Called for a part was told, oh let us call another location and see if they have it. Never received a call back. Called again and asked a few days later was told the same thing. And yet again never receive a call back.
Very overpriced, tried to charge me 400 dollars for an alternator that Teds Electric had for 100 dollars.

2022-05-31Fantastic place, friendly staff and smiling people around. Lady at the front desk was very helpful and Bob spend almost half an hour and solved my problem quickly and he explained every detail so I have more information about my APU. Thank you guys you are awesome! They are really professional and they want to help before saying “no”. I appreciate to all team in this shop!

2020-10-21Come to this guys with alarm error code 19 on my unit. Give a bay in moment. Fixed time is 30 min , wireless broken.

2021-02-24If you are loaded and your reefer stops working the shop will take advantage of you on the parts cost, because they know you have no other choice. Our driver went to get fuel and shut the unit off while filling it up. Once he filled up, he couldnt start it up again. We sent him to the closest Thermo King in Syracuse, NY. Our load is at -20 degrees continuous. The shop fixed the problem. They said it was a clogged fuel filter, bad fuse and bad, burned up starter. No one called me with a quote, they went ahead and replaced those three items, which I do not have a problem with. My problem is they charged me $540 for the $170 starter. I understand they have to make money, but this is a robbery!! They know I can not go to another shop or order the part and wait, so they take advantage of it. I spoke with the shop manager and the owner Sarah. I was told by both of them they did me a favor, because in their system that starter is listed for $650. if you ever need to use this shop, be prepared to pay triple for the parts.

2020-10-25When I called it was almost closing time and I know I wouldnt make it by 5 however the sale clerk waited for me so I could get the studs I needed to fix my reefer chute. Thank you very much👍🏼👍🏼

2017-07-14Purchase parts from them in AprilThey order wrong parts made me pay for them and charge me restocking fee. After long talk they told me they will not charge me restocking fee this time.Its July. No refund yet. Calling them all the timeThat was $380.00 worth of stuff on my credit cardHope they we take care of it

2016-12-15Tripac wasnt installed correctly leaking coolant from day 1. Apu doesnt run correctly starts terribly. Poor attitude here. Was treated as a subclass of human when I came here to get the unit fixxed they installed on my truck at a pricetag of $12,000.
