Cannot believe how stress-free an experience it was dealing with Aaron and his team. Aaron was very patient with our multiple questions and never any sales pressure. The installation was clean, quiet and the installation team friendly and helpful. The windows were installed a few weeks before they were promised and there were no surprises. We did our homework and found great reviews for Harvey windows (the manufacturer of the windows he recommended) and they look great. Oh and the price was much better than the other bids we received for windows with comparable specs. We will be strongly recommending Thermo-Seal to friends looking for replacement windows.
Thermo-Seal just finished up a major 37 window and 5 sliding door project for me. We had zero issues from the sales pitch through install. Great customer service, friendly installers, and no hidden costs. Could not be happier with the completed work and window quality. I was surprised when their competitors referred me to them and I am happy they did. When i need siding, gutters, or roofing done my first call will be to these guys as they are not going to jerk me around on quality or craftsmanship. They promised me Id be a loyal customer when they were done and I am now!
Thermo-Seal did a wonderful job installing 10 new windows in my Tudor. The house has the charm and problems of a very old house, but Thermo-Seal’s team did a terrific job. They left the house even cleaner than they found it. Aaron was very accommodating and helped us to pick out the windows that we needed – the very excellent Harvey windows. We bought our new house knowing all the windows needed to be replaced (22 total) and someone at work said we should check out Thermo-Seal, which we never heard of, and we are so happy we did. Excellent customer service! Thermo-seal installed vinyl windows a couple years ago. The installation went great and I was very happy with the windows. Recently there were some issues with 2 of the window frames. This was a manufacturing defect, nothing to do with Thermo-seals install. I called Aaron, the owner, and he apologized for what happened and he said he would get it taken care of asap. Well he wasnt lying! That same day I received a call directly from the manufacturer and they scheduled an appointment to come fix the windows and would replace if necessary. Fast forward, the windows have been fixed and look brand new. Thank you Aaron for standing by your customers long after the sale. Much appreciated!

Perfect Execution!From the initial consultation and quote meeting to the very end upon completion, Aaron Rukin was honest, straightforward and delivered above expectations. We had a gut renovation replacing over 30 windows and creating new window frames as well and Aaron communicated well with our contractor, was always very responsive, and was clear on the process with no surprises - well, except for pleasant ones in meeting timelines which was much appreciated for during the pandemic of backlogs! We had contemplated using Andersen windows (of which they also service) but went with Thermo-seal’s quality made windows and they look phenomenal. The windows makes a huge difference to the appearance of the house and we couldn’t be happier with them!

We had to replace every window in our home, which seemed overwhelming at first, but was truly a breeze with Thermoseal.Getting a quote from Thermoseal was quick and painless (unlike the 2+ hour excruciating sales pitch from Renewal by Andersen). Aaron was upfront and honest about everything. He answered all of our questions, was extremely responsive, and everything that he promised he delivered on. His pricing was very fair considering the quality of the windows and the professional installation.The installation itself was smooth with no hiccups. The crew was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and extremely neat and respectful of our home. We had every window in our home replaced (13 openings, 1 of which is a picture window with a double hung window on either side that takes up the length of our living room) and the crew finished in less than a day and a half. This includes installation of the windows and trim, removal and hauling away of old windows and materials and cleaning everything up to be spotless when they left, not to mention this was done on the hottest days of the year in 97 degree heat.The windows themselves seem to be very good quality. They are sturdy, but very smooth and easy to open (we have a mix of sliders and double hung windows in the house). We also immediately noticed a decrease in the noise level from outside as well as a difference in temperature (our wood blinds used to get hot to the touch in the morning and afternoon sun, but no longer do).I would absolutely recommend Thermoseal to anyone that I know.

We recently contracted with Thermo-Seal Windows, Siding and Roofing for new siding on our home in White Plains, NY. From beginning to end, it was a positive experience. Aaron and Robert were helpful and responsive to all of our questions and concerns, and the 2-man crew who installed the siding over a period of two weeks could not have been more professional. Weather-permitting, they arrived early every day and worked tirelessly until late in the day. They left our home and yard as neat and clean as possible every day. I just had my windows replaced by Aaron and his team. I went with Harvey windows and couldnt be more pleased. In addition, the installation went smoothly and quickly. Aarons team was meticulous with my home. I priced out Anderson windows. Not only did they cost way more, they could not give me what I wanted. My large windows would have to be divided into two windows with a spacer which wouldnt have looked right. In addition, they wouldnt have been as easy to clean. I highly recommend Harvey windows and Thermo seal. You will be pleased!

I recently worked with Aaron and Bob and their outstanding crew to have replacement windows installed; and while we ran into an unforeseen water issue, Bob went above and beyond to replace a previously and poorly installed flat roof and gutter system for me - quickly. I dont usually go out of my way to give a rave review about window and roofing contractors, but these guys are worthy. Theyre respectful of your home, neat, clean and very efficient! I plan on having them back in the near future when Im ready to do new siding. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
I bought a condo last year that had severely damaged 35 year old windows. You could barely see out of them and they wouldnt budge. I called several companies, and Aaron was the first to take the time to explain clearly and professionally how the process would work, and he gave a very fair price. He came and measured the windows, ordered them, and his guys came to install. They were extremely professional. There was a problem with the construction of the window, there was no frame installed! So they quickly ran and grabbed the supplies, installed the frame, sheet rocked, and installed the window in the same day. They turned a possibly stressful situation into a very pleasant experience, again for a very reasonable price. I have been recommending them to everyone. Still after 10 months, the windows look and function great. I have to bring them back to change my slider, what a difference the new windows make. Definitely give them a call.
Hands down the best window experience I could have possibly imagined. As soon as I met Aaron I knew I was speaking to someone who cared about more than just making a sale, he cared about my experience with the whole process. After window hunting for months and speaking to several companies who were charging astronomical prices I was ready to pay up. Fortunately, I did one final google search and I came across Thermoseal. It was the best decision I have made for my new home. Aaron spent time with me going over the technical details of the windows and his offerings but also took the time to get to understand my project and what I wanted and explained the pros and cons in multiple ways for someone who has no idea about windows. Thermos-Seal is a family run business that will work with your budget. Last year we did 5 windows and this year 5 more. Aaron and his team made the whole process nice a smooth. Quality and professional service is what these guys are all about. The crew that puts in the windows are very courteous and pick up everything after the job is complete. The windows are beautiful and weve noticed the difference in room tempeture. No more drafts on those cold windy days. Stay away from the big names and endless phone calls. We just had 12 windows done, including making our bedroom window bigger! Thermo-Seal was amazing! We were quoted higher and longer wait times from other companies. We decided to go with Thermo-Seal and were so happy we did. They were so professional, wore their masks, cleaned up great after like they were never there, and our windows look amazing!
Thermo-Seal replaced 4 windows in my house. My daughters windows were always drafty in the winter months. I delayed replacing them because of the cost. I spoke with Aaron, who gave me a Great deal which was ridiculously less expensive than the others. The contractors used were excellent. They were on time. They did beautiful work. They explained everything. They even walked me through what they did and what I should expect. I would highly recommend them for any replacement window job.

Very positive experience with Aaron. Pricing was good from the start and the windows are amazing. Very easy to clean open and close and they also come with UV protection. The installation has been made on time, one of the windows wasn’t at the right size and it has been fixed with no delay. I recommend Thermo-Seal and i will continue to the rest of the windows with them next year.
Favorable on-line reviews got them in the door to offer a quote. The obvious pride displayed by Aaron in the quality of their product and workmanship, coupled with an obvious customer comes first attitude and a reasonable price got them the job. I knew immediately that this was a company (and person) I felt completely confident in replacing our windows, siding and roof. Once the job begins, Bob takes charge. The roof was scheduled while we were on vacation and we received daily text messages and photos. The windows arrived ahead of schedule. The installation crew arrived on time and daily clean-up was spotless. My house has been transformed. Replacing windows, siding and roof is a big job but it was completely stress free and I could not be more satisfied with Thermo-Seal. My husband and I moved into our first home in January of 2019. One of the first projects on our list, was to replace the slider windows in the basement and double hung windows on our first floor. We decided to replace them with three sliders, one double hung and two beautiful casement windows. We aggressively shopped for quotes; with locally,regionally and nationally based companies for the best price and product. Between “mom and pop” shops and mega giants like Replacement windows by Anderson, Thermoseal was the best and most price efficient. Aaron (the owner) was straight forward and honest.From the day we gave him the deposit, it took about 4 weeks to get the windows installed. I don’t know if this is their regular turn around time but it was greatly appreciated.Aaron’s team led by Jaida who worked with Fab and Luis were incredible. This company is all about customer service. We had our entry door replaced, Aaron came by gave us a honest quote explained the whole process. Door came in exactly when he said it was coming from manufacture called us and set up an install date. Installers came in on time and installed door flawlessly. But it gets better installers took old door and storm door without we having to ask them if they could take it. Installers left the area they were working in cleaner than it was. I needed my entire roof replaced. It was an old one, double layered and needed plywood. Needless to say I was worried on who would be right for the job and price. I called Aaron and after speaking with him for 20 mins knew he would be my guy. His team came and not only did a fantastic quick job (entire roof in two days) but I barely noticed work was being done with how clean they were. His GAF Master certification gave me comfort the job was rightly done and he was available any time for questions. Definitely will consider them for future project
Our house was built in 1835 and desperately needed a window upgrade to increases energy efficiency. The process with Thermo-Seal was simple and painless. They came to measure one day and two weeks later came to install. The crew was quick and professional. We only replaced windows on the 1st floor, but next year we will be calling Aaron back to do the 2nd floor. Highly recommended.

I spoke to at least 3 different providers. every one of them quoted so high(20-25k for a 14 window project) , and after applying discounts they tried to pressure sell in making a decision right away making me feel uncomrotable.Aaron gave me the best quote after measurement and asked me to take my time in coming to a decision and get in touch. I sat with 3 other window companies as I was replacing 16 windows and wanted to make sure I was getting a quality product at the best price. Not only did they beat their competitors like Renewal but they did so by a substantial margin. On top of that they noticed that I had a few of their windows in my kitchen and one was cracked and they replaced it at no cost, regardless of whether or not I used them. Once they started it took 2 days and I honestly didnt even know they were there. They showed up as I was going to work and the house was spotless by the time I got home each day. Aaron and Bob provided a wonderful team of 4 men to replace plywood and siding using Hardie cement boards on my home. Project completed in 7 days, looks fabulous and neighbors are telling me how good it looks and the great Professional job that they did. I am very pleased and happy to never have to worry about peeling paint again!

I found Thermo-Seal online when I needed to get my roof done after noticing some water bubbling up in the paint in the ceiling. Aaron came by the house and explained all the work involved and was very upfront about cost and scope of the project. This was during COVID19 times so I wasnt sure if someone would come out but they were here right away and got the roof and gutters done in three days. Bob and his guys did the work and cleaned up everything after they were done. I couldnt be happier with the results.

2022-05-13We shopped around and discovered Aaron and his team through a FB group. We really appreciated that Aaron was able to measure and order our windows quickly and received all 21 of our windows in 8 weeks. Other vendors were quoting us 24-26 weeks! Installation was seamless and the quality of the Harvey windows is top notch. I felt like the price was extremely reasonable, if not less than competitors. The installers were courteous, experienced and real pros. Aaron was always available for a phone call or via text. Everyone on his team is a great communicator. We appreciated the whole experience from start to finish. You wont be disappointed!

2021-10-08Aaron and his team were wonderful to work with from start to finish on my window installation project. They are easily some of the nicest people Ive encountered in the industry. Aaron is also really speedy--I was on the phone with him within minutes of sending him a message, and I knew just from talking with him that he was the person I wanted to work with. He quoted my window at a very reasonable price and even had them installed faster than initially estimated.

2022-04-07I searched and negotiated with several companies and a friend suggested I speak to Aaron of Thermo-Seal Windows and Siding; why did I have to lose?He was able to see me and my wife that weekend. He presented the product, presented a reasonable price and made promises he would keep. A few weeks later, the crew came in, and the first day replaced 15 windows, and for about an hour the next day took care of some odds and ends. When they left, there was nothing for my family to do but enjoy our new windows, more energy efficient home, and a new friend!I gladly give Thermo-seal my heartiest recommendation!! 2022-06-30Aaron and his Thermoseal team went above and beyond what was originally planned. After removing our windows, it turned out that many of the walls were rotting from the inside due to water leaks. Instead of just holding off until we found someone else to fix our walls, the team removed the damaged parts, cleaned everything up and essentially built us new walls. They also went up to the roof to fix some spots that were causing water to leak down into the walls. Aaron promised that he will do everything the right way and that is exactly what he did.Of course these repairs cost us extra, but finding another contractor to do this crucial work would have costed much more. Now we have new windows as well as a roof and walls that are now much less exposed to water buildup, which will save us tens of thousands down the road.Even after the job was done, Aaron still helped us by advocating for us to our condo management that these damages were caused by outside failures in the roof and walls. This was crucial for us in receiving a very fair amount of money for the repairs.I really appreciate how they were able to adapt to the situation quickly and help us in every step of the process.

2022-05-18We always went to the Westchester home show in the country center, but with covid-19 the center was closed so went to the Rockland home show in RCC end of Feb, found Aaron and several others promoting new and replacement windows, didnt think that they were interested in working in lower Westchester, but Aaron showed me a brochure of what he did in our neighborhood so we gave him the job came and measured told me about 10 weeks from ordering but have new windows installed in 9 weeks and his crew of 3 hardest working guys couldnt have been more professional, highly recommended!! The installers were prompt, courteous, clean and efficient and the door looks and works great. We are considering replacing another sliding door and will definitely go with Thermo Seal.

2021-09-16Aaron and his team were wonderful to work with from start to finish on our window installation project. They are easily some of the nicest people Ive encountered in the industry. Aaron is also really speedy--I was on the phone with him within minutes of sending him a message, and I knew just from talking with him that he was the person I wanted to work with. He quoted our four windows at a very reasonable price and even had them installed faster than initially estimated.We live in a very old house (late 1800s) and it has plenty of quirks, so knowing that the windows Thermo-Seal was crafting were designed specifically to fit the spaces they were going in was a huge plus.When installation day came, the installers were in and out of the house in no time, and they cleaned up every trace of the installation to the point where you couldnt even tell someone was there. Friendly people, too!We could not be happier with the outcome and will certainly be coming back to Thermo-Seal for our next window renovation project. Thank Aaron and team!
