is now at a 2. Everyone there is very welcoming especially at the front desk Ms. Melissa one of the receptionist is very pleasant to see every Saturday morning when I come for therapy and her communication skills is very welcoming and pleasant to talk to she’s very knowledgeable at her job. Thank you Theradynamics physical occupation for helping me with my pain.
I came here because I was hit by a car and I had serious problems with my back and hip which resulted in me having surgery and rehabilitation. Im getting therapy and Im doing very well and progressing in a lot of things like my walking is getting better and also my hands are feeling less pain. Im progressing a lot and want people to know how much this therapy clinic has helped me.
My experiences at theradynamics with Dr. Jayesh Tawase was extraordinary. I have a degenerative with a significant limp due to the diagnosis. I was sceptical of the APOS therapy and the technology behind the shoe. I am happy to report that my walking has improved dramatically and am on my way towards recovery and the ability to run again.
After many doctor visits and X-rays I was referred to Theradynamics on 231. My arthritis in my left hip was preventing me from getting out of bed effortlessly!! My physical therapist Jonathan Munoz has shown professionalism, courtesy, patience and encouragement! He has truly been my gift from God! Bravo, Jonathan and the rest of the team!!
Great environment, excellent help, everyone is very nice and helpful. I personally had Jayesh as my therapist, he’s very welcoming and knowledgeable, he’s worked with me personally to get over my injury. I’ve never had a problem coming and going and would highly recommend this therapy spot to anybody.
The front of desk of 231st is AMAZING && VERY RESPECTFUL!!!! The therapist Jay and Charmane are my two favorites. I recommend this place to anyone. They treat you with respect and are very kind.
Five stars all around. All the physical therapists there are well trained and the head the practice, Jay, is wonderful. He is extremely helpful and checks in during every visit.
Most of my swelling is gone and for the most part I have been able to function with the therapy as well as the exercise and taping that Jay does. Came in last Thursday in a lot of pain after being at track practice with the kids and on my feet for two days. After therapy and exercises I was able to do a slight jog and high knees. I thought that would never happen again. Although getting the cortisone shot has been suggested by the doctors and it may eventually happen right now the magic they are working on me here have prevented me from going down that road.Jay and the rest of the staff have really come through for me once again and given me some semblance of my life back.Monica Stevens

The staff is highly professional and empathic. The PT, OT, and Sports Therapy specialist are experts in the field, offering detailed analysis of the patients state, progress, and areas of opportunity to recuperate from injury and gain a deeper understanding of the physical or cognitive tendencies that need to be addressed to elevate the level of health, strength, mobility, and performance.
This place is close to my house, and I love to come here for my therapy. The place is really neat and clean in times of Covid-19, and all the staff are nice, professional and helping. My mother in law comes here too, and I would recommend this to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

I have been going for physical therapy services at Theradynamics for years. The staff and therapist are excellent and caring. I suffer from spinal stenosis, osteosporosis, arthritis, fibromyalgia, as well as vertigo. They provide therapy for all above. Truly I feel better when I attend my sessions. My Therapists name is Jonathan....he is great help!. On a scale from 1-10....hes a 10.

Awesome experience at this location. The entire staff is so helpful and are always making sure that you are being properly attended to. Not a single day have I been disappointed while attending physical therapy here.
I have a very good experience here, and I am very happy with the clinic. My therapist Jay is great! I am really happy and he helps me a lot.i would recommend anybody who is looking for a good PT clinic, do visit this place.
I had physical therapy at both the 231st street & the Sedgwick Avenue location before that. My favorite therapist was Ricky! He worked with me and provided information to help with my healing, and never had an issue if the information needed to be repeated. He never rushed the therapy or forgot that the patient was waiting. My pain stayed away longer between treatments, and I attribute that to the care that Ricky provided.If Ricky was not available, my second choice of a therapist was a very nice young lady (I forget her name, maybe Parma (forgive me if that’s not correct)), my next preferred was Lionel then Jay. In addition, the therapists occasionally stopped treating patients early and sometimes way before the PT hours ended for the day. This decision was made by the therapist and enforced by the front desk.The front desk requires some improvement, as the information varied based on who you spoke with. Additional training is needed in this area, to establish consistency and continuity.

I started coming here on August 9, and I have been treated by Maricar, and she has been very attentive and her care for the patients is beyond her job description. She makes sure you leave satisfied and in less pain . when you leave here your muscles are so relaxed that you can perform your daily duties. I would liks to thank Maricar for everything.

Ive been working on my torn shoulder here for the last 3 months. My therapist, Jayesh Tawase, is a life saver. Beyond having the gift of healing hands, he understands the importance of stretching the area but not to a point where theres pain. Its rare to find someone so tuned-in and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Excellent Physical Therapy Services altogether.Indian Lady Vanita gave me first class service , including very thorough physical therapy treatment followed by very creative exercises .Mr Jackie the Phillipino gentleman is also one of the most dedicated and proffessional therapist .One star removed from 5 because there were sometimes hurried and less than perfect treatment sessions.
The therapist are great , patient and very kind....My favorite is Jay (therapist) God bless his hands and of course my (OT) David is great...I come out of there pain free and much relief

The people of thermodynamics are very dedicated and professional. I was attended by Maribel and Jim and they did a wonderful job. I have back problems that make it difficult for me to walk sometimes, but after a session I come out feeling refreshed and relaxed. Would highly recommend to others and without a doubt 5 stars!!
Amazing place I had a acl surgery done and meniscus on my right knee and it hasn’t been 2 months yet since my surgery and they have helped me in so many ways I’m already bending my knee 110 degrees the staff is great they really push you and motivate you to accomplish your goal great team and honestly they have one of the best PT’s ranjitha she really helped in many ways I can’t even show her and the team how much I appreciate it
When I came to Theradynamics I was in so much pain and discomfort. My right knee was three times it’s normal size and I couldn’t move around freely. As a former athlete and Olympian this was limiting my lifestyle. I could not coach properly and model for my athletes and my daily routine involved pain and suffering. This place give you back the motivation that you need to recovery from you injured. Everybody, the front desk staff and therapists treat you well and motivated you to make you feel better and overcome your conditions.
After bothering Melissa several times throughout, she has be amazing, she is quite patient and thorough. Anna & Shayna who works beside her are also very attentive and understanding during difficult situations. They should be commended as they are all assets to this organization.
I have been coming to this place since a long time for my knee and ankle pain. I have been working with my therapist Jayesh since a long time, and í have felt relief, and am able to walk better without pain. I definately recommend this place to everyone.

I enjoy coming here. I come out feeling comfortable and great regardless of how tired I may be. My body feels relax and Im just ready to go. The timing is also great. Never had to wait to long to be seen.

I find that everyone is very professional. You get the one on one attention that is needed to help with the pain. I feel my pain a lot less since I have been coming for physical therapy.
Well, it’s been approximately 1 week since I got my shoes and I can tell the difference. I have less pain throughout the day and I am able to walk better. I can’t wait to see and feel the difference in the next few weeks!
I think this place is excellent...Therapist and Staff are very attentive...The place just received a face lift and all equipment and Machines are up to date...And the facility is very clean in this time of Covid19....Jay is my Therapist and he has done an excellent job in helping me recover from total knee replacement surgery...so if your looking for a place to rehab from surgery or an injury well then this is the place to come to...

I’ve been going for Occupational and Physical Therapy for a few weeks now at the Riverdale site to be treated for neck/shoulder and back pain as a result of working more than 9 hours daily remotely. Despite being young in chronological years, Kisan Kumar is the BESTEST therapist!! He’s a great listener, genuinely cares about your health improvements, extremely cautions with handling the exercises and therapy, consistently asks whether you’re okay to ensure you’re not uncomfortable or at pain, and I can continue to go on. My neck and back has been Incredibly tight and he has helped me SOOOO much with alleviating my pains and helping me with my posture. He’s dedicated and the quality of services he provides is outstanding.
I am getting OT and I feel better. This is a good place but there are a few things that in my opinion need improvement. I had 2 therapist testing me, Stephanie and a young African American young man. These two were excellent at what they did. They are no longer working there. The 3rd person that was treating me was also good but I had to tell her that I needed to stretch otherwise she would have ended the session after the massage. After 2 treatments I don’t know where she went I have not seen her again The fourth person that treated me is pleasant but seems to be always in a rush. After the heating pad and massage treatment there is no stretching unless I bring it up. During my visit this week one person started the treatment and a second one finished it. The exercises on the machines is poorly supervised. I believe except for the first two OTs that are no longer working there no one READS THE TREATMENT PLAN BEFORE THEY START WORKING WITH YOU. There seems to be an emphasis on seeing a large number of patients versus the quality of the treatment. I can’t wait to be done because I am tired of having a different OT person every time I go and tired as well of having to guide them in what needs to be done. Last the mask rule is inconsistent because I hv seen tons of people with their mask under their chin, under their nose or simply no mask. I hv only seen one member of the staff remind people to keep their masks on. Only one person in the front desk is consistent with the temperature check.

Today I want to talk about my experience that I have to tell you that the physical and occupational therapy center that is at 153 Bennett Avenue is the best both the doctors and the person who is in charge of registering some are wonderful people, sincere very friendly receive some with a smile on their face are always aware of the one that needs about all the doctor who takes care of me I recommend them is very good gives that excellent therapy I was very bad of the esparda and of the leg thanks to the shade very best he pays a lot of attention to his patients by farvor do not forget my recommendation go to that center and you will see that they will come out very consteto of ahy consteto of ahy and I if it were for me outside every day because it helps me to have the muscles relaxed but unfortunately we can Well with this words I say goodbye to go to center so that they get better of their health for their good they are there to help

2022-01-25I have been accompanying my aunt to therapy at this location. The facility is clean and the staff is amazing. The receptionist Brenda was very Helpful and knowledgeable about the complete process. She helped us fill out the paperwork and guided us on the steps. The therapist are kind and have plenty of patience with my elderly aunt. I highly recommend this location.

2022-07-13The service is good when you actually receive it. However, this place takes in unlimited customers and warehouses you in a line. They don’t have appointments and it’s a free flowing walk in service all day 24/7. Some days and times it’s empty and I’m serviced in 15-20 mins and other times I’ve had to leave after waiting for over an hour and never even being addressed. Hit or miss, nice equipment but they are very much a insurance cow who cares more about how many customers they take in vs the consistency in experience each customer has.

2021-07-27I started getting PT at Theradynamics a few weeks ago for knee pain. After just 3 weeks I was able to go up and down stairs with groceries with no knee pain. I worked mostly with Nikki in Bay Plaza location. The exercises are always progressing and she prioritizes good form. Everyone there seems knowledgable, able to answer my questions about the exercises, how the body moves, etc.This is a pic of the post therapy leg recovery device that massages the entire length of your legs.

2022-04-28When I first came into this place I was overwhelmed with the amount of equipment on each floor. I was impressed with the evaluation process. The therapist at this location were all very friendly and kind. I would recommend anyone that needs physical therapy or occupational therapy to come in and get the help they need to move forward.

2022-06-21Dont bother. Had 2 appointments, and each time had to wait over an hour. They just pack the waiting room, regardless of your appointment time. My first therapist warned me of this practice, and the receptionist confirmed it also.

2022-02-12Spacious place, clean. My only issue so far is scheduling. My appointment was for 10am, then a day before my appointment I received a call with an earlier time. Arrived at the new time and whom ever makes the schedule book all new patients, as I was told. Its 10:50am an hour later and I have not been seen. The therapist apologized for the delay, but here I am still waiting. Extremely frustrating.

2022-01-22The receptionist at this location was extremely dismissive and rude to people on the phone. I called to make an appointment for my grandmother and now I’m really skeptical about her going there. She had a very nasty and irritated tone. I told her I didn’t appreciate the way she was speaking to me because it is unprofessional - she laughed and said you’re asking the same questions over and over. I’m not sure why someone like this would be hired to assist other people. This is so unfair to the patients.

2022-01-15This past week I was there keeping my friend company the way the one receptionist treat patient is unbelievable. Laughing in their faces talking back and treating them like trash is crazy. I know it not none of my business, but I believe the owner should be aware of the situation. I been going there a few times there are three of one of them is really nice the other is nice and there that one who speak louder and treat them like trash. If that person doesnt like her job, she should find a better place because the way she works is unbelievable. No one should be treated like that especially a place that is there to help people. I just like to speak my mind on things that I believe is wrong and should be fix.
